house updates to our new house. Oh yeah. Please are divulge. Yeah. so um, one of the things that, uh, this house like really needed done is, um, some new landscaping. And also, um this house has like, has no gutters and like drainage system, um, which The house is already like a little more elevated than like the street. So the water is running down, but not to the level that we would like. So we are, especially like with hurricane season coming up.

So we are regrading our whole lot, like around our house, front and backyard to, and also putting in irrigation and underground storm drains Um, and then completely new landscaping, um, which honestly, like I feel 40 years old because it's crazy how like excited I am about it. So I was like sitting here sweating anyway. So we had the air guys here fixing our air conditioning. And Vinny came home in the middle of them being here. And I, so you know, he talked to them. We said hi, whatever. But like 30 minutes had gone by and I hadn't seen Vinny at all.
