It's Happening For Me
It's Happening For Me

1 plays · Aug 25, 2026

this episode is JUICY. i sat down with Cyn, spiritual guide + creator of cycle breakers, for a conversation about what it actually looks like to BREAK the cycles you were raised in + have the courage to choose yourself. cynthia shares her story of being with someone for almost half of her life, building an entire life together, having children, moving across the country + eventually realizing that even though everything looked “good” from the outside… she wasn't happy. we talk about those tiny intuitive hits that tell you something isn't right, what happens when you keep ignoring them, and how fucking HARD it can be to leave something you still have love for. we also get into motherhood + trying to parent differently than you were parented, family wounds, anger + the shame we can carry around our shadowy reactions, and why healing doesn't mean you suddenly become a perfect person who never gets triggered again. PLUS we get into cynthia's spiritual gifts + her ability to pick up on when something in someone's life needs to END — whether that's a relationship, a job or an entire chapter. we talk about: ♡ leaving relationships + choosing yourself ♡ learning to actually TRUST your intuition ♡ breaking generational cycles as a mother ♡ why healing doesn't mean never getting triggered again ♡ spiritual gifts + recognizing endings ♡ using your voice + throat chakra work ♡ turning the shit you've actually lived through into the work you're here to do ♡ why sometimes the thing you're most equipped to help someone through is the exact thing you've had to overcome yourself ♡ cynthia's new cycle breakers membership + creating a space for REAL, vulnerable conversations this conversation is raw, funny, vulnerable + VERY real. because sometimes cycle breaking isn't about fixing what already exists. sometimes it's finally admitting... this chapter is DONE. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx CONNECT WITH CYN: Instagram & tiktok @healwithcynthia  Podcast: RandomSpirit  website: www.randomspirithealing.com xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx CONNECT WITH ELLISA: Instagram & tiktok: @iamellisamae Book your Gene Keys Reading, join the Healing Bubble membership: https://stan.store/byellisamccoy xx, love you!

Speaker: Hello everyone, welcome back to the It's Happening For Me podcast. I am so excited that you're here. And today have such a special guest. I am so excited to just dive into all the juiciness. I'm obsessed with this person. love her energy so much and it's just been awesome to be in each other's worlds. And yeah, just really get to know each other and see all of the cool things that she's doing. So everyone, welcome,

Speaker: Okay. So Cynthia is a spiritual guide that guides mothers and women through healing relationships in their lives. She's also a whole mom of three and a host for her own podcast. And she has an iconic, membership that she just created in birth into the world called cycle breaker. So I'm so excited to talk to her about that. and yeah, so how are you, Cynthia?

Speaker: I'm doing good. I'm doing good. I hope you're doing well. Thank you for having I'm so excited. So one of my favorite things about you is really this theme of like cycle breaking. So can you kind of just let us know like where where do you live in the world right now? Where are you tuning in from? And then maybe if you can take us back to like some of the cycles that you've broken.

Speaker: Yes. OK, so hello. I'm Cynthia. I am in Orange County in California. Yes. And yeah, like you said, a home mom. yeah.

Speaker: Yeah, so cycle breaking girl. Oh my God, where do we start? I feel like a good way to start my story. And it was like, so my son is my spiritual baby. And around the time I had him, I was pregnant in 2019. I had him in 2020. I was getting into astrology and I was really getting deep into spirituality.

Speaker: And around that time, was like, oh my gosh, I'm going through my Saturn return. have Saturn in Aquarius. And I believe it was like around that time that it was, think it was like entering and girl, girl, there was just like a lot that had happened. So one of the things is the relationship with my kid's dad.

Speaker: And that one was quite difficult for me. So basically, my story, I was born and raised in California in a little town called Norwalk. And was there up until I was like 19, 20. And bunch of stuff happened, just like trauma. And my kid's dad, Trey, going to use his name. Trey and I were dating. Long story short, he gets kicked out. move across the country.

Speaker: How old are at this time? 19? I was like, this was was 19, Alyssa. Okay. I? Oh, like 20, 20, 20. Yeah, because had the girls the next year in 2014. I was 20, 21. So it was like, yeah, it like, I like 20. Yeah.

Speaker: And I moved across the country.

Speaker: And then was there for like the longest. And while I was there, I didn't know. But now looking back, I had a lot of trauma with my parents, my siblings. And I ended up projecting my mother wound, my father wound, my sister wound, girl, like all my wounds on his family.

Speaker: So fast forward to 2020, I had Sebastian, my son. My whole world shattered, girl. My whole fucking world shattered. And I was getting into shadow work.

Speaker: And I was like listening to my intuition. I was aligning. And I remember around this time, Trey was like, girl, like, you're crazy. Like, what are you doing? Because was getting called to go back home.

Speaker: to come back to California. And I wasn't really understanding. I was getting into the chakras. And I remember spirit just telling me like root chakra, root chakra. Anyways, so doing shadow work and stuff like that, was like, oh my gosh, Trey's mom. I was like, it was like, was trying to have her replace my mom.

Speaker: And then same with his stepdad and then like his sister and I, we got like really close. We had a fallout and like, as you know, when you're going through, I don't it's like dark night of the soul, spiritual awakening, everything shattered, everything shattered.

Speaker: And then, excuse me, I started the journey and I came back to California and I had to face my root.

Speaker: Yes, and I've been back and forth since then. Hopefully, it makes sense because my story is all over the place, girl. I've been back and forth. I left three times.

Speaker: The first time was an intuitive feeling. forgot what the second time was. And then this third time was just like I left for myself and I left for the kids. And the relationship was not...

Speaker: It wasn't healthy, you know? I'm no angel. know, like, had, like, a lot of learning and growing up to do, and he did, too. And I was just like, I can't anymore. And I came back.

Speaker: Okay, let me ask you. When first had Sebastian and you got pregnant, was this a planned pregnancy? Was this a surprise? Did you always know you wanted to have kids? Like, walk me through that. So when we had Bash, I was, we were trying to get pregnant and then I got pregnant and I had a miscarriage.

Speaker: So then I was just like depressed, whatever. And then we tried again and then we had bashing. So it was funny because 2016, I had the the birth control.

Speaker: And I remember telling Trey all the time, I was like, dude, like, I don't know what it is. I'm going, like, we're going to have a baby in 2020. 2020 is going to be my year. And so I had taken it out.

Speaker: I think it was like 2018-ish. And then 2019, I got pregnant with Bash. And then 2020, I had him. So I was spiritual or like connected without even knowing. Yeah. Yes. So you, okay, so you have this relationship with at the time, the time, did you realize that it was toxic? Or did you feel so in love? You have this baby, like, you feel like you're like building this life? Like what, like, how did things start to kind of like, fall apart or like break? Or did you always kind of know like, something's wrong here?

Speaker: I feel like I kind of, like, I knew, right? So I'm going to bring up Gene Keys. I have Gene Key 59.

Speaker: And that shadow of dishonesty is, like, heavy. Like, I've noticed when it comes to the lessons in my life where I'm, like... I'm telling myself like, this is okay.

Speaker: And then there's like this small part of me that I don't allow myself to hear because it's so like tiny and I kind of like push it away and I'm just like, yeah. And then like I stay in things way longer than I should.

Speaker: Mm-hmm. And then, so, girl, there's a lot to it. So Sebastian, and then back and forth, chaotic. So anyway, I had the IUD put in.

Speaker: And 2023, I had went back to Virginia, and me and Trey were trying to work things out. I was like, I'm this spiritual, like, I want to cleanse my body. So I took it out.

Speaker: Girl, yeah.

Speaker: I was having anxiety. was like, feel like birth control blocks your hormones, like for real. I mean, like I'm all for it, right? Because I didn't get pregnant on birth control. It worked. But it just wasn't for me. So I got it out and I was having panic attacks. And it was really, really bad. I wanted to get on meds and... Me and Trey like super spiritual and like we had this thing because Trey, when he grew up, like he was on it and he was like, oh, like just, you know, felt like a zombie and like, you know, we're not going to do that.

Speaker: And yeah, there was a lot of like panic attacks, a lot of crying, like that was year 2023. That was like the rough year because I was having panic attacks. Yeah.

Speaker: There was like my spiritual senses were super heightened and I also left December 2023. So and then also my stat, the Saturn got out of Aquarius, I think.

Speaker: In that February, I think something like that. Yeah. Oh my gosh. Yeah. I used to suffer as well from anxiety, panic attacks. And I think a lot of people listening can as well. Like what, so what do you feel like was the root cause? Do you feel like with that shadow of dishonesty, it's like, you almost knew that like, besides the hormones, but it's like, you know that you're living this life, but like, it's not exactly what you're supposed to be doing. Like, did you feel like there's sort of like the, like two parts of you that were kind of like at war with each other?

Speaker: Yes, because I had it all, Alyssa. Like, I had the house, the two-story house. I had the cars. I had the kids. From the outside, it looked perfect. And I remember one of – I had met one of my best friends that year. She didn't really know me. We were, like, getting to know each other. And I was opening up to her, and she was like, dude, just, like, be grateful.

Speaker: And I'm just like – I mean, just because I have this nice house, like, it doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean that I'm happy. I'm not happy. I remember going to Trey and I'm like, yo, like, I'm not happy. And then he's like, well, like, what can we do? And I'm like, I don't fucking know. What can we do? know? And it took...

Speaker: a long, long time. took a lot. And I feel like that was the year too where I learned that it got so bad. Like I was not listening to my intuition, girl. Like am a splenic projector. So like my, the way that my intuition comes that I've noticed, it's very like subtle. It's very like silent.

Speaker: And I was getting a lot of hits and I was like, So anyway, there was a time towards like the end, it was like August-ish, where I was debating on like, okay, should I leave? Should I not? Should I leave? Should I not?

Speaker: And I would hang out with his mom if his mom is watching this. She's an amazing person. I love her so much, but I feel like energetically, I was not aligned on the East Coast anymore. So whenever I would hang out with like family or do things, Alyssa, I was so exhausted after. I would have come back home and I would just sleep. I was just like heavy sleeping. And I was like, what is going on with me?

Speaker: I wasn't understanding. And that happened with everything. You know how the universe Things just were not working out for me at all. And I was just like, yo, what gives? And then towards the end, was getting lot of signs. There was a fortune cookie that I had.

Speaker: And it said, book that trip. Something along the lines of book that trip. And I was like, God, is this you?

Speaker: Okay, so you're getting all of these hits on your intuition. Like everything looks good on the outside. Like you said, you have the house, you have the cars. Like everyone feels successful. Your friends are like, what are talking about? What was your intuition telling you? Like that, like this is besides like just like the East Coast, was it like this person isn't right for me? Like how could you start to like feel those? Like what were those senses that you were feeling?

Speaker: The senses were, it was really, like, it was through my dreams. And it was, had a dream. And was my spirit. I don't know if you ever had, like, a microphone dream.

Speaker: Where, like, it's hard to explain. It literally sounds like there's, like, microphone in your head. like, you're hearing a voice. And it was telling me the lesson with Trey was done.

Speaker: And not to ask any questions. And I feel like it's kind of hard. It's really, really hard to explain. But it's just like we grew Like, I still have so much love for him. But it's not the same.

Speaker: It's not the same. You know? Yes. I think, was that your first love or like your first major relationship? Okay. Yeah. I feel like so many of us can relate to that to where like, it was like the first love of your life. It really did serve a purpose and like help you learn so much about yourself. And then you finally come to a place where like, okay, like I'm no longer growing in this relationship. So it was the best option for you to leave. So, so walk us through that. So you, so now you're finally listening your intuition. You moved back to California.

Speaker: Yes. And then what happens? That was rough, girl. That was rough. Coming back, I was like a mess. I was mentally not okay because, again, like sitting here like, is this the right decision? I doing the right thing? Because...

Speaker: When I don't listen to my intuition and I finally like surrender, it's anxiety. And I was like freaking out.

Speaker: And this like crazy incident that happened. And I'm calling my mom and I'm like so vulnerable. And I'm like, ma, I'm like, I'm like, I'm done. I'm done with Trey.

Speaker: I've said it so many times, but I was like, mom, like this is it. And she was like, oh no, Mija, like you guys, you need to do counseling. And I was like, mom, this is beyond counseling. And I told her, I was like, I hope like you have a room for me or something because I'm coming back.

Speaker: And she was like, well, when? And I was like, I don't know. was like, but I am going to go back home. And that interaction was just girl, because my I was raised in a household where like we not speak about like emotion. Like, yeah, we didn't speak about emotions and stuff. So like, I'm sitting here bawling my eyes out crying to my mom.

Speaker: And my mom and my dad like on the phone. And they're just like,

Speaker: You know, and that it hurt me because I'm not going lie, girl, like I stayed for the kids. And I feel like that's something that I seen growing up. Like I stayed for the kids. And I remember in the beginning of the spiritual journey for me, remember telling Trey, was like,

Speaker: What if, like, just random, I was like, what if our spirit guides told us that we, like, we're not supposed to be together? And he was like, well, fuck them. And was like, but, like, why? And then was like, well, it's us against the world.

Speaker: And I had that mentality for a long time that as, like, on my journey, as I was going through, I was like, but I don't want, like, I don't want it to be us against the world. Why does it have to be us against the world? And then like it shattered in the beginning of my journey.

Speaker: The one, it's funny, the one fear that I had because I met Trey like in 09. was with him half my life. I'm 33 at the end this month.

Speaker: And I was with them half of my life. And I remember just like praying. And I was like, whatever happens, do not let this relationship fall.

Speaker: Like this man is like, all I have, he's like, my everything. He was like my rock, like power couple, like whatever happens, do not allow us to break. And then, you know, unfortunately, biggest fear had to face

Speaker: I think that happens with so many couples, especially like when we see like our parents or like people like our parents, you know, it's like they really do. Some people really do stay together because like, oh, divorce is not an option. But then you find these like passionless like relationships or even like some genuinely hate each other and they're just in it because they feel like they have to. So I think it is so brave and courageous to actually view it more as like almost like, yeah, like a spiritual connection. And like when you know it's time to move on, it is in the soul's highest calling. But like your point, it takes so much courage. Like I can't even imagine how much courage like to like pack up everything and be like, okay, like I'm going back home.

Speaker: It was rough, girl. It was rough. And so at this point, okay, so you come back home and at this point you already have your two daughters as well, right? are they not born yet? Yes.

Speaker: Oh no. So the girls are, they're turning 12 in October. So my girls are born a year after moved to Virginia. Okay. And yeah, Cynthia has twins and twin mom. okay. So was that pregnancy planned or was that more of a surprise?

Speaker: the grand okay okay awesome so you have this okay so you have the your babies now you come back to California kind of like starting life over again what was your dynamic like like with your family like moving back in was that really hard at first it was not at like my family has a really weird way of showing love it's like I mean, whenever, like, someone's, like, really going through it, like, and we know and, like, we feel the energy, we literally just leave them alone.

Speaker: Right? But I feel like after some time... And I know it's like for my family, like love me and they really care about me, but I'm a very, very private person. And I was having a very difficult time grieving and like healing.

Speaker: And when my parents started asking me, like, what, when are you, are you going to get divorced? What's like, what's going to happen to the house? What's going to happen to the car? And just like, I feel like very, for me, very personal questions. And I'm like sitting here and I'm like, I'm still crying. Like, leave me alone.

Speaker: It's none of your business. And yeah, I feel like, again, my family has a very, I see it as judgmental. And like the second I feel like I'm being judged, shut you out completely. So like, I like to dip my toe in when it comes to like my family and just like feel the vibe sometimes because know people change but it's like if I continuously if you continuously are asking me like oh like what's the divorce process or like whatever and it's like bro

Speaker: It's none of your business. How would you? So how would you feel like the dynamic is with you as a mom? Like you, so for example, it's kind of difficult, right? For like your family to like express emotions or like talk about things. You said it's a little bit more like private. Do you feel like as a mom, you're the opposite or do you feel like you kind of also carry that over that relationship?

Speaker: With the girls? Yeah. Or with the kids? It's a mixture. It's honestly a mixture. feel like a lot of the times I'm very... When it comes to the kids, I'm very like... We have therapy sessions where I'm like, okay, we all need to talk about how we feel.

Speaker: And they're just like, no. But then... There's other times like, girl, there was my older sister and we don't, okay, I love her so much, but we don't have the best relationship. And this was around the time, when was this? When she had my nephew before she literally, like the month that she was supposed to give birth to him.

Speaker: I forgot what happened. I forgot what, what it was that I have never gotten into like an argument with my sister. It was so bad. whenever like I get that heightened, like I just, don't know, it's an anxiety. Like I start shaking. I get so frustrated and like, I get overly stimulated. I have to remove myself.

Speaker: And we're going back and forth. She says something about my parenting. And I lost it. We're going back and forth. And then I'm just like, okay, I want to get physical. I need to remove myself. And I had stepped out and Scarlett and Alay are chasing after me. And I'm like in this zone.

Speaker: And I'm like trying to tell myself like, Cynthia, just calm down. They're your kids. They're checking in on you. And I was like, it was bad, girl. I was outside for a bit and I was just like just fuming and then was just like, I just want to be left alone. I went into the room and the kids are following me and I locked the door and I'm like laying there. I'm having a panic attack. My kids have never seen me like this, mind you.

Speaker: And Scarlett was just, like, there. Aleah, she's very motherly. And she was rubbing my back.

Speaker: Girl, you know how I just wanted to just, like, tell her, do not fucking touch me? It was so hard for me to, like... regulate myself and I remember like Sebastian he's normally like silly but he was just like so serious and it took me a long time and I felt like a failure as a mother for them to see me like that so then anyway I think was like the day after Alaya you know siblings fight we had a deep conversation and she was like, mom, she was like, now I understand why you do trauma work.

Speaker: It feels like, well, now, now, now I know why you say that you want us to always like make up and you want us to hug and stuff like that. She was like, I do not want the relationship you have with your sister. And I was like, yeah, like, you know, don't want it either.

Speaker: Yeah, I think that's so important to talk about because like, I feel like sometimes we can get trapped in this like healing cycle where we think like, oh, we need to be perfect or we're never going to experience these emotions again. It's like, no, like our shadows, like our go to reactions, there's going to be times where it does come back up again. so I love what you said. It's like, it's kind of like removing the shame and it's not like, oh, I never want to get to this point, but it's more like, how can like, you know, mend it or like move on from it? You know, think is really important.

Speaker: Because there is a lot of shame, especially around anger agitation. Those are some of my go-tos, agitation, anger. Obviously, only the people closest to me see that side of me. The internet's not going to ever see that side of me. Right? Then it's like, bitch, that side exists too. I think it's really cool to talk about it, to realize that is just a part of us, but understanding, using our tools, learning how to cope with it, and then just moving through it.

Speaker: so, okay. Something that I also want to bring it back to was like your spiritual gifts. So you were saying how, like, you're obviously very sensitive, very open. And even like when you were pregnant, you were like on this like spiritual path. Like, can you talk to us about that? Like, how did you first realize like you had these spiritual gifts? Like, what are they? And yeah, let us know the tea.

Speaker: So I feel like I've always been. just never like, I would I never tapped into it. Like when I was younger, I used to see my grandpa a lot in the living room.

Speaker: And I don't know if this like, I just thought it was normal, girl. I thought it was normal. And then my grandma died in 20. No, it was 2006. I was 13.

Speaker: And after she had like passed, like, I would see spirit, like, literally, I would see it. But again, don't know what the fuck was going on me, girl. But I thought it was normal.

Speaker: Mm-hmm. So fast forward. Again, feel like the big point was really going to Virginia because the, so like my teenage years, I what I thought was like anxiety, but it was really like my intuition in overdrive because I didn't listen to it previously. Yeah.

Speaker: And I was having just like a lot of like, I feel it was like stomach issues. don't know how deep you are in astrology. They say Virgo rising have a lot of gut issues.

Speaker: Oh my God. I never heard of that. But like that tracks. Yeah. Yes. So I was always like, oh, I'm just a fucking like, don't know. But anyways, so going to Virginia and also like Trey is a huge, like he plays a huge role in my healing and he plays a huge role in my spirituality. Because I feel like growing up I was sheltered. So then I met him then like there's just like whole new world. And then like his whole family was a part of it.

Speaker: And so going over, like, we like scary movies. And I feel like that was the first experience of like dealing with like, I guess like spirits of his mom's house was like haunted and like I felt the energy, know? And then fast forward to when I had Bash is when I just started like really honing in and like understanding and i was questioning like is there a god right and then i started getting into gaia there was like this mom group that i joined they were doing tarot readings and i was like what's that and then i bought myself tarot cards and then i started doing readings and then i was practicing on family i was like oh i'm good at this

Speaker: And then the, what time was it? The second time I had came back to California, I was like, oh, let me just do a business. I don't fucking know. Let me just do something with it.

Speaker: And then talking to my spirit guides, I like, what kind of reader am And then I don't want to say I'm like a shadow worker, but I more work with like People with trauma.

Speaker: Everyone has trauma, no shit. But I think you know what I'm talking about. I don't want label it dark energy because there's nothing bad with that. It's just like I'm able to...

Speaker: go and like interact with someone and I'm able to pick up on like their trauma. I'm able to see your inner child. I'm able to see your inner teen. I'm able to like see things happening in your relationship.

Speaker: Oh my God, that so juicy. I love that so much because not everyone can do that. Like not everyone has the capacity to like hold space for like really big emotions or like going deep there. I like that, big emotions. Yes, yes. So we really need, like we need you, like people like you in the world that are able to do that, that are good at it, that like it. So many people really shy away from it, right? Especially if they haven't even like experienced allowed themselves to go to their emotions and I feel like that's probably why like you know yourself so well and like you know all parts of yourself like you've done your own shadow work so you're able to also hold the space for other people which is so cool like what what are some of your favorite things that you help women with leaving relationships oh wait I love that

Speaker: I don't know why I'm writing that down. I'm like, hold on. I'm taking notes. Oh my God. Wait, I love that. That's so specific and so hard, Cynthia. Like literally so hard when you're just like so entrenched in a relationship. Even like you said, like, you know, like when your intuition knows it's time to leave, it's so like, I feel like it's almost impossible.

Speaker: Like genuinely. No, it is. I've had a lot of women that it's funny that there's that we were doing like a reading what was it on? think it was like career or some shit.

Speaker: And then she was like, yeah, like it was the relationship with money too. And I was like, okay, money. I said, yeah, cool. I said, are you in a relationship? And she goes, that's not relevant.

Speaker: So I'm like, okay. So we're continuing on. And I'm like, girl, are you in a relationship? And she was like, it's not relevant. And I kept coming back to it. And then what's it called? That was that. Cause like, I'm not going to pressure anyone. And then I think it was like a week or two later, she comes back to me and she was like, okay. She was like, I surrender. She was like, yes, I'm in a relationship.

Speaker: She was like, I'm having issues. And I was like, okay. And then like, we started talking about it. And after a bit, she, and just like me sharing, because this was after when I had left Trey and I came back.

Speaker: I think it was like a couple sessions where like, literally girl, like she left and she filed for divorce. Oh my god. And then her money situation just like changed.

Speaker: Mm-hmm. You know what's so special that, and especially through the Gene Keys ideology, it's like we are the most equipped to help people with things that we've overcome. And so that's why just feel like it's like, wow, I just have chills of how that's so perfect of what you're meant to do in this lifetime. It's because you've experienced that to the depths of even having children with someone. That makes it so much harder. Moving across country makes it so much harder. Having to find now your own finances makes it so much harder. Like literally, feel like you had everything stacked up against you and you were able to do it and come out on the other side and alchemize that pain. And so I feel like you're like the most equipped person to help people with that.

Speaker: Oh, thank you. appreciate you. And like another thing that I've been like squaring with, it's like, it's more of people come to me when something needs to end.

Speaker: Mm-hmm. And lot of the times, like, my mind already, because a lot of it is relationships. But then, like, with my best friend, there was one time was just practicing. And then I told him, was like, yo, something's going to go wrong with that job. And he was like, no, it's not.

Speaker: I'm, like, secure. And I was like, no, you're not. And he was like, yes. And I was like, no. think it was the day after, girl, he got let go. Oh my God. So it's like, almost like your channel or like your psychic abilities are able to pick up. Yeah. On literally things ending. So is that what you, is that like all of this, what made you decide to start cycle breakers and like start this like membership? Like, can talk to us about that?

Speaker: Yes. Yes. So, I feel like it's more, it's like cycle breakers. Cause like, we're, we're all cycle breakers. For all cycle breakers. And when it comes to my actual membership, again, GeneKey59.6, I feel like I'm the type of person where I'm just so open.

Speaker: I'm just, like, so open. And a lot of the people that, like, I pod with, and even like people that I do readings for and stuff like that like they know my personal life that's just the type of person that I am right no I don't necessarily feel comfortable going dive deep into like on the internet like this right but I I just I love to talk and I love intimate conversation like I love to be like vulnerable and transparent and just like intimate And I wanted space like that because like being, love potting. Right. But it's like, want to name drop and I want to talk about shit that I like that actually happened, you know?

Speaker: so then I'm like, you know what, let me just like make a membership, like cycle breakers where like, I can just literally just like speak it through because that's how I do my healing as well.

Speaker: heal through like my stories too. And I don't want to filter. So I was like, let me just make a membership. And then literally made it, I think it was like last week.

Speaker: Oh my god, that's so special. People are craving that. Like people, feel like are craving like depth, realness, like, like they want to know, you know, like, feel like that is one of the best ways to transform it. It's not going to be this like textbooky, like clinical energy. feel like it's going to be like deep relationships and like, yeah, like relating to people. So I love that.

Speaker: And like, what is it? What is it like? Like, is it like, can you tell us more about it? Like, what would, what do people experience? Like, is it like, you just tell me.

Speaker: So I am very like go with the flow and it's like very new. So right now do have like a telegram where I'm just fucking yapping and I am going through a lot in my life right now. And there's like a chapter that was recently ended.

Speaker: And in that chapter, there was like a lot of verbal abuse and like displayed really just like a lot of shit that happened. And I'm able to like,

Speaker: voice notes and stuff and then in the the vision of like for it it's like every month we have a theme and for the month of August it's root chakra it's self right self-love and things like that and yeah so I'm gonna be I'm very like flowy I'm very intuitive like I I do things on the whim girl I don't know that's like a bad thing where it's like I know when it comes to like a business and I feel like just listening to your stuff and like getting readings from you like you've helped me understand like I'm not for like the structure like thing where it's like oh well you know you you have to

Speaker: You have to like plan it out like no, I can like, I'm just gonna think about it, write about it, and I'll probably make it right there. And then like, put it out when I want to.

Speaker: Yes, right. Absolutely. yeah i feel like that takes away like we're so conditioned to like oh you have to do it this way from like the coaching industry the business industry it's like no literally can do whatever you want and like when you're excited about it that is when people are going be excited about it too you know what would you say like who is your dream person like who is this for who would love this space I feel like any woman that is like trying to find herself, really. You know, it's funny because feel like I could answer that in so many forms. Again, I feel so constricted when people are like, you have like one tagline and that's it. I'm like, no, because it's all other parts of like sin, right? It's like for the mom that's like,

Speaker: exhausted and like she's a single mom or whatever she just left a relationship like there's so many but definitely it's more of this energy of like this woman and she sees the way that like her mom is doing things and you're just like i don't want to i'm not my mom don't want to be like my mom That's not a bad thing. So then, you know, what is it that we're going to do? We're going to go through the trenches to, you know, go on and like see what is for us.

Speaker: I love that. And I agree. Like you do not have to put yourself in a box or be like, oh, this is my like I help statement. No, yeah, yeah. Yeah, like literally. Yeah. And this actually it's so clear. Like cycle breakers is very clear. It's for especially. Thank you. I was thinking about changing it.

Speaker: Really? No, I think it's so clear. It's so obvious. I'm like, okay, I have it. Like, I could see myself being like, okay, I'm in a relationship. I'm in the same cycle. I keep attracting the same partner. I fucking hate this. Like, I don't want to do this. Or I'm in this job and I fucking hate this. I hate my boss. I keep, why do I keep attracting this, like this thing, this thing? And I feel like you're bringing people back to themselves. It's like, so then it's like, probably your work helps them realize like, it's not the external circumstances, but it's like,

Speaker: you like what is it within you how can you I'm guessing like break the cycle yeah there's a program I have called journey to self and every single time I talk about my stuff and like I always catch myself like journey back to self huh that's that's genius right Okay, I love that. And also, so you're also an energy healer and you also do readings. Like what are some of the readings that you do? don't know if you currently are offering anyone any right now, but like what are your favorite things to offer when it comes to like readings or like energy healings? am learning.

Speaker: that I like to work with chakras. That's just like neat. We have the same water. I like chakras.

Speaker: You know, I like the seven chakras and that's just the type of reader that I am. So with the gifts, I am more clairvoyant and clairsentient, like the feeling. Those are the ones that are like strong.

Speaker: so like that's the type of reader that I am. And like, I'm, I'm, I don't know if you want to call it like rebrand. I'm restructuring and still trying to like find where I am because, have like a lot of like services, but right now I have something called self love. And again, it's like for the theme of, cycle breakers. And, yeah, like I literally like just channel your energy And then like I send you an audio, which is something that you taught me just like ever since like being in your circle and meeting you where I like things like this.

Speaker: Right. But not everyone is available for things like this because I went through a time where I only wanted to do one on ones. But then meet Alyssa and then I'm like, oh, this girl is just like doing the audio recordings, you know? So thank you for that because now offer the audio recordings and it's a lot easier for me and I'm not like really draining my energy, you know?

Speaker: Yes. And I feel like it's so cool to experiment with so many different ways and like see what works for you and like what's in your life. Because like some people can't do that. Like some people genuinely cannot tap in unless they're in front of the person, like their energy, you know. And so it is a gift as well to be able to like, oh, bitch, I can tap in and like, I don't even need you here. Like I can tap in.

Speaker: wherever you're at. So I think it's so cool that you realize like you also do that. And like, that's a gift that you have. And if you can just make it easier for your life and like, you know, your schedule and make it like around you and how you want to do things, it just, it makes you more excited to do it and sell it, you know, because then you're not like,

Speaker: oh, I have to like book out my calendar. For me, that was really hard. Also working a corporate job, having a life, like it's very hard to like always coordinate live stuff. So that was another big reason for me was like, oh, this just helps me manage my time better. And I love it. It makes me, like doing it. Yeah, I recently started doing it. And now with, you know, my kids and stuff, like before I used to have to like move things around and it's exhausting. And then having the kids like, be quiet, mommy's doing a reading. Yeah. You know? And like being on the receiving side of it too. Like I love receiving stuff like that. Like it's still like so personalized. Like time and space isn't real. So it feels like you're together anyways. And then as the receiver, you can listen when it's a good time for you, you know, instead of like, we all have weird lives. So yeah, I love that.

Speaker: Same. Yes. OK, I'm curious about one like something else I just thought of was like, OK, when you were younger and like you were seeing like your grandfather that passed away, right? Like like so can't I don't see spirits. I can perceive them if I'm like channeling or something, but I don't necessarily see them. So I'm just curious for myself. It's like, is it like you're actually seeing them as if like they're there as a person or is it more like in like your mind's eye? Like, how does it look?

Speaker: When I was younger, I can see them like in front of me, like how we are right now. And girl, I used to be scared of the dark. Me too.

Speaker: I still am. Oh my God. Now I love it. But feel like in a weird way, I, like, set a boundary, and I was, like, yo, like, no more. Because also, like, another thing, when I was in Virginia, that state is, like, so fucking spiritual for me.

Speaker: Trace, that mom, had passed. And this last time when I was out there, kept appearing. Girl, I was, like, cannot. Like, I literally cannot. So now, like, I forgot...

Speaker: I'm a woman of energy in like my throat chakra. And like just, I think I told her like, Hey, you know, like, I love you. can't do this. don't want to go insane. And then after that it stopped. So now I see everything in my mind's eye and I'm like, okay, spirit, like if you want me to have the gift of clairvoyance,

Speaker: we gotta set boundaries because, and I don't like, I can do medium shit, but I prefer not to because that's way too much for me. Yeah. Especially being such like an open and like sensitive, energetic being like that. Yeah. That's so like so much energy.

Speaker: what would you say is your favorite chakra like to work with, like for yourself and then also like for clients? Cause I know that's like so important for you. Ooh, the throat. I love that. love the throat chakra. What other chakra? I think I like probably the upper three.

Speaker: are my favorite growing up i was very you know how people are like what did you like to do as a kid yeah right i was weird as shit like i was always daydreaming and i'm just like i used to always daydream i was in fucking like delululand 90 of the time that was like my escapism so anything having to do with like meditation like i teach my girls a lot about their intuition they have their life's work gene key 57 and the shadow is unease and the gift is intuition and i'm trying so fucking hard to like teach my girls like that gut you need to listen you need to fucking listen to it so those are my top three what are yours i feel like mine would be

Speaker: I don't know. feel like I'm always called to work on my root chakra just to feel safety and good. I also have GeneKey57 as my radiance. So yeah, my intuition is like, I always am working on that as well. But I also, feel like in the past, like two to three years, it was throat because before I was like terrified to speak. Like I couldn't like call the doctors. Like when I was younger, like I couldn't do anything. Like I had social anxiety. Like I dropped out of, I had to like retake,

Speaker: what's it called public speaking like three times because every time had to go present like I would just like never come back and like so I feel like I did so much work around that and now it's like oh I have a podcast and like I obviously for my corporate job I'm talking all the time with clients it's like I use my voice so much but before I used to like not be able to I feel like that. Yeah.

Speaker: What would you say is like, do you have a favorite exercise or like meditation or something that some like a listener can do if like maybe they have issues with their throat chakra and like maybe they're afraid to express themselves or even in relationships, like maybe they they're in a relationship and like they want to start advocating for themselves or like, you know, speaking up, but they just feel like they can't.

Speaker: I feel like there's two that I absolutely like I do this myself. The first one is my fucking favorite where like you hum, but then like you also like control it. You're able to do like weird sounds where you're like, like you're like you're able to like go high or low and just like really like feel into it.

Speaker: And then another one literally is just like words. And when I say that, this is whether it's typing. Lately, I've been using my voice notes in my phone. And I'll just like just talk into that.

Speaker: Or like I'll like record a video or just like talking, just talking in general. Right? Yeah. Those are the two that I definitely would recommend when it comes to the throat space. But like my favorite is that.

Speaker: Yes. Wait, it's really crazy. Okay. Before I started my podcast, I'm not joking. I would like get all my notes up and talk to myself on the way home and like do fake podcast episodes. And I like, Hey guys, okay. Today I'm going to teach you like about human design. And like, Oh my God.

Speaker: Yeah, it was so funny. I was like, okay. And so like, I would just practice that like over and over again. like, okay, now going to like record the episode. Okay. So I feel like, yeah, I feel like you're so right. It's kind of like getting the practice out there of just doing it. feel like that's the only way we're going to get better is just like actually vocalizing things. yeah, I, I also grew up in a family where we didn't really talk about our feelings. Like it was kind of like, Oh, everything's good. You know, like,

Speaker: like I don't know like my parents got divorced when I was 16 and me and my brother had no idea it came out of complete nowhere because like they never fought in front of us it was just like oh everything's good and then yeah shocked and so I feel like for a long time it was hard for me to like be vulnerable in my relationships and like share them actually feeling open up and so yeah I feel like over time luckily like my partner is very open his he grew that's cool Yeah, he grew up in a family that was like super expressive about everything. And so I feel like that really helped me open up more. Yeah.

Speaker: No, that's awesome. I love that. Oh, my gosh. Yeah, breaking generational trauma, that's one thing that just am so, like, adamant about when it comes to my children.

Speaker: Specifically, like, I feel like the girls trigger me every single day because, again, like, I grew up in a household where, like, my mom did not really teach me hygiene when it came to being a woman. And I have a sister that's six years older than me and I just learn how to observe. I learn how to like just, you know, see, you know. So now that like I have my girls and you know, it's a beautiful thing when they can trust me so much that they're telling me something that in my household would have been taboo and I would have been shamed for.

Speaker: I'm sitting here, like, fuck, what do I say? Yeah. Yeah, you're like, oh god, now I have respond to this. Oh, I love that though. Because it's like, I just love everyone, like you and everyone who's in this generation that has already done so much work and you guys are raising children that they're not going to have to do as much fucking work as us. Because don't know, I feel like they just really great advantage have mom already so...

Speaker: like tapped so that they don't have to kind of like have the same traumas that we had when it comes to our brain. Yes. Okay. What would you say your final or like not final, but like favorite cycle that you've ever broken?

Speaker: of all the one, my favorite,

Speaker: the favorite that I have financials. Oh, I love that. Financial. It is, especially I was a stay-at-home mom from 2018 until, I mean, still kind of I technically consider myself a stay-at-home mom. Like, I have like, I do things different.

Speaker: I am a caregiver. I work for my sister. I'm not living with my parents anymore, but I go over to my mom's house. And like, I have a more lax schedule. then like right now, I'm like door dashing and doing like, you know, that kind of stuff until like I can really go come back into my business. So like, yeah, it's kind of it's really nice because growing up, I seen my my dad make the money.

Speaker: You know? And my older sister, she's like very like, she has this beautiful masculine energy. She has like this go-getter, but I'm like, how the, where did you learn that? But you know, like,

Speaker: siblings and like we yes we grew up in the same household but it's like the parent it's different traumas i guess you know and then like with the big six-year age gap but for for me i feel like i've never necessarily had guidance and again when it comes to trey he taught me a lot even though there's trauma there too but he taught me a lot about like finances and he taught me a lot about money And so, you know, leaving him, girl, I was like, my mind was like, I need him. Like, I need him.

Speaker: So once I had left, it was petrifying. It was traumatizing because I was relying on the little readings that I was doing when I came back. I didn't have a job, Alyssa. I didn't start working for my sister until last year in September. And I've been here since 2023.

Speaker: Mm hmm. It's so relatable, like the financial dependency on other. Yes. Like, I think that's very generational in my family as well. Like my mom's always worked and she has her own career. But my dad definitely was like the financial like breadwinner. Like we had a very comfortable, great life with him. So when she decided like she divorced him. And so like when she divorced him, she now had to like, oh, I'm going on my own now. Like, I don't have this, you know, additional. How was that for you, girl? For me, it was really hard. This is like another time. It happened when I was 16. So I was already kind of like, I was like a bad adolescence child.

Speaker: And so this just kind of like really fueled the fire of like my alcoholism and just like, yeah, just like, I was very crazy. But, yeah, it was hard because it's like, we went to like, from having like everything and like, literally anything I want. And I'm like, Oh, like now it's different living with my mom. My dad left and got in his own apartment. And like, that was really sad to have to like go back and forth and like find the time. Cause my dad's a great dad. It was, it was amicable. It wasn't like anything bad. My dad is like such a great dad. It's just, I feel like they fell out of love, but

Speaker: Like I see that cycle in my family and in like my like generations of like, like the woman kind of relying on like the husband, even if they also have a job or something, it's like they're the main financial person. So, yeah, I feel like she kind of broke that cycle. And I feel like in my life I broke that cycle because I'm very like I'm in a long term relationship, but I'm very independent terms of like our finances are separate. I've always worked. I'm proud of you. Yeah. Just like love working and like make my own money. So I feel like it gives freedom. Capricorn. Yeah. Capricorn. It gives me freedom.

Speaker: I love that. I feel like it's so important. And I think it's something that I'm really trying to teach my girls. And like, they trigger me a lot where like, they sit here and they're like, but mom, isn't the man supposed to pay for stuff? And I'm just like,

Speaker: yeah there's like yeah it's a lot of like there there's like very like traditional values and then there's like different values so I feel like it's up to the person to feel like what's good for them but I think in general for women it's really good to have our own like some sort of financial independence you know because then we're never stuck or and you can still be in a loving relationship they could still pay yes but like you still have your own something that is your own it just gives a lot of safety no it really does I love it

Speaker: Yes. Okay. Well, this is so awesome. Let us know like, where can people find you? What is the best way for people to connect with you and like jump into your work? Okay. So you can find me on Instagram.

Speaker: It is the handle is heel with Cynthia. And that's like for my TikTok. I am most active like on Instagram. Okay. And then Instagram,

Speaker: My website, oh my gosh, don't judge me. My website, I believe it's Random Spirit Healing. That's true.

Speaker: Yes, and like, you could, if you want like a reading or whatever, Contact me on Instagram because yes, I have my website and stuff. You can like go into cycle breakers, like whatever, Instagram.

Speaker: Instagram is the way to contact me. That's where I'm most active. Okay. Awesome. And also look out for cycle breakers, the membership. That's something you're going to be really, the vision is going to be like, so cool.

Speaker: And yeah, I'll put everything in the show notes so you guys can reach out to Cynthia and follow her. And yeah, this was so awesome. Thank you so much. I love you so much. I just love like, you're so fun to talk to and you just have so much fun. Oh, thank you. Thank you so much for coming. Stop. I love you too.

Speaker: Okay. Thank you guys. Have the best day and we'll see you next time. Bye.
