Episode 3 of Season 2 welcomes Susanne Holmsäter, Nordics Country Lead at Shopify, the leading e-commerce platform for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems.
Susanne has many years of experience in marketing, PR and e-commerce, working with top Swedish e-commerce SaaS companies such as Tic Tail before their acquisition in 2018 by Shopify.
With Susanne, we explore the e-commerce space in Sweden and the Nordics and look into how local brands can aim for global domination with Shopify. We will also take a deep dive into the role of customer loyalty in this new era of e-commerce and how betting on loyalty can benefit brands in the long run. Last but not least, we also discuss the importance of merging physical and online retail to scale a brand.
