Speaker: The following podcast is a Jill Devine Media production. We're just normal kids learning about God's big story. Welcome to normal goes a long way. For kids. Hi, families. I'm Miss Hannah. And I'm Miss April. And we're here to talk to you about God's big story. On Sundays at our church, our pastors will be talking about the different smaller stories that make up God's big story. Join us each week where we have the fun job of telling those stories to kids.
Speaker: And one thing you need to know about Miss April and I, we love kids. I'm a mom of two. I have a little boy and a little girl. And I have the best job in the world. I work as a director of kids ministry. And that means I get to teach kids about the Bible, which is God's words.
Speaker: Everything in the Bible is true because we can trust God's words. That's why I'm excited about this podcast. Ms. April, why are you excited? I love telling kids about God's great big love for us because it makes a difference in how we see the world and even how we live.
Speaker: I'm a mom of five kids. Whoa! And I have been blessed to work as a teacher for many years. Okay, God's big story. That sounds really long. How long is this podcast gonna take? An hour? No way. More like 15 minutes. Just enough time for your ride in the car or hanging out at home.
Speaker: Thank goodness, because I'm busy and I know you are too. And parents, we know it sounds like a big job to teach your kids about God, but listening to this podcast for just 15 minutes a week together can really generate some meaningful conversation with your kids and it'll be fun.
Speaker: And another important thing you need to know is that we're going to have some amazing kids on every episode telling us fun facts and making sure that we get to the point. We're also going to leave you with a question so that your family can keep talking. So here's this week's question.
Speaker: What do you know about God? Talk about it with each other, either in the car or over dinner or as you're getting ready for bed, and we want to hear what you talk about. So head to the show notes at normalgosolongway .com. It'll teach you how you can send in a voice memo for us, and you might even be featured in an upcoming episode. We can't wait to get started. Hooray!
