Introduction and Taylor Swift Teaser

00:00:00
Speaker
Hi and welcome to another episode of the Glam Reaper podcast.
00:00:03
Speaker
I'm your host Jennifer Muldowney aka The Glam Reaper.
00:00:07
Speaker
On today's episode we are talking all things Taylor Swift.
00:00:11
Speaker
That's all I'm going to say.
00:00:13
Speaker
Let's take it away.

Meet the Co-Founders of Titan Caskets

00:00:23
Speaker
Josh and Scott from Titan Titan Titan Titanics.
00:00:27
Speaker
I was about to say from Titan Caskets.
00:00:30
Speaker
Welcome to the Glam Reaper podcast.
00:00:33
Speaker
Please introduce yourselves.
00:00:36
Speaker
I'm Scott Ginsberg.
00:00:37
Speaker
I live in Boston, Massachusetts.
00:00:39
Speaker
I'm the CEO of Titan.
00:00:42
Speaker
Excellent.
00:00:42
Speaker
And I'm Josh.
00:00:43
Speaker
I live out in Seattle along with my wife and our third co-founder Liz.
00:00:47
Speaker
And yeah, together we're Titan.
00:00:50
Speaker
Very cool.
00:00:50
Speaker
So I had to almost check that.
00:00:54
Speaker
So don't laugh.
00:00:55
Speaker
But a little fun story about Jen.
00:00:56
Speaker
We do laugh a lot on this podcast is so tight.
00:01:00
Speaker
And I'm glad I said that right.
00:01:02
Speaker
Just to be sure, because when I was younger, I was on a golf course and I was selling tight list golf balls.
00:01:11
Speaker
But I pronounced some titlist golf.
00:01:15
Speaker
Needless to say, they were very popular and I sold quite a lot.
00:01:19
Speaker
But I had no clue.
00:01:20
Speaker
Now, I've never heard of anybody calling Titan Titten, but still, I am in America where they say things very differently to Ireland.
00:01:28
Speaker
So I'm glad to get that right.
00:01:30
Speaker
Thank God.
00:01:31
Speaker
No different.
00:01:34
Speaker
Tell us, so you're, Scott, you're in Boston and you're in Seattle.

Titan Caskets' Operations and Customization

00:01:39
Speaker
So, but you guys, now is Titan Caskets all over or is it based in Seattle or?
00:01:48
Speaker
So we're based in Boston.
00:01:50
Speaker
Okay.
00:01:51
Speaker
And we have five warehouses throughout the country.
00:01:55
Speaker
And we distribute from those locations.
00:01:59
Speaker
And Josh is in Seattle, so he's there also.
00:02:02
Speaker
So we do a lot of this back and forth on a daily basis.
00:02:05
Speaker
Right.
00:02:07
Speaker
And tell me and tell me this.
00:02:09
Speaker
What is so different about Titan caskets in comparison?
00:02:12
Speaker
And by the way, just for my UK and Irish listeners who regularly we call them coffins.
00:02:19
Speaker
Now, I know a coffin shape and a casket shape are different, but
00:02:24
Speaker
Something I had to learn coming over here is that a casket is more freely used here terminology.
00:02:30
Speaker
So.
00:02:33
Speaker
So what makes us different is that your question?
00:02:36
Speaker
Yes.
00:02:36
Speaker
Yes.
00:02:38
Speaker
Well, what makes us different is that.
00:02:40
Speaker
You can go to a funeral home today and purchase a casket, purchase all your funeral services.
00:02:46
Speaker
You'll pay a lot of money for that.
00:02:48
Speaker
And you'll go to that funeral home, have the same six or eight, 10 caskets tops that's been there for the last 20 years.
00:02:55
Speaker
And with us,
00:02:57
Speaker
You can get a thousand different models and styles and colors and customize it.
00:03:02
Speaker
And the reason why we can do that, one, we're 50% less expensive than the funeral home.
00:03:08
Speaker
And there's a federal law here in the States known as the Funeral Rule that was passed in the 80s that gives the consumer the right to purchase a casket and have it sent to the funeral home of your choice.
00:03:19
Speaker
So the law is called a funeral rule.
00:03:21
Speaker
And because of that, that enables us to sell caskets all throughout the country and save consumers 50% or more.
00:03:30
Speaker
And they can customize it if they want something unique and different, a different way to honor their loved one that you can't get at a funeral home in the comfort of your living room.

Innovative Customization and Collaborations

00:03:39
Speaker
You can relax, order the casket, and under no pressure.
00:03:45
Speaker
And you'll get it within a day or two.
00:03:47
Speaker
Well, I have a few questions, obviously.
00:03:49
Speaker
First of all, if I want a bright pink glittery casket, I can have one.
00:03:56
Speaker
You can.
00:03:56
Speaker
You can have a purple casket with red interior if you want.
00:04:00
Speaker
Very cool.
00:04:02
Speaker
Now, question, and maybe Josh, I'll ask you this.
00:04:06
Speaker
What about sizing?
00:04:09
Speaker
I'm from Ireland, as we are all aware, accent or otherwise.
00:04:15
Speaker
We're not massively, it's more of a rarity there that there'd be differences in sizes.
00:04:21
Speaker
Here in the US, it's more of a issue.
00:04:24
Speaker
And in terms of sizes, both in height, width, everything.
00:04:29
Speaker
And so tell me how can I'm sitting at home and ordering it from my laptop or my phone?
00:04:34
Speaker
How can I be sure that I get the right one to the funeral?
00:04:36
Speaker
Yeah, it's a good question.
00:04:38
Speaker
And when we work on every day, I mean, one thing that it is different about us is because we're online.
00:04:43
Speaker
and have limited showroom space.
00:04:45
Speaker
We have multiple sizes of oversize all the way up to 44 inches wide in any color you could want, which is something that's very difficult to procure in most of the country.
00:04:55
Speaker
And so that's where we work with both funeral homes and the public to really personalize those oversize for those oversized clients.
00:05:03
Speaker
The typical measurement is that the widest part of your body.
00:05:05
Speaker
So you can self-measure either elbow to elbow or shoulder to shoulder.
00:05:10
Speaker
But in most cases, in nearly every case, we want the funeral director involved or somebody, a funeral professional who's working with a family can do an in-person measurement because it does take some expertise to do that.
00:05:21
Speaker
You do not want that to go wrong.
00:05:23
Speaker
You don't want the gasket to show up and for the fit not to be right.
00:05:27
Speaker
Yeah, believe it or not, I've actually witnessed that where knees have had to be sort of propped up a little bit in order to, you know, it doesn't happen that or at least I've never heard of it happening.
00:05:40
Speaker
Maybe there are stories out there of what maybe the public might assume is that limbs get taken off in order to make it fit.
00:05:48
Speaker
I mean, there is some crazy stories out there now.
00:05:52
Speaker
So you work with both funeral homes and the public.
00:05:55
Speaker
So for me, I'm not a licensed funeral director.
00:05:58
Speaker
I'm a memorial planner and a celebrant.
00:06:00
Speaker
And so if I have a family that comes to me tomorrow, wants to do a memorial, but they need a casket, I could go directly to you guys.
00:06:07
Speaker
I could send the family to you guys.
00:06:09
Speaker
But you do work with funeral homes as well.
00:06:12
Speaker
That's right.
00:06:12
Speaker
We offer, you know, we have retail prices on the site, but we also offer wholesale rates both to funeral homes, but just as often funeral professionals like yourself.
00:06:20
Speaker
There's lots of people in the community working with families who can make them aware of Titan and we offer wholesale rates for that group.
00:06:29
Speaker
Yeah.
00:06:30
Speaker
And a buyer or a client, I guess you didn't expect to have had some notoriety recently.
00:06:38
Speaker
Fill us in on that, Josh or Scott, whichever.
00:06:41
Speaker
I don't know who who's the bigger fan, maybe.

Taylor Swift Feature and Consumer Awareness

00:06:46
Speaker
Um, I'm happy to tell the story, but you know, if you go to a search engine and type in casket, you'll, you'll find us where we're really prominent online.
00:06:54
Speaker
So we often sell into movies and film and productions because that's, there'll be a, a, a stage hand or, you know, a person on set who finds us that way.
00:07:03
Speaker
And that's what happened here.
00:07:04
Speaker
Some, somebody placed an order over the summer.
00:07:06
Speaker
They told us for a, um, a prominent music production.
00:07:11
Speaker
Um, and so we shipped a copper casket out, not knowing what would happen next.
00:07:15
Speaker
Um, a few months go by, um, one day and it was the day after we were in front of the federal trade commission, arguing for a modernization of the funeral role.
00:07:24
Speaker
It was the next day.
00:07:25
Speaker
So we were all coming down from that.
00:07:27
Speaker
Um, one of our employees woke up very early cause we're always here and she's a big Swifty and she saw the video and she didn't, it was a hundred percent sure it was us, but she sent it out to the group.
00:07:40
Speaker
And Liz, who I mentioned, who had made the sale, reached out the production company and they said, Yep, that's you.
00:07:47
Speaker
It's me.
00:07:49
Speaker
About an hour later, her Swifties online had posted that here are all the things in this music video and here's the casket that was in it.
00:07:59
Speaker
And that's from Titan.
00:08:00
Speaker
And so we jumped right on that.
00:08:02
Speaker
And over the next few days, we got just a ton of press.
00:08:06
Speaker
And what was, you know, to us most excited, like, obviously it's a thrill to see one of the more famous, well-liked people on the planet climb out of the casket.
00:08:14
Speaker
But what got us really excited was all the articles and all the conversation was really about what we stand for is that families have rights, they have options.
00:08:23
Speaker
And, you know, tens of thousands of people became aware of that over the course of days.
00:08:28
Speaker
So whether...
00:08:29
Speaker
There's no way she knew this, but by choosing that casket, she really helped push our mission forward.
00:08:35
Speaker
She helped really shed a spotlight on what we do, essentially.
00:08:39
Speaker
Yeah.
00:08:40
Speaker
And that's exactly it.
00:08:41
Speaker
And it's funny.
00:08:43
Speaker
I'm not a fan, but one of my best friends is a massive, massive fan.
00:08:49
Speaker
And so we always, you know, we go back and forth and we have our arguments about that.
00:08:52
Speaker
And she's just she's just not for me.
00:08:54
Speaker
She just drives me nuts a bit.
00:08:56
Speaker
However, I will give her I would shake her.
00:09:00
Speaker
You people like to be like, oh, you shake her hand.
00:09:02
Speaker
You're so gracious.
00:09:03
Speaker
But I absolutely shake her hand.
00:09:05
Speaker
I buy her a pint and I would say, listen,
00:09:07
Speaker
Taylor, fair play to you, because shining any sort of contemporary star, popular star like her shining a light on what we as a community do is incredible.
00:09:21
Speaker
And I don't think they realize, and as you kind of said,
00:09:25
Speaker
She wouldn't have realized all that she did for you guys.
00:09:28
Speaker
But it was also for me, it was not just for you.
00:09:31
Speaker
It was amazing, obviously, to see any startup.
00:09:34
Speaker
You know, for me, I'm, you know, massive support of any startup and trying to bring change into a very antiquated industry.
00:09:43
Speaker
to see, you know, you on the in the spotlight for a while and all that.
00:09:47
Speaker
But it's also about starting those conversations around the dinner table.
00:09:50
Speaker
And, you know, she's got so many young and teenage fans.
00:09:53
Speaker
And, you know, we just did an episode with the British president of the National Association of Funeral Directors, and he's trying to put forward an act on child bereavement as part of the curriculum over there.
00:10:07
Speaker
But it's, you know,
00:10:09
Speaker
the casket being in her video and all of a sudden all this publicity around it and around the video and there's always publicity around her brings those topics to the fore and allows
00:10:21
Speaker
people start talking about it and kind of like, well, would you be buried or cremated or what would your casket

Normalizing Funeral Conversations

00:10:27
Speaker
look like?
00:10:27
Speaker
And it can sound like almost a menial conversation, like it's a bit, you know, well, how is that really starting the conversation?
00:10:35
Speaker
It is.
00:10:35
Speaker
It's starting at just it plants little seeds that all of a sudden.
00:10:40
Speaker
If something happens to somebody, well, remember that time she said she wanted to be cremated, so now at least we know that or whatever it might be.
00:10:47
Speaker
It's these little conversations.
00:10:48
Speaker
So fair play, Taylor.
00:10:50
Speaker
I'll shake.
00:10:54
Speaker
Yeah, that's what our brand is all, you know, we're out here trying to make these conversations normal and OK to have because we know we know how beneficial that is.
00:11:02
Speaker
We talk to families every day who they come into the process informed and knowing the wishes of their loved one, you know, whether they buy from us or not.
00:11:10
Speaker
Right.
00:11:11
Speaker
That's not what it's about.
00:11:12
Speaker
They just have they have better outcomes, more memorable goodbyes and just feel better about the process.
00:11:17
Speaker
Yeah, yeah.
00:11:18
Speaker
Yeah, pre-planning is a massive, massive thing we stand for in my company.
00:11:24
Speaker
I think it's so important, even if you just decide burial or cremation or one of the latest alkaline, you know, all the different varieties that are out now.
00:11:32
Speaker
But even if you just say burial or cremation, mom, which one?
00:11:37
Speaker
It's something so small as that.
00:11:39
Speaker
My mom probably give me a box.
00:11:40
Speaker
No, my poor parents have been they've been killed off so many times on my podcast.
00:11:44
Speaker
They're like, really?
00:11:45
Speaker
What happened to us?

Founding Story and Team Dynamics

00:11:48
Speaker
No, it's it's really, really such an important conversation to have.
00:11:51
Speaker
And so can I ask how the two of you and Liz, your third partner, how how did the three of you get into this or how did you for this threesome?
00:12:02
Speaker
Yeah, sure.
00:12:03
Speaker
I've been in the casket industry for over 20 years.
00:12:06
Speaker
I've been manufacturing, distributing, and in 2016, I started Titan Caskets, saw that there was a need.
00:12:16
Speaker
Selling online, I've been selling on Amazon for a while, and I went to Columbia Business School, so hasn't Josh, and I reached out to him.
00:12:26
Speaker
And he was working Amazon in Seattle.
00:12:29
Speaker
So I flew out to Josh and met him a few times.
00:12:33
Speaker
And we had lunch.
00:12:35
Speaker
We had a little napkin.
00:12:37
Speaker
We drew some sketches of his thoughts and what we were thinking about.
00:12:42
Speaker
And after that, we're off to the races, essentially.
00:12:46
Speaker
Wow.
00:12:47
Speaker
It all starts with a napkin.
00:12:48
Speaker
That's what a lot of ideas start on.
00:12:52
Speaker
And he still has it over his right shoulder somewhere there, I think.
00:12:55
Speaker
Yeah.
00:12:56
Speaker
It's in a pile.
00:12:57
Speaker
It's in a pile.
00:12:59
Speaker
That's amazing.
00:13:00
Speaker
And so what is it just caskets specifically?
00:13:05
Speaker
Are we looking to venture into others?
00:13:07
Speaker
I mean, Josh, I can see an urn behind you and I think there's one behind you, Scott.
00:13:11
Speaker
I'm not sure.
00:13:13
Speaker
You never know with sort of the zooms and the fake back records.
00:13:16
Speaker
Yeah, for sure.
00:13:17
Speaker
But yeah, what's the product line?
00:13:19
Speaker
Is it going to be considered?
00:13:21
Speaker
Well, the goal is ultimately to be the digital solution for funerals.
00:13:25
Speaker
But yeah, urns, pre-planning, you know, it's got expanded to other categories.
00:13:32
Speaker
Oh, very cool.
00:13:33
Speaker
Okay.
00:13:34
Speaker
And Liz is the third partner.
00:13:37
Speaker
How did she factor into everything?
00:13:41
Speaker
Josh.
00:13:42
Speaker
So we're married.
00:13:43
Speaker
So, you know, early on...
00:13:48
Speaker
She's downstairs.
00:13:49
Speaker
She's doing a car pickup or school pickup with our three kids.
00:13:52
Speaker
We also have a casket downstairs.
00:13:55
Speaker
But when we, you know, Scott and I met in 20, shortly after he started the business in 2018, but I was at Amazon.
00:14:03
Speaker
And so I was providing counsel and advice, but I had another job.
00:14:07
Speaker
Liz, we traveled and then she was out of the workforce for several years after being an attorney.
00:14:12
Speaker
We were having kids and she was looking, she had done some e-commerce work on the side.
00:14:17
Speaker
And when we were talking about this idea over dinner, she was like, hey, that sounds really interesting.
00:14:22
Speaker
And so for a while before I got involved in the business, it was Liz and Scott who were growing it from Amazon.
00:14:27
Speaker
And so she runs all of our operations, all of our customer service.
00:14:32
Speaker
And so if you read the reviews on our site,
00:14:34
Speaker
that not there's plenty that mention her by name, but the rest sort of mention her by spirit because she runs that team and it's such a big part of what we do.
00:14:42
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely.
00:14:43
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:14:44
Speaker
Well, you're only ever as good as as your your worst team members, they say.
00:14:49
Speaker
So, you know, you've got to keep everybody in, especially in in this sort of industry.
00:14:54
Speaker
It can be disheartening.
00:14:56
Speaker
You know, when you're having a bad day, things can seem worse.
00:15:00
Speaker
And, you know, life is is short.
00:15:02
Speaker
You start to see that and
00:15:04
Speaker
I'm sure you've probably had your fair amount of smaller coffin or casket requests and stuff where that can hit home.
00:15:09
Speaker
I know we've just done a couple of memorials recently, just suicides and young people.
00:15:17
Speaker
And it's just, yeah, it can really get in on you if you let it.
00:15:23
Speaker
But that's why I think it's so important for everybody to be around each other and be more of a community.
00:15:28
Speaker
Um, and sometimes it's not always like that.
00:15:30
Speaker
So, um, so what is the wildest request you've ever gotten?

Unique Casket Uses and Pop Culture

00:15:37
Speaker
Wildest, um, I've made, let's see, a, someone bought a casket to make a electric go-kart.
00:15:45
Speaker
That's one of them.
00:15:47
Speaker
He put an engine in it and wheels and another person made a cooler.
00:15:54
Speaker
And with wheels also, so he can pull it behind his motorcycle.
00:15:58
Speaker
Another person made a grill out of one.
00:16:05
Speaker
So he wanted to use that, you know, put his charcoal and cook his ribs and whatnot.
00:16:10
Speaker
What else, Josh?
00:16:10
Speaker
We just made one for AMC's show, Interview with a Vampire.
00:16:14
Speaker
Oh, yeah, that's it.
00:16:16
Speaker
They submitted a custom design, which we built, and it sold within about an hour and a half.
00:16:21
Speaker
And we shipped it to a customer outside Philadelphia.
00:16:24
Speaker
Wow.
00:16:25
Speaker
So like the movie set ones, you'll create it, but then they let you sell it off as well.
00:16:30
Speaker
So normally, no, normally we ship two movies to productions.
00:16:34
Speaker
I use it in the film.
00:16:34
Speaker
This was one they didn't use in the production.
00:16:38
Speaker
They used it as a, they had a sort of a night market, you know, as part of the promotion of the show that they were offering vampire-ish items.
00:16:46
Speaker
And so they just created this unique design.
00:16:48
Speaker
And then we, you know, which we can do, we build it for them and ship right away.
00:16:53
Speaker
That's very cool because when I did my book launch back, I'm starting to show my age, 10 years ago now, I kind of had a pseudo funeral.
00:17:04
Speaker
That was what I wanted the book launch to be.
00:17:07
Speaker
So I had hired the basement of a nightclub and I was this close to having a casket or coffin there present.
00:17:15
Speaker
But I decided against it.
00:17:17
Speaker
Well, more my mother decided against it.
00:17:19
Speaker
for me.
00:17:20
Speaker
She was a little too she was like, this is already enough.
00:17:24
Speaker
You know, because I had sort of my eulogy.
00:17:26
Speaker
I had some videos that I would want played.
00:17:27
Speaker
I had songs.
00:17:28
Speaker
I had the drink and the food.
00:17:30
Speaker
I mean, essentially what I'm about with in a memorial.
00:17:34
Speaker
But yeah, the only thing that was missing was a casket because I even wanted sort of the drinks to be served on it.
00:17:38
Speaker
I mean, I had all these ideas.
00:17:41
Speaker
I got poo-pooed by the Irish Mammy.
00:17:43
Speaker
That was that.
00:17:44
Speaker
The next book.
00:17:45
Speaker
I actually have written book.
00:17:47
Speaker
I'm on book three at the moment.
00:17:48
Speaker
So I think that this one could be could be a good one to have a casket at.
00:17:53
Speaker
But it is it's good to know that you you do these as props as well as obviously real life to be honest, because I know a lot of people obviously and being in New York, there's a film industry here, but I know a lot of people who whether it's fashion or film and stuff, it's interesting to know that these things are used.
00:18:11
Speaker
other than for your final resting place, you know?
00:18:13
Speaker
Oh, yeah, all the time.
00:18:15
Speaker
Certainly.
00:18:16
Speaker
It shouldn't be a product people are scared of, right?
00:18:19
Speaker
It's again about normalizing conversations.
00:18:21
Speaker
So Scott, a few, you know, in December brought one to the Gizmodo headquarters in New York and they did like a review of it just like you would do a normal, you know, iPhone.
00:18:30
Speaker
And so, you know, you use those just like we did with Taylor Swift, use those pop culture moments when it's okay to talk about this topic.
00:18:38
Speaker
Yeah.
00:18:39
Speaker
Try and insert yourself in the conversation.
00:18:41
Speaker
And just really try to create awareness.
00:18:43
Speaker
That's the key.
00:18:44
Speaker
You know, people know it's out there.
00:18:45
Speaker
We create awareness.
00:18:47
Speaker
And then we try to just educate.
00:18:49
Speaker
And that's the key.
00:18:50
Speaker
Because the person doesn't know in the states that they have that right to purchase a cask and send it to any funeral home.
00:18:57
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely.
00:18:58
Speaker
And it's like the customizing of I mean, I've I work with both funeral homes, a bit similar to yourselves and private clients.
00:19:06
Speaker
And, you know, we've we've had canoe caskets, you know, there's there's people want different things and they want specific

Eco-Friendly and Custom Options

00:19:13
Speaker
things.
00:19:13
Speaker
And like that, there is a fear.
00:19:15
Speaker
I know when I very, very first started my concept back in Ireland, there was I wanted a photo of there was a casket, a coffin again, back to standing, you know, propped up.
00:19:26
Speaker
And I wanted a photo of me in it.
00:19:27
Speaker
I was like, this is brilliant.
00:19:29
Speaker
This will, you know, make the news tomorrow and everything.
00:19:32
Speaker
I could not get one person to take a photo of me in it.
00:19:35
Speaker
Absolutely refused because they felt that I was I was dead if they were
00:19:41
Speaker
If I got into the casket, I was dead.
00:19:43
Speaker
It's so superstitious in Ireland.
00:19:45
Speaker
We are.
00:19:47
Speaker
But it's people have this fear of it.
00:19:49
Speaker
I mean, I think even in the Kardashians, didn't Kris Jenner, she hopped into a casket, tried one out.
00:19:55
Speaker
Remember?
00:19:55
Speaker
I don't know if you saw that.
00:19:57
Speaker
No, we'll look it up after.
00:19:59
Speaker
Yeah.
00:20:00
Speaker
Afterwards.
00:20:00
Speaker
Yes.
00:20:01
Speaker
No Kardashians.
00:20:02
Speaker
We have no Kardashians.
00:20:04
Speaker
You reach the limit of our very interesting.
00:20:08
Speaker
Yeah, no, it's it's it's definitely a fascinating thing.
00:20:13
Speaker
And and, you know, it's not all just goths and it's not all just sort of people of a certain.
00:20:19
Speaker
interest that are fascinated with it which i think i think that's why well when i got nicknamed the glam reaper in the media which still cracks me up because i'm no more glamorous than the man of the moon but anyway um i got nicknamed that because i think people were just shocked they're kind of like wait she smiles and she laughs and she's so positive that she you know i put up a picture of me on my instagram with um i think it's what's his name lurch from the adults family and then just
00:20:46
Speaker
It couldn't be more.
00:20:47
Speaker
But it's what persona is.
00:20:48
Speaker
You know, people don't know.
00:20:50
Speaker
I joke about it.
00:20:50
Speaker
Well, I joke, but kind of not really about a glittery pink coffin.
00:20:53
Speaker
But it's what people want, you know.
00:20:56
Speaker
There's some incredible casket designers in the UK.
00:21:00
Speaker
I know that started personalizing, you know, with like that race cars and dairy milk, chocolate covers and all sorts of things.
00:21:10
Speaker
Do you do, can I ask, do you do environmentally friendly versions of your caskets or what's your environment?
00:21:17
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:21:17
Speaker
We have a cardboard casket.
00:21:20
Speaker
We have solid wood with no metal in it.
00:21:25
Speaker
So we do have an environmentally, it will also have a wicker casket.
00:21:29
Speaker
Okay, very cool.
00:21:30
Speaker
Because that's hugely important and I think it's only going to go from strength to strength as people become more environmentally friendly and as these options like the composting, the natural organic reduction and alkaline hydrolysis just keep getting more and more traction.
00:21:46
Speaker
Very

Conclusion and Listener Engagement

00:21:47
Speaker
interesting.
00:21:47
Speaker
Well, guys, it was a pleasure having you on.

00:22:00

00:22:03
Speaker
If you're not, look up Taylor's latest.
00:22:06
Speaker
Oh, my God.
00:22:06
Speaker
The anti-hero video.
00:22:10
Speaker
It's probably not even her latest video, is it?
00:22:12
Speaker
No, it was it was the first one from her latest album, Midnight's.
00:22:16
Speaker
She came in.
00:22:20
Speaker
The top ten songs on Spotify.
00:22:21
Speaker
It had all ten at one point.
00:22:22
Speaker
It was.
00:22:23
Speaker
Yeah, yeah.
00:22:24
Speaker
Yeah.
00:22:25
Speaker
I mean, she's a machine.
00:22:26
Speaker
Incredible.
00:22:27
Speaker
