We often ignore it in small ways, and in those small ways makes a big impact in our life, and we don't often realize that. so Today I'm going to be sharing a bit about my health and fitness journey and my health currently and everything that I've been working on and how you guys can start implementing this important piece that I'm going to be talking about to help improve your health and overall, honestly, in all other areas of your life. Because when you implement the things that I'm going to share with you, when you have an awareness and start to realize the unconscious behaviors or the things that you guys may have been doing, then you guys can start making a change in your life. And at the end of this podcast episode, I'm going to be sharing with you guys a tangible tool that is the most needle moving because we like efficiency here um to help you get started in moving in the right path.

My health and fitness journey, guys, has been a lifelong fucking journey. I mean, since growing up, you know, I was a chubby kid and my nickname was Shamu. um which is a clear killer whale SeaWorld.

like used to their patterns and habits, right? It's very difficult for you to change a habit when you have been practicing it for years and years and years, right? And they don't obviously know about the subconscious mind and all this inner work and the healing and all of that stuff. So growing up, they did what was best, obviously, like I have unconditional love for them.

But You know, growing up, I was on Taco Bell. I was eating all the fast food. I was literally killing like the two liter soda bottles like I was down and numb like in two days, guys, like it was so crazy. um And obviously, like I was active. So like that really helped me a lot. But I love like playing volleyball. I love to just be out and play sports and do things and just be out and about.

I'm like an outside girls girly. So I just love being outside. And so, yeah I was a chubby kid and i you know, went through a lot with my physical self-image. And

Balancing Obsession and Enjoyment

what I mean by that is just, you know, being made fun of for the weight that I the like, the weight that I had, the way i looked, um and just being called fat and like just all of these things that, you know, some of you can may may relate to if you had a similar experience in your childhood. And a lot of the shit that we go through our childhood and our teenage years really comes with us in our adult life. Like even though we're not kids anymore, a lot of that mental and physical trauma um ah still stays in our bodies until we like fully look at them, we're sitting sitting with them and we're processing them and we're healing from them.

It wasn't until I had an epiphany at the age of 16 where all my heating habits were unhealthy since then. And one day i randomly just woke up and I was like, Yeah, I'm going to lose weight like I'm done feeling this way. I'm done being made fun of and all of these things. Right.

And so my my motive was physical. It was for the physical reason of wanting more attention, wanting to be liked, wanting to fit in. wanting to finally

Self-Image and Growth

feel hot and feel good about myself like it was all physical and then obviously the health aspect of it came in once I went through the journey and I was like wow I actually feel a lot lighter I feel a lot more energized I feel good and so obviously the way I did it was very not the best like I restricted everything and a lot of people will sometimes go that route and it's not the best like It's never going to work.

Anything that you do in obsession is never going to work because it's like so off balance. And it's most of the time it's not authentic to you. So been on my health and fitness journey since 16. I have been, you know, doing the best that I can in every way to take care of myself, to eat healthy. I genuinely enjoy it now. it took me a while to actually enjoy it and get used to that because again, once the goal, I hit the goal, I was like, okay, great. Like,

You know, and then I had many goals in between. I used to be a health and fitness coach. I genuinely love it. Here's the thing, though. I didn't realize the impact of my health until my higher self started to show me literally um like a couple of months ago, actually, because, well, I take that back.

Two years ago, around two, I would say three now because we' we're in 2026, I have been on a mission to release 20 pounds. And i have not been the weight that I am currently like since 16, like since I have released 20. the first like initial weight. And I've always had like two other weight loss journeys before that, but it wasn't like such a big drastic like change from my weight. And so it's been really interesting because within those two years too, I have been working on my self image, which is the way that I see myself, the way that I think the world sees me, my self identity essentially, and self love.

And what I mean by that, I'm going to get into that later because it's not what most people think it is. But I really just been on this journey to love myself more, to see the best in myself, to not beat myself up. That is one of the biggest, actually, side note, reasons why you hold on to your weight because your body's trying to protect you from you. So all of these things have been going on.

On top of that, you know, I have like the financial side of things for me where i you know, had my six figure business, my tattooing business, and i had left it.

And obviously, like when you're building something that you're meant to build, that your soul has designed you to grow and build, like it's going to take some time. Like this is like the thing that you're supposed to do, right? It's not going to be built like really quickly, like all the other businesses that I've built. So I had that wake up call and It's all perfect anyways, but I've had that happen and i have been going through this like

phase of safety and like regulating my nervous system back into feeling safe with ease with relaxation regardless of my money situation regardless of where I'm at in life safety in the unknown like all of these things that most women struggle with especially if you're an ambitious woman and you are so used to you know like going after your dreams and doing the things like that is amazing but a lot of us unconsciously forget that we're doing it from a place of survival because if everything was taken away from us, would we still feel safe?

And so a lot of like um hypervigilance alertness has came up for me from me intentionally like Obviously my higher self planned it, but taking away all of these things to really show me like where is my full power really at? Like where am I

really at? And it's been an amazing journey, um but health has come up a lot for me. Like I'm currently on a journey of releasing excess cortisol and rebalancing my hormones out. I'm currently, you know, reversing, reversing my, some of the white hair.

And so all of that, my sleep, guys, you know, sleep has been a big work in progress because I have been dealing and experiencing with insomnia and it's not as bad as it was before. but obviously with the things and the tools and everything that i'm working on is getting better and better but that was the case for me where i just couldn't get myself to relax and sleep at night and fully let go and so health has been in the forefront for me like right now and in general and so i'm doing everything i can to get my health to like optimal optimal like balanced hormones like

right? And no one is, like, we're gonna be honest here, or no one is ever going to be 100% whole. Like, that is life, and that is okay. Like, we all have, you know, relationships show us a lot. They reflect a lot to us. Like, our jobs, our careers, our finances, like, there's so much stimulus around us, and there's so many things going on in our modern world that it is impossible if anyone says, like, I am 100% whole, and period. No, bitch. Like there's always a new level to everything. And so this is going to be so foundational for you to realize and understand when emotional root causes are basically emotional imbalances. So anytime you feel like inadequate, right? Like that's a big one for me. Like that's a reoccurring soul lesson for me in this lifetime is feeling inadequacy. um Also self-doubt when you're feeling like not like you can't trust yourself or you're feeling not capable of the next goal that you desire to write any type of limitation that you feel within yourself is an emotional imbalance. It is an emotional root cause where that feeling, you know, whenever it started out for you,

This is like why most people when they do a lot of the healing work and like all this like mindset fluff. First of all, mindset fluff does not fucking work because it doesn't get into your unconscious. But also when you're doing a lot of the inner work, you are not healing the things at the root. You're always just scratching the surface of the things. And this is why I always say like the easiest way for you guys to find out what your emotional root cause will be is just keep asking yourself why, because there's always going to be a feeling underneath the feeling underneath the feeling. And it's always going to actually like for the most part, tie down to either not feeling enough or good enough, not feeling special, not feeling valuable, like some of these core things in certain ways. And so once you start to uncover those layers for yourself, then you're able to heal things from the emotional side And then you have the physical side, which is the things that we do that's easy for us, right? Taking action. Maybe it's, you know, when it comes to health, like taking certain supplements, having certain habits in place, like not scrolling on your TikTok or social media, like all fucking day or like right before bed, right? Like not

So then you have the energetic side, the emotional side. um the emotional disconnect and then you have the physical side with like the physical things that we do for the physical piece of the healing and then you have the energetic energy work side which is what most people don't really talk about or share or like teach about like all these big gurus that is like the biggest missing piece because it accelerates the other two it really makes a big difference and that's why i'm like so passionate about energy work and

And so that you can, again, it affects your health because anytime you have a disconnect from your core authentic self from being whole, you are out of alignment. And when you're out of alignment, it's going to manifest, it's going to pop up to get your attention to get back into alignment. And I just want to say,

that it is not your fault, okay? i don't want you to beat yourself up here. it is not your fault. And especially if you have been neglecting your health and you know you're just kind in this phase of like, what's the point? Like, what am I even gonna do? Like, just feeling overwhelmed about the whole situation.

Just know that a lot of these things, your higher self plans for you, like we all have a sole contract when we come down here for a certain purpose to fulfill. And so everything is happening for you. And just know that um regardless, like you have also the power to heal and shift and everything is like picked up from your childhood.

the most important piece that cultivates your best health or even the best relationships, the best career, the best finances, like literally everything that you want in your life, since we're focusing on health here, the best health is self-love and it's not what you guys think it is like i thought that i was the queen of self-love until the universe showed me otherwise of like no bitch like you really don't love yourself the way that you think you do and i'm gonna break this down for you guys so you guys can understand the difference because the world and talks about self-love in such a lower frequency way it's not that it's right or wrong it's just there is a lot more discerning and there's a lot more context to it than what most people think it is. It's not really just taking care of yourself and like doing like going to the spa and doing all the self-care things. What self-love actually is, and this is the source definition, meaning it's higher frequency information,

is the ability to put yourself first. And I know the world has programmed you. A lot of us that putting yourself first is selfish, that, you know, it's not always all about you. I've heard this before, honestly, like when I used to bartend New York City, like I literally had somebody tell me like, you are so self-centered, like it is not all about you. Like, why are you so full of yourself?

And I was like, why are you not full of yourself? Like and it's because I was just obviously showing them an imbalance that they have within themselves that they choose that they want to desire, like to experience. Right. That's why we have them. And that's why we like we get triggered and stuff. But The ability to put yourself but first has been the biggest lesson and it's going to be um a big foundation in everything I talk about because I'm truly seeing the the difference in what happens energetically and how you're able to manifest and what you're able to manifest by putting yourself first, but also why it's so important for you to thrive in your life in every aspect, in every way, and also for others to thrive because it is not it isn't selfish. It isn't.

when you are not putting yourself first, it is coming from a place of people pleasing. It's coming from a place of wanting to feel accepted and wanting to avoid rejection. And it's wanting to just belong, right? We all have this innate desire that we want to belong and there's nothing wrong with that, but not at the expense of not putting yourself first, not at the expense of not giving yourself what you need,

in order for you to thrive and then also in order for everyone else to thrive. And I know we can like obviously logically think of this and be like, yeah, I put myself first, right? But are you putting yourself first mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and also in every little way?

Improving Relationships and Manifestation

Because a lot of women, especially if you're ambitious and you could be similar like I have, I put my career first before myself a lot.

And health has always been important, but I can also notice in ways where I did not put my health first, where I didn't say no, right, to the things that I knew that weren't going to be the best for my health or the best for me or, you know, like alcohol and like just because of like. the socializing aspect like no like saying no to those things or like going to sleep earlier knowing that it's better for me so that I can wake up and do what I need to do right little ways like this like little things like this makes a big difference in putting yourself first and I think saying no is one of the biggest ones for people where they struggle with saying no because they're afraid if they're not going to be loved anymore, if they're afraid of even in like not getting any clients anymore in their career, right? um Just in in like finances, right? They're afraid of being judged a certain way if they say no to a certain experience or a certain thing or no to their friend. Whatever the case is, there's tiny ways where we are not putting ourselves first, even money.

When are you like, how many people, want you to be completely honest here, are paying your bills first without paying yourself first like that is showing money energetically that you're putting money above yourself when you are the biggest motherfucking asset like you are the asset and i want you guys to think of it this way that nothing can exist without you you are the one that creates the things that you do in your life and so it is important to put yourself first because you are the biggest asset that you have everything comes from you everything manifests through you And so realizing this would really helped me kind of like be like, yeah, like even with money, money has been a big thing for me. It's been a lifelong journey. And it's like, yeah, I'm the one that makes it like money is just an extension. But it's like it comes from me. Like I'm the one it's not money. So I'm not putting money first because I'm the one that creates it.

Your partner, whether you have a partner or not, if you have a partner, your partner is going to start putting you first and your desires and your choices. He's not going to question it anymore. He's going to support it. He's going to unconditionally love you.

The embodiment tool that I wanna give you guys, and I want you guys to start off with here, because obviously we know at this point that prioritizing yourself is key to everything, especially best health. I want you to take inventory in your health area of life. You can obviously do this for any area of life, but since we're talking about health, want you to start with your health area of life, because again, it's so foundational with like,

thriving in our lives. And I want you to ask yourself, like, where have I not in my health been prioritizing myself? Be completely honest, because you're going to start to see where you haven't. And then i want you to start making one tiny intentional shift and change. I don't want you to overwhelm your nervous system. And this is why most people feel at like the things that they want to achieve and do, especially with like their health.

And like if you're on a weight loss journey or whatever is they try to change everything at work once and their nervous system is not primed for that to hold that to be able to thrive and feel safe in that. So I want you to take one tiny thing that is I would start with the easiest thing for you. to do to change because then it just creates momentum, make it easy for yourself.

One tiny shift, easy thing that you can do to start putting yourself first in your health. So one of the things, for example, that I have been doing for my health is um like every week I have like a, I take certain supplements. And so Sundays, Saturdays Sundays, I fill up the entire, it takes like five minutes to do, but I fill the entire like,

seven day capsule thingy to make sure that I'm getting my supplements in daily. i also um do not like watch anything or like stay up late at night. Like I give myself a boundary of like what time I am stepping away from the phone.

and just practicing to be more at present in the moment. Even if my body feels uncomfortable sometimes as I'm doing it, I force myself to sit my ass down and just be present. And eventually it'll get easier for you to do. i have like this little, you guys are watching the video, I have this little like,

Stanley Cup situation and I have been drinking electrolytes every day and just to keep my body hydrated and I've been taking it with me everywhere I go. and I have been like filling it up in the morning as I'm making breakfast so I'm not forgetting about that.

There's so many little things that we can do to help with our health. um I think mental health has been the big case for me. So I've been doing like my meditations in the mornings. I do it three times a week instead of trying to do it every day. So that's been helping me a lot.

um Anytime I get triggered, i have like an emotional, like I can feel my nervous system, like fight or flight is activated. And you'll

um I do like a box breathing, which is like four seconds, inhale, hold for four and then four seconds, exhale, hold for four. And I'll like tense my body and release it as I'm doing it to like regulate myself.

And so these are like the little things that I'm doing to support myself in cultivating more levels of safety through the next level expansion that I'm going through. And so I want you to take guys just take inventory like obviously eating healthy is another one. um I've actually started meal prepping. i wasn't doing that before, but I'm doing it now making time and I'm choosing like easier recipes to make that also taste good. Like I made um a quinoa Mediterranean salad the other day and it's so freaking good and it was easy to make.

So I'm doing little things to support myself and prioritize myself and make it easy for me to prioritize myself. But if you want, you can obviously like do this in um other areas of life too. Like career has been a big one for me. So like for a career, i anytime I feel like mentally exhausted and drained and I feel like I have a lot more to do that I haven't finished, I will either completely like I'll check in with my intuition to see, but I'll completely either like I'll reorganize it for another day and put myself first to rest and relax, or i will go take a walk, you know, refresh my mind and then come back to it and see if that changes anything. but I'll like, or I'll like go eat something, right? Like how many times have we like forgotten to eat because we've been so in the zone of working and it's like little ways like that, giving to yourself. If I'm having like a tough conversation with my parents, um I will like give myself like five minutes before I go talk to them, like to breathe, to regulate myself. Did this last night actually with my dad and it actually went very well and he prioritized me, which is really cool to see it in real time.

Because I can tell the difference of your energy. You can tell when you're like activated versus when you're fully grounded um and at peace and present. So just you guys can implement this in other areas of your life. But the biggest important piece that I want you guys to.

remember when you're doing these embodiment practices, when you're making those intentional changes is I want you guys to emotionally connect in real time when you're doing them. And what I mean by that is obviously like telling yourself that how it's safe and how it's benefiting you by doing this and benefiting others by you doing the thing that you're doing and emotionally connecting to that statement. um And like connecting to how it's so true. And that is how it's going to help your brain start to rewire your nervous system and your brain in real time to rewire together to start allowing yourself to feel more safe in prioritizing yourself and doing the things that and the patterns and the habits.

And again, when you do it in real time, once you take inventory and then you emotionally connect, that is what's going to create real change. And it's sustainable and it's easy for you to implement and integrate into your life. It's not like a fucking list, a to do list that you got to do and like sit with.

And you know, we don't fucking love doing that. It's boring. We like real time, real shifts. This is why I do not believe in sacrifice because you can absolutely have what you want without sacrificing. Sacrificing is just a lower frequency information and way of trying to convince the world trying to convince you that it's selfish to prioritize yourself you should not feel like you got to sacrifice anything for you to get what you want and for you to be able to have what you want like that is just not setting yourself up for success because your energy impacts everyone else's energy and so when you think about it that way like you yeah there is no sacrifice honestly i don't even feel like there is any compromise either because when you're compromising you are not putting yourself first There's a big difference between compromise and actually like genuine high frequency communication and communicating in a way where both people get what they want, but it's not in this energy of compromise. share with you guys because this is very foundational. And um I just also wanted to give you guys an update around the newsletter situation. So I am going to Thailand and Bali next month. It's coming up soon, actually, in like two weeks. And I'm so fucking excited um because it's my first time. It's been on my vision board for like since 2025. And so I'm excited to like go there and have fun. And so I was intuiting with my higher self the other day and I was just like, oh, you know, when is the best time for me to launch the newsletter? Because I want to be able to be consistent when I start and i feel like it's going to be better after my trip.

And so the newsletter is probably going to launch in May because I'm going to be gone for almost a whole month, guys. It's going to be a vibe. And I'm probably going to be I'll probably be releasing um episodes anyways while I'm gone. So that'll continue on because I'm going to be batching and I want to make sure that that like. Again, the podcast is very important to me, so I want to stay consistent with that.
