We all have intuition, but the way society has been set up has disconnected us from listening to it because there's so much external noise and influence. If you ever found yourself feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, overthinking your decisions and feeling afraid of making the "wrong" decisions because you don't want to work harder than you need to or take longer than you need to, to get to your desired goals, then this episode will help you gain more clarity and set the foundation of how to know whether you're making more aligned intuitive based decisions/actions, vs fear based decisions/actions.

oftentimes overwhelmed or overthinking or just bogged down by so many fucking options in this world. I know that this has been a big theme in my life. And so I'm excited to kind of share with you guys what I've been going through and also some of the ways that I have been able to help sift through the whole intuitive based action piece and then the fear based action piece. Because we always remember that anything you do the energy behind what you do is always going to determine the outcome. So your energy literally creates impact in the world. Your energy is literally what's always manifesting throughout your life and like the way that you think, what what you believe, like the energy in which you do things. So it's really important to just understand this so that ah you know, like in what ways you're taking action, in what ways you're creating results for yourself.

I have been training my intuition for the past about like a year now. And it's been day in and day out, like every single day, I'm learning different reads and different stuff. Like I never ever, first of all, thought that I was going to be doing this kind of work, that I was going to be learning how to use intuition. And the reason why I did it was to really just learn to trust myself more. And again, this whole topic that we're talking about, right? Like learning to take action that actually delivers results and the kind of results that I want in my life, because majority of my life I've spent just

taking mindless action, hustling harder than I ever needed to because I wasn't listening to my intuition. And I was just too much in my human, disconnected from my feminine energy and my authentic self. And so this is the journey that we're on. You know, we're in this together. It's every day. It's a process and a work in progress. I always say work in progress for me. And so Anyways, like recently, since I've been training my intuition, everything was flowing. I was probably, I would say like two months ago or so, I was in this space where I really felt confident using my intuition and i use it like every single day for almost everything. i

try not to go overboard with it. Like there's always a fine line with everything, right?

But I felt confident that if I ever needed answers for something, if I ever needed like um direction in the right path for me, like obviously there's never any like right path. like All paths are right. But you know what is the fastest timeline, the fastest path that I can get to where I want to be, right? That's what intuition really helps you with. And so i was fighting myself just at it, going at it. But recently, these past two weeks, I have been experiencing just my higher self really... cutting off, much cutting off, but like shutting off my gifts that I've been using. Like there's different forms of intuition that you use. Like there's the seeing, there's the hearing, there's the feeling, the smelling, the tasting, like all these different kinds, right?

Also, inner knowing, that's like my dominant strong one. And so there are all these different senses and ways that you we use our intuition. And so the primary ones were like not hitting. And I was just like, what's going on? Like, did intuition stop working?

Like, what did i what did I invest all my time and energy and training for? and that was not the answer. it was just that my higher self wants me to learn new different ways of thinking tapping more into my intuition like the other forms to strengthen my intuition even more and so that whole entire like two weeks from now like has really tested me as far as like feeling like i was so used to like having that you know support system that intuitive support system that i had and then it had me kind of second guessing or like spiraling into overthinking of like what action should I take? Is this aligned or is this fear-based or is this like like, which way do I go? Especially with like major decisions that we tend to have in our lives, right? We always want to know. And so this is going to be really interesting to share with you guys, like how I've navigating that and just the whole shebang. So I just want to really just touch base on kind of bringing awareness to this like reason why we sometimes get stuck between

taking action or feeling like just stuck in this overwhelm, this overthinking, this indecision phase that we go through when we're sifting through our life, especially when you're in this work, right? You're aware of manifestation. You know that you have the power to control and create your reality in the way that you want it to. Then we end up wanting to make sure that we take the right intuitive action because we have also experienced the other side of not listening to our intuition and doing more than we ever needed to that has led to burnout exhaustion and whatever and so the big big reason behind this is that we truly do not trust ourselves and this is a big theme for a lot of women and it can be in so many different levels you know like for me right now i trust myself like foundationally at some point But now as my intuition is going to that next level, like the next level of my life, the next goals that I have for myself, there's a new level of trust that is required. And one of the reasons why we often tend to not feel like we can be able to trust ourselves fully and completely is because there's so much fucking outside

97 of our thoughts okay i want you to really let this land 97 of our thoughts are not even our own like energetically speaking we are all part of the same collective right we are all part of source energy right and we are all part of one like we are all one and so essentially we are constantly you know, exchanging thoughts and beliefs and energy as we sift through our day, even if like if you have a thought about somebody like you are still sending that thought over to that person energetically. And so essentially 97% of our thoughts are not our own. And so it's really important to practice energetic hygiene.

and to make sure that you're shielding your energy, your emotions, your thoughts, like you're shielding yourself from everybody else's shit because if you're not practicing energetic hygiene, then you're obviously taking on other people's stuff. That is not even yours. Another reason why we sometimes end up getting caught up in indecision or you know, just getting feeling like the stuck feeling between like, is this aligned action? Or is this fear based action and sifting through that is because we are too attached to the outcomes in our life, right? We are too attached to the how and this is so interesting, because like, my mentor recently had told me she was like, she said this thing that like really blew me open. And it was like, we are all, we can only see what we know to see. And so when we're too attached to the how of anything that we're wanting to, you know, go on the path of like for our goals and dreams and everything, when we're too attached to the how, we are only able to see what is in our awareness to see what we know already to see. And then we're not open to the possibilities and outcomes and like anything else outside of what we already know is true. And that is possible. We're not able to see possibilities around us. Right. And so when we're not able to see possibilities around us, that keeps us stuck in that fear base, like limiting thoughts and beliefs type of space. It keeps us stuck there versus

Flow of Intuitive Actions vs Fear-Based Decisions

aligned action. And this is something that I've experienced for myself as well. The more that I become aware of it, I'm like, I can tell the difference when I have been able to just literally be in the flow where it feels like I'm not even trying to use my intuition at all, where I'm just like, I feel so light in my body. I'm going about my day and I am literally just taking action as I feel like it fits right to. It's not something that I'm thinking about overthinking or like even thinking literally versus when I'm making an important decision in my life or anything that I have attachment to of the outcome or like wanting the thing, right? Or just too much of an emotional charge of like an emotional attachment that makes me end up overthinking. It makes me end up being an indecision because I want to make the right decision, right? And then it ends up being a fear based action. And so this is just a little bit of an awareness for you guys to just be thinking about like, okay, just when you're sifting through like what's actually aligned intuitive action that I have been taking and what's fear based, just be aware of that piece of like why you do it and what is like the energy behind it.

There's also this element of trusting that everything that you're doing, that you are capable and everything that you're doing is working out for you. It's going to work out. There's a trust in the working out of things in whatever path that you go through, whether you take an intuitive aligned action or whether you end up taking a fear, quote unquote, fear based action, right? It is always trusting and and knowing that it is all going to work out in the end when you release that how. And this is why i will say that unconditional love is so key to this path that you're on and and really um feeling more comfortable and more safe in taking action towards your goals and not even putting labels of like this is aligned action and this is fear based action anymore. But really moving from a place of unconditional love is going to help set you free from that. Because when you know that everything is perfect, all the actions that you take is perfect, right? Yes, essentially everything does have a timeline to it. So obviously we always, right, want the fastest timeline to things. We want like the the one, the timeline with the least obstacles and not have to go through all this shit, right, to learn the lessons and experiences that we need to learn, even though let's say we take the slowest timeline to where we want to go, right, the slowest path.

we are going to learn so many experiences, we're gonna have so many experiences and lessons that is going to help us propel us in our career, in our life in every single way. And so being able to see how every decision that you make, every path that you take,

Seeing it with unconditional love and seeing that it's perfect is really going to help set you free and it's gonna then allow you to get neutral. And that is the place that we want to be when we're deciding on anything that we want to do from a place of neutrality. Because from that place of neutrality, then you can only access your intuition and tap into what is actually authentic and true for

Transitioning to Purpose-Driven Work

you. So speaking of the how, right, and neutrality and unconditional love, I've been going through this recently where, you know,

Again, if you haven't been following me or if you're new here last year in 2025, I left my six figure business that I had. I was thriving doing stretch mark and scar tattooing in the beauty industry.

And I left that business and it has been like eight or nine months since then. Like it has been quite some time where I have not had any income. And I have like obviously money in the bank and I'm living with my parents so I don't have to pay rent and stuff. So there are certain perks that I have that I get to experience that has helped support me in this decision. But still like I know that like, you know, I'm building this business that I have, I'm building what it is that it is part of my purpose, my dream, right?

And I don't know how long that's going to take. Right. And there was a part of me that had this like crazy expectation or hope or whatever that it's going to be this way. I'm going to do it this way. And then i'm next six months, I'm going to get to doing this and making money and like do all these things. Right. And reality just didn't sit that way. And I was so like consumed in the how like I had a game plan. I was going to run an ads business and make money passively like that, you know, passive income, which I love passive income, still like a still an advocate of that. But in the way that I was going about it, it was like I was really meeting a lot of resistance and I was feeling stuck because I was just like, OK, well, I made this decision. I have a game plan.

I am taking all the action towards my sole purpose, like career and everything. Like, why is this not moving forward? Why is it not gaining traction the way that I thought it would be? And it was just so wild because like recently I've just been getting more clarity and like really just tapping in to see what's going on. And I was so stuck on that how and so now I'm currently like going to be getting a part time job. And you know, for me, I'm I've been in the hospitality hospitality industry for a while now. So like for me, I wanted something flexible and um enough where I can make a decent amount without having to like overwork. And that way I still have time for my business and then also time for myself. So I'm going to be working at a restaurant as a server whatever.

And so I had to come to terms to that, though, because that is something that I did years and years and years ago, like before COVID. And I have not had a job since COVID. And so I have done that for so long. Right. And I had to come to terms to that of like, no, this is actually the aligned, most aligned action that is for me. because it's coming from that neutral place. I had to get myself to that neutral place at first, but once I did, I was like, no, this felt right. Like this is the most aligned thing that I can do for myself to support myself. I'll give myself what I need and then also support my sole purpose. And it is okay. Like it doesn't mean anything since I've had to go back back or I'm considering to go back into doing that. Like it's not a going to be a long term thing either. But I had to be I had to take a step back and be open to the possibilities and the how. Right. And to let go and not be like, oh, this is intuitive action and this is what felt right versus like, no, this is like a fear based action.

And fear of like me going back to that and like, you know, I'm going to be like doing work again and like ah ah everything that comes with that. have like my own shit with it.

But like I had to take a step back and see the bird's eye view, the overall picture and the options that are available to me and then choose from that grounded, neutral place of like, OK, I'm you know, if I take this path, like, what does this feel like to me?

So it was really just essentially like this pure acceptance place from a place of neutrality of being able to see the pros and cons of every single decision and path that I was, that was available for me to take. And then being able to make changes and go about my decision in that way that really helped me gain more clarity and just get out of this like overthinking mode that we tend to get on. Okay, so one of the tangible ways that I want to share with you guys and how you can start to reconnect with yourself more and be able to learn how intuitive action, base action feels like for you versus fear-based action is

Human design. This is going to be the most tangible thing I give you guys probably. um But I love human design. If you're not aware of it, it is kind of like astrology, but it's like tells you more about your energetic blueprint and how you how your energy moves in this world, how it's best utilized. And so there is a free app called Align.

by Jenna Zoe and ah i like it. It's super simple. It's easy to use. You just put your like info in there of like your date, your birthday time and all of that stuff like the same as astrology.

And then you will get like a whole chart. And so what I would want you to pay attention to within that chart is your authority. So your authority is the way that you technically are able to tap into your intuition and use your intuition. And so ah for me, a lot of people actually more than 50% of the world is an emotional authority. And so an emotional authority, what that looks like is for me, you know, your emotions are great. They're always feedback, as I say, but they are not the truth. Okay. They are your human. They are not your intuition. and So what was best for me oftentimes is to ride the emotional wave is to be able to allow myself to take the space and time and give myself that, that space and time that I need to then make a grounded, clear, neutral, like get to that place of decision Because with my emotions, I'm going to be influenced by my emotions, right? It's not going to be an intuitive action and it's not going to be an intuitive decision. So once I get like super clear about it, where I feel like I don't need to take that action, where I feel like I don't need the thing is when I know that I am clear, i am neutral, and I have more clarity for me to then be able to take action. If you are like a sacral authority, for example, your intuition works a little bit different. So For sacral, it will be like more of a gut response. So it'll be like an instant like gut feeling, gut response, knowing like instant knowing whether it's a fuck yes or a fuck no. which is great, you know, but we all are different and it's all beautiful, but that is a great way for you to at least tangibly start to recognize and see like, how does your intuition respond and work with you? Another thing that I really love to do is whip out my journal and literally pen to paper, write this shit down, write my desire on the top and then, or the decision or the thing that I'm thinking about And then write down like the pros on one side and the cons on the other side. And I really, really like this exercise because sometimes we have everything in our head and we need to just get it out of us. We need to get it pen to paper for us to actually look at it from another direction and another way for us to really tap into our intuition even more and sit with

Defining Fear-Based vs Intuitive Actions

the info. And once you get to like a neutral place, right, of like, it's best for me to either go to this place or not or do this or that. Like once we get to that neutral place of like looking at the pros and cons of whatever decision that we make, if we go to the thing or not, or if we don't or whatever example it is, if you invest into the program or not.

Once you get to that neutral place, then you have more of a clear direction after writing down the yes and no's, like the pros and cons to actually do it or not. So essentially what fear based action looks like is this feeling an idea of like, if I don't do this, then I won't get X result, right? It has a condition to it. So if, for example, if like if I don't invest into this program, then I'm not going to get to where it is that I want to be without it Or if I don't go out to dinner with my friend, then she is probably not going to want to talk to me anymore. or She's going to hate me or whatever the shit is going on in your head.

Like it has a condition. It's based on a lack decision. It's based on a fear. So if fear lack is a limiting belief, right? We all have our own shit that we picked up. throughout our entire lives, you know, especially when we're like from ages zero to seven, we are the most like, subcessible. Is that the word? so ah so so so Subcessible, whatever, you know what I mean? we are the most like a sponge soaking in everything that's going around us, right? We are obviously the most intuitive, but we are always soaking things up because our conscious brain has not developed yet. And so our subconscious is literally always taking things in. And that's obviously what creates 95% of your reality anyways is your subconscious mind. It's literally autopilot. It's literally happening. It's in the essence of your being, right?

So we've done all of that, right? And it's not something that we did like consciously did. Our soul honestly decided to do it so we can learn certain lessons and it's great. But once you become aware of these limitations, these limiting beliefs, limiting stories that we have that hold us back from taking that intuitive action that we desire or you know moving from that place of fear which fucks us because obviously right what i said before whatever energy that you take action in is going to be the energy that is produced it's always going to follow you everywhere you go so it's important for us to understand this so that we can then decide to move differently from an energy of overflow abundance love like

possibility, right? That energy feels so expansive. And it always ends up being it hits different it ends up being such a different result when we move from that place of possibility of this place of like wholeness of like knowing that, hey, you know what, i don't actually need this thing but oh my god it would be so great if i got to experience it because you know i can only imagine so much more that i can already get to become or experience or whatever it is ah with you know and if i didn't i would also feel just as okay like i don't need it but i'm choosing it it's this energy of like choosing essentially moving from this place of desire versus fear and lack is really the big difference of knowing whether you're in a fear-based or intuitive-based decision. And also like sometimes your desire can feel scary, right? Again, it's like all those limiting stories that we've told ourselves that we feel like it can feel scary, but when it feels scary, it also actually feels very neutral. Like it's like an inner knowing that kicks in where you just know, like even though this feels scary right now, or like I'm trying something new that I never have and it's totally normal to feel scared or like, you know, of the unknown, our brain is always like wired to keep us safe.

You are still very like grounded and sure about it. There's like this assuredness within you and it's not something that can ever be explained. It's just like a feeling and a knowing that you feel when you know that when you're really in that place of like true desire, groundedness, detachment completely from any of the outcomes of the decision that you're making. Just remember to make sure that you're not moving from a place of obligation because anytime you're moving from that place of should, need, obligation, that is also like counts as a fear-based action and decision,

Making Grounded, Intuitive Choices

right? Give yourself space and time. Like there is no rush. Sometimes we're such in a rush to like make a decision, get to where we want to be because we're just like so unsteady and unsafe in the unknown and the in-between and the stillness, right? where it's like, I need to know now, right? And like, I need to know how how, but it's like giving yourself that space and time and just getting grounded, journaling it out, like I said, or going to the park, getting like grounded in nature, just giving yourself that space and time will really help you get clear and

I've also noticed like whenever I am in my intuitive flow, like I'm taking intuitive action, I'm literally not thinking guys like it is my body leading me. And actually being in your feminine is being in your body, your masculine is in your head and your feminine is in your body, which are in where your intuition lies. And so I'm like literally feeling super light in my body when I am like taking that aligned intuitive action. i feel like I get so much more shit done without even thinking about it because my body is leading me I'm being led. by the things naturally without me having to think about like anything if there's a story coming up there's a limiting story or any type of like what if coming up then there's something to explore there because that oftentimes tells you that there's some type of fear there's some type of limitation coming up I've noticed this for myself um anytime I've done that intuition based action feels like curiosity

it feels like exploring. Like, you know, when you're a fucking kid and all you wanted to do was just explore and you're just so curious. And so you just led yourself to places and things that you were just like curious about. That is what intuition-based action, intuitive-based action feels like. And then when you're like,

yeah heavy like When you're feeling heavy, when you're feeling bogged down, when you're overthinking, when you're just like feeling stuck, right you literally feel heaviness in your body. That comes from fear.

and One more thing I just wanted to say is like something that I've noticed too is that you know when something is on your mind, and I want to say like with a distinction here, when something is on your mind,

that is a tail sign of like this is pulling you like this is for you this decision or whatever it is as long as you feel neutral like I said about it as long as you have taken the space and time if you're an emotional authority like me and you're giving yourself that um energetic space that mental space for you to actually feel grounded and neutral about the whole decision and situation then And if it's still calling you even then, then it is debt most definitely for you. If you're just feeling super emotional about it and you're just like not like you're uneasy about it and it's still in your mind, then most likely it is probably not an intuitive based decision. I'm going to give you guys a story because I definitely went through this and I felt this when I was making the biggest investment that I ever made in my life. when deciding to work with my mentor now. um I'm a part of like a mastermind situation.

It's like a 12 month experience. And it was a $7,500 investment for the program. And I have never before have made I can say i have now. But before that, I've the maximum I've invested was like 5000. So it wasn't that much of a stretch. But like considering my situation, right of like, obviously not having any income coming in. And then obviously not knowing like when my business and career is obviously going to take off. Like we never know. Right. Like that's a long term commitment and thing. And then me trying to get an ads business going where I'm circulating, which I call spending. But my word is circulating money every day.

and it was like a lot going on. And i it was just so interesting to go through this experience because even despite that investment price and level, you know, when I first was led to the knowing of the program, I literally only listened to like three episodes from my mentor and I don't really know her like that, but somehow, okay, this is how I knew somehow I felt very neutral and curious, but it was like curious and neutral around like looking at her sales page and checking out what she has. Right.

And at first when I saw it, I was like, okay, cool like i didn't feel anything towards it but i was just like this is interesting and then past couple of days after that like i kept thinking about it but when i was thinking about it i was very neutral about it even after knowing the price and that was the big indicator for me because most people when they look at a program they look at the price and then they allow the price to determine like whether they're going to join or not right it always happens but you know that it's more of an intuitive aligned decision

for the most part when you are neutral about that price, but you somehow still feel pulled to the program or event or whatever it is that you feel pulled to. Like that is truly an indicator. And for me, that was a big indicator. But also I did go through a phase because I was starting to get emotional about it after it because it kept being on my mind.

Even source came through and be like, because I was getting to this point where i was like, you know, this is becoming so overwhelming for me. And then I started getting to my fear based thoughts of the price after initially I wasn't. But then I started getting into my thoughts in my head and I was wanting it too much because I was like, wait, this feels intuitive. But I'm like,

oh, I think I want this too much. But then I got in my head about it and it was this whole situation started getting to my fear, right? And i had to, i did not take action until I neutralized again, until I got everything out that I needed to. of Like why I was feeling anxious about this. Why did I feel like I actually needed this, but I wasn't doing like, I wasn't moving forward with it. did i Why did I feel like i was afraid of taking the wrong action or making the wrong decision of this investment level and doing this, which came after and I had to work through all of that. Once I did that, I felt so neutral, like the way I did initially in the beginning, I felt so neutral again about the price, about the program.

And I like literally went for it. Obviously, i had to regulate my nervous system when the time came because my body is not used to that. Which was fine. Like you regulate your nervous system, some of the tools that I have. And then I did it and I'm like, fine. And now I i have increased my capacity since then. So now I'd be happily like ah invest in 10K program, honestly, if I had to, like I would happily do it. And I paid in full as well. So that was a whole situation.

That was a a great challenge for me. I did not honestly feel as excited for a program as most people would. I just knew that this is something that I'm being pulled to, that I felt very neutral about it.

And that is when you know that it's more of an aligned decision. Even excitement, guys. Like, it's okay to feel excitement. Like, I fucking love feeling excited for shit. But when you really, like...

you know, ground your emotions, ground yourself, like you really get to that centered place. That is when you know that you are taking an aligned action. And you'll know for because you're moving from that place of neutrality, like the energy in which you're moving from is neutral. Like I'm in that program right now. And it's very neutral for me. Like it's great. And I love the content in there. I'm learning so much. That's been really, really helpful. But again, I'm still very neutral about it. It's like I'm not overly excited. I'm also not overly like,

mad about it or like disappointed or whatever i'm in that neutral place and so that has really helped me continuously take action and intuitive based aligned action of possibility of curiosity from a neutral place i'm not gonna lie like this is again a work in progress for me every single day i'm working on this myself but i will say like when you have um emotional mastery right when you're able to ground yourself and um be able to regulate yourself and not just move from that emotional reactive place that most people

Knowing what your human design authority is because that'll give you a great head start into figuring out like, okay, how does my intuition interact with me? being able to Being able to see the perfection and all the actions that you take. So letting go that how and detaching from the outcome.

Also taking a step further and asking yourself, what am I afraid of is going to happen if I take this action? Because that is going to give you the limiting belief, the fear that you have around the outcome of that decision that you're gonna make. Then you work on neutralizing whatever comes up for you, right? Of whatever fear limiting story that comes up for you. Neutralize that bitch because once you neutralize your fears and then you write down the pros and cons of like, you know, the whatever decision that you want to make, like what are the pros of making that decision? What are the cons of making that decision, right? Of like whether joining something or not or whether going to that event or not.

That gets you into that neutral place and helps you tap into your intuition to make more of an aligned, intuitive decision. And this is really what something I have been practicing time and time again.

i give myself that space and time. I sit with it. I look at the pros and cons if there's any fears that come up. I work through them. I neutralize them by seeing like, okay, well, if that shit happens, like, so what?

You know what mean? Like, so what? Let's go there. Because then it gives your bre's brain the sense of peace, the sense of like a contingency plan. It knows what the fuck it's going to do. It feels safe, right? It's goal. It's number one goal is to feel safe. So you give yourself what you need to feel safe and then you're good to go.

It really helps the podcast grow and share this with a friend because i know a lot of women struggle with this all the fucking time. And there's always new levels to everything.
