Introduction to Plant Medicine

00:00:01
Speaker
Welcome back to Unlocking with Adam Pike. Today we have a special guest on Fallon. I had her on the podcast before but I wanted to bring her back because she was just a joy to have on the podcast and she got a lot of insight about plant medicine and she's kinda on the same mission as I am from just helping people and she knows how powerful plant medicine is.

Ceremonies and Microdosing

00:00:24
Speaker
So basically the things that we're gonna be covering today is
00:00:28
Speaker
She's going to talk about plant medicine ceremonies and the benefits that it can have on you and how it can help work through a lot of your traumas. We're going to dive into microdosing and how it kind of helped her in her life and how it helped me in my life. We're also going to be discussing the change your mind, change your life challenge. So we just done that. We're going to be doing another one. This one is going to be a little bit different, a little bit better. We're going to kind of jump into that and discuss that and how it can
00:00:58
Speaker
kind of help you get the most out of micro dosing by doing one of these type of challenges. And also I want to share a little story that something that I experienced recently with mushrooms and how it kind of opened up my eyes and gave me this new sort of life and energy
00:01:17
Speaker
about me. So I really hope that you enjoy this episode.

Personal Experiences and Challenges

00:01:22
Speaker
Let's dive into it. Fallon, what's up? How are you doing? Welcome back to the podcast. It's been a minute since we've done our last episode. How are you doing? Good. And I'm so happy to be back. So thanks for having me on.
00:01:38
Speaker
Yeah, it's been a minute for me too, honestly. It's probably been over a month since I've done a podcast. It's hard to really stay driven to be putting in an episode every single week, but I'm happy that we're here and we have a lot.
00:01:53
Speaker
to talk about because it's the last time that I had you on um that was like your first kind of introduction to uh microcybin and you have been taking the microcybin since but the real reason why I kind of brought you on here is because I really want to dive into the ceremony that you just done um
00:02:14
Speaker
Because you kind of tell me a little bit a little bit about it But like I want you to give us the full story because I'm very intrigued and I want to do it like I really do want to do something like this because I feel like like I'm so Aligned with everything that that you're telling me about. So the floor is yours Yeah, the first time we did a podcast I told you about a ceremony so I feel so blessed that like micro side been actually like sponsored the event and
00:02:44
Speaker
Which was amazing because they did all the like the email marketing. They completed a survey to kind of get people's like where their mental health is now and after and yeah, I'm just so thankful for that.
00:02:57
Speaker
Sarah is one of the most powerful people I've ever been in her presence. She just really, she was trained by like an indigenous lady in Arizona and has all these certifications.

Dosage and Emotional Vulnerability

00:03:08
Speaker
I'll kind of dive into what happened. So we had everybody come and we all sit in the living room. She has everything like set up. So she has like candles and she has like this light that, you know, like those lights
00:03:24
Speaker
that go on the roof or whatever that do different colors. Yeah, like the little like it. I know I got like I got one. I do have one question before you dive into it though. So how much actual mushrooms are you taking in the ceremony? It really depends Sarah does all sorts like she'll do like a full macro dose but this one was a micro dose because we only had about three hours and we still want people to be able to drive after so
00:03:53
Speaker
It was anything like 0.2 to 0.4. So I did 0.4. Like I did one of the macro dose. I did a heal macro dose from microcybin. It was amazing. Yeah. But she holds different events. Like sometimes she'll do like a six hour one or an eight hour one. And it's a full on macro dose, like a gram or a gram and a half. So it just depends on what you set up with her. Yeah. Yeah. No, the reason why I asked is like,
00:04:23
Speaker
I know personally, if I took like a really big macro dose, like like two or three grams, I would like rather be home in my own comfort than like being in this, you know, you know what I mean? So I put 0.2, 0.3. Yeah, I can definitely definitely do that. But anyways, go

Healing Practices

00:04:41
Speaker
ahead. Sorry. And she asked everyone so
00:04:45
Speaker
If you've never done, there was like five people who had never tried microdosing before. So it was her first time. So they did like either 0.1 or 0.2, whatever they're comfortable with. I did 0.4. A lot of people did 0.4, but it was just amazing. So she sits at the front with her sound bowls and her cards. We each pick a card. She has like an Oracle deck and then an ISIS deck.
00:05:09
Speaker
So we all pick two cards, we're sitting down and then how she kind of like introduces everyone is we can either share our name, why we're here, our cards.
00:05:18
Speaker
Um, or we don't have to, like you don't have to, if you don't want to, but everyone usually does. And I was so emotional just hearing people's stories. Like people were very vulnerable opening up, like what they've been through, like, uh, deaths and breakups and childhood stuff. And people were really opening up. I was bowling at every person's stores, like.
00:05:41
Speaker
just crying so hard. It was so good. The people being so vulnerable and Sarah's just so insightful. So you'll pick cards and you'll tell her your cards and then she'll give you some insights that are coming to her. And it's so powerful. Um, and that's kind of how we start. We go around the room. Everyone was crying. Like every single person at the end of it was just from that part. And that probably takes about like 20 minutes and everyone was already in tears.
00:06:07
Speaker
And then the next thing she does is breath work. So she does like this cat cow one. You do that for like three minutes. And then she does one where you're like pushing, like you're moving side to side and like breathing in and breathing out and breathing in and like kind of getting rid of like stagnant energy. And then she does this one where you're like fighting and you're like, you like do an O and you're like,
00:06:31
Speaker
It's like crazy. So people were crying with that and she just does it in a certain sequence where it's supposed to be releasing trauma from your body. So you're releasing trauma, you're on the microdose, everyone's crying. And then you lay down and then when you're laying down, she does a drum bath over you.
00:06:50
Speaker
And you can either lay down or sit up I set up this time and when she does it over you you can feel the drum like drumming with your heart and usually I cry like I've cried every time this time I didn't cry I just felt like I brought everyone here like these were all my friends this was all my family was for my birthday like on my birthday I wanted to just bring people together to experience this magical healing and
00:07:19
Speaker
Then after the drum, she does a sound bath where she does each chakra and like the frequencies of the bowls are said like 20 minutes of doing the sound bath is like four hours of sleep and it actually like gets rid of disease in your body.

Transformative Effects of Microdosing

00:07:35
Speaker
So it's just like two to three hours and everyone was like coming up to me thanking me and they want to bring like their families now. So I just feel like so much, it was so powerful. It's such a powerful experience.
00:07:50
Speaker
That is beautiful. That is honestly beautiful. I need to do this because I know that I would be on the floor with you bawling my eyes out.
00:08:01
Speaker
It kind of reminded me of, I did a hot yoga and she was like, there was like new soft music and she was talking and like, I was in a certain position and something she said and I was just on the floor, like just sob, like balling my eyes out. So like, I can't imagine in like, in that sort of setting, you definitely work through a lot of traumas, right?
00:08:26
Speaker
Um, it, it is powerful stuff and I like mushrooms kind of open you up. Like anybody who's listening to this right now, you know, some people might listen to me like, why is there a bunch of adults on the floor crying? You know what I mean?
00:08:40
Speaker
Crying is good. Like mushrooms just opens you up and like, it just makes you realize a lot. And I'm pretty sure every time I do a larger dose of mushrooms, I'm crying, you know? So it's very, it's very, very healing, but it's, yeah, that's honestly amazing. And I feel like you're changing a lot of lives definitely by doing this. I feel like it could just keep expanding. It could get bigger, right?
00:09:10
Speaker
This is in Calgary, even there's places all over Canada where they do this type of thing in facilities with like a psychiatrist. And I've looked into it because I was like, I would love to do that. It's like $5,000 per session or per treatment. And it's unaffordable. It's so unaffordable. But if you read the testimonies and the blogs and, um, like actual doctors who are treating patients and who are trying to legalize psilocybin.
00:09:41
Speaker
It is such a huge, huge, huge movement. Um, and we're really moving away from the pharmaceuticals and looking into, you know, plant medicine, um, and psilocybin, especially cause it's just so powerful. It really helps you. Like if you bridge properly with the medicine and you understand what your
00:10:04
Speaker
you're kind of trying to do. Like I think you mentioned maybe the next challenge that someone from micro microcybin would do an education session. So people will actually know what, what to do, right? Because it can be scary. You've never done it before. Or if you've had a bad experience.
00:10:22
Speaker
100% like I want to kind of just explain how I got into mushrooms and whatnot because I feel like a lot of people do this exact thing and then they they say no this is not for me so like I just used to buy actual mushrooms and I would just pick like a little little piece off right and I would you know some days I'd be like oh this is amazing and in other days I'd be like really overwhelmed and like it would honestly give me anxiety and other days I was like
00:10:51
Speaker
Oh my God, that was too much. I got to stay home. And like anybody who does that, they're going to have a bad experience. Right. And that's when I went over, started went over to Microsoft and, and like with Microsoft and it's all like lab tested, you know, exactly what you're getting. It's like, it's the same consistent thing every single time. And that's when I kind of dove into it. And that's, that's why I'm here to two years later talking with you. So.
00:11:18
Speaker
It is pretty powerful stuff. But yeah, like you said about the challenge, we so yeah, let's let's just let's just dive into that. Okay, basically, we're starting another change your mind challenge. And we're starting it with someone that's in that's from microcybin. But he has years and years and years of experience with all different types of plant medicines. And
00:11:44
Speaker
He's going to basically give you a mini, like micro dosing masterclass. So like you have some knowledge about it because there is more to micro dosing than just, you know, going on a micro sieve and buying the bottle, taking the pill, going on about your day and saying, you know, not really thinking about it, but like when you actually sit down and like learn from this guy and then you're, you're, you're more like, Oh, okay.
00:12:09
Speaker
you know, and you'll get more out of it. So the next challenge that we do, I'm hoping that we're going to start soon. Um, you, you, you did the last one. Um, that was the first one we done, but, um, yeah, I think this one's going to be good.

Community and Personal Growth

00:12:23
Speaker
I really do what I really loved about it. It's like, you don't have to like pay a fee to join, which is super cool. Cause I have people being like, well, how much is it? How much is it to pay to join? And it's like,
00:12:36
Speaker
You can actually join the challenge at no cost, which is seriously amazing. The knowledge and the experience of the people that you learn from. You've introduced me to so many people like that have like changed the trajectory of my life just from doing this challenge. So the big thing for me is like community.
00:12:55
Speaker
your healing journey can be so lonely. Like when I first started, I didn't, there's not a lot of people there. It's starting to expand, but when you're the first one in your family or your friend group, you feel so alone. You feel weird, right? Like people are still, they're not there yet. So you feel very alone. So just being in a group with
00:13:14
Speaker
like-minded people who you can connect with going through the same thing. Like connection is the opposite of like addiction, right? So when you have that connection, you have that group of people, honestly that it's changed my life, not just my mind. And I'm so, so thankful for you and everybody I've met. So I definitely recommend 10 out of 10 recommend people join the challenge if you're looking to, you know, meet amazing people and, you know, enhance and expand your mind a little bit.
00:13:45
Speaker
I love that you said that about connection and meeting people, because I started that, what was it, the feel good challenge, and then your friend Joanne joined that, and that's how I got in contact with you, and now you're in contact with Marker Simon. It's good, you never know who you're gonna meet in these challenges, but I have been in other challenges that's not ran by me, and I find
00:14:13
Speaker
I find challenges are good when everybody is in it and they're communicating and everybody in the group chat is like staying connected, right? But like sometimes on a challenge that you know people can just fall off and there's not much happening in the group and it's like
00:14:29
Speaker
You know what I mean? I personally like when people are in there and they're chatting and they're just letting me know like, what's up? And maybe I'm having an off day and someone posts something in the group and then that's like, oh shit.
00:14:44
Speaker
I bet that person's doing it. I gotta, I gotta go do it now too, you know? So it's like having that community of like minded people. And like you said, it's definitely, um, when you're, when you're healing and you're changing and like everybody else around you is not changing, but you are, it can be fricking lonely and it can be scary. And like, it's, it's, it's not an easy road when you're just working on yourself. So like,
00:15:07
Speaker
Like you said, having these, having these challenges and stuff and, and, and community and people and connections is, um, it makes it definitely worthwhile. Don't you agree? Yeah. And holding, you have other people, like you said, to hold you accountable. Cause when you're doing it alone, it's easy to fall off because you're just holding yourself accountable, which can be difficult. So like you said, when you post something and I'm having an off day, something just clicks.
00:15:34
Speaker
Or yeah, you just really feed off of each other and hold each other accountable. And like, that's the biggest thing to success is like accountability, having people to be there for you to support you.
00:15:48
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. Um, so yeah, basically like the reason why I started this challenge, um, cause in my mind, right? Like there's a lot of people that can buy microsibon. They get it. They take it. Maybe they don't, maybe they don't understand it. Maybe like they just, they're too afraid to ask questions or something. So like, I figured by starting this challenge and like, you know, we, we start off with that masterclass and then like, I'm in there. Like you can ask me any sort of questions. We do like the breathing and the journaling.
00:16:17
Speaker
Like the biggest thing for me that was the journaling exercises Because I found that when I got up in the morning and I started micro dosing and I did these journaling exercises it really actually made me like Think about my fucking problems and my shit and there was like multiple times where like I was sitting there freaking Crying in the morning doing my journaling and like people might listen to this to be like that doesn't sound fun
00:16:43
Speaker
that does not sound fun i don't want to be doing that shit but like i posted i posted the other day you know or when you're always running from your problems it's just gonna create more problems and like you can't just keep escaping what's actually going on in your mind you like you need to sit with your shit
00:17:01
Speaker
So like when you're in this group with these people and you're feeding off each other and you're micro dosing, like that's like, you're, you're, you're, you're starting a path to like changing the way that your mind works so you can live a better quality of life. And that's why we are doing this, right? That's why you're doing your ceremonies because. Plant medicine is freaking powerful and it's changing people's lives.

Facing Fears and Embracing Emotions

00:17:25
Speaker
Yes. Well, and it can be scary for some people, like,
00:17:31
Speaker
For me myself, my mom scared me away from ever trying like psilocybin or mushrooms. She told me this story. I had this fear of dying. I don't know what it was when I was young. I thought I was going to eat something or tornado. Like I had this irrational fear of dying. It's crazy.
00:17:51
Speaker
bad anxiety. So when she told me, she's like, oh, I did, I did mushrooms and I fought the devil. And she's like, it's terrible. You never want to do that. And I was like, I was like, you fought the devil. I was like, my mind is a scary enough place. I want you fighting the devil. So I stayed away. I literally never touched it because that's traumatized me. I was like, absolutely unsubscribe. But then a couple of years ago, I think it was like four or five years ago. No, I was sober. So it was like
00:18:20
Speaker
four years ago. My dad, we go out to this place in Drumheller and we float the river and he's like, do you want to try doing like mushrooms? And I was like, I don't know. Like I told him the story, I said, it's scary. And my dad's, he's always been into like plant medicine. So he talked to me into it. And then we floated the river and I literally like, we died laughing. We were listening to like the birds and like the clouds. It's like, you see,
00:18:50
Speaker
life differently. It's like, all the problems, all the paradigms created from society, just like go away. And you're just like, in the moment, you you're really, really, really present with yourself and nature especially. And you just feel like, why am I living life the way I'm living it, like,
00:19:14
Speaker
It's, it's hard to explain, but after that time, it just was like, wow, I can't believe I've been afraid of this. If I was doing this instead of drinking, my life would have been completely different. So anyone who's scared or had like a bad experience or, um, and, and Microsoft and told me something, cause I did get anxiety one time from doing it. And I was like, I got anxiety and it just didn't feel good. And what I've learned is.
00:19:43
Speaker
The medicine knows what you're feeling, like you're subconscious, like what you need to heal. So instead of like running away from that feeling, that anxiety, that fear, it's like, why is this here? And just like actually feeling it. And I, I heard a quote that I like live by now and it's like, in order to heal it, you have to feel it. So just feeling that feeling instead of getting afraid of it or thinking it's a bad feeling, just kind of letting the medicine work and do what it needs to.
00:20:14
Speaker
Um, that's only happened a couple of times, but rather than me being afraid and getting anxiety and then getting more anxiety of my anxiety, I'm just like, okay, you just slow down. And you just, you be with yourself, you sit with yourself, you sit with your feelings and then it passes. And that's how you heal your shit.
00:20:36
Speaker
I couldn't agree more to that. Like I honestly mushrooms has been the greatest teacher for me. Like it has just taught me so many lessons and you're like, you are right. Like there's been many times that I've been out in nature too. And like, you're just so, you're just so in it and the world has like so much distractions in our life. And we're always like looking everywhere, but like mushrooms just like,
00:21:03
Speaker
It's almost, it's just like communicating with you to just like slow the fuck down, slow the fuck down. But it's wild that you said that your mother was like fighting the devil or something about, you had a fear of dying. So like, I have to share this story because like this just happened to me. So I haven't done mushrooms in a while actually.
00:21:31
Speaker
Well, okay. I micro dose, I do micro dose daily, but I mean like a larger dose. Normally like every couple months I'll do a larger dose, but like, it's just been a bit a long while. I haven't really felt the need to do it. Um, but like one day I was just like, I should do some mushrooms. Cause like, I just felt my energy was off. I was like, yeah, I could, I could use that. I could honestly use that. So I did some mushrooms here at home and, uh,
00:21:59
Speaker
It's, it is, like you said, it is hard to explain. Like until, until you actually experienced these things, like you're never, we're never really going to fully understand. And if someone's listening right now, you're probably like, this guy's fucking crazy. But like this legit though, but like.
00:22:14
Speaker
Okay, let me just say this. I seen my whole life flash before my eyes if I never switched up my life and I never changed how I was, changed the direction I was going. It's almost like I seen my life going down this dark path that was not well and not good. And it was just leading me into a lot of problems and a lot of chaos and a lot of stress.

Legalization and Recovery Stories

00:22:41
Speaker
And it's like I just seen it
00:22:43
Speaker
like that and I was sitting there and I was like almost like really worried or something and then then something just something just clicked and it's almost like I was like reborn or something I know I know if you're listening to this you're probably like what the fuck is he talking about but that's how I felt and then my girlfriend at the time she was like speaking but like I almost felt like
00:23:09
Speaker
someone was like speaking through her and then I was like tracing back my life to like when I was born right up until right now and everything was just like making sense and I was just like all these issues that I had in my life and all this like the problems it was just like I understood it now and it's like I just it's like I was just reborn again it's really hard to explain really hard to explain but
00:23:36
Speaker
Every time I do a larger dose like that, I always have this new energy the next day. It really wakes something inside of me and it just gives me this new life. Everything just makes sense, but it doesn't make sense when I'm explaining this.
00:23:59
Speaker
people who get it will get it. Yes. I'm telling you, I'm telling you, like, yeah, every single time I try to explain an experience from mushrooms, it don't make sense. But in my head, it makes sense. You get it. You get it. I do. I do 100%, especially in ceremonies, because that happens all the time. It's like ancestors will come. I literally like I see like my whole family bloodline. It's like, yeah, you can't
00:24:28
Speaker
explain it you do sound like a little wacky a little woohoo but i swear it's not it's so good and do your research if you want to research about it there's this company thorepsil they are trying to legalize uh plant medicine and it's all doctors doctors lawyers scientists
00:24:49
Speaker
It's not just like random people anymore. They're really wanting to legalize this because it is having more effect on changing people, PTSD, anxiety, suicide, more impacts on changing people's mind than anything that's ever, we've ever had access to. We live in such a beautiful, blessed time.
00:25:12
Speaker
The last few times that I've done those larger doses, I always go back to my childhood and things that I
00:25:25
Speaker
I don't deal with as an adult. And I have, I did have a lot of trauma as a child. And it's like every time I do those, I do the larger doses, it brings me back to that. And it's like, it's like, I'm fixing things. And I'm dealing with, I'm dealing with things. And I like, I, we talk about it. And it's like, I feel like if I actually went to a therapist and talked about this stuff, it would probably take me
00:25:53
Speaker
Years of talking to this person, but like when I do mushrooms It's like it's like the mushrooms are like coming through and like guiding you and teaching you Like the right way and like dealing with like I said, it's it's really hard to explain but I do know, you know when I come out of these larger doses experiences, I'm always like just It's like I can fucking breathe and it's like I'm the next day I have this whole new energy and or about me but I
00:26:22
Speaker
Listening to it. You're probably thinking yeah, this guy's fucking nuts, but We're on to something Fallon. We're on to something. We are join us Go ahead My dad he is nine coming up on ten months, but nine months sober from opioids he
00:26:49
Speaker
was addicted for a long, long, long, long time. Like since I was 14 years old, he would never go to rehab. He'd never go to treatment. That's where the, I won't tell the fire story, but there was a fire and he was in the hospital and finally he decided to go to treatment. So he completed treatment and before he went to treatment, I took him to a ceremony because like the mushrooms are what's helped, like the micro doses, what's helped me say sober. I for sure know that the connection to the people,
00:27:17
Speaker
the microdosing the ceremonies. That's why I'm four years sober. And my dad, he did a ceremony with us with my stepmom and then he did one while he was in treatment. And then he's done one, he came to this last one for my birthday. And I know like the part of the reason that he's able to stay off. It's not obviously you still have to do the work. It's like anything you can't just take something and your problems are going to go away. You still have to do the work.
00:27:43
Speaker
But I, my whole family can attest like my stepmom, me, my dad were sober from some, from really hard, like them opioids, me, alcohol.

Self-Reflection and Awareness

00:27:53
Speaker
And this stuff here, like it's curing addiction, like it's curing addiction. And, um, it's so powerful. So powerful. Yeah. So when, when you say do the work.
00:28:06
Speaker
What do you mean by do the work? Because I have like a little thing in my head, but I want to hear like your version of doing the work. Because you hear that often on social media when everyone's always like, you just have to do the work. What is the work? That's true. Actually, it's cliche. The work for me is typically when I'd have a problem or be faced with a challenge, I would turn to some sort of substance. I would drink, I would party, I would distract, anything to distract.
00:28:37
Speaker
The work is when you're faced with a challenge, sitting down with yourself and actually figuring out why. Why are you repeating these patterns? Why is this challenge coming up? Why? What is it teaching you? And instead of looking at my life like, oh my gosh, why is this happening to me? I'm always like, what's the lesson? What is the lesson in this? Is it something that I'm repeating that I need to be faced with to stop doing that? Is it an old pattern coming up?
00:29:07
Speaker
And the work for me is like, I really got back into doing the breath work, the meditation. Um, I need to get better at the journaling cause that's a tough one for me. All I will admit. Um, but that's the work, you know, instead of distracting yourself, reaching out to someone like yourself, like whenever I've, I've reached out to you and other people so many times that group has done so much for me. Like when I'm in it.
00:29:32
Speaker
and just you know even just reaching out for support that's the work don't distract yourself don't go um yeah just drink or party or distract you know sex booze whatever freaking face your shit deal with your shit in the moment
00:29:48
Speaker
That's a really good answer. And that's exactly how I view it as well. Like literally word for word. I was like, I wouldn't even change anything about it. But it's so true because I was so like, I remember my past. I would always just turn to, I just talked about this earlier. Was that yesterday?
00:30:06
Speaker
We were talking about when I was younger, really young, and I was really nervous to talk to girls. So I would actually just get really fucking loaded. Any party I'd go to, I'd have to get loaded to go talk to girls. You know what I mean? I always turn to something, and then the drinking turned to other things, and it just brought me down a fuck path that
00:30:30
Speaker
I learned a lot from that, but I was always looking for an escape.

Community Impact and Passion

00:30:36
Speaker
I could never be left alone. I remember any time I wasn't texting someone or doing something and I was just there in my mind.
00:30:47
Speaker
man, it was not good. It was not fun. Like I had to just, I couldn't ever just be, I could never be. It was just, it was like, I was chaos. And like my mind would race and it was just thinking about all the worst things possible. And I, yeah, I find the mushrooms just kind of calm me the fuck down. And I started working with my shit and just, I just literally in the last two years, like I've just changed.
00:31:16
Speaker
my whole fucking being like I'm just I'm a totally completely different person like if you met me like five years ago like who the fuck is that dude you know but a lot a lot of people are like
00:31:30
Speaker
People who know you from that, I find people who know who I was before, they see the transformation. They're so proud, but new people that you meet, you'll tell them something. They're like, I don't even believe that. I don't believe that you could do that. You know what I mean? They see you in such a different light, and you're like, you should have seen me.
00:31:50
Speaker
Yeah, yeah, it's been a journey, man. But it's been a journey. It has been but these medicines do change a lot of people's lives. And, you know, I'll touch on what you were saying about how like it kind of cured your family and addiction. I've talked to a lot of people.
00:32:07
Speaker
Because the amount of people that I've talked to over the last couple of years just because of microcybin is kind of like mind blowing. But I have a lot of freaking conversations and like people will just reach out to me that I've never spoke to in my life. And they probably have been using microcybin for maybe I don't know like six months or whatever. And they'll just share their whole story like
00:32:28
Speaker
I got over my addiction because I watched one of your videos and I started microgosing and my life has completely changed. I'm different. I'm like, I'm more happy with my family and my kids and all of this. And it's like, I've had so many messages like that. I'm like,
00:32:45
Speaker
Damn, like this stuff is fucking powerful and it is changing people's lives. And like, like that makes me feel good. Right. And like, just imagine how, just imagine like that, that one person that messaged me, right. That like they're changing and then all of their friends are like, the fuck happened to this person? So they're probably like, okay, well I want what this person is doing. Like it's just spreading like wild wildfire. And like a lot of people's lives are being changed because of these medicines. And.
00:33:14
Speaker
yeah it's it's fucking it's it's a i'm happy to be a part of it i'm happy to be a part of it it's a big movement it's huge it's a ripple effect and it's such a like i get energy from just like talking to people about ceremonies and and microdosing um like i've connected i connected a few people together and i just feel like part of my purpose is like to connect powerful people together and like bring them together to
00:33:44
Speaker
just have that ripple effect, right? And one of my friends is like, you could charge serious money for what you're doing. He's like, your connect, your connections are like, worth so much. He's like, why don't you start a business? And I was like, I was like, I know that and I've thought of that. And I was like, but I'm so passionate about it that when I reach out to someone or I have a connection to someone, there's no monetary attachment to it at all.

Transition and Awareness Efforts

00:34:09
Speaker
I'm doing it because I truly feel like it's my sole purpose. Like I'm,
00:34:13
Speaker
They talk about service work, right? So I feel like this is like my soul's purpose. And if I was attached monetary to it, it just wouldn't feel the same to me. It would feel like when I'm talking to someone, there's like a dollar sign attached to it. Right now it's like, I'm talking to you because I'm so passionate about helping. And there's, yeah, I don't know. It's a weird thing to explain, but I just feel like this is part of like my soul purpose too.
00:34:40
Speaker
change like we're this is changing the world it's changing the world of the people we're around yeah yeah powerful yeah man i it is powerful it is powerful it definitely beats um my old job
00:34:57
Speaker
When you were talking about that, I was just thinking about me welding or operating equipment. I used to just do this mindless shit. Nobody gave a fuck about me there. I wasn't changing the world there. I wasn't doing anything. Now that I'm just here spreading this message, I actually feel like I have a purpose
00:35:18
Speaker
or like I'm helping in some sort of way because, you know, the world that we're in, a lot of people got fucking issues. A lot of people got problems. And these medicines are definitely, definitely the way to go. Definitely the way to go. I'm excited for this new challenge, honestly.
00:35:38
Speaker
The community. I'm excited for this new challenge. We got, I got a couple of questions here, um, just from that post I made the other day. Um, you, you, you actually, you actually answered one of them. One of the questions was like, how much does it cost to join the challenge? Um, and basically, but all you would have to do is just buy the month. You're like, you need microdosing because that's the whole part of the challenge, but like everything, everything else is just, is totally free. We're just, we're just here to connect and, uh, yeah.
00:36:29
Speaker
Yeah, I'll be honest, I never did every single journaling thing. I never. I skipped a couple days and it's like... I don't know why we do that. Because I know when I did 75 hard, I was so committed and I did everything religiously for 75 days, right? But something as simple as just writing down for five minutes,
00:36:33
Speaker
I'm looking forward to it. Are you going to journal this time though?
00:36:55
Speaker
Cause it's like, it's like, it's like a chore. You don't want to do it, right? But like, I know that when you're doing this every day and you're microdosing, like you really can shift your mind because like you're really doing the work and sitting with the shit. And I, I feel like half the time while maybe we're not journaling is cause we, we don't want to answer the questions that we don't want to like actually think about this shit. Maybe I don't know. I don't know. We'll see. We'll

Breathwork and Intentional Practices

00:37:20
Speaker
see. But you, you, you said that you had another story that you wanted to tell me. Do you remember?
00:37:25
Speaker
We're, we're talking about ceremony one and then just the. I think I told them. Okay. Okay. Well, I will say if you're going to overdose, like the challenge for me, like when I would just take a micro dose before I did the challenge.
00:37:44
Speaker
I wouldn't always feel the effects. I really, really feel when you take it, you do the meditation, you do the breath work. It's like opening different pathways in your brain and it's a very intelligent medicine and it's like creating new pathways.
00:38:02
Speaker
actually having to do the breath work the meditation that journal it really makes it the medicine actually work so if people are feeling oh it's not working or it's not doing what it's supposed to do what are you are you actually doing the steps because if you're not doing the breath work in the meditation journaling it's not going to activate the same way
00:38:24
Speaker
Yeah, yeah, yeah, definitely. Um, I find like some people will come to me and be like, Oh, like I don't notice any difference. And it's like three days into micro micro dosing, right? I'm like, Oh, you're not going to change overnight. Um, but for me, I find that if you like, so like, okay, here's two examples. I can get up in the morning.
00:38:48
Speaker
Um, I could have a coffee. I could have, you know, maybe, maybe I'm doing an early workout. I do take my pre-workout and my micro dose, go on to the gym. Maybe you go to work. You don't really think about it. And it's like, all right, well, maybe that was good. Right. Or you can like only have the micro dosing.
00:39:06
Speaker
first thing in the morning and just and then go go into your day with being like being in tune with yourself and like maybe like this day maybe this day like someone that you show up to work someone said something that normally pisses you off don't piss you off today because like maybe you know that's the micro dosing and it's you're you're viewing those things differently and it's just little subtle things like that maybe you like
00:39:34
Speaker
you know today you just notice that you you're you say something differently or you're like you're catching yourself about to say some things and I to me I find that's the microdosing making those new connections and doing those things and then when you can consistently do this over time and you're more aware of everything that's going on you're really in tune with yourself that's when you're like you can start to see yourself kind of transform you know what I mean
00:39:59
Speaker
But if you just take it and go on about your day and don't think about anything and then you're really like, Oh, this is stupid. You know, but I don't know. You know, a hundred percent, you have to be intentional with it. You have to be an intentional with it. What I've, the biggest things that I've noticed is my ability to sense my own shift in my emotions. Like if I'm feeling triggered or if something's
00:40:25
Speaker
you know, poked or provoked me. I'm, I'm able to realize that happening in the moment instead of just like reacting. I feel it. And then I'm like, okay, why is this coming up? And this has been a couple of weeks doing the challenge. Like I've done two of them now. So it does take time. And what I'm finding is like, I'm able to stop myself and like take a minute and like decide how I want to react.
00:40:51
Speaker
So it's not just like this huge light. It's again, you're doing the work, you're stopping, you're, you're feeling, you have to be very aware of your body and your emotions.

Emotional Management and Transformation

00:41:00
Speaker
And that's what it's able to allow you to do is just like you said, slow down. So when you feel like, Oh, that cortisol, that adrenal, that anger coming up, it's like, instead of just like emotional vomiting all over everyone, you're like, okay, I feel it. Take a minute and like,
00:41:18
Speaker
you're just able to manage your emotions so much better. Yup. Yup. You hit the nail in the coffin there. Cause I've, man, I was, I used to turn, I used to get so mad about things and like I would turn beet red in the face, ruin the whole day, just wake up the next morning angry. And you're so right. Like now I catch myself. I'm like, Adam,
00:41:41
Speaker
What are you doing? Like, relax. It's not that big of a deal. Calm down. We don't need to do it. You know what I mean? It's like, it's just, you catch yourself. You catch yourself. And there's, there's definitely still times where like I do, my mood do like shift really fast, but like I just bounce back a lot faster because it's like almost like I understand what's happening now before I would just be mad and then I was mad and then that's, that's it. You know? Um,
00:42:09
Speaker
We're still getting angry. We'll still react. We're not going to be perfect, right? We'll still have those triggers, the emotions, the anger. But you said your ability to bounce back from it is so much faster. It's so much faster. You recognize you're like, that was fucked up. I was at a place. Where was I wrong? And yeah, you just come back to yourself so much faster. And I'm really impressed by you.
00:42:37
Speaker
I'm really impressed by you because there's not a lot of men out there who do the work. Like you're really in the thick of it. You're not just doing the work. You're not just changing yourself. You're like changing people's lives. Like you're doing incredible work and I just want to say that. And yeah, I'm super happy to know you and be in contact with you and anybody who joins the challenge
00:43:03
Speaker
You're lucky. You're lucky. You get to be with an amazing group of people who genuinely care about changing you. So come on. I appreciate that. I really do appreciate that. Likewise. Likewise. You are a really good human as well, honestly. And you're going to change a lot of lives. That's why we are both here on this podcast together because we're the same. Killing it. We're the same. We're the same. Yeah. Yeah.
00:43:27
Speaker
Man, it's just been such a ride, man. It's been such a ride. I've come such a long way. One of the questions that says, what changes have you noticed in yourself from microdosing?
00:43:41
Speaker
Yes, and just listening to you just just just say that you know, just like my past self was not that guy was not that guy and I hearing that it's like just mind-blowing, you know, but my mind just used to race I used to overthink I used to just
00:43:59
Speaker
like be in relationships and be jealous and creating stories and like just making shit up and like it's just it's just chaos like my mind was just fucking chaos I remember like there was times man I wake up I wouldn't want to get in bed
00:44:13
Speaker
I wouldn't want to do anything, having panic attacks and shit. I never have any of that anymore. There's not a jealous bone in my body. I don't overthink things. I just think with logic now. I just transformed my mind to where I am right now.
00:44:35
Speaker
It's like before I didn't even know that was even fucking possible because I was just so stuck in my ways and there's a lot of people, especially older men, most men are just stuck in their ways and there's no opening up, no one else is right with them. When I just started the microdose, I just found that it's just
00:44:57
Speaker
opened up my mind a little bit more and made me realize more about myself and like, there's actually better ways to live and more calm, peaceful ways to live. Sort of, that's what kind of changed me ever since I started micros. Yeah. Also, the people that I'm around to, the people that I'm around to, like, I got, I got to give big, big fucking shout out to the people from my,

Community Appreciation and Hope

00:45:21
Speaker
uh, Microsoft. Cause those guys, man, like,
00:45:24
Speaker
They have changed my, they have changed my life. Every single time I talk to those people, like, I've just never, I've never talked to anybody like them before, you know? And like when I hear them talk, and then all the microdosing, it's like, whoa, whoa, you know?
00:45:48
Speaker
Like legit, legit. So I'm telling you guys, anybody who's, who's wants to join this challenge, like you're going to get on, on the masterclass with the person that we're talking about. And he is going to blow your mind and it is going to be very powerful and it's going to set you up. Like once you leave that masterclass, then we're going to start doing the work. We're going to dive in and we're going to change your fucking mind. Let's go. Hopefully, hopefully.
00:46:19
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Is there, is there anything I think we covered a lot. I think we covered a lot of stuff. Anything else you want to, you want to add? No, but I, I will, and I'll piggyback on just like the conversations that I've had with the people from Microsoft and like, you'd always talk about them. And then actually speaking with them myself, it's like they're on a different level of just,
00:46:46
Speaker
They're of healing their their intellect the education that they are passing down to you. It's like Yeah, I've never met anyone like them before and just the most Well-spoken intelligent people so thank you again like I'm just Join this community and it will the community will even just change your life
00:47:09
Speaker
I want to add too, when you were telling the story about Sarah and she wasn't going to do the ceremony and then they called microcybin, right? That's another reason why I really love microcybin and I'm always talking about it because there's a lot of companies out there that buy my product
00:47:30
Speaker
and fuck off. You know what I mean? Like they just, there's no communication. Like with Microsoft, they're so open. They're so willing to give you like as much knowledge and fucking information that you need. They'll answer any questions. They're like support you. They're there for you. And I was like, shit, like this, this is a really good company, you know? So like that's, that's what I, that's what I personally love. Cause like, there is a lot of other microdosing companies out there.
00:47:57
Speaker
But that's why I like them the most, you know, just because the people behind it. Sarah was so against anything except for hers. Like when I started posting about microcybin at first, she's like, Oh, I'd really prefer if you got micro dosing from me. She's like,
00:48:16
Speaker
you have to take care of the way you, but she was just going off about like how big companies, they don't do it the same way. And just like she just had like the stigma against. I was like, no, I was like, Sarah, let me introduce you to them. And I think it will change your mind. She met them and it's just, it's the way that they process it. It's the way that they take care of it. They put it in glass bottles rather than plastic. And that makes like, that was a huge thing for Sarah. It's just like when you're putting the medicine in plastic versus
00:48:45
Speaker
in a glass bottle. And yeah, so Sarah's now only uses microcybin where at first she was like, absolutely no, we'll never promote a big company. She only wanted to make her own. And now microcybin is supporting like her other things. She has a bunch of
00:49:01
Speaker
other ceremonies like heart of healing and she's using microcybin for all of that and yeah so it is a very different company very different people compared to just like being you know a number to somebody you're like a person you're a human they they genuinely care about helping you yeah yeah i definitely agree with that i think uh
00:49:24
Speaker
And I hope the ceremony that you guys are doing ends up just expanding and getting bigger and bigger. And I could see it happening. I could honestly see it happening. Thank you. We're on a mission. We're on a mission to change a lot of people's lives. And on that, we're out. No, if you want to add anything else about yourself, things you got going on, anything you want to say, or you just want to wrap it up, we can wrap it up. Yeah, this is good.
00:49:53
Speaker
Good, my little, say hi to my friend. Oh, hello, mister. It's my mom. What's his name? What's her name? Tulo. What's her name? Tulo. It's a boy. He's the most needy dog. It's like, I thought my dog was needy, but he literally like, oh my gosh, he's so needy. He's like a baby. He looks like a good boy. He's so, he's a good boy.

Conclusion and Reflections

00:50:17
Speaker
Anyways, everybody, thank you for listening. Fallon, thanks for coming back on. Really appreciate it. I think we dove into a lot here, covered some good stuff. Yeah, it was a good podcast. Yeah, this was awesome. Peace out. See you later.
