Professional Baseball Player Weston Lombard joins the podcast and we go down the rabbit hole of playing multiple sports and why it is beneficial to training and pitching. Weston talks about his experience of going from playing Division III to securing a spot on a Division I roster and finally playing professional baseball.
Being from Minnesota, Weston understands not everyone has resources to technology and coaching. He gives advice and recommendations for players with less resources, allowing them to continue chasing their goals regardless of where they are from.
We discuss becoming a better person through continuous improvement in the small tasks we complete each day. Becoming a better person allows us to perform better, the foundations and processes are already built in, allowing our high performance to be a default setting.
