If you're a coach, if you're a consultant, if you're a solopreneur, And there's a part of you that says to yourself, I quote unquote hate sales. I love coaching, but I hate selling. You are deluding yourself.
Speaker: Sales is the lifeblood of any business. Without sales, you don't have a business, you have a hobby. Let me repeat that. Without sales, you don't have a business, you have a hobby. And I understand that you've probably had some bad experiences with salespeople. There have been salespeople that have pushed you and tried to force you to buy something. There have been salespeople that have sold you something with some slick talk and it wasn't what you thought you were buying or
Speaker: It wasn't what they said it was. I get it. I do. But here's the deal. None of that matters. Who cares? Who cares? That's life. Be a big boy, be a big girl. Get over it. Because here's the truth. Without sales, you got nothing. Your dreams will turn into ash. You won't be able to live the life that you've imagined. And you won't be fulfilled or rich. The most important job any business owner has, any CEO has, is to sell. Most CEOs made it to the CEO position by being really good at sales earlier on in their career.
Speaker: All successful entrepreneurs are really, really good at sales. And they embrace sales as a good thing, a necessary thing, a needed thing. What about you? You poo -pooing sales? You taking a dump all over sales? You'd rather post on social media? You'd rather make videos, go on podcasts?
Speaker: You would, wouldn't you?
Speaker: And you wonder why your business is struggling. You wonder why you're not making the money you want to make, you you deserve to make, you ought to be making. I got news for you. Wonder no more. Reason you're struggling is because you hate sales. You haven't embraced sales. You haven't gone all in on sales.
Speaker: And if you really wanna win, you need to go all in on sales. You need to do whatever you gotta do to get good at sales. And all this crap in your head about I don't wanna be pushy, I don't wanna be salesy, I don't wanna be one of those charlatan marketers. I got news for you, then don't be one of those people. Don't be pushy, don't be salesy, don't be a charlatan marketer, but sell. You don't have to be pushy. You don't have to be salesy. You don't have to be a charlatan marketer to sell. All you have to be is somebody who cares about your fellow man enough to want to see them be served out of some pain that they're in. If you're a coach or a consultant, that's your job. You cannot serve them out of pain until you have sold them into working with you. You do not have the right, the right
Speaker: to coach them before they have paid you money and said, yes, I want your help. Take my money. Once they've done that, you have every right, every right to coach them, to serve them. Until then, you have zero right. Don't coach somebody who hasn't asked for coaching and paid you for coaching. That's called being pushy.
Speaker: If you are serious about making a difference for your fellow man and woman, if you're serious about making a difference for yourself and growing a business and becoming successful and making money, then you got to say, I love sales. Sales is love. Sales is love. Sales is love. Sales is love. Sales is love. Sales is service. I love serving people. Sales is service. Sales is service. Sales is service. I'm looking for good men and women. to help, to serve, to sell. I'm ready to sell. I want to sell. I'm looking for people that want to buy the help of a good man, a good woman, but this is your job. Whatever it takes for you to embrace that selling is good, you got to do. And if you can't do it on your own, then get help.
Speaker: Happy to help you. Give me a call. Go on my calendar. You circle academy .com forward slash appointment. Let's have a conversation about getting that head trash out of the way so you can actually sell and become good at it. So you can make money, so you can help people grow your business, live the life less ordinary, live the life you've always imagined. Let's do it. What are we waiting for?
Speaker: Nobody's going to give you permission to think this, except me. I'm giving you permission to think this. Sales is good. Sales is love. Sales is service. And the head trash in your head, I don't want to be pushy. I don't want to be salesy. I don't want to sell. I hate selling. Selling isn't good. As soon as you get over yourself, you'll succeed. Nobody cares. You're not the grand puba of the universe. You don't get to pontificate on what should and should not be in the world. You get to deal with the world as it is, and the world as it is means if you want to succeed, you must sell. Okay? We got through to you already? Are you ready to accept this? To embrace this? To get up and bold the own? That I'm a salesman? Well, if you're a woman, you're a saleswoman. I'm a man of honor. If you're a woman, you're a woman, Varna.
Speaker: And I sell to people I love, care about, and want to make a difference for. And it is my honor and my pleasure to sell them my services, which will save their life, their business, their relationship, their family, their health. And every day get up. I wonder who I get to meet today. I wonder who I get to sell today, who I get to love today, who I get to serve today. I wonder.
Speaker: If you can answer those questions, success in the most uncommon of hours will be yours. If those questions animate your very being every day, you will win.
Speaker: You will win. So get up and do so. I'm a salesman and I'm proud of it.
Speaker: You're a saleswoman, you're proud of it. I'm here to serve. I'm here to love. I'm here to help. Sales is a noble and honorable profession. It is the start of everything good in a business transaction, in a business situation. Nothing starts until a salesman does his job or a saleswoman does her job. And if that salesman is you, because you're a solopreneur, embrace it. Embrace your inner salesman. And let's freaking go! If you're unwilling to accept this, then I got nothing for you, man. But if you are willing to accept this, welcome to the family of heart -based, love -based sellers. And let's make your life the best version it could possibly be.
