Introduction and New Year's Resolutions

00:00:03
Speaker
Hey, how's everyone doing?
00:00:05
Speaker
It's Saman Greci.
00:00:06
Speaker
You're listening to the Expat Brat Podcast, people.
00:00:09
Speaker
It's 2023.
00:00:10
Speaker
How's it going for you?
00:00:11
Speaker
It's going wonderful, right?
00:00:14
Speaker
Everything's just falling into place.
00:00:16
Speaker
You've been hitting the gym and you're nailing your New Year's resolutions.
00:00:20
Speaker
If people still make those, do we still make those?
00:00:24
Speaker
I still kind of do.
00:00:25
Speaker
I've evolved that into a bigger thing, but I want to know what people do.
00:00:31
Speaker
Usually, it's all the same stuff every year, right?
00:00:33
Speaker
You just kind of recycle the weight loss thing, the more income thing, and more time with family.
00:00:43
Speaker
And I like how all three of these require you to spend more time in each of those things, which means you won't achieve one or two of the others unless you're super organized and don't have a life.
00:00:57
Speaker
Ha, ha, ha.
00:00:58
Speaker
I don't know.
00:00:59
Speaker
You know, you can't spend more time with family while trying to earn up your income.
00:01:04
Speaker
I don't think so.
00:01:05
Speaker
Unless you become unless your day rate changes or your job changes.
00:01:10
Speaker
I don't know.

Gym Preferences and Parenting Challenges

00:01:11
Speaker
I guess you could.
00:01:11
Speaker
Yeah, you could.
00:01:12
Speaker
But maybe I would assume.
00:01:14
Speaker
If you start doing a job that is better paid, there's more likely that it's not going to reduce your time.
00:01:22
Speaker
Not for long, right?
00:01:26
Speaker
I don't see how that works.
00:01:27
Speaker
It won't work.
00:01:29
Speaker
And if you manage to get your day rate up, then the expectations on what you deliver might be higher.
00:01:36
Speaker
And so...
00:01:38
Speaker
I guess you probably spend at least about the same amount of time, right?
00:01:41
Speaker
You make more money than you do less days.
00:01:44
Speaker
I don't know what I'm talking about.
00:01:45
Speaker
Basically, what I'm saying is tough luck achieving.
00:01:50
Speaker
This is welcome to the deep motivation podcast where we keep things real.
00:01:57
Speaker
I think it's...
00:01:59
Speaker
I think you should have those though.
00:02:01
Speaker
And it's very cool.
00:02:02
Speaker
The first week of Jan, man, I have a gym at my in my building, in my apartment building, and I go and the first week of Jan, like all gyms, it's just packed, right?
00:02:14
Speaker
Just packed with these guys.
00:02:15
Speaker
on the treadmill, everything.
00:02:17
Speaker
And I'm a bit of a gym, not a gym slob, what's the word?
00:02:22
Speaker
I'm an elitist that way.
00:02:29
Speaker
The reason I don't join a fitness, a gym outside is not because of the money, because there are quite a few cheap options around.
00:02:37
Speaker
A little bit about having to drive up and go, and that's a hindrance, right, into going into a gym because there's nothing too close to my house anymore.
00:02:47
Speaker
So I like that.
00:02:49
Speaker
I like having the gym in my building because it's never really packed.
00:02:54
Speaker
And I know because of my flexible schedule, work time, I know most of the time when I can go, when it's likely to be empty or at most one or two other people.
00:03:02
Speaker
So it's like having your own private gym in a way.
00:03:04
Speaker
And it's cool.
00:03:05
Speaker
And I don't have to look at people grunting and using the same equipment I want to, blah, blah, blah, even though the equipment available may not be the greatest equipment.
00:03:15
Speaker
But so what, man?
00:03:16
Speaker
It's my equipment.
00:03:18
Speaker
I'm the lord of this gym.
00:03:20
Speaker
And then when I walk in and there's all these people packed trying to do a whole New Year thing, it just pisses you off.
00:03:28
Speaker
It's like, man, for your stupid resolutions, you're invading my personal space.
00:03:35
Speaker
But it lasted a week.
00:03:37
Speaker
I went the last two days I went over the over the last two days.
00:03:42
Speaker
It was empty again.
00:03:45
Speaker
I've heard New Year's resolutions fail by the end of Jan.
00:03:50
Speaker
This must have been really quick because it's not even been two weeks or just about two weeks.
00:03:56
Speaker
And people are like, you know what?
00:03:58
Speaker
Screw this.
00:03:59
Speaker
I'm out.
00:04:00
Speaker
I don't want to do this anymore.
00:04:01
Speaker
This is a bad idea.
00:04:02
Speaker
My New Year's resolution is eat more chips.
00:04:05
Speaker
Screw that stuff.
00:04:06
Speaker
I'll walk a bit more.
00:04:08
Speaker
Yeah, it's hard.
00:04:09
Speaker
It's hard like sticking to a fitness routine day in, day out.
00:04:14
Speaker
But over the last month that I've
00:04:16
Speaker
largely done it.
00:04:18
Speaker
I missed about a week in between with the new year stuff and just having more stuff at home to do parenting, man.
00:04:25
Speaker
But I think carrying my kid around sometimes playing with him covers up a little bit of lack of exercise at the gym.
00:04:31
Speaker
Not entirely, but I think it does, you know.
00:04:34
Speaker
Sometimes he decides in the mall, I'm done walking.
00:04:38
Speaker
Like he just decides, I'm done.
00:04:41
Speaker
I shall not walk anymore.
00:04:43
Speaker
And he raises his arms and he expects me to pick him up.
00:04:46
Speaker
And when he was a kid, a baby, sorry, then it was so cute.
00:04:50
Speaker
It was fun.
00:04:51
Speaker
And now I pick him up.
00:04:53
Speaker
He's four years old.
00:04:55
Speaker
Right?
00:04:55
Speaker
He's four years and I'm carrying him around.
00:04:57
Speaker
Recently, he's lost a bit of weight because he started this whole thing, as the kids do, about what to eat.
00:05:04
Speaker
He's become a little bit more finicky about it.
00:05:07
Speaker
He always loved food.
00:05:09
Speaker
His grandmother, my wife's mom, and the nursery he goes to, they've been like, you know, this has been good because he was overweight.
00:05:17
Speaker
And we were like, when he was a kid, he was chubby and nice.
00:05:21
Speaker
And I didn't realize all these people thought that.
00:05:25
Speaker
It was nice of them not to call my kid fat.
00:05:29
Speaker
But they're like, no, no, his clothes fit him better.
00:05:31
Speaker
He's looking healthier.
00:05:33
Speaker
You know, when I look at him with the kids in his nursery,
00:05:36
Speaker
I just kind of go, yeah, yeah, he looks a bit more his age.
00:05:40
Speaker
Now, considering my height, he's actually on the taller side already, which is kind of cool.
00:05:46
Speaker
I think it's from my wife's side.
00:05:48
Speaker
Her dad, my father-in-law, is a very tall person.
00:05:52
Speaker
He's got good height.
00:05:52
Speaker
So maybe Zayan's got that side of the family.
00:05:57
Speaker
But he...
00:05:58
Speaker
So yeah, but not just the fact that he was tall.
00:06:01
Speaker
He just looked like a rugby player, man, because he was broad and just big.
00:06:06
Speaker
Not like fat, like just chubby like kids are.
00:06:09
Speaker
And so he looked towering over the other kids.
00:06:12
Speaker
Like my biggest worry, one of my biggest worries sending him into the nursery was that he's going to push some kid too hard.
00:06:20
Speaker
I don't know how that's dealt with.
00:06:22
Speaker
Like that to pay for the damages or something or what happens.
00:06:26
Speaker
So anywho.
00:06:29
Speaker
So that's what happened.
00:06:32
Speaker
He's lost a little bit of weight, but he's still on the healthier side, although he's losing.
00:06:36
Speaker
Yeah, he still eats, but he's like, this is what I want to eat.
00:06:41
Speaker
And with his nanny away, we haven't been great parents either.

The Importance of First Aid Training

00:06:45
Speaker
Like in the mall, that's what I was saying.
00:06:47
Speaker
He just decides.
00:06:48
Speaker
He's gotten a little lazy, yeah?
00:06:49
Speaker
He decides I'm done.
00:06:51
Speaker
Carry me now.
00:06:52
Speaker
And obviously my wife's not going to do it.
00:06:54
Speaker
I have to do it.
00:06:55
Speaker
And he's not because he's not the heaviest, it's fine.
00:06:59
Speaker
It's like a nice little workout walking around with him.
00:07:02
Speaker
But it's still a bit of weight, right?
00:07:03
Speaker
Like it's a mini person you're carrying around.
00:07:06
Speaker
He must be at least 20 between 20 and 25 kilos.
00:07:08
Speaker
So that
00:07:12
Speaker
That's what I'm carrying around for 15 minutes, 10 minutes.
00:07:14
Speaker
And I put him down.
00:07:15
Speaker
I'm like, come on, let's walk.
00:07:17
Speaker
I'm trying to encourage him to not be this Dubai kid, like an expat kid who's just lazy like I was.
00:07:24
Speaker
Come on, let's walk.
00:07:25
Speaker
And he'll take a couple of steps to decide, nope, not for me.
00:07:29
Speaker
He just climbs back into my arms.
00:07:32
Speaker
And I'm like...
00:07:33
Speaker
Alright, fine.
00:07:34
Speaker
There's not much I can do right now about that.
00:07:40
Speaker
And so I do this, man.
00:07:42
Speaker
It's quite cute, though, the fact that he still comes and hugs and loves.
00:07:47
Speaker
And I'm always, as a parent, I'm always worried about...
00:07:49
Speaker
the age where I won't get these hugs anymore and it's uh it makes you a little sad on the inside and so kind of hug him like a little tighter every so often thinking someday he'll just be like yeah dad get away from me and um and I'll miss it then so so I don't mind carrying him around and shit yeah
00:08:09
Speaker
Anywho, I recently did a first aid training.
00:08:16
Speaker
That's right.
00:08:17
Speaker
I wanted to put it out there because now, you know, I'm Superman.
00:08:22
Speaker
No, that's exactly one of the things.
00:08:26
Speaker
that the instructor said, you're not, okay, to the group, we were all doing this training, you're not Superman and you don't have to rescue someone if your own life would be in danger or you could come in harm's way as well.
00:08:42
Speaker
And I thought that was good advice because I think a lot of people like myself would go a little gung-ho and go, hey, back off, people.
00:08:48
Speaker
I'm first aid trained and I know how to do this.
00:08:52
Speaker
But it was an eye opener in some ways, in a lot of ways, mainly because, you know, you just kind of pause and go, okay, this is in an emergency situation, I have some idea of what to do.
00:09:09
Speaker
And that means a lot to me because I lost a friend back in 2019.
00:09:15
Speaker
He had a heart attack in front of us on stage at a show, right?
00:09:18
Speaker
And it was something that, well, it was just something that affected me.
00:09:26
Speaker
It still affects me.
00:09:28
Speaker
And part of me always thought, could there have been something someone could have done?
00:09:34
Speaker
But unfortunately, in our audience or in the comics, no one was first aid trained.
00:09:39
Speaker
And by the time someone came in, by the time the ambulance came in, it was probably too late.
00:09:44
Speaker
Had he had CPR, perhaps someone could have saved him.
00:09:49
Speaker
And...
00:09:50
Speaker
And that's, you know, that stays in my mind.
00:09:53
Speaker
And I think that's why it's so important that, you know, I hate when people just go, oh, what was his time and whatnot?
00:09:59
Speaker
Sure.
00:09:59
Speaker
You know, you can make that up for anything.
00:10:01
Speaker
But then why build hospitals?
00:10:02
Speaker
Right.
00:10:03
Speaker
Why do anything about safety?
00:10:05
Speaker
We want to the training is not hard.
00:10:09
Speaker
It's a little like weird when you're doing it.
00:10:15
Speaker
But that little practice gave me some confidence because I have a kid, man.
00:10:18
Speaker
And, you know, you think about your own families.
00:10:21
Speaker
I think in this part of the world we have enough of that awareness to go.
00:10:25
Speaker
Someone should be
00:10:26
Speaker
First aid trained at home, right?
00:10:28
Speaker
I think every house, it should be a law.
00:10:30
Speaker
Like every house, one person should be trained in first aid because you don't know who, what, when will be needed.
00:10:38
Speaker
And also, there were a few different scenarios the instructor showed us.
00:10:43
Speaker
And I was like, goddamn, I wouldn't have thought about like...
00:10:47
Speaker
to do that or this and people can be very gung-ho and let's just pick them up, slap them around a bit.
00:10:54
Speaker
And he goes, that's not, you don't do that in these circumstances, blah, blah, blah.
00:10:58
Speaker
So I thought it was quite good to do it.
00:11:03
Speaker
There were two, three different things.
00:11:05
Speaker
There was a CPR stuff we did and that's, you know, the stuff you see in the movies about breathing, like pushing someone's chest and breathing.
00:11:13
Speaker
Doing it correctly and knowing exactly how to do it, what it feels like was kind of cool.
00:11:19
Speaker
I was surprised by how much you actually do need to give it a push.
00:11:21
Speaker
I thought it was like nice, gentle massages.
00:11:24
Speaker
And it's not.
00:11:25
Speaker
It is a little bit of a push, you know.
00:11:27
Speaker
You're really trying to.
00:11:30
Speaker
Get someone out of they might be temporarily dead and you might be able to save them.
00:11:35
Speaker
So that's crazy.
00:11:36
Speaker
And there was a machine thing, the defibrillator.
00:11:43
Speaker
I know I can't say it, but I know how to use it.
00:11:45
Speaker
All right?
00:11:45
Speaker
So
00:11:48
Speaker
there's and that was good to know and a lot of the modern ones are very easy to use so that was kind of like a nice confidence building thing um i really wanted to shock someone and see what happens but apparently it doesn't really do much and the fact that at the theater i work with we've used uh dog collars on each other to uh as a as a gimmick in shows
00:12:11
Speaker
Well, I think we'd be able to handle that defib.
00:12:14
Speaker
That's what I'm going to call it from now on.
00:12:16
Speaker
And then there was the if someone's choking.
00:12:19
Speaker
So there's the Heimlich, the push.
00:12:23
Speaker
And that's funny because some places, some countries like the UK and Australia, I think they go, you shouldn't use it.
00:12:30
Speaker
But in the UAE, it is allowed.
00:12:31
Speaker
And then there was the backslap version, which everyone got into in the group.
00:12:35
Speaker
They're like, let me try this on each other.
00:12:38
Speaker
No one wanted to do CPR.
00:12:40
Speaker
Everyone wanted to do this back-slapping thing.
00:12:42
Speaker
And yeah, so I'm saying all this because I think you should learn it.
00:12:48
Speaker
It's not the most difficult thing in the world.
00:12:50
Speaker
It's nice to have that knowledge.
00:12:52
Speaker
It's valid.
00:12:53
Speaker
The certificate you get if you are doing it through that
00:12:56
Speaker
You get like you get a couple of years validity before you need to refresh.
00:13:02
Speaker
But I think that's it's just amazing.
00:13:04
Speaker
It's I don't know why more people are not asked to do it.
00:13:07
Speaker
That's that's my point.
00:13:08
Speaker
And but there were a couple of interesting things that I learned while doing the first aid training.
00:13:14
Speaker
The first one was the Good Samaritan Law.
00:13:16
Speaker
And if you've grown up in the Middle East like I have in Saudi and stuff, there was always this fear of trying to help someone you see in an accident because if something happened to them like they died or they got off worse or something in that situation, you would be liable for it.
00:13:33
Speaker
And in case of that, had you interfered and touched the person or whatever
00:13:38
Speaker
You'd go to jail.
00:13:39
Speaker
There's this blood compensation money you have to pay to the family of the deceased and you'd be liable and jail time.
00:13:47
Speaker
Right.
00:13:48
Speaker
So I grew up going, sorry, I'd love to help, but good luck.
00:13:53
Speaker
And
00:13:55
Speaker
And I know people still stepped up and got into trouble for that.
00:13:58
Speaker
And UAE, now this is a common law in a lot of Western countries, particularly the US.
00:14:05
Speaker
And it basically just says if you're trying to help someone in a situation you're trained, you won't be held liable if something like that happens, provided your intentions were good.
00:14:16
Speaker
And I think they kind of see you didn't do, like there wasn't gross negligence while you were doing it, like,
00:14:23
Speaker
I don't know what, like smoking while providing CPR, something like that, or deliberately not pumping fast enough because the kid you're doing it on is someone who annoys you in your class.
00:14:34
Speaker
I don't know.
00:14:34
Speaker
I don't know what the line is.
00:14:38
Speaker
But in most cases, then you're protected.
00:14:40
Speaker
And I think that's a great law.
00:14:43
Speaker
And a couple of years ago, I think they brought that to the UAE.
00:14:47
Speaker
It is now the law here, which is great because you can then have that.
00:14:52
Speaker
If you're a first aid train, all the more reason to do it, you can provide help.
00:14:57
Speaker
Now, the second thing, and this law needs to go out in most places.
00:15:01
Speaker
I think both things, training and this, should be out there.
00:15:04
Speaker
And the second thing I liked, what the instructor pointed out, it was the fact that you still got to ask someone if they're conscious and if they're able to answer, or a family member or a friend is there who can answer for them.
00:15:18
Speaker
You still got to ask, look, I'm first aid trained.
00:15:20
Speaker
Would you...
00:15:21
Speaker
can i help can you would you like me to help right and they still have the right to say no though so that's interesting even if you want to help even if you know you could help correctly the second they've said no you have to kind of go okay back off right that's very interesting to me as well still uh particularly in countries like uae where there might be a gender issue a family i don't know uh whatever reason they might not trust you take a look at me and go
00:15:48
Speaker
Imagine if I'm doing a stand-up set, right?
00:15:50
Speaker
And someone in my audience collapses and I go down and go, hey, listen, back up.
00:15:53
Speaker
I'm a first aid trade person.
00:15:55
Speaker
Can I help?
00:15:56
Speaker
I bet their family members would be like, no, I don't know if you're joking or not.
00:15:59
Speaker
Back off, man.
00:16:00
Speaker
We'll wait for the ambulance.
00:16:01
Speaker
All right?
00:16:01
Speaker
Professionals, please, only.
00:16:05
Speaker
So maybe it's things like that, right?
00:16:06
Speaker
So they might just want to wait for the ambulance.
00:16:09
Speaker
In those cases, you are not allowed to help.
00:16:13
Speaker
And that's kind of crazy, but it's the law.
00:16:16
Speaker
And however, if they're unconscious or something, then you can jump right in if you need to.
00:16:22
Speaker
Those are, in fact, the last thing out of all of this that saved me was also now that you're first in train, like I am.
00:16:33
Speaker
Uh-huh, uh-huh.
00:16:35
Speaker
Yeah, that's right.
00:16:38
Speaker
You do need to provide training when you are able to and allowed to.
00:16:44
Speaker
So apparently if you're first aid trained and you were on the scene and you didn't attempt to help in a safe environment where it would have been possible,
00:16:55
Speaker
then you can be held liable for that, too.
00:16:58
Speaker
So I didn't know that until they put me in the training room.
00:17:00
Speaker
I was like, this is a little this is something this disclaimer should come before I walked in because maybe I didn't want to have the great powers come great responsibility and maybe I didn't want it, you know, but now I'm stuck doing it.
00:17:14
Speaker
So it's kind of like, oh, shit, I got to do this now.
00:17:19
Speaker
And apparently, yeah, if you were able to and you just walked away, then you can be held liable for that.
00:17:27
Speaker
The instructor who was with us, it was really good, a guy named Michael.
00:17:32
Speaker
And he talked about like in the city itself in Dubai, there have been three, four instances of him stepping in and saving someone's life and the particular incident.
00:17:43
Speaker
They were all kind of different things.
00:17:46
Speaker
And yeah, that just made me go, wow, you know, it could be happening around.

Personal Interests and Recommendations

00:17:52
Speaker
The signs are there now.
00:17:54
Speaker
I can see, I can kind of tell what would be happening.
00:17:57
Speaker
And that it just gives you a lot of confidence and comfort in that.
00:18:02
Speaker
So I can't stress it enough, guys.
00:18:04
Speaker
If you've got family, just do it, man.
00:18:07
Speaker
Even if you don't have family, just do it.
00:18:09
Speaker
You don't know when it'll help.
00:18:13
Speaker
Now, I got to admit something.
00:18:14
Speaker
I've been talking about doing less coffee.
00:18:17
Speaker
I've got a coffee mug in front of me today.
00:18:19
Speaker
I can't help it.
00:18:22
Speaker
It was just one of those days and I had to wake up at 6.
00:18:26
Speaker
And hey, I think those days don't count, right?
00:18:28
Speaker
If you have coffee early enough, then it shouldn't
00:18:32
Speaker
It shouldn't matter.
00:18:33
Speaker
Anyway, just a little side note.
00:18:37
Speaker
For those who are confused, I've been off coffee for a while and I've been showing off about that.
00:18:43
Speaker
So this was a little bit of a guilt admission.
00:18:47
Speaker
And I've been showing off about the first aid training through this episode and now I'm worried.
00:18:52
Speaker
Next week I'll be coming back and going.
00:18:54
Speaker
So my first aid training, it didn't end up helping someone.
00:18:59
Speaker
Imagine.
00:18:59
Speaker
Oh, my God.
00:19:00
Speaker
Am I allowed to joke about that now and these accidents?
00:19:05
Speaker
I'm a comic and a first aid training person.
00:19:06
Speaker
I'm so conflicted right now.
00:19:08
Speaker
It doesn't matter.
00:19:11
Speaker
You know, in the past.
00:19:13
Speaker
I've seen accidents happen in front of me and not just my friends that so it it's something we give off to in our culture to like nurses and doctors and professionals anyway I'm gonna stop harping on I think I made my point guys you gotta get yourself trained up all right it's just so important now on a lighter side
00:19:38
Speaker
Shows are starting up in Feb.
00:19:40
Speaker
I've got, like I said, a big one on February 22nd.
00:19:42
Speaker
If you're in Dubai, come down to the Istmo show.
00:19:45
Speaker
He's a comic from Finland.
00:19:46
Speaker
I'm opening for him along with a really good friend of mine, Abs Ali, a comic I admire a lot.
00:19:53
Speaker
I've said that before.
00:19:54
Speaker
And yeah, get in on that.
00:19:57
Speaker
I've been watching reruns of Chuck and you got to watch that show.
00:20:02
Speaker
It's so cool and funny almost to the point of like dumb.
00:20:10
Speaker
Like it's got a lot of plot holes I guess if you look at it that way.
00:20:14
Speaker
But it's such a fun show.
00:20:16
Speaker
And I realized as I was watching it's five seasons.
00:20:18
Speaker
I had never finished season five.
00:20:20
Speaker
For some reason, I had skipped it.
00:20:22
Speaker
I don't know, maybe it hadn't come out and then I got moved on into different things.
00:20:26
Speaker
But it was really great to discover that.
00:20:29
Speaker
And I'm trying to finish it off now.
00:20:30
Speaker
It's on Amazon Prime if you're in the region.
00:20:34
Speaker
I'm sure it's available and loads of other things.
00:20:36
Speaker
But it's a really fun show about a nerd spy.
00:20:39
Speaker
And it was just on the brink of...
00:20:42
Speaker
when nerds started becoming cool.
00:20:44
Speaker
And I think this show really captures that aspect as well.
00:20:49
Speaker
And it's funny and at the same time really engaging.
00:20:55
Speaker
I remember watching it the first time, getting really, really into it.
00:20:59
Speaker
The lead actress was someone I love.
00:21:03
Speaker
I can't pronounce her last name.
00:21:04
Speaker
It's Yvonne Stravansky.
00:21:06
Speaker
She's the same one in Handmaid's Tale.
00:21:10
Speaker
not the main protagonist, the main woman on the dark side.
00:21:15
Speaker
If you watch the show, you know what I'm talking about.
00:21:17
Speaker
All right?
00:21:18
Speaker
This was her younger days, and she plays a completely different character.
00:21:22
Speaker
So I remember her as that, and when I watched her in Handmaid's Tale, I was just like, oh, my God, what happened to her?
00:21:28
Speaker
She's playing this evil character, and it's not nice, and she's so ugh in it, whereas in that show, I had a little crush on her.
00:21:36
Speaker
Ha, ha, ha.
00:21:38
Speaker
So great show to watch.
00:21:39
Speaker
That's what I've been killing time on apart from parenting, which is a real kick-ass kind of thing that happens to you.

Weather Reflections and Conclusion

00:21:49
Speaker
But Seon's a great kid.
00:21:50
Speaker
He's very easy.
00:21:52
Speaker
He's got a routine with the park and everything, and the weather's nice outside, so I shouldn't really be complaining.
00:21:56
Speaker
By the way, it's really cold out here in the
00:21:58
Speaker
in Dubai right now, which I love.
00:22:01
Speaker
And part of me is like really enjoying it.
00:22:03
Speaker
I'm trying not to be this sad person who's thinking about summer coming.
00:22:08
Speaker
So every day that passes, I'm like, there's one last day of winter left.
00:22:12
Speaker
And we're now moving towards the hotter weather instead of moving towards the colder weather.
00:22:16
Speaker
And it's so depressing.
00:22:18
Speaker
It's so depressing.
00:22:19
Speaker
I'm trying not to get into it.
00:22:21
Speaker
Anyway, enjoy the moment, reminding myself and you.
00:22:26
Speaker
I hope you enjoyed the episode.
00:22:27
Speaker
Share it and do think about what I said because this one was quite important, I think.
00:22:33
Speaker
You might literally save lives, okay?
00:22:35
Speaker
So take care.
00:22:36
Speaker
I got to run.
00:22:37
Speaker
Goodbye.
00:22:38
Speaker
Or as a dog would say, woof.
