Yeah, let's get straight into it. So the worst fears have been confirmed for Mitch Barnett from the New Zealand Warriors. He suffered a season-ending ACL rupture on his right knee, and it was sustained during a tackle in last round's clash against the Rabbits.

It's a massive blow for the Warriors' season, and any potential state of origin duties are kind of going down the drain. He's going to be meeting with specialists soon to map out a surgery timeline. So time will tell how he will recover, but generally, you know, nine months, least the rest of the season and potentially looking at maybe a halfway, you know, next season should be fit by then. But adding to the Warriors' woes, center Rocco Berry, he's also experienced a bit more like hamstring tightness, but I think he might be all right.

all doom and gloom. We've got some big names returning this week. So, Recy Walsh, the dynamic Broncos fullback, he is going to be back in action after being sidelined um since round seven with a knee injury.

So they'll get a graft from let's say the hamstring most commonly. And then, They will use that graph to help support the ACL. And so generally, it's quite a progressed like a progressive rehab. So I don't think you can really skip nine months. Generally, nine months is like a minimum like standard. So even if you had like the best strength and conditioning coaches, the best you know physios, medical staff, it's generally set at like a nine months.

So, we've got Adam Reynolds, the Broncos captain, will become the 55th player to achieve the milestone of 300 NRL games when the Broncos played the Titans at Suncorp on Saturday night.

So next headline, boys. We've got Tom Trebojevic linked with a shock NRL exit as Manly face a Lehigh hopper widey headache So some key developments here. So Tom Truboevich, 28, is reportedly considering leaving Manly at the end of the current contract with the Super English League floated as a possible destination.

Despite being on $1.1 million dollars per season, Truboevich has averaged only just 12.8 games per year since 2021 due to ongoing injuries. He has even offered to return part of his salary last year out of guilt for limited appearances and offer the NRL rejected.

So why he might leave? So Driborjevic is reportedly willing to walk to avoid blocking the development of youngsters like Lehi Hoppawadi, who's 20, Togu Kola and Clayton Folau, who keeps senior players like Tommy Talao and Jason Saab out of the side.

Brian Fetcher has quoted on e SEN that he, Hoppawadi, is way too good. He needs to be around the ball. And if he's still on the wing in three years, his management should be looking elsewhere. So in regards to finances, so contracts between Tommy and his brother, Jake, are signed through the end of 2025 and mainly want to keep them both, but on reduced salaries.

So Jake is looking for about $500,000 on a one-year extension. He's currently on 900 grand and Big Tommy is asking for one, or he's currently on 1.1 million. He's looking for 700 per season and looking for a three-year extension.
