Speaker: All right. i don't have time to put together a great new episode slash an episode at all. So I'm going to be taking this week off.
Speaker: Maybe I should take next week off, too.
Speaker: I'm going to link to a a YouTube for an interview that I did. do you guys remember that guy? it was a very viral TikTok and on social media, there was a guy who went on a date.
Speaker: And he left a voice note for his first date saying that because his first date invited him to come over to her house for dinner.
Speaker: She said she wanted to cook him dinner and she wanted him to come to her place. So he left her a voice note saying that they have to have sex on the second date Or else he doesn't want to continue because sex is very important to him and he wants to know what their sexual chemistry is like.
Speaker: And obviously people ate him up on social media as they should. i eat him up in my interview on this podcast because it's so corny, so self-serving So impatient and insane to demand sex on a second date or you or else you will not show up to that second date is so thirsty.
Speaker: thirsty Oh my gosh. Um, anyway, so I'm going to link to that interview so you could watch it on YouTube. I don't really show my face. Like I just, it's really hard. I fully understand marketing and promotion.
Speaker: i just personally like I don't like to be a forward-facing person. And podcasts used to be an audio medium. Now it's 100% visual. Everybody puts out videos.
Speaker: And it's unnecessary for the most part. But guess what? I don't make the rules, right? It's just like, you know, there was Instagram with photos. And then it just started to be overtaken by videos and IG stories. And it's like, we could simplify things.
Speaker: I like audio because I'm able to do other things. And when there is a video podcast, especially if I'm a fan of someone, I feel like I have to watch the podcast and I already have a billion things to watch.
Speaker: So I'm passionately against the I'm passionately against how social media and podcasts like you're supposed to watch it as if we don't have 20 other things that we're supposed to be watching.
Speaker: So that being said, I'm going to link to the YouTube because it's one of the opportunities that exist where I'm on camera and I link to a YouTube one other time when I was on a different podcast.
Speaker: Because like I said, I just like audio. But anyway, so you guys could listen to that and I will do my best to put out an episode next week. But for now, go ahead and watch me on the YouTube. And if you don't want to watch it, just listen to the audio.
