Natalie Richards: So people hate on her.
Felicia Devine: Right.
Natalie Richards: like crazy. However, she has 10 million Instagram followers.
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm

Felicia Devine: So...
Natalie Richards: All right.
Felicia Devine: A follower is a follower, whether they love you or hate you.
Natalie Richards: A follower is a follower.
Felicia Devine: Abuse of you.
Natalie Richards: eggs Exactly. So we went to, she has this little like store in Midway.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Felicia Devine: oh
Natalie Richards: And I forgot about it. We were just going to go to Midway anyway. And I was like, oh, I forgot that she has a store. So we stopped in. and it's a cute little store it's called ballerina farm and it's just like

Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: the milk from the cows on their farm.
Felicia Devine: Wow.
Natalie Richards: So it's like an A2 whey.
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm.
Natalie Richards: grass -fed whey.
Felicia Devine: Did you get some?
Natalie Richards: We got some and it's literally the best. protein powder i've ever tasted in my life. And that Kyle literally just texted me and he goes, this is the best protein powder I've ever had.
Felicia Devine: Probably because it's whole food.
Felicia Devine: She's doing something right.
Natalie Richards: We got the, she is, we got the peanut butter one.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: And it is like a straight up, like if I were to put. peanut butter and milk.
Felicia Devine: Wow.
Natalie Richards: and add honey to it It's amazing.
Felicia Devine: Wow. Yum.
Natalie Richards: So anyway, that's what I'm drinking today. But her store is so cute.
Felicia Devine: Oh yeah.
Natalie Richards: She has like meat that they raise. She makes croissants and she'll like ship everything. all across the country. It's really cool.
Felicia Devine: How does she have time for this?
Natalie Richards: i don't I don't know. i really don't know but i'm just like looking around i go oh yeah she's so oppressed Like...
Felicia Devine: Right?
Natalie Richards: Miss little trad wife who has this like...
Felicia Devine: this Trad wife so oppressed who probably has a empire she has built.
Natalie Richards: she does that's what's so funny about it like people can hate on it all you want but
Felicia Devine: Mhm. Mm hmm. Right. Right.
Natalie Richards: She's making something for herself.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Anyway.
Felicia Devine: I also saw when you were in Utah that you went to Riverside.
Natalie Richards: River Horse, yeah.
Felicia Devine: River horse.
Natalie Richards: Yes, that's where...
Felicia Devine: Yeah, where you got married.
Natalie Richards: Yes, I feel like it's kind of like our... Ooh. obligation that we have to go back every time we're there.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: So we Kyle and I had a wedding to go to in Utah and it was. beautiful wedding. It was on like Monday of Labor Day, which was kind of interesting, but.
Felicia Devine: Oh that is interesting.
Natalie Richards: It meant that we... just extended our our labor day weekend a couple days so
Felicia Devine: So how long were you out there?
Natalie Richards: It was fun. We were there Sunday to Thursday. So we got there
Felicia Devine: oh
Natalie Richards: yeah so we because we had a wedding we had a wedding in rockford saturday night So we literally went to the wedding, dropped Jean off at Chelsea's house, left on a plane the next morning.
Felicia Devine: who
Felicia Devine: Oh my gosh.
Natalie Richards: to go to Utah. It was wild.
Felicia Devine: Did Jean go to the wedding in Rockford?
Natalie Richards: He went to the wedding in Rockford.
Felicia Devine: Mm.
Natalie Richards: Because it was like our friends who have.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: We love kids. So that was fun, actually. But it was why it was kind of like a wild.
Felicia Devine: Wow.
Natalie Richards: a wild crazy
Felicia Devine: I know you posted, you were very busy.
Natalie Richards: busy weekend. it was a lot so we did all kinds of stuff we went went around everywhere at all my favorite places, did some other like new stuff.
Felicia Devine: How was the weather?
Natalie Richards: It was beautiful. 70 and sunny. It was.
Felicia Devine: Was it like...
Natalie Richards: Perfection.
Felicia Devine: fall vibes or summer vibes?
Natalie Richards: It was kind of both because you. If you're in the mountain.
Felicia Devine: then
Natalie Richards: like up in the mountains where we were staying it's 65 70 and then you go down to the valley and it's 85 so it was kind of like
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: It's kind of both.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: The wedding was very summer vibes.
Felicia Devine: Was it? Okay.
Natalie Richards: But then, like...
Natalie Richards: Everything else about our trip was more fall, I would say.
Felicia Devine: So fun.
Natalie Richards: It was great. It was great.
Felicia Devine: what What a great weekend to like do something.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, I had to pack for like I said I had to pack for like three different climates plus a wedding so it was It was a lot.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah. Was it black tie? I'm assuming it was black tie.
Natalie Richards: It was formal.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. What did you wear?
Natalie Richards: So not like I wore like a kind of like a high neck teal.
Felicia Devine: Ooh.
Natalie Richards: teal flowy dress. It was really pretty.
Felicia Devine: Cute. qe Yeah.
Natalie Richards: And like massive silver heels that were like a platform. it couldn't It was so weird for me to wear something like that.
Felicia Devine: Was it fun?
Natalie Richards: But I loved the shoes when I saw them. And I was like, you know.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: We're just going to wear them. And they were so comfortable. I couldn't believe it.
Felicia Devine: Were they?
Natalie Richards: Yep.
Felicia Devine: Good. Did you wear them all night?
Natalie Richards: And I was like as tall as Kyle. It was funny.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. You guys are 6 '6 walking around.
Natalie Richards: I wore them all night. I had zero problem.
Felicia Devine: Oh that's awesome.
Natalie Richards: it was It was wild.
Felicia Devine: Did they do, wait, was was it in Park City? Where was the wedding?
Natalie Richards: That was no it was like an hour and a half away. It was a long it was like
Felicia Devine: What?
Natalie Richards: really far away, but there wouldn't have been anywhere.
Felicia Devine: Where'd you stay?
Natalie Richards: We stayed in Park City.
Felicia Devine: How'd you get there?
Natalie Richards: So we were We just drove.
Felicia Devine: An hour and a half to this wedding.
Natalie Richards: Mhm. It was a long way.
Felicia Devine: oh my
Natalie Richards: It was like... you wouldn't necessarily know where all this stuff is, but like Salt Lake City, Park City is north.
Felicia Devine: No. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: And then you like go south and that's Provo.
Felicia Devine: Mhm.
Natalie Richards: That's where all like the Mormon wives are from.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Have you watched the new season by the way?
Felicia Devine: No, I'm still on season two.
Natalie Richards: Oh god. You've got a lot of catch up to do.
Felicia Devine: I have a lot. i just Oh, I just watched the Alex Earle documentaries.
Natalie Richards: Oh, I need to watch that too.
Felicia Devine: Or like... series that was so good
Natalie Richards: Oh boy. Was it? Okay.
Felicia Devine: I'm like an Alex Earl girl.
Natalie Richards: we'll watch that. You like her.
Felicia Devine: I do
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: I do
Natalie Richards: I don't really like... Follow her.
Felicia Devine: Really?
Natalie Richards: doings all that much. Not really.
Felicia Devine: She's just like... Like. a bad girl. Like she just like business and like, she's like not, she's not dumb.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Natalie Richards: No, no.
Natalie Richards: From what I've seen, no, she's not at all.
Felicia Devine: No, she's a business baddie.
Natalie Richards: She's like... empire mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: Mhm. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Interesting.
Felicia Devine: And she's just like very organic and like not organic in the sense of like.
Natalie Richards: No, she's real.
Felicia Devine: crunchy she's real and like she's like this is like my real life like she doesn't sugarcoat stuff i don't know i just like really like her vibe
Natalie Richards: She's real. uh -huh
Natalie Richards: Love that. Okay.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. yeah so it's a good doc well what is it docu -series is that what you call it
Natalie Richards: or watch it. I'll bait.
Natalie Richards: Is it on Hulu?
Felicia Devine: Netflix.
Natalie Richards: Netflix, okay.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Wait, okay, so you're saying the Mormon wives.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: Okay, so it's down south.
Natalie Richards: mormon wives so south so like south of provo even was where the wedding was so it was like
Felicia Devine: Provo.
Felicia Devine: Oh.
Natalie Richards: It was tucked up next to a mountain. It was beautiful.
Felicia Devine: Wow.
Natalie Richards: beautiful. It was on the farm. Yeah, it was beautiful.
Felicia Devine: That's not where their house is, is it?
Natalie Richards: No.
Felicia Devine: No, their house is in Park City
Natalie Richards: No, so their house is... closer to park city so it was like an hour from everybody
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Wow.
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: her family i think is from utah though so i think her family's from provo
Felicia Devine: Oh, okay.
Natalie Richards: So it was like closer for the... for them.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Okay.
Natalie Richards: so
Felicia Devine: Big wedding? Little wedding?
Natalie Richards: Maybe 100 people. It wasn't crazy.
Felicia Devine: That's big.
Natalie Richards: It wasn't like, it's big, it's big for.
Felicia Devine: That's big for me.
Felicia Devine: how many people went to your wedding?
Natalie Richards: Definitely. bit 30 32.
Felicia Devine: 20? 30?
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: 32. Okay.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, something like that.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: which was like the limit for what River Horse could. could handle on the patio.
Felicia Devine: Oh, you probably were slicing and dicing people off your list left and right.
Natalie Richards: I literally was like oops sorry you don't fit at the restaurant. You can't come. I don't know what to tell you.
Felicia Devine: can't come you don't fit.
Natalie Richards: That was it was kind of sad because I told I literally said. My aunts can come, but my uncles cannot come.
Felicia Devine: Weird. Really?
Natalie Richards: It was a very... specific set of people.
Felicia Devine: But like... You... that's perfect because then it wasn't on you to blame. It was like, Riverhorse can't take you.
Natalie Richards: I'm sorry, we can only fit 32 people.
Felicia Devine: It's not me. Mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: Like that's.
Felicia Devine: Yep.
Natalie Richards: it.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: So. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: That was so fun. That was like a very unique wedding.
Natalie Richards: I loved it. I do wish I could have been at yours, but I understand why.
Felicia Devine: I loved it too.
Felicia Devine: The Airbnb wouldn't have fit you.
Felicia Devine: No, my aunt.
Natalie Richards: We both, it's so funny. We both had like very small weddings.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, my Aunt Judy would. I don't think she'll ever live down the fact that I didn't invite her. Like she is devastated, heartbroken.
Natalie Richards: I know. I know.
Felicia Devine: I feel really bad about it.
Natalie Richards: I do have some family friends who were like really sad that they couldn't be there.
Felicia Devine: yeah
Natalie Richards: But then I had a 350 person. barbecue back at home like
Felicia Devine: Right. Yeah. And I couldn't make it to that, so.
Natalie Richards: Sorry to say. Right.
Felicia Devine: i'm glad I'm glad I made the 32 -person cut.
Natalie Richards: Like...
Felicia Devine: this
Natalie Richards: We're like, we just want our like. few friends and
Felicia Devine: Yeah. I still hold on to my dress I wore to your wedding, hoping that like someday, A, I might fit into it again and B, someday I'll have somewhere to wear it.
Natalie Richards: That's like...
Natalie Richards: Someday you can wear it again.
Natalie Richards: That dress was sick.
Felicia Devine: Cause it was so. Cool.
Natalie Richards: That was so good.
Felicia Devine: You had such a good like everyone wore black.
Natalie Richards: Everyone. Yep. I told everybody to wear black.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, it was just so cool.
Natalie Richards: Mountain chic.
Felicia Devine: Yes, yes.
Natalie Richards: Black.
Felicia Devine: Mountain Chic Black. It was very fun.
Natalie Richards: My brother wore like a black fringe suede jacket.
Felicia Devine: Yes. Oh my gosh, I remember that.
Natalie Richards: It was amazing.
Felicia Devine: We were, oh my gosh, that was so fun.
Natalie Richards: Oh, it was the best.
Felicia Devine: And then we went to clubbing. afterward.
Natalie Richards: Yep. Yep.
Felicia Devine: Wow.
Natalie Richards: That was so great.
Felicia Devine: That was crazy. I was gonna say the days before kids, but you were very pregnant
Natalie Richards: I know. Well, I was pregnant. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: yeah
Natalie Richards: oops
Felicia Devine: Whoops. Okay, so what else did you guys do in Utah?
Natalie Richards: Boopsy daisies. I'm like trying to remember. we literally I went into it and had zero plans. So I was like, you know.
Felicia Devine: That's so unlike you, Natalie.
Natalie Richards: We're just not, I know. I made dinner reservations and that was it.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: so
Felicia Devine: How far in advance do you have to do River Horse?
Natalie Richards: They open it up a month before, I think.
Felicia Devine: Okay, did you like get it?
Natalie Richards: so you
Felicia Devine: in
Natalie Richards: I definitely, yeah, I did it right then.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: I wasn't sure, like being Labor Day, I was like, is it going to be crazy or is it going to be dead?
Felicia Devine: Great. Dead.
Natalie Richards: And it was crazy.
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: like that Sunday. We went there on Sunday.
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: when we got the day we got there. then I have never seen Park City so dead. Like we. Like the days following, it was crazy.
Felicia Devine: That's not good.
Natalie Richards: Like we went to this, do you remember the spur?
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: that bar.
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm.
Natalie Richards: We were one of two tables in there watching this guy play music. It was crazy.
Felicia Devine: Now, was it just you and Kyle kind of bopping about?
Natalie Richards: Yeah. yeah yeah it was just us pretty much so we we ended up meeting these people at the Hot tub.
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm.
Felicia Devine: Mhm.
Natalie Richards: And they were so funny. So we stayed at the hot tub for so long.
Felicia Devine: You stay at a hotel?
Natalie Richards: Yeah, we stayed in like a yeah hotel resort thing.
Felicia Devine: Okay. mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: o It was so fun. So we really didn't do like anything crazy.
Felicia Devine: Oh my gosh.
Natalie Richards: We kind of were like, we're just going to explore.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: We're going to walk we're gonna go to the hot tub, just chill, go to dinner and not have anything major.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, good.
Natalie Richards: So that's exactly what we did. It was great.
Felicia Devine: That's lovely.
Natalie Richards: So nothing like major to report. it's pretty much it.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: But we had a lovely time.
Felicia Devine: Good.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, it was really good there Well, I will say.
Felicia Devine: That's awesome.
Natalie Richards: some people from the wedding got like sick like really sick And I.
Felicia Devine: What?
Natalie Richards: didn't really like both kyle and i really didn't i had like
Felicia Devine: What kind of sick are we talking?
Natalie Richards: Like... like
Felicia Devine: Digestive sick.
Natalie Richards: Digestive sick. mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: Hmm.
Natalie Richards: like really digestive sick. Uh...
Felicia Devine: Hmm.
Natalie Richards: From what I heard, including the bride and groom, which really is so sad.
Felicia Devine: oh
Natalie Richards: So... Like half the wedding party. I think half the wedding guests probably were like six six like we had to fill out a health department form Like it. like is bad.
Felicia Devine: What?
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm.
Felicia Devine: but what does that entail I'm sorry who contacts you
Natalie Richards: It was basically like they sent a text out. They said, can you fill out this form? Just to like say what you ate at the wedding and like. what your symptoms were.
Felicia Devine: You're joking.
Natalie Richards: It was so sad. I definitely did have like a little tinge of diarrhea, but I was like, It's probably just, you know, whatever, altitude, whatever.
Felicia Devine: Travel, travel diarrhea.
Natalie Richards: You know, like whatever.
Felicia Devine: A few cocktails. and
Natalie Richards: But, and I'm on so many herbs for my Lyme stuff.
Felicia Devine: Right.
Natalie Richards: It probably just knocked out whatever.
Felicia Devine: It probably came in contact you with your herbs and just went...
Natalie Richards: Whatever. And was like, oh. And then Kyle only the ate steak and potatoes.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: So like. How bad can that be?
Felicia Devine: Right.
Natalie Richards: So he didn't have anything. So yeah, I have to have to inquire a little bit more about like the aftermath of.
Felicia Devine: one
Felicia Devine: I can't wait to hear.
Natalie Richards: of all of that. Isn't that crazy? I know.
Felicia Devine: I've never heard of a gathering having to fill out a health and safety.
Natalie Richards: It's so... I have not. I have not either.
Felicia Devine: document.
Natalie Richards: Like that. is so sad.
Felicia Devine: Oop.
Natalie Richards: It's so sad. Because we encountered some people on our flight that were at the wedding.
Felicia Devine: No.
Natalie Richards: And they were supposed to go home on Tuesday, not Thursday. And I was like.
Felicia Devine: Why are you doing here?
Natalie Richards: Wee! Like, oh yeah, we got sick, like really sick.
Felicia Devine: Natalie. That's crazy.
Natalie Richards: It's so sad. I felt really bad.
Felicia Devine: That's so crazy.
Natalie Richards: so that That was kind of the main. the men.
Felicia Devine: I should have filled out a health and safety after Daphne's first birthday party.
Natalie Richards: problem.
Natalie Richards: Oh my gosh, yeah, that's right.
Felicia Devine: That was delaying flights left and right too. That was great. But they had literally flown back from France. 24 hours before her birthday party.
Natalie Richards: Yes, which is like, okay.
Felicia Devine: So I'm like, who knows what bug you carried home?
Natalie Richards: Some random, random thing.
Felicia Devine: you know But it got all of us. It took everyone down, except for Dan.
Natalie Richards: Which is just hilarious.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, yeah. like
Natalie Richards: He's just...
Felicia Devine: Dan's parents were literally at my house. Because Giuseppe had thrown up over the whole carpet upstairs.
Natalie Richards: oh
Felicia Devine: So they had to bring over like a carpet.
Natalie Richards: oh
Felicia Devine: shampooer. But they were also so sick throwing up. So Fred is like laying on the ground. He's like, I've never been this sick. Barb is like trying to watch Seb. We're like all trading off trying to like.
Natalie Richards: All dead.
Felicia Devine: Fred's like, I literally have never been this sick.
Natalie Richards: That's terrible.
Felicia Devine: I know.
Natalie Richards: Oh my god.
Felicia Devine: And I was like. We're struggling.
Natalie Richards: my gosh.
Felicia Devine: take
Natalie Richards: Yeah, it was some random.
Felicia Devine: crazy.
Natalie Richards: random bug from overseas that we've never seen before.
Felicia Devine: Wow.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah. Cause I'm sure there were people at that wedding that like. I don't know
Natalie Richards: Yeah, I don't know.
Felicia Devine: Like. do you think the Do you think the bug was transferred from a food item or do you think your bug was transferred from a human?
Natalie Richards: That's what they think. I think it was a food situation.
Felicia Devine: Hmm.
Natalie Richards: Pretty sure. Mmhmm.
Felicia Devine: Like a like a spinach thing, like... What?
Natalie Richards: It was like... So the only things that Kyle, like there were definitely some salads that were sitting there. That were really...
Felicia Devine: I love how Kyle's like, no, I just eat meat and potatoes.
Natalie Richards: I just eat meat and potatoes. I don't have a problem.
Felicia Devine: Kyle's like, I'm simple as it comes. Oh my gosh.
Natalie Richards: They had like a couple salads that were out for sure. And I don't, you don't know like what the. preparation situation is at these venues.
Felicia Devine: Or the mayonnaise. Hmm.
Natalie Richards: So it was like like a couscous salad and a watermelon like feta thing, and those kind of just sat out. Then it was The only other things were like carrots and sand the salmon was the only thing I was thinking.
Natalie Richards: that could have gotten some people.
Felicia Devine: You didn't eat the salmon?
Natalie Richards: I ate the salmon, but I did have like a little, I will say I had a little tinge, right?
Felicia Devine: Right. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: So. It's very possible.
Felicia Devine: Not what you ate had.
Natalie Richards: that had something in it and it just didn't affect me the same way.
Felicia Devine: Everyone has tapeworms now.
Natalie Richards: I don't know. I don't know And so... I think it was more just like a traditional food poisoning.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: <unk> situation.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Because there's food poisoning and then there's food. toxicity.
Natalie Richards: right. So...
Felicia Devine: food It's like...
Natalie Richards: More of just like a bad bacteria bacterial contamination.
Felicia Devine: on. top of the food.
Natalie Richards: Right.
Felicia Devine: Food. Is that the right term I'm using?
Natalie Richards: I think you're correct.
Felicia Devine: There's like two, we learned this in microbiology.
Natalie Richards: Food toxicity is like whatever the food contains.
Felicia Devine: There's like two versions and like, it's like 10 times worse. Yeah. Like went rancid.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Okay. Oh.
Natalie Richards: So.
Felicia Devine: That's spooky. That's not for my belly.
Natalie Richards: No, it wouldn't have fared well for you.
Felicia Devine: Oh, i don't I don't do well with GI stuff.
Natalie Richards: oh
Felicia Devine: I always get very... Fate -y feeling.
Natalie Richards: like week.
Felicia Devine: like sweaty, lightheaded.
Natalie Richards: Oh yeah.
Felicia Devine: Like I get really like spooked. like i don't tolerate like psychologically i do not tolerate gi stuff well
Natalie Richards: Totally.
Felicia Devine: And I don't think I ever have.
Natalie Richards: What?
Felicia Devine: Cause I just remember like. Not that I'm a sympathetic vomiter.
Natalie Richards: Sure, but...
Felicia Devine: But like, if I see other people vomiting, I'm like, I'm ill. like I yeah, I just like don't like it.
Natalie Richards: I have a problem. mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: So
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: I don't know. I just don't do well with GI.
Natalie Richards: so
Felicia Devine: Blah!
Natalie Richards: I will say the next day I go. as I was thinking back to like what my symptoms were as I was filling out the health department form.
Felicia Devine: No.
Felicia Devine: Now does this go to like the government?
Natalie Richards: And I'll see you. Yeah, it goes to like the Utah State. The health department. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Is it anonymous?
Natalie Richards: Yeah. I think so, maybe, I don't know i don't know
Felicia Devine: Okay. Right. Like you didn't have to put like your email.
Natalie Richards: Maybe I did. I don't remember.
Felicia Devine: Hmm.
Natalie Richards: I don't know. So I think the next day, yeah, because we went, we drove. to this little town. Where there's this this cool like farm store, like ranch store.
Felicia Devine: Mhm.
Natalie Richards: And it has like a ton of amazing clothes and and jewelry and art and all kinds of stuff.
Felicia Devine: o
Natalie Richards: So we'd like to go there. so
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: we drove there we left the store in the store I was like oh I was like really have to poop but like the the bathroom was like employees only.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: And then there were like employees right there. And I was like, Ooh, okay, fine.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: I'll just wait a second. I'll go to a gas station or whatever.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Right.
Natalie Richards: So we left. Of course, the only gas station in this whole town is a 7 -Eleven with a cafe. And it was it was lunchtime on a Tuesday. And every St.
Natalie Richards: Kyle goes, I think every single blue collar worker in the whole county is here right now. like
Felicia Devine: here eating their lunch.
Natalie Richards: There wasn't a single parking spot. There wasn't a single pump open. There wasn't, it they were parked along the edges of the part of the.
Felicia Devine: Oh my gosh!
Natalie Richards: gas station parking lot and go this isn't good i can't go i mean yeah
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: We have literally nowhere to park. I can't even get in here. so I'm like thinking about where, okay, where can I go to the bathroom?
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Because at this point I'm like, I really have to go. Like, it's not good. So I like went across the street to a grocery store and was able to go in there.
Felicia Devine: oh no
Felicia Devine: And then you contaminated the whole grocery store.
Natalie Richards: Yeah pretty much. and
Felicia Devine: Now, did you tell Kyle you had like an upset stomach?
Natalie Richards: I mean, kind I was like, I really have to. It was kind of like, it's always the running joke that in the altitude, we always have to poop like five times a day. So it was like not necessarily like.
Felicia Devine: Oh, okay.
Natalie Richards: out of the ordinary
Felicia Devine: Abnormal. Yeah. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: It just was like...
Felicia Devine: so The altitude is like a great detox.
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: I wonder if that also affected other people though.
Natalie Richards: It's amazing.
Felicia Devine: like it was like a combination of
Natalie Richards: And maybe. Maybe.
Felicia Devine: you get a food If you got like a food bug at altitude.
Natalie Richards: Mhm. mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: And then your system was just like.
Natalie Richards: Like, get it out. Get it out.
Felicia Devine: Mega pressured. That's crazy.
Natalie Richards: Anyway.
Felicia Devine: that is crazy
Natalie Richards: So that was the fun stuff. And then, yeah, we came home and life was crazy getting back to work.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: and
Felicia Devine: Was it?
Natalie Richards: All of that. Yeah. Just making up for everything.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, because you took like a week off.
Natalie Richards: yeah it was It was like my whole work week. So I worked Friday, which I never do.
Felicia Devine: oh wow
Natalie Richards: So. I know. That was terrible.
Felicia Devine: How bold of you. I would never do that.
Natalie Richards: I know. I know I should have just taken the whole week off. But I literally, like last week, I was packing people wherever I could possibly do it.
Felicia Devine: Where are you?
Natalie Richards: And then this coming week. Hey. i i
Felicia Devine: The same thing.
Natalie Richards: literally don't have. a spot to breathe.
Felicia Devine: Mhm.
Natalie Richards: I don't have a moment.
Felicia Devine: Are you still thinking that you would want to? an associate.
Natalie Richards: oh I think so
Felicia Devine: You need one.
Natalie Richards: I think I need one I think I'm at the point
Felicia Devine: I think you need one.
Natalie Richards: I think I'm at my capacity
Felicia Devine: Okay. If you're a chiropractor and you're listening and you have any interest in living in or around Rockford, Illinois.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: Natalie. at Revive. is looking for an associate.
Natalie Richards: yes Please, please. Please.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Please. It's a really great office. We don't take insurance. We don't we don't care about a lot of things.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. You can take a whole week off and go to Utah.
Natalie Richards: You know you can do whatever you want, really.
Felicia Devine: There are no rules. Honestly, I feel like my office is like.
Natalie Richards: you're on a roll
Felicia Devine: off the the hinges everyone's just taking time off I'm just like Do we have rules?
Natalie Richards: You know what?
Felicia Devine: I don't think we have rules
Natalie Richards: but I think that's like the perk. I don't know.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: I don't i don't want to enforce rules. I don't care.
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm.
Natalie Richards: Like it's, if you feel like you want to take time off, take some time off.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Like. make it make up do what i do make up for it on the front and back end i don't care
Felicia Devine: Right. I know. That's it. Yeah. I mean I have three doctors though.
Natalie Richards: I know.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: That's a lot a lot of moving parts.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: What?
Felicia Devine: My computer is saying error. or Problem saving local backup of audio. if this doesn't save.
Natalie Richards: oh
Natalie Richards: Oh no.
Felicia Devine: I know. Well, we'll see. I guess we'll record it.
Natalie Richards: We'll find out.
Felicia Devine: We'll find out if you ever get to hear this, it's saved. Okay, so.
Natalie Richards: Okay, tell me... okay Well, say what you were going to say.
Felicia Devine: I was gonna say. We have... decided since the last podcast. So Kyle popped in and was like, do the high rocks.
Natalie Richards: who
Felicia Devine: And Natalie was like, you should sign up.
Natalie Richards: That's right.
Felicia Devine: So then I talked to Dan and I was like, Oh, like, what do you think? Like, I was just like casual about it. And then you and Kyle both texted me and you're like, you have to sign up like now.
Natalie Richards: then Now.
Felicia Devine: Well, I didn't realize that.
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: the high rocks Tickets sell out within like.
Natalie Richards: minutes.
Felicia Devine: Minutes?
Natalie Richards: Literally minutes for like the individual rounds.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Oh, and also like the round where you just have to pay for your ticket.
Natalie Richards: No chance. Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: I'm in the round where you have to pay for your ticket and then raise $1 ,200.
Natalie Richards: And raise money.
Felicia Devine: Dan and I are already $1500 into this thing.
Natalie Richards: what
Natalie Richards: Oh my god.
Felicia Devine: Isn't that insane?
Natalie Richards: Yes, it is.
Felicia Devine: $1 ,500 to suffer.
Natalie Richards: This. Did you see that they High Rocks just sold to to the like holding company of Louis Vuitton and Dior?
Natalie Richards: It's a major money -making. company.
Felicia Devine: uh yeah
Natalie Richards: No.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: No surprise.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, when you're paying $15.
Natalie Richards: So they literally just got.
Felicia Devine: hundred dollars to run a race you like they better be investing my money
Natalie Richards: Peace!
Felicia Devine: It's insane. So Dan and I obviously like. We're not in the business of like.
Felicia Devine: fundraising to our people, right? Like I'm not going to go to. work.
Natalie Richards: No, no to know.
Felicia Devine: and asked people to fund it so like We're going to split it.
Natalie Richards: No.
Felicia Devine: corporate like wave is gonna spend 600.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: And GVD is going to spend 600.
Natalie Richards: You're going to be a sponsor.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. yeah We're sponsoring each other.
Natalie Richards: That's what I would do.
Felicia Devine: because That - The charity -in is $1 ,200.
Natalie Richards: That's crazy.
Felicia Devine: And then it's a 300 plus. dollar. ticket to race. So we're $1 ,500 into this gig.
Natalie Richards: Wow.
Felicia Devine: I better finish it.
Natalie Richards: You will finish.
Felicia Devine: If I get a DM.
Natalie Richards: No, i think you have I think you have to finish it. That's the whole thing. like you could take five you could take five hours to do it and they literally will wait for you to finish.
Felicia Devine: What? Are they going to hold it?
Felicia Devine: No they will.
Natalie Richards: I'm pretty sure that's the thing.
Felicia Devine: Oh.
Natalie Richards: I've watched videos of these people like... four hours in and they're like the only one and everybody's cheering around them.
Felicia Devine: Oh.
Natalie Richards: Can you imagine?
Felicia Devine: you know horrifying
Natalie Richards: You have to not be that person.
Felicia Devine: I've been that person at the state cross country race. I was the last person across the finish line. So I don't want to be that girl again.
Natalie Richards: No, no.
Felicia Devine: Okay. So Yeah, I don't wanna be that girl again. i will I will refuse to be that girl again.
Natalie Richards: can you the mood
Felicia Devine: Natalie, don't let me be that girl. No, I didn't.
Natalie Richards: I will not.
Felicia Devine: I've already been training.
Natalie Richards: I know. It's great.
Felicia Devine: i'm I'm already training. i'm I'm getting it going. Now, I...
Natalie Richards: You're already like a runner. Like you can do the stamina.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: You can do.
Felicia Devine: I feel like I have like mental capacity to like, I'm like.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yes.
Felicia Devine: Mentally tough. So is Dan.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: So.
Natalie Richards: Are you feeling better? Like, do you feel more energy?
Felicia Devine: Well. I'm coming up on almost the six month mark. And that's when they said that.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Like if you do nothing, which I have been doing stuff, but like if you do nothing, you should start to feel normal around six months.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: I will say. I have felt. significantly better Then I did. So like I rode a bike. Maybe.
Felicia Devine: six to eight weeks ago. I had Giuseppe, I was riding the mountain bike.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: and giuseppe has like a shotgun seat so it's like a seat with handlebars in front of it
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Right.
Felicia Devine: I rode the bike for 10 minutes with him on it in our neighborhood. And our neighborhood has some like pitch to it. It's it's definitely not flat.
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm. It's Philly
Felicia Devine: But I was. I had him for 10 minutes. i I think I told you this story. I got off the bike.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: I was like laying in the front yard, like literally thinking I was going to pass out.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, dead uh -huh
Felicia Devine: I was like, Dan, I don't feel good. like It was not good. Ugh. Why is it wanting to quit my applications? I'm sorry if this is i'm not gonna work i don't know what's going on okay
Natalie Richards: Well we'll see.
Felicia Devine: so
Natalie Richards: My nose.
Felicia Devine: i just have I just have all these pop -up windows. I don't even know if I can see you anymore.
Natalie Richards: Really?
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: Oh, God.
Felicia Devine: We're going to continue. I don't know why it says my system has run out of application memory, which is so weird. I don't know what that means.
Natalie Richards: Your computer probably.
Felicia Devine: So should I just like shut other things down? I don't know.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Okay, so Anyway, I... look like A zillion tabs open, Natalie.
Natalie Richards: That might be why.
Felicia Devine: Not gonna lie. Wait, hold on. Don't don't let me lose you. Okay. So anyway, I have been doing like the. like classic high rocks workouts where you like run.
Felicia Devine: for a duration of time and then you do like fatigued work so like burpee squats, lunges, pushups, like all that kind of stuff.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: and then Like. I feel. Rather. normal for the fatigue.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: Like. I don't feel like I'm going to pass out.
Natalie Richards: Like yeah.
Felicia Devine: I don't feel like I have like lightheadedness. I don't feel like. I'm dizzy. Like all the symptoms I had, like.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: Eat. plus in like since the miscarriage.
Natalie Richards: Yep.
Felicia Devine: Those symptoms have like significantly subsided.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Good.
Natalie Richards: Amazing. That reminds me, I have to.
Felicia Devine: So that's really encouraging because I feel like.
Natalie Richards: I have to talk about something else in a second We'll talk about it.
Felicia Devine: Uh oh. Okay. So yeah, I do feel like I'm getting to the point where I'm like feeling a lot better. which is good because I feel like that's perfect timing because I think I would feel really discouraged if I started doing like the high rocks training and
Natalie Richards: Awesome.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: felt really really terrible. So... i don't know
Natalie Richards: And you have until February.
Felicia Devine: I have until February. And I feel like that's a really fun thing to like. get me through the winter because i just
Natalie Richards: It is.
Felicia Devine: The winter just stinks. I'm just not a winter girly in Pennsylvania.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, it does.
Felicia Devine: Like, obviously I love skiing and I love like winter activities, but.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: You know, it's just like. the mundane like it gets dark at four o 'clock in the afternoon like it just not
Natalie Richards: I know. And it's gloomy gray.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: yeah i get it and you're redoing your basement.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. So I'm excited. Yeah, it's done.
Natalie Richards: so It's awesome.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, it took us about...
Natalie Richards: I wanna see the pictures.
Felicia Devine: i don't know like two weeks not even two weeks i'm like so delayed on uploading videos though because it's a lot of work to like film and edit and upload look so but yeah we color drenched the room we added in like all these gym mirrors
Natalie Richards: Yeah. To edit, yeah. Yes.
Felicia Devine: it looks so cool
Natalie Richards: Awesome.
Felicia Devine: We got like a cork floor.
Natalie Richards: Awesome.
Felicia Devine: And we did like rope lighting on the floorboard. So it's like. moody like you can change the color we got the sauna
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm You got the sauna. That was cool.
Felicia Devine: The sauna's so cool.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, i love I've seen those before.
Felicia Devine: It is so nice.
Natalie Richards: It looks awesome. this week.
Felicia Devine: And like I've always been like a clear light.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: like ride or die. This is... equal, if not better.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: and in quality.
Natalie Richards: and convenient and it's like smaller
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm yeah it's only a three foot by three foot footprint so it really is compact and like my brother's six six
Natalie Richards: for something like
Natalie Richards: That's crazy.
Felicia Devine: He sat in it the other day comfortably.
Natalie Richards: Oh awesome.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. So like, it's not like you look at it and you're like, no way does anybody fit in there.
Natalie Richards: Very cool.
Natalie Richards: Uh -huh.
Felicia Devine: But I mean, it's honestly like very. convenient.
Natalie Richards: Cool, okay good.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. So I love that. We got that. We're gonna, I think, buy a treadmill. because
Natalie Richards: Just to have something.
Felicia Devine: I've been running outside, but like. after bedtime like i'm not gonna go running outside and do a workout outdoors so
Natalie Richards: No. Not when it's winter and it's...
Felicia Devine: yeah so I think we might get a treadmill to do like more of that like high rocks cross training but
Natalie Richards: No.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: yeah
Natalie Richards: are you going to train for the ski erg and all that stuff? Like, how are you going to do that?
Felicia Devine: Yeah. So I've just seen some other things about like. how to train the muscle groups and the endurance for doing that movement.
Natalie Richards: who Okay.
Felicia Devine: Obviously, it would be way way more. convenient to like own them.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: But we owned a row machine for like 48 hours and then Dan sold it. He bought like a brand new rower.
Natalie Richards: that's so
Felicia Devine: Did I tell you this?
Natalie Richards: No!
Felicia Devine: He bought a brand new rower, had it delivered to the house. I was like, what the heck is that? put it in the basement, installed it, and then literally got on it and it was slipping. Like he was too strong for it.
Natalie Richards: Oh no. Oh, okay.
Felicia Devine: like the magnet. And it was a concept. Like it wasn't a.
Natalie Richards: Okay. Yeah, not bad.
Felicia Devine: cheap one it was like a it was the name brand
Natalie Richards: Interesting.
Felicia Devine: And it kept slipping. He couldn't get the resistance to be strong enough, even with the damper.
Natalie Richards: Danny's legs.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Legs are too strong.
Felicia Devine: yeah so then he was like well this is like defeats the purpose of owning a rower and so he sold it
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Okay. Okay.
Felicia Devine: Which kind of stinks because now I don't have a rower.
Natalie Richards: Right.
Felicia Devine: but we hadn't signed up for the high rocks yet. Like he bought this like a week before we signed up, sold it.
Natalie Richards: And sold it. And then he said.
Felicia Devine: And then we signed up for the high rocks like four days later.
Natalie Richards: So there may be some some new things coming into your home that...
Felicia Devine: And I was like, h Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, so. I've been looking at like some pulley systems.
Natalie Richards: You could get like a water one of the water rowers or whatever.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, but those take up so much room.
Natalie Richards: They do. They do.
Felicia Devine: Ugh, the water rowers take up forever.
Natalie Richards: They do.
Felicia Devine: Or take up a lot of score footage.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: But... The pulley system I was looking at, you could like... use as like
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: a skier obviously it like skiers a lot of like triceps so like doing a lot of that we're gonna be skiing a lot this winter so like
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm that's true
Felicia Devine: Literally.
Natalie Richards: You're going to be fine.
Felicia Devine: I'm gonna be doing that.
Natalie Richards: And that part, like you're, I think you could do that movement. If you have the endurance for stuff like it's going to be fine.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And you can also.
Natalie Richards: the wall balls, like there's so many rules. I never realized how many rules there are like you
Felicia Devine: There are so many rules.
Felicia Devine: If - if - Yeah.
Natalie Richards: have to like be do so do things like perfectly for them to count as a rep.
Felicia Devine: Perfectly. And there's certain things like as the supporting partner, you can and cannot do like you cannot touch the ground.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: You cannot like you have to follow behind them.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: You can't be next to them. You can't touch them.
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: You can't like all these like different things that like you just have to know before you do the race.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, it's crazy.
Felicia Devine: so yeah We've been trying to study. We're also trying to pick out our outfits.
Natalie Richards: Obviously, as is Kyle.
Felicia Devine: because we're outfit people.
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm Uh -huh.
Felicia Devine: And yeah, so there's like, it's just. It's exciting. It's a lot of fun.
Natalie Richards: It is exciting.
Felicia Devine: And I can't wait to see you.
Natalie Richards: I know that's the best part. I can't wait.
Felicia Devine: I know. I'm like, we're gonna have about a weekend together.
Natalie Richards: So Kyle... Kyle's doing the race with... somebody that he went to high school with. But she apparently...
Felicia Devine: Okay. yeah I couldn't figure it out. We were like, who is this person?
Natalie Richards: Yeah. I don't know.
Natalie Richards: That's a great question.
Felicia Devine: Apparently.
Natalie Richards: I don't know.
Felicia Devine: Though, I think she's fit though.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So he said that she that she won the CrossFit Regionals.
Felicia Devine: I think she just crossed it.
Natalie Richards: around us.
Felicia Devine: Boom.
Natalie Richards: So like she's capable.
Felicia Devine: oh Oh.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: She's good.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Okay.
Natalie Richards: so
Felicia Devine: Good good good
Natalie Richards: yeah he might be the one that's dragging the team down
Felicia Devine: me Yeah, but he can run
Natalie Richards: What? yeah he can yeah He has to train, but yes.
Felicia Devine: Wah.
Natalie Richards: No.
Felicia Devine: that's going to be Danny's hardest.
Natalie Richards: Here's the thing about Kyle.
Felicia Devine: thing.
Natalie Richards: He can do anything.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, that's how Dan is too.
Natalie Richards: Okay, like he could go into this and not train and would
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: kill himself, but he - would do it.
Felicia Devine: He would do it. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: and So I'm not too worried about him, but.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, me I'm not worried about Danny.
Natalie Richards: and
Felicia Devine: Only... his knees physically exploding from running.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. it's Literally, yes.
Felicia Devine: been
Natalie Richards: like will he actually be able to do that but the good the only good thing is that it's like It's what, .6 miles?
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yes. Yes.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, it's a 1K.
Natalie Richards: like a little over a mile like half a mile
Felicia Devine: Yeah. It's a little over half a mile each time.
Natalie Richards: each time.
Felicia Devine: So in between you do get to rest, like technically you do get to rest because you're, if your partner's working, like you get to recover.
Natalie Richards: So like...
Natalie Richards: With the partner one. you totally do it's it's gonna be really hard but you know what you're gonna do it
Felicia Devine: Yeah. So. Yeah. well it's gonna be really hard for the girls because we have to do men's weight
Natalie Richards: I know
Felicia Devine: Which like...
Natalie Richards: That's...
Felicia Devine: I get, but it still stinks.
Natalie Richards: I know. I'm like, i I told Kyle I want to. practice the sled push with him because I
Felicia Devine: s slide push Do you guys have a sled?
Natalie Richards: Yeah, he has one. I feel like I could totally do it
Felicia Devine: Does he? it do you guys have like a skier? Like what else do you guys have?
Natalie Richards: He has a skierg at the fire station that he can go use.
Felicia Devine: oh
Natalie Richards: Which is nice.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: So he can go do that.
Felicia Devine: Do you guys have a row machine?
Natalie Richards: He has a rowing machine. No treadmill, but he's just been doing.
Felicia Devine: Well, you guys have a flat street
Natalie Richards: sprints and stuff Yeah. So he can just...
Felicia Devine: See art.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: I have a 400. uh meter loop i do like it's our cul -de -sac so like from my sidewalk where i start
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: around the cul -de -sac and back is exactly 0 .25.
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: And so I've been doing 400 meter loops.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: but there's like a slight pitch.
Natalie Richards: Which is good though. I feel like that's better.
Felicia Devine: It's good. Cause it's like. A, good for endurance. B, good for like sled push endurance and stuff like running hills.
Natalie Richards: I feel like that's great
Felicia Devine: But I'm just like.
Natalie Richards: Ugh.
Felicia Devine: exhausted.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: because like Any bit of pitch.
Natalie Richards: I mean, Dan's gonna probably have to do the slide push. And. pull i mean i don't know like that to do a sled pull at that weight
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: I don't...
Felicia Devine: I don't know if my little arms could handle that.
Natalie Richards: I am not sure. Like that's a lot.
Felicia Devine: That's a lot of weight. Now I did hear that the closer the sled gets to you on the sled pole the easier it becomes.
Natalie Richards: That's probably true. So Dan could start it out.
Felicia Devine: So like if Dan did like... two thirds of the sled pole. And then I did the last, like, I don't know, 10 meters that maybe he could like rest for a couple seconds.
Natalie Richards: Sure. A little bit. Okay.
Felicia Devine: at least
Natalie Richards: Sure.
Felicia Devine: seconds minutes
Natalie Richards: but
Felicia Devine: He's going to get a full rest in if I'm pulling that thing 10 meters.
Natalie Richards: 10 meters.
Felicia Devine: No, because that's 30 feet. maybe i'm Maybe I'm pulling it 10 feet.
Natalie Richards: That's a lot yeah
Felicia Devine: I don't know We haven't decided.
Natalie Richards: okay
Felicia Devine: But I don't even know. Like there's a lot of stuff that like I physically am not capable of yet. like 40. pound sandbag. lunges.
Natalie Richards: Lunges? Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Like.
Natalie Richards: Getting the sandbag onto you is the hard part.
Felicia Devine: 40 pounds is... Yeah. Like... I'm sorry. 40 pounds is a lot of weight. Like it's not like, it's not like chump weight.
Natalie Richards: That's a lot.
Felicia Devine: Like I'm not just like throwing these like.
Natalie Richards: No.
Felicia Devine: three pound dumbbells over my shoulder.
Natalie Richards: No.
Felicia Devine: 40 pounds is heavy.
Natalie Richards: gene was Gene was like climbing all over Kyle and I go, he's like, I have to go train. I go, you can train right now. He literally is a 50 pound sandbag on your shoulders.
Felicia Devine: No. really Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Go do some lunges.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, put him. Put him on your weight or on your shoulders. dan wearing step on his shoulders at the grocery store today. And he like took them off. He was like, man, that hurts my neck. And he's like.
Natalie Richards: Oh boy.
Felicia Devine: He's like, I don't know. I'm like.
Natalie Richards: my gosh i love to pause such
Felicia Devine: I have to. Oh, he left.
Natalie Richards: You don't look good.
Felicia Devine: And we're back at it.
Natalie Richards: And we're back. Oh my gosh. at a little.
Felicia Devine: No, I literally was like, what I didn't know what that sound was. It spooked me.
Natalie Richards: I don't. I know. It was like the dogs flipping out that.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Gene was coming in. My God.
Felicia Devine: but oh
Natalie Richards: Anyway... back to what whatever we were talking about.
Felicia Devine: anyway We were talking about.
Natalie Richards: We were talking about the high rocks.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, like equipment and stuff, but.
Natalie Richards: yeah yeah yeah Oh, yeah.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: So yeah, he has, he has a lot of stuff to. to train with thankfully but It's going to be hard.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah. Oh. I need to figure out how to train wall balls.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: because like
Natalie Richards: How heavy?
Felicia Devine: I think that's going to be the hardest technically.
Natalie Richards: The wobble is what? Is it 20 pounds or 10?
Felicia Devine: i don't even i didn't even look yet because i'm nervous it's no it's like
Natalie Richards: 12. It's 18, I thought. 16, 18. I thought it was like... i think the women's weight is 12 and then the Men's weight is like 18, I think.
Felicia Devine: I think Dan said he was going to get some medicine balls or like some wall balls, but like, where am I going to throw that?
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yeah.
Felicia Devine: My ceiling is eight feet tall.
Natalie Richards: Exactly.
Felicia Devine: I'm gonna bust through my roof. I guess you do it outside.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, you'd have to do it on like the side of your house or something.
Felicia Devine: My siding could never.
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm. Mm hmm.
Felicia Devine: I guess some of my house is stoned.
Natalie Richards: And if that ball doesn't hit... It doesn't hit.
Felicia Devine: The target.
Natalie Richards: The Target.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: No rep.
Felicia Devine: It doesn't count. Or if you don't go below parallel, no rep.
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm. mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: or if you like do something funny or i don't know there's like all these rules
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm. Mm -hmm Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: So, anyway. i'm excited
Natalie Richards: That's the part that's tough. No, I...
Felicia Devine: I'm nervous.
Natalie Richards: I think it's gonna be really fun. It's gonna be a very good challenge for you. but it's gonna be really, really, really hard.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah, but if anything I'll just look cute in my outfit.
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm.
Felicia Devine: so
Natalie Richards: Exactly.
Felicia Devine: In the meantime.
Natalie Richards: You'll have to look at those videos of the last finishers.
Natalie Richards: For every single... High Rocks employee is surrounding them.
Natalie Richards: And then...
Felicia Devine: I've seen like one. Yeah. I've seen one video of that, but i didn I didn't know if that was like everyone or if that was just like.
Natalie Richards: you
Felicia Devine: That one girl.
Natalie Richards: You're gonna have to see what the rules are on that.
Felicia Devine: I know.
Natalie Richards: I'm pretty sure you have to finish.
Felicia Devine: No, I need to like read a rule book because like There are so many penalties.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. And you could get a three -minute penalty for something like... dumb.
Felicia Devine: Like if you if you put your foot on the other side of like the exit if you're going in and like because everything is like microchipped
Natalie Richards: Yep. Yep.
Felicia Devine: And so if you do something wrong, it like immediately starts deducting time.
Natalie Richards: It just does it like done.
Felicia Devine: yeah So we just have to read the rule book.
Natalie Richards: So crazy.
Felicia Devine: Okay, you were gonna bring something up.
Natalie Richards: Phew! Okay, yeah.
Felicia Devine: You were like, I have something to tell you.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Felicia Devine: Or I have something.
Natalie Richards: So I have... It's just another like medical. error situation just you know another thing and then we'll talk about the blood work stuff uh with a friend now so
Felicia Devine: with your dad or you? Oh yeah.
Natalie Richards: Somebody I know, she ended up. She was having a lot of pain. I forget what her first symptoms were. but just like abdominal pain and it just kept getting worse kept getting worse whatever she ended up having an ectopic pregnancy.
Natalie Richards: Okay. So. I mean... The things we know about ectopic pregnancies are Yeah. the the Baby starts to develop in the fallopian tube.
Felicia Devine: Mhm.
Natalie Richards: it ends up if it gets big enough it will burst your yeah it will rupture and you'll internally bleed and it's a really scary
Felicia Devine: will rupture.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Very scary potential situation, right?
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: So she goes to the hospital. They determine that she's having. that she has an ectopic pregnancy. The treatment for that... First off is methotrexate. which is basically like from what I understand.
Natalie Richards: is something that helps to dissolve. the cells essentially in your body like kind of resorbs what's going on that's the goal. of
Felicia Devine: It's an abortion pill.
Natalie Richards: I don't think it is.
Felicia Devine: Oh.
Natalie Richards: it's I don't think it's the same thing. I'm pretty sure misoprostol is the abortion pill, if I remember correctly, because it's actually stimulating contractions in the uterus.
Felicia Devine: Mm. mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: Mm.
Natalie Richards: But the... this isn't in the uterus. So you don't do the same thing. as that so I think it's a shot like a methotrexate shot I think is what it is And essentially it's supposed to just.
Natalie Richards: Help your body like. absorb the cells. Okay. it's wild right so how things are supposed to happen. is You take the shot.
Natalie Richards: which I'm sure has a million side effects. i mean i Can't even imagine.
Felicia Devine: Literally. What other their cells are you resorbing?
Natalie Richards: what Exactly. I'm thinking that in my head. I'm like, oh, I don't. I like the sound of that. I would honestly, if it were myself, I'd rather go do the laparoscopic surgery right away and know that everything's gone.
Felicia Devine: rather do like
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Right.
Natalie Richards: and be done with it, right?
Felicia Devine: And it's very specific, where it's like us a global injection.
Natalie Richards: Very specific. Yeah, like that doesn't I don't like that. First of all, so
Felicia Devine: mm -hmm
Natalie Richards: she's thinking you know everything's Good. She goes and has a recheck. because they're supposed to check your HCG levels. Like. A few days later, right? So she goes and checks.
Natalie Richards: while they're still increasing. At that time, that wasn't a red flag to anyone.
Felicia Devine: Why?
Natalie Richards: They send her home. She then Has. And basically all they said is, you know, you might have some cramping, you might have some bleeding, blah, blah, blah, whatever. Well, she's in like. crazy pain still, like major, major pain.
Natalie Richards: It gets to a point that she... She then... I think passes out. She's like getting really dizzy Passes out. Thankfully, she's at her parents' house.
Natalie Richards: They, I think she passed out four or five times, something like that. Like she's having major pain. Well, essentially she has to go to the hospital and have emergency surgery because she's bled out so much like she literally was probably internally bleeding for a couple days.
Felicia Devine: Oh she was internally bleeding.
Natalie Richards: Like she was having like major pain. For like. a couple days i think and she thought it was like normal for what she was supposed to be experiencing.
Felicia Devine: Right. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: So I just like... the The whole progression of all of this, it just is so crazy.
Felicia Devine: oh my gosh
Natalie Richards: how it gets to that point.
Felicia Devine: Is she okay now?
Natalie Richards: She is, I mean, she's recovering. She feels like crap because she lost so much blood. It's just like you. She had two blood transfusions.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: in the hospital and obviously the leprechaun laparoscopic surgery had to have her fallopian tube removed.
Felicia Devine: e
Natalie Richards: Like a lot of. like really scary stuff like she totally could have died this is how people die
Felicia Devine: That is how people die.
Natalie Richards: You know?
Felicia Devine: That's where our maternal health rate is like.
Natalie Richards: That's where exactly.
Felicia Devine: Terrible.
Natalie Richards: And my whole thing is like. Are you telling me that she went in and had her HCG levels tested and they were still rising? and nobody did anything about that?
Felicia Devine: And no one thought that was. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Like what? This isn't rocket science here.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Right.
Natalie Richards: I just, oh my goodness. So anyway, it was just another, another lovely, another lovely story of.
Felicia Devine: I know. Crazy.
Felicia Devine: of the health healthcare system.
Natalie Richards: our healthcare system.
Felicia Devine: Ugh. spooky I don't like it.
Natalie Richards: Like we should not know more than these people.
Felicia Devine: I know.
Natalie Richards: That's scary.
Felicia Devine: Oh. Get this. I had a patient come in the other day. she I've seen her through a couple pregnancies. This is her third one now. But I haven't seen her since she's been pregnant. And I'm like, oh my gosh, how are you feeling?
Natalie Richards: here
Felicia Devine: Like she's like 20. Seven weeks pregnant now?
Natalie Richards: Okay.
Felicia Devine: So like she kind of like went off the radar, came back, whatever.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: It happens.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, she was like, oh, like at 17 weeks, I had appendicitis. and had to have her appendix out at 17 weeks pregnant. I go. Oh my gosh.
Natalie Richards: I can't even imagine.
Felicia Devine: Based on how my husband tolerated that.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: Can you imagine being pregnant and tolerating that?
Natalie Richards: No I cannot.
Felicia Devine: I know. crazy.
Natalie Richards: No. No, no, no.
Felicia Devine: crazy. And she had it done by the same surgeon my husband had done by.
Natalie Richards: Wow.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, it was crazy.
Natalie Richards: Ay yai yai.
Felicia Devine: Oh, she's fine, but... obviously like how fine can you be like she has like phantom pain and like so she's scarring and like she's going for her third c -section for this baby like she already has issues with that so I'm like This is so scary.
Natalie Richards: How fine can you be?
Natalie Richards: Oof. Oof.
Felicia Devine: Like everyone should like preemptively have their appendix out.
Natalie Richards: it's
Natalie Richards: just to avoid having to have the emergency
Felicia Devine: Okay. I'm like, oh my God, there's the appendix. I don't know if it's because. Like, you know, when you're like forced into a situation and then you're like, oh, or like. this is a better example like you have a white volkswagen and then you're like oh my god everyone has a white volkswagen because you didn't notice them until you you have one right?
Natalie Richards: yes because you didn't notice them. Yes.
Felicia Devine: Is that the same thing with appendicitis? It's like everyone has appendicitis now that I know. And I'm like. Does everyone have appendicitis or it's just because now I'm aware of it? I don't know.
Natalie Richards: I actually think it is increasing a little bit because.
Felicia Devine: Or is it like... Like everyone has appendicitis.
Natalie Richards: of of our daily stress and from like weird. weird viruses and weird bacterial infections and stuff yeah
Felicia Devine: Yeah. In the C -O -V -I -D s -H -O -T.
Natalie Richards: oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Yes.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: Okay. Side quest. Do you spell everything in your life now? Like now that I have a toddler, I'm spelling.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: I'm spelling long words, short words, sentences.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: I've never been challenged so much. The poor kids that are growing up these days who have spell check on their iPhones, they're never going to know how to spell words when they have toddlers.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Natalie Richards: the Yep.
Natalie Richards: Yep.
Felicia Devine: I'm like
Natalie Richards: Yep.
Felicia Devine: I'm spelling everything.
Natalie Richards: Yep.
Felicia Devine: Left, right and center.
Natalie Richards: I have a funny story about that, actually. i So Gene's iPad, the one that he only gets like in the car.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Oh yeah.
Natalie Richards: he we We used to call it, we would call it like big phone.
Felicia Devine: is
Natalie Richards: because that's like how he associated it.
Felicia Devine: what it looks like. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: It was a big phone. So in in order to...
Felicia Devine: o
Natalie Richards: to like abbreviate or like to spell it, I would say. you would say, like, be. BP right?
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Right. Right.
Natalie Richards: But when I said it to Kyle, I said BF. because like
Felicia Devine: Oh.
Natalie Richards: it in my head phonetically.
Felicia Devine: Phone.
Felicia Devine: I saw you having to even think about the BP I'm like yeah BP you're like BP
Natalie Richards: Where's BF? And Kyle's like, what are you talking about?
Felicia Devine: You're like, duh, BF.
Natalie Richards: B .F. The B .F.
Felicia Devine: Kyle's like... What kind of degree did you get? That's good.
Natalie Richards: Jean, Jean, Jean, you're tip my computer over.
Felicia Devine: Oh no no no no no.
Natalie Richards: That's not cool. Okay. Not cool, dude
Felicia Devine: Not cool. The BF.
Natalie Richards: There you go throw this away
Felicia Devine: Oh, that's really funny.
Natalie Richards: So... And he goes, you mean BP? And I had to think about it for a second. And I was like.
Felicia Devine: You're like, what's a BP?
Natalie Richards: Oh, yup yep yup yup. Sure was.
Felicia Devine: I love it
Natalie Richards: This was a couple years ago, okay? My brain wasn't working.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. No, literally. Oh, that's the other thing, Natalie, you had said like, it takes about two years for your brain to like start to come back online after you've had a kid.
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm.
Felicia Devine: I'm like, approaching two and a half years. And I'm like, oh
Natalie Richards: Yeah. It's like, oh, this is what this feels like.
Felicia Devine: Oh! a little sharper these days.
Natalie Richards: Incredible. Incredible!
Felicia Devine: I'm getting my humor back. like Like I'm getting a little bit of myself back where I'm like, oh, she's still funny.
Natalie Richards: It just... Yeah. Things kind of wake up a little bit.
Felicia Devine: I was not funny.
Natalie Richards: Uh -huh.
Felicia Devine: For a very long time, Natalie.
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: i was getting concerned that I wasn't funny anymore.
Natalie Richards: Oh. That you weren't yourself. Yeah
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Cause like Dan came home from.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. I mean, that's like the deep depletion. Like, that's all that is.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. I'm like, the first thing to go is humor, okay?
Natalie Richards: Deep level.
Felicia Devine: That is not a characteristic of maintaining life. I was like, that is really scary. But I realized it when Dan came home the other day. So Dan and Shay, my brother.
Felicia Devine: Ride like. every day on the weekend like like if they can if they're not working like they're up at like six them well they're up at like 5 30 they ride before we even get up so like they're together a lot
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: He comes home the other day. He goes. Man, your brother is so funny. I look at him. I go. Do you say that to him? do you get up in the morning and go, man, your sister is so funny.
Felicia Devine: He's like, when you are funny, I'm like, it's coming back.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: It's coming back.
Natalie Richards: oh I want that for you I want that for you
Felicia Devine: It wasn't there for a while. I know. I know, but like humor is something that is like so. energy demanding.
Natalie Richards: It is.
Felicia Devine: Because it's like putting sprinkles on a cupcake. like it's not necessary for the cupcake but it like you know like you only
Natalie Richards: You only do it. If you have the energy for it.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, so I'm like, oh, she's she's coming back, so.
Natalie Richards: Yeah. Yep yep yep. Yep.
Felicia Devine: Stay tuned because I'm starting to get my funny back.
Natalie Richards: Oh. I love that
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: I love it
Felicia Devine: And he's again, every time I mention the S -L -E -E -P on the podcast.
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm. mm -hmm That's...
Felicia Devine: it. It derails, but...
Natalie Richards: That's how it happens you have to knock on wood go knock on wood right now
Felicia Devine: I know. I don't have any. I don't have any, what oh, I have a. would
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm. mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: would frame.
Natalie Richards: There you go.
Felicia Devine: Anyway. it's It's really simply improved. from where it used to be.
Natalie Richards: okay
Felicia Devine: Okay. So I'm getting more consistent sleep.
Natalie Richards: Yes. which really is kind of the the turning point.
Felicia Devine: Which like...
Felicia Devine: I've never had consistent sleep in over two. Almost two and a half years.
Natalie Richards: Yep. That's how I was too.
Felicia Devine: So like.
Natalie Richards: It's... Insane.
Felicia Devine: That's crazy.
Natalie Richards: No, it was until Jean was for sure two and a half.
Felicia Devine: That's crazy.
Felicia Devine: Mm hmm.
Natalie Richards: Where I was like, okay, now he's like. for the most part.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: sleeping there still is like
Felicia Devine: Like I was.
Natalie Richards: things here and there.
Felicia Devine: I was up with him once last night Fine. That's okay.
Natalie Richards: That's okay. Once is fine.
Felicia Devine: I'm still nursing. He wanted mommy milk.
Natalie Richards: Yep.
Felicia Devine: I said, okay.
Natalie Richards: Once is fine.
Felicia Devine: But it wasn't like this like... like for a while we were having these like drawn out 45 minute, like. cry fest where he's like i had to poop like oh the other thing is i traded for for parasites again this past cycle.
Natalie Richards: oh
Natalie Richards: Uh -huh
Felicia Devine: We got parasite eggs.
Natalie Richards: Mm hmm. Mm -hmm. Hell yeah.
Felicia Devine: yeah so that was really cool
Natalie Richards: He was having some symptoms.
Felicia Devine: Oh yeah.
Natalie Richards: Mm -hmm.
Felicia Devine: yeah significant so he's had two rounds of parasite cleanse first time worms came out second time eggs came out so i'm hoping we're like done with it
Natalie Richards: off Good deal. Amazing.
Felicia Devine: And...
Natalie Richards: And it's really amazing. like the behavior gets. completely better.
Felicia Devine: It's so crazy.
Natalie Richards: Mhm.
Felicia Devine: Like... i don't say he's a different kid because he's always been like a good kid but like
Natalie Richards: He's a good kid.
Felicia Devine: His, like...
Natalie Richards: the tantrum and
Felicia Devine: His sadness at night.
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: Like I can. put him in his bed wide awake sing him we're obsessed with singing rudolph rednose reindeer
Natalie Richards: So cute.
Felicia Devine: Hopefully he doesn't burn out by Christmas. We sing Rudolph the Red -Nosed Reindeer. I. Kiss him twice. And I leave the room and he just talks himself to like.
Natalie Richards: Oh.
Natalie Richards: Incredible.
Felicia Devine: happily just like but and plays with his lovey, rubs his lovey.
Natalie Richards: Throw it away. That's incredible.
Felicia Devine: hangs out with Timon and Simba and just like Fall asleep.
Natalie Richards: Ugh! That's a dream. Literally a dream.
Felicia Devine: Crazy!
Natalie Richards: I don't know what that life is still. but that's okay.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. No, it's... parasite cleanse.
Natalie Richards: I know.
Felicia Devine: should
Natalie Richards: I just, it Gene just has to have me lay with him until he falls asleep.
Felicia Devine: yeah
Natalie Richards: And that's okay.
Felicia Devine: That's fine.
Natalie Richards: i don't mind. It's fine.
Felicia Devine: You know what? There's worse things in this world.
Natalie Richards: Totally fine.
Felicia Devine: And our kids won't need us someday. So that's okay.
Natalie Richards: That's right.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: It is really okay.
Felicia Devine: i've I've never. ever gotten to the point where I'm like oh I i wish I didn't have to do this.
Natalie Richards: I know
Felicia Devine: It's inconvenient, 100%.
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: And it's like hard. But I would never be like. I'm not doing bedtime anymore.
Natalie Richards: totally
Felicia Devine: Like. I. It's hard, but I like it.
Natalie Richards: Agreed.
Felicia Devine: So. anyway
Natalie Richards: Agreed. Does Steppy allow Dan to do it at all?
Felicia Devine: Well, I'm still nursing, so no.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, so no, it just doesn't happen.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: I know
Felicia Devine: Yeah, I mean... I would say like once in a blue moon, I'll be like. I i'd probably have done this twice in his entire life where I'm like, I'll nurse him and then you come in and do bedtime.
Natalie Richards: Mhm.
Felicia Devine: It never worked.
Natalie Richards: No, it never worked.
Felicia Devine: So like, its what's the point?
Natalie Richards: I know. That's what I always said to him.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: Like, it's just not worth it.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah. No, Dan's involved in the bedtime routine now. tag team so that it's not Cause like between the bath time, getting him ready, reading books, doing like all the things.
Natalie Richards: yeah
Natalie Richards: Yeah. That's a lot.
Felicia Devine: And then me nursing, like it it's just like. a lot of like involvement.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: So Dan really helps out with that stuff.
Natalie Richards: That's good.
Felicia Devine: And Sep has to have like specific kisses from Dan. He has to have like... one kiss and then he has to do a fancy kiss which is like the italian like
Natalie Richards: Oh, yes, of course.
Felicia Devine: And then mommy and daddy have to kiss him at the same time. So we both kiss him and then mommy and daddy have to kiss.
Natalie Richards: Aww.
Natalie Richards: Oh...
Felicia Devine: Yeah. So like.
Natalie Richards: Sweet.
Felicia Devine: It's really... a sweet thing.
Natalie Richards: It's involved.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: mm -hmm
Felicia Devine: And you know what?
Natalie Richards: it's involved
Felicia Devine: Someday he won't want to see mommy and daddy kiss.
Natalie Richards: Nope, that's right.
Felicia Devine: So.
Natalie Richards: That's right. It's so cute.
Felicia Devine: I'm gonna take it when I can.
Natalie Richards: That's right.
Felicia Devine: Yeah. Yeah.
Natalie Richards: it's precious.
Felicia Devine: I know.
Natalie Richards: Okay, you had a question about... blood work.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, but I had to close out of it because I don't have anything on my, like my storage on my computer.
Natalie Richards: Oh. Okay, fine.
Felicia Devine: So I don't even know what it was.
Natalie Richards: We'll just talk about it next time.
Felicia Devine: Yeah, yeah.
Natalie Richards: We'll do. We'll talk a lot about blood work actually next time because I've been doing a lot of.
Felicia Devine: Yeah.
Natalie Richards: extra things for some people lately
Felicia Devine: Oh, and I should get my blood work before we podcast next.
Natalie Richards: Oh yeah.
Felicia Devine: I have the function health.
Natalie Richards: Yes.
Felicia Devine: It's 15 vials of blood, Natalie.
Natalie Richards: Yeah.
Felicia Devine: I'm just starting to feel good. And I'm like, take my blood.
Natalie Richards: Yeah, here, take my blood away.
Felicia Devine: No, but I should i should like schedule to go do that because I already paid for it.
Natalie Richards: yeah
Natalie Richards: Yeah. that would be Perfect.
Felicia Devine: So, and then we can talk about that too.
Natalie Richards: Perfect.
Felicia Devine: Cool?
Natalie Richards: Cool.
Felicia Devine: All right. Well, thanks for joining us.
Natalie Richards: Bye.
Felicia Devine: Bye.
