Ankith is a young man who was forced to grow up fast. With ailing parents, he willingly took on the role of carer at the age of 8.

Growing into a young man with a passion for advocacy and mental health awareness, his life was altered by the onset of his own mental illness.

Undaunted by this new challenge Ankith has become a champion for those living with mental illness and an articulate and vital voice in the lived experience of mental illness.
