Daryll Garcia: And then think really it was maybe a week or two later, very very, very soon after that, I reached out to him because I was like... I think I need a better wide receiver.
Daryll Garcia: And I was going after Devonta Smith. And really, i was shopping around Romeo Dobbs.
Edgar and Daryll: Mm-hmm.
Daryll Garcia: And I kind of regret it because Romeo Dobbs went off for a couple weeks.

Daryll Garcia: And so i I gave him Romeo Dobbs and mr yeah and my boy Bill, who scored lots of points against me.

Edgar and Daryll: But at the end of the day, though, that Bill had a pretty nice run, but he just kind of fissed out.

Daryll Garcia: Right. And, you know, Andrew's still one of those that I think he it's hard for him to to believe in trades. I think he did say he doesn't see the point most of the time, right?

Daryll Garcia: And hopefully, RJ Harvey is going to pay off for me in the next, in the forthcoming weeks.
Edgar and Daryll: That's right. That's right. Well, with that and with some requests from the some league mates about having the recap first before we talk about anything else, which makes total sense, by the way.

Edgar and Daryll: Yeah, and it is kind of funny. So, McGuire had brought this up, and my wife brought this up the same day. And i was like, no, I mean, this makes total sense.
Edgar and Daryll: ah So, anyways, we then we're going to do Week 11 Recap. All right. And our first match was Edgar versus the Ghost Trader Andrew.
Edgar and Daryll: He was hoping Jamar Chase would bail him out, but instead he sped his way further than his points this week. Edgar put his hopes on the most porous defense since Swiss Chiefs, but although the Kaibos D had been terrible this year, the Redders were even worse.
Edgar and Daryll: Edgar held on to win by a small hair of his chin-a-chin-chin. Then we had our second gross matchup of the the week, Darryl vs. Booty for Hans Carlos.
Edgar and Daryll: Darryl's Black Magic continues to score in the lowest half of the league, but somehow continues to win. Carlos was feeling real good on Thursday when Trayvon Henderson put up 33 points against the person who traded him away. But Lamar and Herbert let Carlos down as they combined a score of 80 points. Carlos is looking ahead to the wild card week.
Edgar and Daryll: Then we had Troy versus Nereth. Both teams seeking that number five seed. Kittle exploded onto the scene and provided Nereth what should have been the win. But Josh Allen had other plans as he scored a whopping 42 points to put Nereth to sleep.
Edgar and Daryll: Our next matchup was Alejandro versus Tom. CMC continues to haunt opponents. And now I'm thinking, why did I Gibbs him Gibbs?
Edgar and Daryll: Alejandro was able to get another clear win against a strong-leaf Tommy boy. And and last matchup was one for the H's, two of the top three teams battling for first place. These two teams are true number one seed contenders as Romo, along with Dak and CeeDee, put Maguire to bed to tighten the race for first place. Caleb Williams have not had his manicure that day as he only scored 10 points. And the brisket that Neera did not eat continues to feed Maguire's team.
Edgar and Daryll: And that was our week 11 recap. you ever tried rapping?

Edgar and Daryll: No, I don't think i' would be good at that.

This, this week, it's going to be myself against Tom that, I mean, I obviously want to win against Tom um because that will secure me a step closer to that fifth seed, maybe even the fourth seed, depending on what happens.
Edgar and Daryll: Right. However, I had just made a big trade with Tom. I just wanted you guys to know. We don't have to discuss it, but it was huge.

Edgar and Daryll: Yeah, so i i acquired... Saquon, which we just got a message from Tom to the groups showing a meme not a meme, but something on social media that they asked AJ Brown if it was the same player.
Edgar and Daryll: and he said, no, I'm not the same player anymore, but I guess neither is Saquon Barkley. It's trying to make me cry. But anyways, so I acquired Saquon, Javante, and Cook.

Edgar and Daryll: And I traded away. Oh, and also Trevor Lawrence. But then I traded away Patrick Mahomes was doing amazing, right? Rico Dowell was doing great. And then, uh, general Warren is also doing pretty good. Uh, but I think it kind of fills some of my gaps and I'm really hoping that if I look at it in the long run,
Edgar and Daryll: That gives me maybe like 10 more points added to my my actual starters versus maybe 10 to 15, hopefully, versus what I would have had, right? But it also gives Tom keepers for next year.
Edgar and Daryll: It allows him to stay competitive if it does go in, which is probably going to go into the wild card. But if it doesn't make it out of the wild card, hopefully keeps him out of the Sacco and then also prepares him for next year as well.
Edgar and Daryll: So I think it's kind of a win-win when you look at keepers and things for next year, but also not just giving them trash, right?
Daryll Garcia: Yeah. I mean, you gave away Patrick Mahomes is probably what? Number one quarterback.
Edgar and Daryll: yeah Before the buy, he was, yes.
Daryll Garcia: right Before the bye. So, he does have a tough schedule. But like you said,
Daryll Garcia: it should give Tom some good keepers for next year. And he does have his full a array of weapons. So, who knows? They might turn it around.
Edgar and Daryll: But he has great wide receivers.

Edgar and Daryll: no Yeah, so... But anyway, so so that match between me and Tom, the hope is that I win, right?

So I do have an uphill battle, but I'm really hoping that the sun god decides that these last two weeks were not great, and he's going to come out here swinging.
Edgar and Daryll: And if I do win, then... Great. It'll put me one step closer to locking in that playoff. right
Daryll Garcia: Right.

Daryll Garcia: My next matchup? It's against Alejandro. I'm going against Gibbs.

Daryll Garcia: Yeah, so right now he's projected to win. i has 58% chance to win against me. I recently, literally like maybe 15 minutes ago, i acquired Hunter Henry and I'll be plugging him into my flex spot instead of the possibly broken and not playing Brian Thomas Jr.
Edgar and Daryll: Okay.
Daryll Garcia: Wow.
Edgar and Daryll: It could be good. It could be good. um Now, Alejandro has Darnold, right? Jenty's been kind of disappointing, but Gibbs is supposed to be one of the highest scoring games for the Lions.

Daryll Garcia: And, uh... You know.
Edgar and Daryll: yeah and then Yeah, and then he has Adams, who ah he also got from me, and McCaffrey's still there. Yeah, it's definitely... It can it can be tough. It can be tough. If he wins, he ties with you, but then sends you down to potentially third place, right? Because he would tie with you.
Edgar and Daryll: And then Maguire in the next matchup plays Carlos, who Carlos, for the most part, he has he doesn't have Herbert. He doesn't have Kenny Allen.
Edgar and Daryll: However... In the off chance that Joe Burrow plays, and they're saying that he's like he's been practicing for four days, like full participant. Maybe Carlos has a chance, but um

Edgar and Daryll: seven And so he it'll be interesting to see what happens between them because at the of the day, chances are most likely McGuire wins. And then it becomes a maybe a three-way tie, right? But then you become, then you go down to third place.
Daryll Garcia: Well, you you're forgetting about Romo. If Romo is going against Nareth and currently he has a 52% chance of winning, if Romo wins, which you know he has a good chance, Dak Prescott will have a hard time against Philly.
Edgar and Daryll: Yep.
Daryll Garcia: Kyron Williams may have a tough time against Tampa. Chase Brown may have a tough time against New England. New England isn't a um a bad defense. Nico Collins, I think, gets it done all the time, though Buffalo is a better pass coverage than run defense.
Edgar and Daryll: Yep.
Daryll Garcia: of CeeDee Lamb is tied to Dak. I don't know if you know he could have a good game. He may have a great game. Rasheed Rice should be a great game, I think, against Indianapolis.
Edgar and Daryll: Yep.
Daryll Garcia: I don't think Indianapolis defense is good enough to keep Rice in check.
