Edgar and Daryll: the weekly recap this week we kick things off with a belt to booty beat down delivered by none other than yours truly Troy must have woken up early to catch the London game and thought, this could be my week, that Mariota exited early, leaving Edgar with just five points from one of his quarterbacks. That was Troy's one tiny glimpse of hope, because the rest of Edgar's team went nuclear. Edgar handed the undefeated Troy a 223 -123 loss, and Troy went so quiet in the chat.
Edgar and Daryll: that you think is from a gun into witness protection i knew i didn't even know i wrote that Next up, the other undefeated team, Tom, taking on the Fox Andrew. Tom needed vision, the mustard Robinson, to serve up a delicious pile of points. He might have gotten them, too, if his coach would stop calling in the running back by his last name and tell him to get into the game.
Edgar and Daryll: Just like his counterpart, Bryan Robinson, who scored three touchdowns. Those could have been Tom's points and might have kept him undefeated. Instead, Tom takes his first loss of the season. Somewhere a jar of mustard is weeping.
Edgar and Daryll: In the upside -down corner of our league, co -host Daryl visited Commissioner McGuire. Daryl had apologized to the league for drafting while ordering Chipotle. But judging by the explosion of his points from his team, that burrito must have come with a side of fantasy football wisdom. Darryl took down the commissioner, a .k .a. the Iceman, who for the first time this season failed to crack 100 points. The Iceman melted. The burrito did not.
Edgar and Daryll: yeah Then we had one of our remaining winless teams, Romo.
Edgar and Daryll: hoping that Neret of the past would finally show up to play. Maybe Romo wished upon a star because he faced one of the only two teams he could have beaten in Week 4. Goff and Higgins were basically the only players who showed up for Romo, while Kato and Derek Henry were the only ones in Neret's side. Somehow that was enough. Our last two winless teams finally got their first win of the season, which means nobody gets to blame the schedule anymore.
Edgar and Daryll: Finally, the former manager faced the worst chef ladies ever managed in his life. Carlos came into the matchup wearing his hat halfway on his head while Alejandro tried to straighten him out.
Edgar and Daryll: starring apparently with a hat. It all came down with the final game of the week. Alejandro Sim finished a few points short. About as short as the rating he'll give Carlos. Carlos took down his former manager and proved that yes, his hat may be crooked, but his fantasy team is standing tall.
Edgar and Daryll: And that was our week four recap. Tchoo!
