And this is Role Players, and welcome back to another episode of Bloodbath. If you guys don't remember, Bloodbath is that thing where they crawled out the bloodbath, they did things because there's goopy things in there, and it's magic. And it's a post-apocalyptic world, between and a war between demons, angels, and mortals.

A whole bunch of shenaniganery happened. We met Lorelai, sister of Lilith. We met Agent 69 and the long line of agents. And we met Roy, last name.

um and a demon hunter, so a little bit of conflict there. And they met the chef, a gnomish gal who claims to be immortal, who created the bloodbath. And they met the brain, a talking bear that can kind of help them determine targets to take down in this war.

And they met the retriever, a large ogre gal who goes out into the field and retrieves all of the wonderful ingredients that the chef uses in the bloodbath.
Mission Recollection and Aftermath

And they were sent on a job, a preliminary job in their Ford Raptor, where they went and eliminated, went and retrieved rather, an artifact that a dwarven mining company was using ah to keep the ghost set bay, which was bringing them much discomfort.

And through some sleuthing, some perception, and some spell casting, and a couple of sniper shots among a large cross being thrown and pierced through the body of a dwarf.

You guys managed to retrieve the item, and releasing the souls, which therein, proceeded to slaughter all of the dwarven characters. So, that was a real bummer for them.

And I think we did establish there are like other characters that work throughout the castle, the secret castle. But the three main ones are the three you've met. But there are like other people. Most of them are also people that have crawled from the soup that have either gone out on jobs or they have different functions around the castle.

Yeah, I would say maybe kind of maybe you cut maybe you went in to talk to the brain when he was like still like attached to his orb right so i'd say maybe the reason you don't have a conversation with him uh when you wanted to learn more is because he simply can't talk to you when he's projecting um right because he just kind of goes in the full comatose bear when he does that um but i will say that you're smart enough that like you can at least gain like general bearings like you don't know a ton about the intricacies of the war and how it got to this state but you know that like

I'd say the that the retriever probably sees you like trying to talk to the the brain and just like grunts at you and just just knocks a couple books off the shelf at you and then walks away and like in a in a, you know, in a harumph.

They try to keep shipments where they can. But every now and then there's like a blockade where they'll interfere with a shipment something.

Today is the day we invade that town. Or maybe there's a police chase because they heard there might be a demon in a town. So like there's different things that happen like that, but there are societies that are just moving as normally as they can while the war goes on.

Like people are still trying to live the best they can, but at any moment they could be called the arms.
