snowjobspodcast
We hope you like that.
00:00:23
snowjobspodcast
Well, this morning, the second day of each of your best positions,
00:00:35
snowjobspodcast
Alright snow jobs nation. How are we today? We are coming to you live from equip Expo.

Meet Jeremy Lindstrom aka Snow Yoda

00:00:42
snowjobspodcast
You know who I am That's right, you know, I'll know who's with me a main man snow Yoda Snowby one Kenobi. He's got many names. Mr. Jeremy Lindstrom
00:01:02
snowjobspodcast
Guys, we're coming to you live from the Arctic Snow and Ice Products booth at Equip Expo in Kentucky. We're here with Jeremy. How are we, buddy? I'm doing great. It's a good time. Absolutely. Absolutely. It's a good time. We're proud to be here. Artic asks us to come by and do a little something for you. And we wanted to hear what they got going on at Equip Expo. So without further ado, I'm going to bring in Big Daddy himself, Mr. John. Injured Big Daddy. Injured Big Daddy. ah You know, living proof why grown men don't ride scooters. But yeah, Big Daddy, John Stark. John, how are you? Hey, good morning, guys. How are you today?
00:01:38
snowjobspodcast
doing well you're gonna do So what is Articab going on here? got ah Well, we got an indoor booth and an outdoor demo booth. Got a pretty large area here showcasing some of the products. Obviously got the razor back in that in here.
00:01:51
snowjobspodcast
um rolling out some videos so people can see exactly what this plow does.

Razorback Plow Features and Demonstrations

00:01:55
snowjobspodcast
And in the outside demo area we have got some blocks tied into the asphalt there that we're hitting with the razorback showing how the functions of the plow operate, how the wings fold, just giving people that real life experience of what's going on with that.
00:02:11
snowjobspodcast
Yesterday, we had several people literally jump in the truck because they wanted to see that it did not rock the truck, it did not bang the truck hard, and they were very impressed with that. Literally, a seeing is believing out there. Oh yeah, and you got the new prototype headgear on it too, right? Absolutely. um The design that Blake has ah come up with, with our own framework, our own headgear, lights, the whole deal. Just everything, all 100% Arctic produced now.
00:02:39
snowjobspodcast
and We actually have one of our guys jump in the truck. You cannot feel it when you hit that bump. It's dangerous almost. but You can't feel it at all. It's kind of surreal because way back when Randy first made this sectional, him and I ran down the street to a shopping plaza that had a long stretched island in it.
00:02:56
snowjobspodcast
and he had this big Hi8 video camera, you know the type I'm talking about back in the day that involved the casting couch. And he's like, all right, now I want you to roll in and I want you to hit this island. I'm like, are you got nuts? He goes, no, come on, you got to hit it. Man, I put my seatbelt on, I cranked that sucker back to like click the lock in because I didn't know what to expect.
00:03:16
snowjobspodcast
rolled up to that island, butt-puckered and all, and hit that island and I was like, oh my gosh, are you kidding me? I didn't even feel that. I couldn't wait to do it again. I just kept nailing that island over and over and over again, and it was proof right there, and he had created something amazing. Well,
00:03:36
snowjobspodcast
no
00:03:39
snowjobspodcast
anything you can to try and make a break before you release the Razorback alone had five years in it before it went, out to the public. We put it on our trucks, you know, we're a commercial strong mobile company as well. I think that's what gives us the upper hand over everybody else is we physically use these products. We created these products for efficiencies in our business and now they're available to other contractors to do the same. So we're out there beating the shit out of these things. oh yeah I mean, it's no lie, the very first one that went out, our guy ripped the wings off it in a matter of minutes. And Blake looked at it and went, I knew that was going to happen. I'm going to do this and this. And boom, him and Nick went at it and got this whole thing situated. And we are rocking and rolling now. Awesome. Yeah, they're built tough. You guys have a great product, obviously. I'm a big supporter, obviously, with our operation at Glacier. And you guys just.
00:04:29
snowjobspodcast
Yeah, we're contractors, building things for contractors. Absolutely. That's the bottom line. Absolutely. And like you said, you have built-in testing available. Absolutely. You're using them yourself. You're not just selling these things. You actually use them, believe in them, because you test them. Like you said, it takes you way too long.
00:04:46
snowjobspodcast
to bring out a product. Guys like me, I want that thing, but you guys take 45 years because you take your time. Like so like Randy said, every time he has a product idea, he's got to test that for a year before he makes any changes. so That's a minimal a year.

Customer Experiences and Product Durability

00:05:03
snowjobspodcast
I mean, really, because if it's not right, you got to fix it. Oh, yeah, you have to. I mean, I think that's the biggest thrill I get out of coming to the shows. These people that like Beeline right for you, man. I heard you guys are gonna be here. I had to come over and check this out It's like hell. Yeah, we got something that you really want and they'll come in and tell you about you know I know you've been beating on me for years. I need to buy one. I need to buy one Well, I bought one and I loved it and I now have three I now have five I now have ten and I can't tell you how many times I've gotten that story. And it's exhilarating. I mean, you guys know I've been here 33 years and I still get goosebumps when I hear the excitement in other people's voices on how happy they are with the products that the company that I work for come from. It's just awesome. Fantastic. game You guys, I have nothing but a good things to say about Ertika. Obviously that's just cool.
00:05:55
snowjobspodcast
who we are, what we're doing. And coming here to you guys booth, this is sweet, sweet looking booth. You guys got a lot of great products here. I mean, I don't know, all your wraps and your pickups are fantastic. They catch your eye and everything. So it's, it's phenomenal. I love the three 21. Yeah. That's a nice route. Actually a gift from case.
00:06:13
snowjobspodcast
case Case wanted to wrap that up for us and get it looking fancy for the show and actually Lucas and Blake and none of those guys even knew about it. We drove the machine down to my house and put it in the garage and they went over there and wrapped it. And then 11 o'clock at night on Sunday I drove it back over to the shop to put it on the trailer because we rolled out at 4 a.m. to head out here to get things set up. And as a matter of fact that's where I took my crash and burn on the scooter. it's It's a good distance between the inside area of the show and the outside demo area so I'm using the scooter getting back and forth trying to coordinate both things and I don't know where the hell that speed bump came from. They jumped out and the scooter stopped and John kept going. John kept going. John's got a shiner. Oh yeah. The band is on his face. He's uh he's hurting. But I'm here right now. You're really here? Yeah you're stopping. Is it super exciting to see the Razorback come full circle now that you have your own headgear from top to bottom, your own non-existent?
00:07:04
snowjobspodcast
I think that is the icing on the cake. Just having the razor back because it was such a demand for it. People are, when are you going to put that on a truck? When are you going to put that on a truck? And Blake knew he needed to put it on a truck, but he was just, he was finishing other things. He wanted to make sure other things were okay instead of jumping to the next project, you know? And when he got that on the truck, it immediately became, Hey, we need to have our own stuff. I don't need to be putting,
00:07:31
snowjobspodcast
are things with other people's products. It's worked great for those people who can't swing the amount for a full set up. They already have something. Listen, I'm really tired that my wide-out or my egg steers crapped out on me. I need to replace that blade, but I didn't like the performance it had. Boom. Now they pull right up to this, two pins, six hoses, and hook the chain on the on the pump. And you're ready to go. If it takes you 30 minutes, that means you drank three beers putting it on instead of two. but That's how quick it goes on.
00:07:59
snowjobspodcast
but your your ah results are going to be amazing. And you are going to notice a big difference in your salt usage in the ability to now grab that snow and run it off somewhere just like you do at the sectionals. You don't have to plow straight down the aisle to stop. You can hook that over and put it in that corner. If all that snow's got to go to the corner, turn it. You know, with a regular straight blade,
00:08:20
snowjobspodcast
you angle the blade, but you still get that spill off trying to walk where you want it to go. yeah Now with the wings being on there, you're able to take that snow where you want it to go, where you want it to be.
00:08:31
snowjobspodcast
yeah We actually have the brains behind all this stuff. Yeah, we got Blake coming in here. Yeah, Blake is here. Can we talk to him? Absolutely. Guys, thanks a lot. We're going to throw it on over to Blake. All right. See you, Johnny. All right. Keep pushing. Mr. Blake Stray. Hey, Blake. How are we? How's it going, buddy? Nice to see you again. So this was your brain shot of the Razorback, huh? Was this you? I mean, did you come up with the truck model idea? Was this your dad? It's Lucas and I. Lucas and you? Yeah, we came up with it back in 2018.
00:09:00
snowjobspodcast
Um, and actually I think Lucas spoke about this a little bit. We were trying to come up with a wing cloud for the market and we needed a way to test it other than just putting it on a skid steer, put on a trailer and dragging it between properties. So we had a few Western wideouts and he's like, well, why don't we just kind of downsize it a bit and kind of get a proof of concept.
00:09:22
snowjobspodcast
from ah the truck, right? So then we could drive it around property to property and prove that the concept works and then kind of biggie size it a bit for the skist here. So that's kind of how it started out. And now what? Six years later, we're working on our full-on kit now, um no more retrofit. oh We're still gonna sell the retrofit, you know, that will still exist, but now we're moving towards our full kit um for straight blade and a wing plow.
00:09:51
snowjobspodcast
yeah was hope that retro or not the retro kit Tell us about your what you got differently on it.

Innovative Design of Razorback Plow

00:09:56
snowjobspodcast
I mean, I looked at it yesterday, i think and I think it's sweet how that thing hooks up and you don't take up so much room underneath the hood. It's i mean simple, efficient, I don't know, it looked pretty sweet to me.
00:10:07
snowjobspodcast
Yeah, so what we're working the with is still a prototype. um we We have a program we put out this year to get more in the field and test it. ah But the main difference between, I'd say, other racks and R's is that R's is power on, power off. So it's similar to a boss. It hooks up to a boss style hookup. um But our locking pins are also hydraulic.
00:10:28
snowjobspodcast
That's sweet. I like that. So you get out, um you pull up to your plow, you use a switch to pick the plow up onto the truck and then use another switch to hydraulically power the locking pins in. And then you have a high current plug like normal, then you have headlight plugs.
00:10:45
snowjobspodcast
touched upon the wiring. When you wire the truck, it's just a module inside the truck, um probably like a three inch by five inch size. One end of that plugs into the headlight adapter and then goes out to the plow and then the other end goes into the cab for switch power and the controller and that's it. Is it like super gratifying to see this thing come to full fruition from the concept now you have your own headgear?
00:11:09
snowjobspodcast
You have your own you know everything. It's soup to nuts. And we saw those the hydraulic pins. That is freaking genius. It's awesome. It's really exciting. is it Is it really gratifying for you as the designer? It is, because i have all these I've had all these ideas since 2018, and we didn't have the resources to go out there and get our own rack, get our own mounts. Headlights is the hardest thing, integrating with a truck. You need those headlight and turn signal signals. So you know you have to work with the right suppliers and people that help you do that.
00:11:40
snowjobspodcast
um But yeah, taking everything I've been seeing and now it's to the point that we're heavily testing and developing the product and now we're rolling into getting into more people's hands for even more development.
00:11:53
snowjobspodcast
but The razorback retrofit has been huge because we've been able to kind of proof of concept all of this. And now we really have it nailed down in my opinion. So a lot of things and how we're making it now and we're kind of switching up the wing. I was showing you yesterday and we're fixing the wing cutting edge. So now you could plow with the wings folded back, right? You can plow straight and it's not going to gouge the ground or anything.
00:12:16
snowjobspodcast
We've really dialed a lot of that in and now it's lighter. So we're going to be a little bit heavier than a a Western wideout XL as a full kit, you know. So that that's really important what you just said, because that was really the only knock we ever heard last year was that you couldn't plow with the wings back. Guys wanted it to be able to do that. So you you guys have actually fixed that. That's that's a done deal. It's overcome, right?
00:12:39
snowjobspodcast
Yeah, based on our testing, we think we've had a good solution. Um, you still don't want to hit an obstacle with that wing folded back, right? yeah But you could plow straight with it now and it's not going to gouge anything. And I know that is important for a lot of people that want to take a narrow pass, maybe between cars or something where before they couldn't really do it. So we're always taking feedback from people. Um, that's, that's a big part of it. You know, I said, we have an R&D program. Um, we're getting into certain hands of certain people.
00:13:07
snowjobspodcast
We could use it for several years on our lots and how we plow and that never becomes an issue for us because we don't plow that way or we don't have those scenarios. And you get into the hands of someone else and within a day they're like, hey, this is an issue. Right. And that's important feedback to get. And it's important to listen to that feedback and make sure that your solution is well thought out and works, um, instead of just pumping something out really fast. And that, uh,
00:13:32
snowjobspodcast
Even just your controller. You thought of everything on that controller too. That controller is just simple, easy. Everything's right in the palm of your hand. I mean, you guys, um to me, you hit out of the park with that. Everything's streamlined. It's um pretty slick. And you had a lot of design going on that too, obviously, right? Your controller.
00:13:50
snowjobspodcast
I'm glad you like it. It did take a lot of time. We had different 3d printed samples to kind of mess with it. Um, I say we took everything we liked about all the plows on the market that we've used. So there's a button for each function. You're not cycling buttons, you know, you have a button to do both wings out, both wings in a button to do each wings direction. And then a button for up, down, left, right, and down pressure as well. So the pilot also has down pressure.
00:14:16
snowjobspodcast
down pressure is key. Abs when your brother was on lucas he had actually said something that that was a key and and you guys have actually listen. He said th designing these things and we're actually testing them We were kind of testing them from our point of view. We weren't looking at them from what other people might need out there, end users. And you guys have now done that. like That's a really cool thing. You've listened to what the guys out there need. And let's face it, not every manufacturer is doing that. There are manufacturers that are just dropping plows that they want to build for whatever price point, yeah and they don't necessarily care at all times what the end user feels like. But you guys are doing that, which is freaking awesome. So you want to tell us a bit about your testing process?
00:14:58
snowjobspodcast
Yeah, we're ah always trying to come up with better ways to test because it doesn't snow all the time. And I can't waste a whole spring, summer and fall, you know, twiddle my thumb waiting for snowfall and then get nothing sometimes, right? So we're hiring more engineers, structuring more on how we develop things and standardizing what the requirements are for our product. And we're standardizing tests for durability to make sure new designs or concepts meet the durability that our product has reputation for.
00:15:28
snowjobspodcast
So we're doing things like, um, those blocks that we hit outside, you know, uh, each component of the plot must go up and over that block X number of times without some sort of failure. Right. Um, that plot out there is that center mobile must've hit a block almost a thousand times by now. Right. And you can see it it's beat to crap. And, you know, we, we brought to the show, we left it all, it's all rusted up and kind of mangled. It's bent, but Lucas was like, you know, just leave it like that because people appreciate seeing.
00:15:55
snowjobspodcast
that we're using the crap out of this thing. And we're able to achieve that in the summer. you know um For high load testing, we're stacking frozen salt pile. So we get to use our city salt pile that's our neighbor, and they don't touch it. So the thing's just hard as shit right now. So I'm just stacking that, just stacking salt you know several hundred times in each direction, seeing where I could load a component and get it to fail before I'm out.
00:16:16
snowjobspodcast
and it's the snow season and I have these in the fleet and now I could repair mine now versus repairing your 20, right? And finding that failure, I could really accelerate the process. You know, it's funny, when we were outside yesterday, we saw that Razorback and I'm like, man, it's got rusted edges, there's Nick here, Nick there. I'm like, trade show? Then clicked. I'm like, this is the test cloud. This is the one that they've been beating on the whole freaking time.
00:16:46
snowjobspodcast
it's awesome that you guys do that. um I think that was a great move bringing that here, bringing the test cloud here. Yeah, definitely. And if he, anybody that's here, I think we're on Instagram live or something where you were, but I mean, go outside.
00:16:59
snowjobspodcast
like let you run the truck, you can hit that block. I don't know, you can do anything with it pretty much, right? You can sit in the passenger seat. I'll hit the block. I'll show you what it feels like to hit the motherboard. It hit the wing. You almost feel none of it. It blows people's mind. It's kind of scary a little bit, but it just gives you a lot of confidence while plowing. I remember the first time we went out, the plow was on, Luke's his truck, maybe half an hour at a property.
00:17:25
snowjobspodcast
and we're cleaning a curb. And there's an entrance to another parking lot. So the street starts and then it ends and then you come back to that curb. And he clipped that curb because there's so much snow he can see where it was. Instantly blew the piston off the wing because we didn't have a trip mechanism yet. And we were like, maybe we should do that. Maybe not. Let's see how it goes. Half an hour in. OK, now we have to fully develop a trip mechanism.

Arctic's Innovation and Testing Approach

00:17:44
snowjobspodcast
And know then it was just years of dialing that in so that when you're out there, it's enough force to be able to push snow and ice. But when it needs to give, it gives and it goes up and over stuff.
00:17:54
snowjobspodcast
That's the key, right? That the happy medium, that it'll do what it needs to do. But at the same time, you're not going to blow the thing up. Yes, perfect. Goldilocks time. I think you need to either cover it with leaves or dirt all outside so you don't see it coming. If I can hit it, like everybody doesn't know when or everything's everything's buried in your own or blindfold yourself and just slam slam it to the floor and let's see what happens. So you guys have the Razorback now. It's a finished product. You got your own headgear. Everything souped to nuts is now Arctic developed and Arctic true.
00:18:23
snowjobspodcast
What is next? Can you tell us what do you got on your drawing board next? I got a few ideas, but nothing I can really speak about right now. yeah but we gotta try We're not done with the Razorback. It has a very bright future ahead. And other products as well. ah you' ah You guys are always coming out with great stuff. like I mean, it's no secret. We love all the art and stuff. theyve They've done really well for both of our businesses.
00:18:46
snowjobspodcast
yeah I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. I don't know. No, it's fantastic. So you got anything else you want to talk about while we're here? Uh, not that I could think of at the moment. Yeah. All right. Well, who else we got? We're going to have another straight on here. Come on, Spencer. Thanks, Blake. Thanks, Blake. Talk to you later. Spencer straight, everybody. How's it going, guys? I'm out of time. I'm finally on. I've seen everything happen behind the scenes and I'm finally here.
00:19:13
snowjobspodcast
yeah this is ah this is a little bit different than how we normally do it. This is raw, rough, uncut, but and we're going to roll. best That's the best way to do it. It really is. I mean, we're we're in this venue. We kind of, it's almost a ah must that we have to do something live in here. Oh, yeah. So let's let's hear from you. you gotre You're working at Arctic now. You're changing the way Arctic does things. Because Arctic's been a certain way. You guys have been, for years, everybody knew that, well, I don't know, everybody knew it. But we've been saying that Arctic had the best plows.
00:19:43
snowjobspodcast
you guys have always kind of you know been in the background almost. You haven't been in the forefront visibility wise with Snow Guys, but now you know you're you're in here and you're changing that view. So you want to tell us about that? Yeah, you know what? I think the thing that we tried honing in on and we have, and I think it's been really successful, not just for us, but the industry is People notice there's a generational change. You got a lot of younger guys coming into this industry. um And we realized it too, to the point where it shows a lot of people are surprised that we actually have a service based company, which we started out in the 70s as a service company. And because of the struggles that we had with products within the market,
00:20:21
snowjobspodcast
ah My father decided to come to the industry, ah innovate it and create products for himself for his own snow removal business and then sell them to other snow guys.

Arctic's Origins and Industry Innovations

00:20:30
snowjobspodcast
ah So a lot of people are kind of forgetting that aspect. So I think that's huge is honing in on, you know, we're not just any manufacturer out there trying to sell a product, push it to the market and make profit. work We're making stuff that works for us.
00:20:44
snowjobspodcast
uh we're going out there we're testing this stuff and it's it's products that are made by snow guys for snow guys which is a slogan that we've been working on because people are saying we're out there for five years testing these products out before they even go to the market and if we need it turns out a lot of people in the industry need it and you guys know that too so 100%. So, you know, I love what you're doing. I love seeing a more visible Arctic you're out there. And like you said, you guys are snow guys. You started this, your dad gonna get mad at me again, because I'm gonna short him. It's 40 over 40 years that he's been doing stuff. Yeah. And that is the most important thing about the Arctic product to know is that you guys are building these products because you had the need. You were doing the work. You guys are boots on the ground, a monster self performing snow company. And that's where I think
00:21:33
snowjobspodcast
the better products come from there is a need and you guys have seen t the products. It's phenom you can't say anymore abo We're both hardcore arti a big secret. but So ah I just l are being now. You guys a social media. Yeah, ther I think a lot of the older the older guard got out during COVID and now you have a younger generation that they want social media. They want to see Arctic videos. They want to see t-shirts and swag and stuff. That's awesome. And you you're bringing that. That's your job to bring that that. You're doing a phenomenal job with it. So keep that up for us.
00:22:11
snowjobspodcast
Yeah, no, I appreciate that. And I'm pretty heavy on marketing when it comes to my role in Arctic. And the biggest thing, especially generational changes, people understand social media is the way to go. you know A lot of these younger guys, and I'm glad you brought up COVID because these older guys in the industry, I think they're just too stressed out. And it was the final straw. like I got to get out of this industry, whether it be handed it down to their family or their sons or daughters to run the company, or there's just new guys coming in, buying them out.
00:22:40
snowjobspodcast
And, you know, the big thing with us is marketing our product is what we create is so um it's a high

Marketing and Generational Shifts in Arctic's Strategy

00:22:48
snowjobspodcast
valued product. And a lot of younger guys really understand the value of having good products that last, you know, quality over quantity. I think that's a big difference that we've seen in the market. um I think the biggest thing when it comes to marketing, just the industry is we have a really good following. We're not just your typical ah manufacturer with you guys called the Arctic Army Roll Call, you know,
00:23:10
snowjobspodcast
You know, we got a fan base out there. The people that, you know, go to war for us when it goes on social media and people start talking and go back and forth with our other competitors and whatnot. And, uh, just getting out there and sharing our story, uh, and hearing other people's story. And that's why we actually started a campaign that we're going to start in November 1st allows people to really go online, uh, lovemyartic dot.com and share their story while they love their Arctic. You know, we know the reasons people,
00:23:38
snowjobspodcast
love their Arctic, but we really want to hear it. We want to get their testimonials. We want to see pictures of their stuff. We want to see people tag. It's not all just about us. It's about why people love these products and why it works for their company. Because here's the thing, all of us working together in this industry will make everyone better.
00:23:55
snowjobspodcast
If you can figure out different ways to make your company better and take different ah pieces of advice from your competitors, that's the biggest benefit people have. I mean, you guys have seen these parties, good these parties, you know, you're with your main competition, but you're sitting back, you're having a drink, you're around the fire, shooting the shit for three hours, talking about snow, talk about life. You know, it's a very interesting industry that we have. You know, not a lot of people can see that within their own industry is we're able to piggyback of people's success and the things that they're doing and and incorporate into other companies. I think people really like that within this industry. And you guys have done the same as well. I know i know with you and Dinesse and the things that ah that's changed your company big time. Absolutely. Like I said, I've said it, it's not a secret. I couldn't have made the jump from trucks to equipment if it wasn't for Arctic and Dinesse. That's just, that's the truth. There's no other way to sell it because I mean,
00:24:52

you could not do what I had to do at that point for the money that the dealer wanted. So, Dinesse became the solution and I was able to do it and once.

Once you're in with one, then it becomes easier and easier to add ah machines over the next year. And I think I wanted to tell you and yeah yeah exactly yeah push your man. i I wanted to say you brought up a good thing with the generational shift. The younger guys, they have limited dollars. Our dollars are going, you know, less and less far every day in snow. So we have to be able to buy one product. We can't afford to make a mistake. So,
00:25:31

ah Jeremy says all the time, how many Arctic's do you have that are 15 plus years old? and They're rebuildable. Yeah, yeah. It's just metal. It's just metal, metal. You don't hit a curb, and oh, that thing's bent for life, and it's gone. Throw it in the shit heat. The Arctic, OK, we got a new section. We got a new side plate, whatever we need. And it's done, right? We replaced frames. I mean, we got some of their soul. They were bowing pretty good. So we just put new frames on. No big deal. Call get a frame.

But for the younger guys with limited dollars, they have to make the right choice. That, for me, is a no-brainer. Buy the plow that you can literally

keep serviceable for the next 25 years if you want. New edges, new paint, and it's brand new again. And I think that's awesome that you guys have done that. And it's just exciting to be here with you guys. And I love the new stance that you guys have taken. And i'll keep doing it because the guys are loving it. And they like you said, I think everybody wants to, for years, guys felt like they're out there by themselves. And I think the nice thing about the show that we keep hearing over and over again is you know We don't feel alone now. like there We hear your guys show and everybody's going through the same shit every week or every storm and we just we never really knew it. We always felt like we were in our own little bubble. And what you guys are doing now is like you said, everybody wants to be a part of part of something. You guys are allowing them to contribute social media and they're proud of their artists. Arctic guys are proud of Arctic. That's that's not a no you know that why it's the army's why it's the arctic Army. We're not as as psychotic as that other team out there that blindly follows. you know and go it yeah coolol it but you know it it's I think it's great what you're doing with the social media. I think it's great you're bringing you know Arctic into the 2020s here and just keep it up, man. Anything else you got going on? yeah that's That's a big one you touched on, just the love that people have from Arctic. And we've been talking about that for a little bit.
00:27:24

and the generational change, you kind of brought that up too. is We've seen so many people from the show just in the past day come here, younger guys saying, you know, this changed my company. there's They don't understand the benefits until they go out and see it. You know, we have a live booth and some of these people don't even our understand how our plows operate. And then they see it. They're like, holy shit. it Their mind starts flowing of different ways they can incorporate into their company and how much time and money it's going to save them. And for those guys, it's huge. Because like you said, in the snow industry nowadays, it's changed, man. Everyone's racing to the bottom to get the the bottom dollar. And, you know, I think ah I think we're going in the right direction now. I think we're at the very end of it, hopefully.
00:28:01

And ah hopefully we get some snow. yeah But ah I know everyone's praying for that. I feel like it's going to be a good year. But yeah, touch on social media. Just the love that we have for our products is huge. And we really appreciate that. And we want to get back to the industry. So what we want to do is ah we have a campaign going on. It's an entry

We'll keep doing stuff like that. Cause it's huge. Getting back to this industry and being on social media is where it's at. And it's not just to promote our company. It's just to promote our brand and how we're staying involved. You know, talking to you guys, talking to other people within the industry. We really want people to know on our fan base to know that we're there for them. We understand the pains and the things that they need ah to make their business successful, just like we need to make our business successful. So that's what we're doing.
00:29:35

no that's that's great i mean i That's what, like you said, social media, I want everybody out there to start tagging you guys and everything. I mean, that's, that's, then you guys are probably reposted or whatever you got to do. I mean, just everybody just kind of rotates that. They want to see their stuff on your, on your social and all, retake them or whatever. So I mean, that's, that's, everybody loves that, you know, be part of a, part of a family and Arctic is a family. So that's, that's the main thing here. We're No, all when one big family in the snow industry. So whether that's great. we like it or not, sometimes we get along, sometimes we don't, but shit gets done at the end of the day. The cool thing is, if you start tagging Arctic and stuff, they're actually going to post it. They're going to put it up. Because for years, you tag Arctic. And that was it. You never heard anything else about it. It was like, oh, this is a waste of time. But this is the new Arctic. It's great what they're doing. And we're excited to be a part of it with them. And like I said, I don't think Snow Job's employees are capable of winning. I don't think we're allowed to win the contest. Probably not. So that sucks for us. Oh, well. How do we win that 321 that's a letter with the Arctic Blue that wrapped in the Arctic

I think that one's a little bit for us, but we'll, we'll figure out maybe something in the future. We'll figure something out in the future. But yeah, I think people, uh, that people love that rap a lot. Yeah. oh it It looks sharp as hell. Yeah. You got anything else for us? Oh, you know, just to touch base on social media, you know, we're there. We're going to repost your stuff. We actually brought on a new hire. Uh, Dylan Elmore brought him onto the team and, uh, yeah, the the bodyguard. Yeah. We found him at one of the bars in Louisville. So we hired him right in the spot.

But he's a great guy. He's got a lot of great ideas and getting our name out there and ah representing our company and what we're up to and keeping the industry involved and updating on what we're doing. It's going to be huge. So yeah, it's great. That's phenomenal. We, we actually have a code name for him already. Mr. Fulden Arms. He literally stood for three hours at the party the other night, crossed arms. Yeah. All right. He makes me feel bad when we're working out. I've known him for a few years and he'll be like, yeah, you want help me on incline bench just to spot me and he's doing 315 for 10. I'm like, oh man, yeah, I'm never getting there. But he's ah he's a bright kid. He's excited to get into the snow industry and learn more about it. And you'll see all of our stuff lighting up social media as you have in the past few months. That's awesome. We love it. Anybody got anything else? Jay, you got anything else? No, it's great. Another great show. Another great booth by Arctic. And everybody here is phenomenal. The whole team, I mean, they got, they brought a big crew here and they're all
