Richard is the founder of "Parents on a Mission" (POM), a leadership curriculum designed to empower parents to win the hearts, minds, and loyalty of their children. Since 2007, he has trained thousands of parents and community leaders with POM, focusing on building healthy relationships and preventing youth involvement in gangs.
