ADHD and the Notebook Advice

00:00:00
Speaker
There we go. All right, we're back in the room. I'm back in the room. So yeah, I was, there was like a short video of like, you know, the guy, our man, Edward Halliwell, who wrote the sacred ADHD book Live from Distraction. He was saying, he got quite animated about it. He was saying, everyone, no matter what kind of level of ADHD, whether you're combined or whether you're un-combined,
00:00:27
Speaker
you should always, always, always K around a notebook with you. Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes.
00:00:34
Speaker
So I thought that was cool. So of course what I did, I combined some other ADHD traits, which straight on Amazon and orders some really expensive Moleskine notebooks, a whole pile of them. Then they arrived and they were tiny. A7. I ordered the wrong sizing on my enthusiasm.
00:00:58
Speaker
All right. Yeah. No, I, I, yeah. All right. Take that notebook, man. Yeah. But on that point of his, which was, so his point was every person who has ADHD should take a notebook around with them. Not any electronic devices, devices, because you, you need something that's always going to be on you. Right. That was, that was, that was his thing. And my thing is,
00:01:28
Speaker
I, the only thing that is actually on me all the time is my phone. Right. If I had a notebook, there's no way that would go around with me all the time. Like so. Yeah.
00:01:42
Speaker
So I was thinking, yeah, no, I like what he's saying. It's just that it's just that he's my school. He's a little bit old school and that actually the electronic device is, for me, the thing. But that's me. Yeah. Well, I've got recently got really got into using like appreciating my calligraphy again, like my natural handwriting.
00:02:10
Speaker
Ooh.

Rediscovering Handwriting Joy

00:02:11
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. I should really enjoy writing. All right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And, and therefore that's going to take you down a bit of a pen. Uh, uh, things that you're going to start going, Ooh, ink pens. Maybe you're on, maybe I need an ink pen name in my life now.
00:02:33
Speaker
god pens yeah i've spent a fortune on pens in my life okay all right so well on on that uh let's welcome you to uh uh what's the name of this god damn podcast ADHD
00:03:15
Speaker
All right well if you're watching this on YouTube you'll notice that my background is different and we'll come on to that in a minute.
00:03:25
Speaker
Um, okay. So this is going to be a special episode where, um, I tell Paul a fun story and then, uh, and then he's going to be be in. So we don't have to do the whole thing apart from, um, I will say that, uh, uh, that your, your Paul Thompson, I'm Marty West.

Introduction and TikTok Presence

00:03:50
Speaker
We are the co-mares of ADHD Ville, um, and
00:03:55
Speaker
I've slightly hijacked this, this episode so that I could tell you this fun story. Oh, okay. So on TikTok, if, if anyone out there is, um, doesn't follow us on TikTok, then what the hell are you doing? Because we do some fun, cool stuff, ADHD, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's a whole different thing. So go and follow us on there. Now, uh, maybe about a week ago,
00:04:24
Speaker
I did a TikTok right, Paul, where one of our ADHD community people, I think it's called the organic bumpkin or something, he's the farmer guy. And he was trying to get to 800 followers.
00:04:50
Speaker
because when you get to 800, you say, come on, let's get this guy up to a thousand subscribers. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so I did a TikTok going, yeah, let's get this, uh, this farmer guy up to 800 because he was saying when he gets to go live, he was going to put the camera in front of his, of his, of his attractor and just drive around. And I thought, yeah, this is going to be brilliant. Okay. So on the
00:05:19
Speaker
So we, we put that up, I don't know, early last week. Right. And then on Wednesday or Thursday, he got, I think it was Thursday, he got to 800. Right. So I thought, brilliant. He's reached his goal. It's a momentous occasion. Yeah.
00:05:48
Speaker
We should do something a bit more than just go, yay. Yay. You're alive now. Yeah. Emotic on maybe two, right? Right. Three feeling particularly generous. So as, as a dedicated diehard, uh, citizens of a, of ADHD will know I live in New York.

Surprising a TikTok Friend in the UK

00:06:17
Speaker
So I thought it would be fun to go and visit him in real life and congratulate him in the UK. Right. So where does he live? He lives in Wiltshire. Okay, quite a distance. I live like over 2000 miles away in New York. Right.
00:06:45
Speaker
So early on Saturday morning, I got on a plane and flew to Heathrow. I stayed overnight in a hotel there. I then went to the car place, got a car hire. And then I went to my mum's
00:07:15
Speaker
to pick up because because what I've done is I went on to Amazon when I was back in New York and I'd ordered one of those um like a plastic trophy. Okay. I thought it would be really good um and then I had that delivered to my mum's house so that I could pick it up. Right. Because because there just wasn't any any time you know like I okay oh he's eight hundred all right
00:07:46
Speaker
come over yeah and then i went to mums and then i got the trophy um and and and i brought a sharpie with me so i'd come right i wrote on it like um eight hundred i think it was like uh eight hundred followers on tiktok and jazzed it up with my with my sharpie pen yeah right so i thought that i thought brilliant all right okay um did you hire dancing girls or
00:08:16
Speaker
No, no, I thought it was just enough. But yeah, that I was going to go meet this farmer guy. And he didn't know who who I was. So that was it. That was that was enough. That was a scary part. Okay, so I get the cup. And then
00:08:42
Speaker
And then I because it because it was a Sunday, I didn't directly go down there because it was like Sunday. So I thought, you know, some day of rest. Right. Right. So so I stayed at my mum's and then I woke up on Monday morning and went, right, here we go. This is this is the day. Right. And so I thought, you know what I'll do? I'll just I'll just go on to TikTok and and
00:09:10
Speaker
And he was there and he was, and he was live because he'd now got his 800 followers. So he had his phone in front of his tractor and he was going live. And I was going, and I went and I joined the live went, Hey, how's it going? Oh, yeah. Oh, brilliant. Um, yeah, because we haven't really talked at all. Yeah. Have we?
00:09:32
Speaker
He's just like a guy that we, I mean, we follow each other, but we're not really like, we don't talk. Okay. Do we? So anyway, so I went onto the live chat. He said, come on. And then he said, oh, come and join me. Actually, you have like, you know, like you can actually join by video.
00:10:02
Speaker
So you have two people. Yeah. So, so, so you're, you know, you're in front of the camera and you can speak and shit. So, uh, so, so I sent out a, a join request. He went, yeah. And then I was chatting to him. Yeah. For a while. And we were just like bouncing backwards and forwards and, uh, I was saying, yeah, you know,
00:10:30
Speaker
It's really cold here in, in New York. So I was just like kind of going, you know, Hey, remember me, I'm the ADHD Ville podcast. Uh, yeah, I live in, in New York. So he could

Locating the Farm in Wiltshire

00:10:47
Speaker
see my face and, um, uh, making him convincing him that you're still, you know, at the side of the Atlantic.
00:10:57
Speaker
Yeah, in a way. Yeah. Well, yeah, because I just said I live in New York, which I do. So I wasn't lying to him. I was like, it's cold in New York because it was. And I live in New York because I do. OK, so we were like chatting there for a while and then I came off of that and I thought, you know what, I actually might do this because
00:11:24
Speaker
I kind of felt a bit better about it, because he'd seen me, we'd had had a bit of a banter. Right. So I thought, okay, all right. You did want to come across as a stalker. Right. Well, that was it. Because I kept thinking, you know, his ADHD, he's also, I think he's, he says he's kind of like an autistic ADHD hybrid, right?
00:11:49
Speaker
So I was like, you know, I was trying to think how he would think, you know, like not necessarily, maybe he's not, he doesn't like social interactions, you know. Is it possible that you're kind of almost more attracted to his tractor than you were actually of him?
00:12:10
Speaker
Well, I thought that's where I would be, you know, tractors. I think that they both come hand in hand in hand, to be honest. I was, I was, I was excited about the, the tractor for sure. But I didn't, I could have just enjoyed him doing these live shows, right? With his tractor. I didn't need to meet the guy. No, but then that wouldn't be Martin West. Right. So, uh,
00:12:37
Speaker
So I came away from that whole interaction feeling a little bit better. I grabbed the trophy. I got in the car and it's about a two hour drive from my mum's down to Wiltshire. But how did you know he's a dress?
00:13:04
Speaker
Oh, good question, Mr. Tomp. Yeah. Good question. That's ADHD. See, we're good at pattern reading and anticipation of, you know, like, yeah. Well, another thing that ADHD people are very good at is, is they can really hyper focus on something. Yeah. If you want to know something,
00:13:30
Speaker
Right. You can find it out. Blimey. Okay. Yeah. So, I mean, for example, my wife's skills in that area are unbelievable. Unbelievable. She is like... She should be a private detective. She should work for MI5 or something. Right. Because how she works out
00:13:54
Speaker
where peace don't live or whatever is is just I think I should have been it's a bit late now but I think I should have been employed by the FBI I've quite good at like recognizing stuff but probably bit like your missus on that front all right well it's not too late mr. T
00:14:17
Speaker
All right. So how did I know where he lived? Right. So that was the first thing. That was the first thing I thought of. When I thought of the idea, I thought, well, where, where, where is it? And obviously I won't say where he is, but, um, no, and I may not even necessarily say what the steps were, but I found out.
00:14:40
Speaker
more about his name and once I'd kind of gone, once I'd found that, then it started to unlock things, right? And then I could start to get, I think I first got a town and then I got a farm and then I went on to, and then what? How did you get, how did you get there even?
00:15:04
Speaker
just from seeing him sitting on a tractor and, you know, picking up haystacks. Right. So what I did was I went on, then went on to Google Earth. Right. And zoomed in. Looking for a man with a beard. Onto his farm. Bora. Right. Right. Well, because what I've done is I've looked at his TikTok videos.
00:15:27
Speaker
so I could go okay right well there's a there's a there's a green silo here and then there's like a cattle shed and it goes into a u-shape anyone who doesn't know it's not like Wiltshire is like you know some little hamlet
00:15:42
Speaker
in southern southwest England. Right. So I suspected where it was because I've got some other little bits of info. And then I used Google Earth and just just looked at his videos and went, yeah, no, these buildings are roughly the same. It's it's all the same shapes. Right. So so I felt
00:16:06
Speaker
I felt confident enough to get in my car and drive two hours. Right, clearly. Down to Wiltshire. Did you have a floss with you? Give us a picture of, did you like prepare? Well, what did I have? No, I had no
00:16:27
Speaker
I had no food. Wellies, did you take into consideration, you know, manure up to your knees? But I did have some nice, refreshing Buxton Spring. Where from our sponsor? Which is the number one British natural mineral water. Yeah. Yeah.
00:16:54
Speaker
I know I was in my, in my hire car, which was an Audi Q2, which was actually very nice. I think I was upgraded because a big site, because I didn't ask for an Audi. Right. I got upgraded to a Q, Audi Q something, a Q5 once.
00:17:17
Speaker
I was taking it back because it was too technological for me. It was too complicated. It was mad. It was mad. Yeah, I passed one earlier on today and went, oh, that's a nice car. Yeah, it was amazing. It was amazing anyway. But you couldn't start it. I had a Nissan 4x4 and they gave me a Q5 because clearly I was just
00:17:47
Speaker
nice guy and they upgraded me. All right. I thought anyway, okay.

Leaving the Trophy and Return Invitation

00:17:52
Speaker
So he, but he didn't, like, he didn't think about boots, willies or anything. He wouldn't, well, no, because I didn't have any, well, Wellington boots. So I just had my trainers and I thought, well, you know what? I'll just, I'll just, I'll just take it as, as it comes. So I drive down there. Yeah.
00:18:11
Speaker
go straight there, and then I stop at the end of his, there's, at the end of his, there's a lane that leads up to the farm. I just kind of stop there. I'm like, I'm not doing a sense check. Cause it's like, it's like, I could turn around here. I could just turn around. It'd be fine. Yeah.
00:18:41
Speaker
Sure. No one gets hurt. Right. I've just flown 2,000 miles just to go and meet this random guy. Right. Yeah. It was about lunchtime. So I thought, OK, I knew that he had lunch.
00:19:01
Speaker
So there was a high, so I kind of felt like that was a high chance that he would be in the house, you know, having whatever farmers have for lunch. And I suspect, if I have to suspect, there's much about, you know, the drama of like meeting up in the
00:19:21
Speaker
like the dopamine of beating up, but also just the sheer adventure of it, you know? Right. It's like, yeah. Yeah, because you've got madness. You've got this dopamine chasing voice on the one side, this ADHD impulsive, risk taking, let's have an adventure voice. And then you've got this like rejection sensitivity disorder voice going,
00:19:50
Speaker
What are you doing? He's gonna think you're nuts. He's gonna, you know, so.
00:19:59
Speaker
So I was having those conversations. Right. Right. So there you were at the end of his lane effectively. I take it. Yeah. Mid of the country side. Build a picture for people like Wiltshire. It's like, where is it? It is farmers. It's like a county full of, it's like, you know, it's just full of farms basically. Yeah. It's very farming based. Right. Agriculture, that's what I'm looking for.
00:20:26
Speaker
Yeah. It's, it's quite old, oldy worldy, like from an American point of view, it's, it's like old stone cottages and old villages. And it's very picturesque and gorgeous. And it's got one of the most exclusive private schools in England, in Marlborough. Oh, right.
00:20:47
Speaker
Oh, okay. It's exclusive. It's not a girl's school by any chance, is it? No, it's a boy's school. All right. Okay. So I'm sitting there, I'm looking at up the lane.
00:21:06
Speaker
and then I go screw it. Let's just do it. You'd already thrown your hat over the wall virtually. Yeah, but I'd actually thrown the hat over the wall and I'd gone around the wall and then I picked up a hat and put it on my head and I didn't even need to actually throw it over the next wall.
00:21:29
Speaker
But I did. So I went, okay, let's go up the lane, right? So I'm driving up this little lane. It's really like this big, I mean, it's built for tractors. It's not built for now DR2. And just like hobbling up this road and I kind of come into this kind of farm courtyard.
00:21:49
Speaker
yeah and uh i go now this is exactly the place right like like all the like visual like triggers you know it's all the visual kind of like cannot trick us q scott right okay right okay yeah i've seen gay i'm thinking wooden gay no it is it is literally you just drive up and then there's a farmhouse and there's like a grain silo and there's um there's some
00:22:16
Speaker
buildings, but I recognized it all from the from the TikTok videos. So I was like, yeah, no, this is the place. So I I stop and I'm like, OK, well, and then I I stop and I park up right in front of the farmhouse. And I can look in the window and I can see there's someone in the kitchen having lunch.
00:22:44
Speaker
Right. Okay. He's also got quite a distinctive colour tractor, right? It's green. Yeah. It's like a lime green. Lime green tractor you go. Yeah. Although it turns out it's not that distinctive because when I got into his village,
00:23:02
Speaker
there was a green tractor like a couple of cars ahead of me to start. I was like, is that him? Is that him? OK. So I had to drive up. I had to drive up and then just I looked in the cab and it was some other random guy when OK, not him. OK. Because otherwise I would have had to have followed him. I would have had to have followed him.
00:23:28
Speaker
Oh man. Anyway, so I'm parked up out outside, right? And I go, right, fine. Here we go. I can see them inside. Maybe they've seen me. So I can't just drive off now. Right. So I get out.
00:23:51
Speaker
And I've got the trophy in my hand. You could have stopped right there. You could have done that Westy. You were like, I've just, yeah, I've got my fix. I'll just go home now to turn back. Right. All right. So, okay. You've seen him, he's seen you. Well, no, I've just seen someone in the kitchen, right, having lunch.
00:24:16
Speaker
So I knew there was someone inside, but I didn't really know who. I know that he has a, that he's married. So I was thinking, well, maybe it's his wife. And then with my trophy in my hand, I knock on the front door, right? And like, I wait there, I wait there. And then there's nothing, there's nothing. And... Not if dogs barking.
00:24:45
Speaker
No, there's nothing. It's like a goose, like, stepping around your ankles or like... No, not a moon or a crow flying. Wow. Nothing. Bit disconcerting. Well, yeah, because now I'm thinking, all right, well, there's a sign on the door and it says... No strangers. No weird people from TikTok.
00:25:16
Speaker
We've had loads of people around here. There's a couple coming up here trying to meet him. Get lost. Jesus. No Jehovah Witnesses. You think you're the first? Blimey. Yeah. Blimey. Okay. Knock, knock. Knock, knock. There's a sign that says if no one answers, leave it
00:25:39
Speaker
leave your delivery in the next door to the right, right? So an okay, maybe this is a thing, right? They're having lunch, they don't want to be disturbed. Right, here's a nap, maybe. So an okay, fine, I'm going to go and leave it in the next room. So
00:26:06
Speaker
So I just walked down the building a bit and there's a door that says leave stuff here. So I opened that door and there's like a sort of like a wet room almost. And I thought it's really weird if I leave it in here. So then I backed out and I went, you know what I'm going to do? I'm just going to leave it on their front
00:26:36
Speaker
on their front gate by their front door, right? Right. And we'll leave it on the post so that when he comes out the front door, it'll just be there. Right. Okay. And it's actually a very short distance from the front door to the gate post. It's like two feet or something, right? Right. So he'll see it and I went, mission done. All right. So I thought, fine. So I got back in the car.
00:27:07
Speaker
And I drove, I just then drove back down the path. Right. And then, um, and then I stopped at the end of his thing again, right. Of his path again. I just went, okay. All right. That's good. But, and I thought, well, now he's going to open up his front door. There's going to be like this plastic gold trophy right in front of him that says,
00:27:33
Speaker
800 TikTok followers, and then it has the word James, because that's his name, under it. So he'll know it's for him. And he'll be like, where the hell is this from? And I thought, I could leave it at that. And just like, he will never know, he will never know why there was suddenly a thing there.
00:28:01
Speaker
But because he's like ADHD, his mind will be going, what was that? What was that? What was that? I think it will concern him. So I thought, OK, look, I have to tell him it was me. So I got on the little on the TikTok app and I went and in the messages, I saw that he was on TikTok and I went,
00:28:31
Speaker
By the way mate, I left a stupid plastic trophy by your front gate. Just so as you know, it wasn't weird, it was just me. And then he replies, he replies, I don't think I've got my phone here, but he replies saying, yeah, you really confused the hell out of my parents.
00:29:02
Speaker
Oh. And so I was like, oh, it was his parents that were having lunch. Not him. And they obviously saw me or saw the trophy or something. Maybe they just went out and went. Who the hell was that? So and then I said, it was me. And then he was like.
00:29:26
Speaker
I thought you lived in New York. Right. I was like, yeah, I just thought it would be fun if I came over and gave you a trophy. And he was like, I'm so confused. Right. Okay. And I
00:29:50
Speaker
Anyway, so there's like, yeah, yeah, it was just me. I just thought it was like a fun idea, like a fun, impulsive ADHD thing. And he went, oh, it's a, it's a shame you've, you've left. And I'm like, well, actually I'm only a couple of minutes away. Right. Uh,
00:30:12
Speaker
And he said, well, come back then. I went, are you are you sure? Yeah, OK, yeah. So so. So I turned around and back up to the farm. Yes. And I'm driving up and then he's he's out by the front door holding it. Right. No way.
00:30:37
Speaker
Did you get a photograph of him helped in the trophy? Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, I have. I have. I don't know why that came to mind. Oh, look, you know, these things are in important. So yeah. Yes, I've got a car. Hey, yeah, you know, so what the hell I was like, yeah, I know. And then and then his parents came out of the house. Yeah. Right.
00:31:05
Speaker
Right, really nice people, really nice people. And we're standing out in the cold just chatting to them for ages, you know, about ADHD and their family and kids and who the hell I was.

Positive Family Encounter and ADHD Discussion

00:31:25
Speaker
so okay so now go on go on no so like um and then they left and then i went in into the house um with james and his dad made me a really nice cup of tea um nice do you want a cup of tea yeah love milk sugar oh no just sugar all right so he popped out that out the back and made me a nice cup of tea and then james and i were like chatting about
00:31:52
Speaker
About ADHD stuff. Reassuring Wiltshire accent. It's that way, isn't it? It's like, get off my land. Get off my land. He did definitely have like a nice Wiltshire slant to his voice. In that direction, isn't it? Got amazing accents. I think they're loosening their accent a bit now, but yeah, nice.
00:32:18
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. So, so we just chatted for a while and to kind of get back and do, and do stuff. But, uh, yeah, it was, it was a really fun, my God. So if we got, we've got to have him on as a guest, Martin.
00:32:37
Speaker
Yeah, well, you know, I will obviously tell him that this is the podcast. I will direct him to the podcast, so no doubt he will. Hello James. Well, because he did. Because I answered. I know a little bit of this story. Well, only right at the end.
00:32:58
Speaker
Okay, basically, I know the bit basically like a nanosecond before the credits roll, because I saw some messaging. And he said, Oh, it's nice to meet you.
00:33:10
Speaker
Yes. Right. Cause we've got, we should just point out, we've got like, obviously we both got access to our tick top, um, account. Therefore we see all the, we both see the messages. So I saw, oh, it's nice to meet you, but I obviously had no idea you actually, cause I would be fucking mental, right? Cause you actually choked down there. Right.
00:33:34
Speaker
And he said, oh, I found your podcast, but I can't. Oh, I found your, um, on YouTube. I can't find your podcast. Right. I wrote back to him and said that we were on Apple and Spotify. Yeah. Because I was worried that, you know, because, you know, I was talking, I was saying about that we had an exchange where I was saying, by the way, I did this and it was like,
00:34:03
Speaker
So there was that whole texting back and forth. Because I was thinking, oh, yeah, Paul might say this.
00:34:12
Speaker
because he had a bit of a backwards and forwards. So I was thinking, you cheeky bugger. So you're even thinking, okay, what did they keep it like under your hat? Under your beanie. Right, because I thought this would make a good ep. Right, okay, podcast gold. Podcast gold, mate.
00:34:41
Speaker
Okay. Nice. Nice. And it's the rest of it coming back uneventful. Oh, yeah. No, no. So, you know, the gas, the gas station or no, no, it was all downhill from there, but just, just to go back to the point, which was, yeah, James, mate. Uh, yeah. If, if you want, I mean, like, let's do a follow-up, let's do a follow-up podcast from your point of view. Cause this is my point of view, right?
00:35:11
Speaker
Yeah, it'll be good to have it for him to tell the story from his way around. Probably sitting on his tractor. That'd be great. That'd be great. Nice. My girlfriend's brother-in-law has a dairy farm like James does, but here in Lombardy, which is like just Italy, just near Berghamal.

And he's got like a whole, he's got like six or seven different tractors. I said, oh.
00:35:49
Speaker
I've got this, I've got something I'll have to admit. So what's that sort of secret I've always wanted to ride on a tractor? Come on then, come on, right? So really, yeah. Okay, so already, no word of a lie, I felt like I was an eight-year-old. Absolutely. I had this grin on my face, my cheeks were aching.
00:36:13
Speaker
That's how happy I was, right? He said, you can drive it if you want. So he didn't like pick the little tractor, you know, like the one that was like 60 years old. He went for the most modern one he had. Literally you have to go up a ladder to get into it, right? And the whole thing is there's like this steering, but mostly it's where you use paddles.
00:36:40
Speaker
the gears and everything, there are paddles, like a Formula One car. I was like, holy crap. He said, oh no, don't worry. You could see it. I was like, like paddling a bit. So he's like, I backed it out. I backed this super technological tractor out of his barn. It's not a UFO.
00:37:00
Speaker
cool. I was so happy. I was so happy. We should get James over. We should do like a busman's holiday. Get the two dairy boys over together. I think he's got work to do and he's got a family. Yeah, important people. Cool.
00:37:24
Speaker
Okay, let's make that happen. Let's make this come on, James. Yeah, let's let's let's let's get the follow up pod to this. What I what I have done is I did video it. Okay.
00:37:43
Speaker
Well, I videoed all of the journey from the point where I, from the day I set off on the flight. With the drone.
00:38:00
Speaker
Oh, well, you mean just to kind of, yeah, the stalking part. Like, like 20 meters up in the sky, it's like you arrive. Yeah, it's, it's not that kind of, of a production. So, but I, but I, but I did film it. What?
00:38:24
Speaker
And I'm going to make a couple of TikTok series. I think it's going to end up being in three parts. I didn't film the whole meeting him and the family and stuff because that felt like that was just too weird that some random guy's coming out with his phone filming.
00:38:51
Speaker
So this just this does pick up on the thing that you and I've been talking about recently. It's like, you know, because we've got a few guests lined up. And the way we're going on this is like, actually, they're like, you know, normal ADHD people out there are just really interesting. There's loads of really interesting people in the ADHD community. And
00:39:16
Speaker
and we've got a couple of them teed up as guests coming up. And I think that's really great. Because people in the end have got loads of really interesting stories to tell, especially if you're late diagnosed, 88 years. I mean, come on, you've got like
00:39:32
Speaker
huge archive of amazing stories surely absolutely absolutely cool all right so that's it that's that was the special hopefully if james is is uh willing we can do uh we we can do uh number two of this of this little mini series i will be putting up um
00:39:57
Speaker
So now that I've spoken to you about it, I can start putting stuff up onto TikTok.
