Speaker: Hello, welcome to the Flopcast. hey Hey, how's it going? Good, how's it going, Moon? It's been busy, but good. im excited for part two.
Speaker: All right, all right. I guess we could jump right into this. I think we forget our our introductions. allt know if we're supposed to do every episode. I'm Chels, they, she. I'm Moon. It's Moon. They, them. All right, we got this. Let's roll. All right, what do you remember from last time?
Speaker: I remember asking about what happened to the teacher and he just like disappeared. Wait, that's a, that's another story.
Speaker: Do we want to cut that or you want to, or you want roll with your stupidity? they're just kidding Honestly, we'll roll with my stupidity because apparently I don't remember anything. All right. So this is one night only to jog your memory a little bit. it is female alpha, male omega.
Speaker: Do you remember anything? The oat milk. You remember the oat milk. All right. I think everyone's going remember the oat milk. And they dehydrated Omega because like, what the fuck? Yeah. That poor boy. Because she nodded him for four days straight, I think it was.
Speaker: Crazy. Absolutely crazy. um i probably should have brought my own little meek recap because I don't remember what happened. No. So basically, we had a female Alpha and male Omega. They...
Speaker: Male Omega showed up and was like, hey, I want to have a baby. I don't want relationship. She said, okay, cool. They made a contract. They got married. She's trying to get him pregnant. um He's kind of mysterious. we don't know what's going on with him.
Speaker: She's already flip-flopping and fighting with feelings and all of this. And basically, toward the end, she nodded him for four days straight. So we don't know if he's pregnant or not. And it kind of ended with her doctor, who's also, like, obsessed with her. um
Speaker: It ended... It ended with him taking his blood, right? And saying like, basically he's going to run tests and see if he was actually in this database where supposedly he saw that these two were an 83% match, which is really good.
Speaker: And that's like how he got her under contract. So that's about where we left off. So this is now after the nodding, after the hospital and all of that. so it starts off with them, our main couple, their names are Sia and Hyeon. They go to a big company party and it's actually for the company that runs the genetic compatibility program, which is where supposedly Hyeon found out that he was a good match with Sia, etc.
Speaker: um We find out that this program has a program that couples that creates couples from childhood. And they started off with an initial 21 pairs of couples and only two of those couples separated.
Speaker: Can you guess who one of those couples was? our main character and her ex-fiance. yeah Wait, they did they were paired up like that? We only just found that out that right now.
Speaker: So we knew that they were and was a we knew they were childhood friends and that they were engaged like when they were really young. And then it was all seemed kind of weird. He broke up with her, but they seemed still close and were still cool with each other in that.
Speaker: And yes, we find out that they got paired up from childhood. Basically, it's a whole program to strengthen businesses. business owners sign up for this program to get the strongest genes and all that.
Speaker: That makes sense. Cause I remember it was like an arranged marriage, even though they were childhood friends and stuff. Yeah. Damn. That's shady. Yeah. Right. But apparently of these 21 pairs, 19 of them made it. um So people at the party are all gossiping about Sia and Hian. They're saying that he's pregnant. Sia doesn't help the situation when the person comes over and offers them wine. And she's like, no, he'll have apple juice. And he kind of looks at her and she's like, you know, just in case.
Speaker: um So the beta doctor is there and he's getting really pissed off because he's hearing people talk about them. and of course, he's like hella jealous. um Some girl asks him if he likes Sia. And when he gets all weird about it, I only made note of this because I've never heard this and it's awesome. She asks him if he's a or she's like accuses him of being a bottom beta.
Speaker: exact words. She's like, Oh, you're a bottom beta. Right. Bottom beta. I guess that's a beta who likes alphas. um
Speaker: And then, um,
Speaker: Yeah. um Anyway, so while they're at the party, Hyeon's body gets all sensitive. He's kind of right out of being in heat. He starts grabbing at his nipples and stuff. He's all uncomfortable. So Sia thinks that he's sick. So she calls the doctor right over. um And then she just takes off. She's like, OK, you handle him. And she walks away. um The doctor reveals that he's also the deputy director of the genetic center.
Speaker: um And so he was just kind of like acting stupid with Hyeon, but he's kind of like, yeah, i was really surprised. I didn't know an A-list celebrity was registered in our database. um So then he's just starting to be an asshole. So he asks Hyeon if he knows that Sia and her ex were bonded.
Speaker: And I'm kind of like, who the fuck cares? Bonding doesn't mean anything in this universe. Yeah. um literally because you check a bond like what the fuck yeah yeah you just bond and break it like nothing but um and then the beta doctor tells Hyeon that like he's just a replacement because some people develop an illness while they're grieving their loss after a bond is broken and that's what was happening with Sia and Hyeon didn't actually know that she had that aversion to omegas because she never had it toward him and so she never told him that she was that omegas made her sick hasn't she been like broken up for almost two years now too
Speaker: A few years, yeah, because her ex has a baby and stuff. yeah So this doctor's just being messy. Yeah, well, no, so she's, well, he's just, so she's had that issue for few years. She's basically, she kind shut her whole life down. Yeah. Like, down to she was going to work early. She'd only have video messages with Omegas and stuff like that. So she's just been dealing with it. She was known as Omega Hater.
Speaker: Yeah, she got known as Omega Hater. Yeah, when she wasn't. Okay, wait, so is this doctor, like, the messy doctor? The one that has a crush on her? Yeah, the doctor's mess. He's like, being messy. Yeah. He has a crush on her. He does think that, you know, well, he knows that her husband is lying about something. He's not wrong about that, but he's getting involved because he's messy. But so right now he's just kind of egging him on. But he really did find out that he's not in this genetic database when he's saying that that's.
Speaker: You know, that he's saying that he found her in the database and that's why he went to her, but he's not even in it. um And so apparently the doctor says that the cure to this is marking someone with over a 90 percent compatibility.
Speaker: which they have an 83% compatibility. And I think he's just making that up out of his ass. I don't know. I think he's maybe trying to get him to be like, oh, but we have 83% or something like that. I'm not sure, but he gives them all that trouble. Basically, he's just kind of trying to get him riled up.
Speaker: um And then Sia comes back and interrupts them. um The second she shows up, Hian starts getting all turned on again. he had like calmed down during their, like his conversation without her there. And the second she's there, he's all hot and heavy. um But she just thinks he's not feeling well. So she takes him like parties in a hotel. So she takes him to the hotel room so he can get some rest. Right when they get to the room.
Speaker: And aside from their first time, he's been kind of like baby boy bottom. They get to the room and he shoves her down immediately. He tells her, I'm not tired. I'm just dying to have sex. Um, so she's, they start kind of dirty talking. She gets all like, what do you want me to do to you? And he says, I want you to fuck my brains out, which is what happened to him in the hospital.
Speaker: And then she's like, nah, bro, nah, gonna be gentle. And she's really gentle with him. Um, while they're having sex or afterwards or whatever, she gets deja vu and she kind of feels like she's met him before, but she's like, no, no, I'd remember that.
Speaker: typical um and then she falls asleep and in her dream she dreams about a little boy his eyes are covered and he keeps calling her nuna um he says that he's been waiting for her and waiting for what she has in her hand she opens her hands and she has two sparkly balls he says if um she if she doesn't want to give them both to him he can take just one of them um she asks him why he needs them and he says it's to make a family ah She asks if she can be his family, if she gives them to him. And he says, no, you just need me because I'm your cure.
Speaker: And then this little boy gets all scary looking, like monstrous. And she wakes up.
Speaker: I wonder if the dream means anything. yeah this can be a lot of miscommunication. bits You found the point of the story.
Speaker: um So she wakes up very late the next morning and she sees messages. So Hyeon was supposed to go to the doctor the next morning. She'd set up an appointment. um She had got messages from her doctor that he'd missed his appointment and he's not there.
Speaker: She can't get a hold of him and she can't get hold of his managers. So she ends up calling his like CEO, but just as a reminder, his CEO was like a, um, uh, kind of hot woman that people were saying he was dating. And then the manager is just like a really big dude. I think i think they're both betas, but he's like a big ass dude. And I believe we found out in the first season that they're basically his family since his parents died. Anyways,
Speaker: yeah yeah so she calls the CEO. The CEO says that he's visiting his parents at the Memorial Park and that the manager's with them. And she's actually really pissed off that Sia didn't go with him. Obviously, she didn't know anything about it. It's the anniversary of his parents' death.
Speaker: And the CEO, she's kind of got it out for Sia. And she's like, you know, she's like, if anything happens to him, like, I'm not going to play nice with you. and So she's mad that she didn't go at all. Sia's kind of hurt that, like, he didn't even tell her. she doesn't He never even told her his parents were dead. you know, she found that out from the internet.
Speaker: um And then she gets kind of upset because he texts her that he had to film something last minute for the movie he's been working on. And she knows already that that's not the case. Um, when they get home, they start like talking about rescheduling his appointment.
Speaker: And then she's like, Oh yeah, well I'm off. I'm free tomorrow. So I can take you to your appointment. And he's like, well, if you're free tomorrow, can we go to awesome world instead of going to the doctor? ah Awesome world. No.
Speaker: Um, and then he follows up with, because the tabloids are saying that they're having problems in their marriage. Um, So the next day they go to Awesome World. It's the tip the typical little theme park you see in every manhwa. There's candy. There's probably rides, but they never really show the rides. I've heard that's because artists don't like drawing the rides.
Speaker: um And then right when they get there, they, as usual, run into Sia's ex and he's there with his baby. Sia and her ex are as always really happy to see each other and they start chatting away. um While they're chatting, I don't know why this really surprised me but this was when I found out that Sia's ex has like a male husband.
Speaker: I don't know why i just assumed he like left her for another female alpha but no he's got, they never show him but he's got a husband. um Heon's looking super grumpy because she's sitting there chatting with her ex. um But then the little toddler that's, you know, the ex, the ex's name is Johan. Johan's little baby is just staring at Heon.
Speaker: And the baby's got like really sparkly eyes. And then finally the baby just goes, it smells so cozy, introducing our new cotton scent. And then Hian comes right back at him with, it smells so fresh, introducing our citrus scent.
Speaker: And he and the baby immediately bond because the baby loves the commercials he's in because the commercial has sheep in it. And the baby's wearing like a little sheep hat and stuff. So this baby loves sheep and he immediately loves Hian.
Speaker: Hyeon immediately loves him too. So he takes him to go buy a churro and they become automatic besties. um So while they're gone, Johan, the ex says that Hyeon's a really good guy. They chat about high school and like just, you know, they're kind reminiscing on the past. um Sia asks him if he was okay after they broke their bond.
Speaker: And this is the first time she tells him that she actually got really sick after their bond. And that's why she kept inviting him to parties. It's basically if she went to a party and he showed up, she like knew she could at least get through the party. Um, then she tells him that she kind of resented him. The fact that it seemed like he just seemed ah so unbothered.
Speaker: And, um, but then she also kind of felt like everything was her fault because she marked him when she knew he wasn't the one for her. ah he said that he felt really bad, especially that he just kind of assumed that she was okay because she just always seemed like she was so strong and she just was that person that was always okay.
Speaker: Um, and he did also admit that he was like just so drunk on love, you know, when he found his husband that he didn't even think to check in on her. um And that he said it was his fault because he's the one asked her to mark him.
Speaker: He starts crying. She comforts him. Kind of like, cool, that sounds like ah repeating an unhealthy habit, but okay. um But she she tells him, like, you know, don't feel bad about everything. She's really happy that they grew up together. And she says that he's always been like a brother to her. And that's why she knew they were never a match.
Speaker: So... At that point, Hyeon and the baby come back and Hyeon sees her wiping her ex's tears away. um So he's, you know, he has reasons to be jealous.
Speaker: But yeah, it kind of seems like she's always being like the tough one in her relationships. And then she has these little crybaby boys. When you got a type, you got to type. Right. yes
Speaker: So um the ex makes a comment that Hian looks familiar, but he's like not where it' sure where from. And she's like, well, he's a famous actor, duh. And he's like, no, that's not it. i Never mind. Like, whatever. And so then that's when Sia's like, okay, if he remembers him too, have we like met him before?
Speaker: um So while they're out, someone is taking pictures of them. And we see that this person has a whole gallery full of pictures of Sia and her ex being really close. Which they were.
Speaker: All right. So when they get home, they actually start talking about how much fun they had together. They've never really done anything like that. Sia's then Sia comments that, oh yeah and the tabloids are going to be off of our backs. And then all Hyeon gets all grumpy and sad. And so he's like, ah can we sleep in separate rooms tonight?
Speaker: So he goes off to a separate room. um While they're sleeping in separate rooms, she dreams again about that little boy. The little boy asks her not to marry that Hyeon. And when she wakes up, Hyeon is their asleep and he's clinging to her and he's rubbing okay so he on says that he came into the room because he was half asleep and wasn't thinking um but they decide they're gonna have sex anyway since they're both all riled up um sia does feel really nervous because she doesn't know if there's a baby inside of him or not since he's been kind of avoiding the doctor it seems um but the whole time they're doing it she's being really gentle and she's thinking about how she wants to renegotiate the contract um because she doesn't want to lose him um when the next day on's not really feeling very well
Speaker: That's a little sus. um But he says he's just tired and he has to go to the last day of filming anyway. um i guess they've mostly wrapped the movie, but they have to keep doing little reshoots. don't know. I'm not an actor.
Speaker: Just kidding. I've been an actor. All right. So for whatever reason, Sia still goes to the doctor by herself without him. um And the doctor just straight up tells her like everything he's found out.
Speaker: um He tells her that Hian was not in the database and that whatever paperwork he showed her must have been fake. um He even shows her like and so she's like, oh, he showed me an app.
Speaker: So he pulls out the real app and shows her what it looks like. They actually look kind of similar, but she's like, it's not what it's not what she saw. um But she like immediately gets really defensive. And so she turns on him and she tells him like, hey, I know that the center is really suffering right now. And part of it is because of the bad publicity because of my breakup.
Speaker: And that looked bad on your business. However, my family could actually sue you over the failed engagement because like your company wasn't doing their part and your service failed. So basically leave me.
Speaker: um She says, don't you get in between me and he on or else you're going some legal action. And she walks away, but she's still. Goes to Hion and she confronts him and tells him like, hey, I heard you're not in the database.
Speaker: And so confronted or I think she's like, very straight sorry, I can't talk. She like straight up says like, I know that you lied to me. And so he does what Omegas do. you know what he did? Did he run away?
Speaker: He ran away. um He ran away and she's like, I'm just going to give him a week. He's going to come back on his own. Within that time, the tabloids start going crazy.
Speaker: What's up? You got thoughts?
Speaker: I mean... Yeah, I do, actually. i do have fucking thoughts. Give me a moment. So they didn't respect him having his own bedroom and everything, but him running away, oh, God forbid, will actually give him room?
Speaker: Yeah, I mean... i guess so, but... i Like, he he is not respected at all. I'm sorry. No, but I mean, since she's just straight up like, he's gonna come back, like...
Speaker: You know she's she's confident that he belongs to her now. Anyways, like I said, immediately tabloids jump in. um the tabloids, the the pictures get out of her with her ex. So everyone says that they're split up now because she's back with her ex.
Speaker: Because tabloids going to do what tabloids are going to do. Or maybe there's a little more reason for that. She immediately gets called. So this is within a week. It's been less than a week, only a few days. Her mother calls her in She already has three matches lined up for her.
Speaker: um She like basically tells her also like, you know, and you're so old that like, it's really hard to do. So you better pick one of these right away. um And so she immediately accuses her mother of setting up the tabloids and it does actually make sense. She gives all the reasons, you know, your, her mom's in charge of all that stuff. I don't know. I never looked at the business parts of these things always. fly um But she tells her mom, she does not plan on ending her marriage and her marriage is going to succeed.
Speaker: Um, and yeah, then she begs to just tell her mom like, nah, you're wrong. So a week has gone by. he has not come back. Um, she's reached out to his manager and his guardian and they haven't even heard from him and they're really worried. And they do tell her that like, he hasn't even used his credit card.
Speaker: So they don't know how he's even surviving right now. Um, so Sia goes back to his old apartment where he was living before he moved in with her. She gets all turned on because the apartment faintly smells like his pheromones.
Speaker: And she, of course, jerks off in his bed. um and then while she's all caught up in that, she says that she'll forgive him as long as he comes back. And she falls asleep in his bed at his apartment he's not even living in anymore. And then she like starts using his house. She like wakes up. She makes herself breakfast. She's chilling in his apartment.
Speaker: And then it's now been over a week and she just gets a real pretty casual text from him and he says that he's home. So she goes back to her home and she finds him asleep in her house.
Speaker: um And then she says that she's mad. She gets into the bed with him. She starts cuddling him. She tells him about how she's going to make him pay her compensation because he broke their contract.
Speaker: And she just keeps cuddling and comforting him.
Speaker: The next morning when he wakes up, she has food waiting for him and he just starts eating like crazy. That's not sus or anything. um She kind of asks him, where have you been?
Speaker: right She asks him where he's been, what's been going on He just says he doesn't want to talk and she says he doesn't have to. um Instead, she calls security and tells them to up the security and says that she's going to start working from home and that security needs to surveil her house at all times.
Speaker: So they go for like, I'm not sure, maybe a couple days or something like this. It's just she has her last day at work. She comes home. She sees his bed all cushy. She takes up the blanket and he's got his pillow stuffed under the blanket.
Speaker: So he has disappeared again. ah She immediately calls security. Security says no one has left the building. No one's gone into the building. Like there's no way he left. So she goes running around the house and she finds him asleep, all curled up in her clothing in the closet.
Speaker: Again. He's nesting. Sus. um He has a fever. So she wants him to go to the hospital, but he doesn't want to go. um But he, of course, because for some reason these stories, fevers always make everyone pass out. So he wakes up in the hospital.
Speaker: No, not holding a baby. He wakes up in the hospital and Sia does tell him that his pregnancy test came back positive. um He looks kind of freaked out and nervous. And she asks him, like, aren't you happy?
Speaker: Okay, so he she asks him if he's happy, and he actually tells her the truth. He says that he already knew that he was pregnant at the time she confronted him about his lying, and he ran away because that was the moment when he really realized what he'd done and how serious the situation was. um She asks him if they can make changes to the contract.
Speaker: He's like, yeah, like, obviously you want to terminate the contract. And she says no, she wants to extend it because she needs him in her life. um he asks her, she wants to know why he lied to her.
Speaker: And she actually tells him that she doesn't need to know if he doesn't want to tell her. um But this actually surprisingly upsets him. um And he's like, tells her like, you don't even know who I am.
Speaker: And she's kind of like, that's fine. And he's like, no, like 13 years ago, we met on the soccer field. um We've already knew that she used to play soccer with her ex back in high school.
Speaker: um So he says that like, You know, he's liked her since he first saw her all that time ago. um so I guess we can math about... I wasn't sure exactly how old he was, but it was 13 years ago. I believe he's 25. Yeah,
Speaker: yeah so he was... I can't math. So he's like 13? 12? Okay, that's about what I thought. So he's like 12. Yeah, about 12. That makes sense. All right. um So he basically tells her that, like, he thought all he wanted was a one-night stand with her because he thought that would be enough. But then after they signed their contract, he just kept wanting one more day. So he just kept agreeing to everything she wanted and just kept coming back.
Speaker: um He said he's been in love with her ever since that day, even though he knew back then that she had a fiance. um When he heard years later, you know, through it was in the tabloids and things, he heard about her breakup. and That's when he started going to the parties, hoping that he would see her there.
Speaker: That's when those rumors started that he was you know trying to find an alpha to marry at those parties. um But that's also the same time that she stopped going because that's when she had her aversion to omegas. um So he did that for three years. He kept showing up to those parties.
Speaker: And when he finally saw her after those three years, he totally panicked. And like everyone does when they panic, he told her that he wanted a baby and not a relationship.
Speaker: Because that's what you do after your person you've been pining for for 13 years. You know, you see them and you go, oh, I just want a baby.
Speaker: We cannot relate because we're not omegas. But this is a very omegas thing. True, you know, and maybe maybe maybe they're raised thinking like, oh, we're just here for babies. Actually, I don't think he thought that. We'll slightly get into that more later. But...
Speaker: Um, so he told her though, that he really did want a child and he just really wanted a family of his own. This part's actually really cute. Cause they revealed earlier, you know, that he saw his manager and the CEO of his company. He saw them like his family in that for some reason, I thought this was a really good reveal. They didn't reveal that those two are actually married to each other, their husband and wife, and they have two kids and he like, they took him in and he was part of their little family and he was so happy to be part of that. But he like still wanted him on one of his own.
Speaker: Um, Yeah, he felt accepted by them, but he wanted if he wanted to have a child with someone that he really liked. um So he tells her that he's glad that his wish come came true. Yeah,
Speaker: yeah did he tell her at this part? not sure if he told her, but like he went and he made a wish in a wishing well, you know, that he would. get to be with her or something that might may or may not come up later. um So he tells her that he's happy his wish came true.
Speaker: She asks if he had another wish. And he said that his only other wish, he looks all embarrassed about it, he said his wish would be to hear that she liked him. She starts laughing and she says that his wish is not that difficult.
Speaker: And she tells him that she has feelings for him. She says that her wish already came true because he came back when she wished that he would. then likes that they're in the hospital and they get called in for an ultrasound.
Speaker: So our next scene is they're in bed that night and Hian has ultrasound picture and he's just gushing over the picture. Sia says that she hopes that the baby's cute like him.
Speaker: He says that he hopes the baby's amazing like her. and then she says, well, since we're having twins, I figure one will be like you and one will be like me. They're having twins? They're having twins. Oh my God. That's of course. I feel like, I feel like omegas are like whatever the actual, maybe this is a real thing. And one day I'll feel stupid saying this. I feel like, you know, whatever the actual probability of humans having twins is, I feel like omegas have like at least 10 times that.
Speaker: I can see that. Yeah. um
Speaker: Anyway, so then she falls asleep. And she dreams about back when she was 17 and she was on the soccer field. um She remembers she's having her same dreams. This mysterious little boy shows up.
Speaker: We have no idea who this mysterious little boy could be He, the little boy shows up and he asks her if she's an alpha or an omega. And um she asks if he's asking her because he wants to be an omega or sorry, because he wants to be an alpha too. And he says, no, since she's an alpha, he's going to be an omega. Yeah.
Speaker: And he's going to marry her. and that's what that little, like said, a guess 12 year old boy told her um while they're hanging out in the field. Her cousin lawyer secretary is there and she straight up tells him like, you can't just pick your gender.
Speaker: And he says, oh, here's where it comes up. Sorry. He says, yes, he can, because he threw a coin in the wishing fountain at midnight that night before and he made a wish. So he gets to be an Omega. Um, the cousin, that's when the cousin tells him that he's, she's engaged and his poor little baby face just goes like actual da doom and he runs away.
Speaker: But this little boy keeps showing up every single day. He's following Sia around. He's calling her Nuna. He hugs her as much as he can. um One day her ex, Johan, he's sweet. know if we find out at this point, he's really fucking good at soccer. um He kicks the ball and he accidentally hits the little kid in the face.
Speaker: um And the little kid leaves, but looking like utterly defeated. Like not even just like, oh, I'm embarrassed I got in the face. Like he looks like his life is over and he actually never shows up again. And so Sia never saw that little boy on the soccer field.
Speaker: um And for some reason after that, the ex, her ex asks her if he should just mark him since they're gonna get married anyway. On the soccer field, he's like, yeah, shouldn't you just mark me? Like, we're gonna get married.
Speaker: So that's why they decided to do that. um So she did eventually go looking for that little kid when he stopped showing up. And right when she shows up to like the um youth soccer team, all the other little and like the elementary school kids are all like, why did you jump dump he on?
Speaker: And anyways, he moved away last week. So she dumped him apparently and he moved away. So Sia wakes up from this quote unquote dream. And that's when she realizes that that little boy was he on.
Speaker: umh She's wonder why she never connected the dots before. i'm kind of like, yeah, 12 is really not that young. 13 years really isn't that long, but okay. it's not like she saw this boy once or twice. He was showing up every fucking day to see her.
Speaker: um So she decided that he actually didn't lie to her and that like this whole time and that it was her fault for not remembering him, which kind of was part of his own reasoning, too, was that like he thought she would remember him and then she just didn't.
Speaker: So he just kind of kept going with the motions. She kept going with the motions. But yeah, you called it. It's kind of just been a really long situation of misunderstandings.
Speaker: Whereas really that first time he saw her, he could have been like, hey, do you remember me? Like we met when i was a little kid. This is kind of embarrassing, but like, I'm a famous actor now. Like, let's hang out.
Speaker: To be fair. No, because he's like, I want a baby. Yeah, but that's because he panicked. His panic brain was like, I want a baby. His real brain could have been like, yo, so this is funny. Like, we actually we actually met a really long time ago. It's so embarrassing. I was like a stupid little kid.

Speaker: Anyways, so she tells Hyeon that she, so when they wake up, she tells him that she remembered. And she tells him that the soccer club must been a really great place to meet people because that's where her ex met his husband.
Speaker: His husband was actually like a former national team player. So he was like really, really good at soccer. And he had like an injury. So he's retired. So I guess he met his husband at the same time he's engaged to her.
Speaker: i Oh, you know what? So, no, I think the reason that he asked her to mark him actually was possibly to keep. So first my brain went to, he probably wanted to keep the little kid away from her. Because like he noticed, hey, this kid's hanging around her a lot. Maybe she should mark me.
Speaker: But now I'm kind of wondering if maybe he was trying to keep, like maybe he had interest in his husband, his future husband, and he thought like it would help if he got marked by fiance or something. Yeah, that's what I was thinking more of. If they met in the soccer club. So then Especially because they did end up getting married.
Speaker: Yeah. And all that. So he was basically trying to just move forward because it was a big thing with the families. Yeah. Yeah, I guess so. he So yeah, so he probably wanted to get marked just to try to keep any... and I going to say, a soccer field is kind of... That's...
Speaker: I guess just what this story is about. Everyone met on the soccer field. They all like soccer. They're all good at soccer. but Actually, I don't think... um the baby boy, what's his name? he on I don't think he actually, he was trying to be good at soccer because he was embarrassed by like being on the little kid team when he liked this older women.
Speaker: Um, Anyway, so she asks him why he doesn't call her Nuna anymore. And he says that he doesn't want to because he doesn't want her to see him as that little kid. um He gets all pouty and he doesn't, he says that he can't believe she thinks of him as being a little kid, even though he's pregnant with her twins. um So she, of course, starts coming on to him and asking him to call her Nuna.
Speaker: I've seen this scene a million times, it's sets except it's usually young, not Nuna. Um, And then but then she says that she will have sex with him after the first trimester when it's safer.
Speaker: um He's all embarrassed about the whole situation. They don't have sex. um So then they actually go and get their actual compatibility test. and This whole time they've been going off thinking that they've been 83%. I think this actually comes up later, but we actually find out that he had actually put their names into one of those stupid little like, just like kid tests, like, oh, put in the name of your crush and we'll give you your compatibility. Yeah, he did one of those. And that's what he had shown her.
Speaker: And she fell for it. And she fell for it. But they did show both screens. They looked surprisingly similar. um The doctor did call her out on that. He's kind of like, you're so smart and so thorough and you really didn't like look into it. And that's when she's like, oh, no, he just showed me an app. Like i didn't see paperwork.
Speaker: Anyways, they got their actual compatibility. Do you know what their actual compatibility is? It's going to be high, isn't it? Like almost 100 percent, probably not 100 percent, probably like a 98 or something.
Speaker: You're really close. It was a 95 percent, which is apparently like unheard of. Wow. Yeah. I mean, guess physically they're compatible, but they're kind of dumb. Would the baby in the belly be impacting this test? there's the The babies? yeah Oh, yeah. The babies. I'm sorry. Plus like five extra percent for every extra baby in the body. Yeah. of Right. They're like, you must be compatible. You literally have twins inside.
Speaker: and So then we actually find out that the Dr. Beta was, quote unquote, forced to go on vacation by his father, who's the one who runs that whole company. um So he basically got put on probation or whatever. He got in trouble for conducting a trial without consent.
Speaker: So he actually got in trouble for stealing our Omega's blood. So that was nice, at least. It's nice to see this, like, incel actually get what's coming to him. Um, this part is not important and it's so important to me. Hyeon's nice and pregnant and Sia brings him a Korean corn dog and a coffee because he says that that's all that he needed. And like, I really felt that. You know, sometimes you just need a Korean corn dog and a coffee.
Speaker: And then my favorite part is like the way this Korean corn dog looked. It looked, it doesn't look like a real corn dog, but it looks like it was cut and pasted from somewhere else. Like almost like CGI or something. It looked ridiculous. And I wanted it. was thinking phallic. Yeah.
Speaker: No, no, it just looked silly. It looked like a sticker. Some like stupid graphics. And I'm just really, really, at the time I was reading this, I really fucking wanted a Korean corn dog. So it looked stupid and amazing at the same time.
Speaker: You know, I got to focus on these stupid things. I think I have the picture. Listen, Korean corn dog, please. And that sounds great right now. That sounds so good. was going to say I haven't had one in a while, but that's not true. Our editor will call me out because I had one a couple of weeks ago.
Speaker: That's a while. It's not recent enough. um Anyways, moving on from the corndog. um He said that that's what he was craving. Of course, everything keeps coming back to this now. This part gets a little annoying.
Speaker: I'll be honest, I've actually really i really enjoyed the second season a lot more than I enjoyed the first season. um But there are kind of stupid things like, I'm annoyed everything keeps coming back to this now. So he said he was craving the corndog and the coffee because that's what he saw Sia and her soccer friends having every single day when they were in high school.
Speaker: So... yeah
Speaker: we can have a body very decaf right um so she did say are you supposed having coffee and he said the doctor said he could have one cup a day but like feel like when you buy coffee that's like oh as i say it's more than a cup but i'm thinking american portions not korean portions he's fine okay he's fine no even a small coffee is a lot of caffeine I don't know. I don't know shit about being pregnant.
Speaker: Don't let my C-section scar confuse you. don't either, but do know shit about caffeine in pregnancy. or True. I guess that is your area of expertise. Well, not pregnancy. move I'll pursue that in a knee calf. Okay. He's fine. Okay. He and the babies are fine. In fact, we'll get to it. They have one of the cleanest births I've ever seen.
Speaker: Sorry, I skipped. Anyways, after the first trimester, the doctor tells them that they're fine to have sex. They're like, OK, be careful. they give him some rules, whatever. um he on then gets really insecure because they haven't had sex in a long time. um So he's like all insecure because he's showing more because he has twins and stuff. um But he's super determined to fuck that night.
Speaker: um Then right when they get home, this boy who is determined to fuck, he falls asleep while Sia is reading the babies a bedtime story. um In the middle of the night, he gets up to go to the bathroom and he realizes he can't find Sia.
Speaker: He like acknowledges that his hormones are going crazy. So he immediately imagines that she's off cheating and his brain goes crazy. And then he finds her in the shower, but she is in her PJs.
Speaker: You can guess what she's doing in the shower, right? yeah she Yeah, she's groaning loudly. So he actually thinks that she's dying because, again, his hormones are just going nuts. He's like, worst case scenario, he's like, oh, my God, she's going to die. So he runs into the shower afterwards.
Speaker: And, of course, he finds her jerking off in the shower. um He offers to give her a handy or a blowy. And she gets all mad and she tells him to leave.
Speaker: So he, of course, gets all offended and he asks her if it's because his stomach's showing or if it's because his face is getting all dry and ugly from being pregnant. And she says, no, she won't have sex with him until they have birth because she doesn't want to risk hurting him, even though the doctor said it's okay.
Speaker: um he starts crying because he wants to have sex and he waited so long and then he's just so emotional about this that in that moment he reveals that she was his first and that he's really upset because she's had sex with her ex and he's never had sex with anyone um she's really surprised to find out that she was his first because you know he's a famous actor he's you know he was on that alpha scene for a little minute there um but then sh this is a little more surprising she reveals to him that he was actually her first too um And he's like, what? Like, but you were engaged. You were bonded to someone. And she says, no, she only bit Johan because he asked her to And she said, like, she never wanted to sleep with him. Like, she had zero sexual attraction to him.
Speaker: um So I guess that checks out and kind of, i guess, explains why she wasn't, like, upset about the breakup. She was more upset about, like, how it feeling sick and about, like, just all the consequences afterwards.
Speaker: Makes sense on why she let her poor bottom get dehydrated.
Speaker: cause she Oh, because she didn't really know what to do? Yeah! yeah yeah she's never Yeah. She's literally like... that And she was like... I can't math. 17. She's like 30.
Speaker: Yeah, she's like 30 and she's never had sex. And she's an alpha, so she's just going nuts every time. Yeah. Because we've read enough stories where there forks and waters down the Keep up. she She gave him oat milk.
Speaker: On the fourth day. Okay? On the fourth day. On the fourth day, he was given oat milk. um Anyways, um...
Speaker: He asks the babies if he should trust their mother on this. You know, if she's really telling the truth. This is where we find out the baby's nicknames are Gem and Pearl. I thought that was cute.
Speaker: Their little belly nicknames. Yes.
Speaker: It's interesting that they're calling Sia the mother. No. um Did I say something weird? He asks the baby. So Hian asks his little babies in his tummy. He's like, should we forgive your mother? Should we trust her?
Speaker: that she That she really didn't have sex with her ex. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. that they're that They're saying Sia's the mother. yo Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, no, they they do say that.
Speaker: Sorry, I was like, no, no, she's the mother. Yeah, they do say that in this way. yep And I kept like watching for that. they And actually, i don't really think about... Oh, yeah, no.
Speaker: I was about to say there aren't same sex couples, so I don't know if what they do, but no, Sia's ex, he has a husband and we don't actually, i yeah, the kids later on we see that his his kid calls him Dada or Daddy and he refers to the his partner as the father too. So huh I think they, yeah, I think they just use it the way we do.
Speaker: Okay. Yeah, I didn't even think about that. I'm like, yeah, of course he's the father. Or she's the mother. Anyways, the baby's nicknames are Jem and Pearl. It doesn't matter, but I thought those were cute ones. i always like their little like pregnancy nicknames.
Speaker: um I always wonder like if that would or will become like a trend in the US. Because i don't think people really do that here. no But maybe we're more like, I don't know.
Speaker: think maybe we're more likely here to um like just find out the gender and people use names. I don't know, if I always think that the little nicknames are cute. um It's interesting because we always call the baby It.
Speaker: Oh, what do you call it? What's its name? What's its name? Not really. I've never called a baby It. Oh, maybe it's thing where I live. I'm always like, I don't know.
Speaker: and I try not to be around real babies too much. I like Omegaverse babies. Real Anyway, so they go back to bed and he insists on having sex with her, but he tells her it's okay. We have sex without you putting it in.
Speaker: So they have nice, gentle thigh fucking. I'm not sure why they both wear condoms for the thigh fucking. Um, but they both fall asleep like super happy. They're doing the whole like, you know, just thinking about how happy they are with their thigh fucking with condoms on.
Speaker: um So now we jump to four months later, Sia is wrapping up a meeting. And actually before her meeting, she gets word that Hyeon is in labor. She takes care of her meeting. She's staying all chill.
Speaker: Um, but then she gets word after the meeting that he's having trouble breathing. So that's when she kind of freaks out and she gets to the hospital. Um, when she gets there, he's already had an epidural and he is doing fine.
Speaker: Like he is like, ah, all happy. um The CEO and his manager are both there. The CEO is all mad that Sia took so long to get there. She's never going to be good enough for her not son.
Speaker: um And then the surprising one is Sia's mother shows up. And when they're kind of like what are you doing here? And they're, of course, kind of scared because she's never been anything but trouble. She straight up says that she wouldn't miss the birth of her grandchildren.
Speaker: So the babies are born and they're fucking hideous. They are long and skinny and they've got clamps on their cords and like their hair is like part of their heads.
Speaker: And they're so fucking ugly. I was pretty upset. It's okay. We keep going. um We didn't see the birth happen. However, it's really obvious with what was going on that he straight up pushed them out of his butt hole.
Speaker: I don't know that I've experienced that yet in my own reading. Like, almost all of mine have at least- like, they've done the wake up and have a baby in their arms and then later they have like, a c-section scar.
Speaker: For Omegaverse, yeah. and I read others, but- Yeah, like said, they didn't show him pushing them out, but they- it was very obvious that he did. Um...
Speaker: Anyways, he's first really upset and he tells Sia that he didn't know it was going to be that painful and he doesn't know why he wanted a child in the first place and he's all grumpy. But then, of course, they hand both of the babies to him and he says that they're all pruney that they look like Sia. And I'm like, if I was Sia, I'd be like those fucking pruney ass bitches do not look like me.
Speaker: and then I feel like with every single panel, they keep getting uglier and uglier and I cannot concentrate on this happy little family because these babies are so ugly. Like they're skinny.
Speaker: But luckily we'll continue on from there. um They're dehydrated, okay? Right? They're fucking dehydrated. They've they've had a journey. I know twins are usually smaller too. I guess I can forgive them.
Speaker: They just came out of a b-hole. Maybe that's how they look when they squeeze out of a b-hole. They're like more dirt shamed.
Speaker: Anyways, Pion asks Sia if they're going to have a wedding. She says, yes, they have to have a wedding because they've added a clause to their contract that includes a wedding and a honeymoon.
Speaker: um And then they start talking about the baby's futures and them going to school and all of this. And then they're like, you know what? let's Let's not have any more clauses. Let's get rid of this whole stupid contract and let's just raise our babies with a nice clean slate.
Speaker: And so they finally, they should have done this a while ago, just get rid of the contract. and decide to be a normal couple.
Speaker: So we fast forward to one year later and thank God the babies are so fucking cute. Like they went from being the ugliest little turd prunes to being really fucking cute.
Speaker: Like I'm kind of surprised they haven't been in my algorithm, but now I'm kind of like, you know what? They probably have been. And I probably didn't recognize them as Omegaverse babies because they have a mother and a father. I didn't know they came out that big old.
Speaker: Yeah. um So there's a little boy. he has Sia's face. He looks grumpy. And then but he has um lighter hair like his dad. and then a little girl. And she has Hian's face. She has bigger eyes. And looks she looks happier. She also looks like she doesn't really have brain cells. And she's got darker hair like her mom.
Speaker: um So now we're at the wedding. Both of them are wearing like suits, which I thought was really cute. Sia's is kind of like a pantsuit thing. They're both in mostly white, but she's like a black jacket.
Speaker: Their outfits look really cute. Sia's hair looks really bad. She usually has like long, like kind of fluffy hair. She had it in this like a low ponytail and like it looked thin.
Speaker: I was upset about that. Her outfit was on point. um And then they reveal that it's also the baby's first birthday. So this is a wedding and a birthday. Yeah, on their wedding. It's a wedding and a birthday party.
Speaker: Okay. yeah And that's actually how it ends. We do have side stories, but how are you feeling about a real ending? Well, we'll get to side stories.
Speaker: I mean, at least they have a wedding. Because normally that's like maybe a side story whisper. Yeah, yeah. So yeah, no I thought it wrapped up well. Like I said, I actually did enjoy the second season a lot more. There's a lot of like cliches and things like it's this isn't going to go down in history my favorites, but I'm actually kind of fond of it. um very lean Exactly. That's what I wanted to bring up. I guess I'll bring that up up more at the very end. But overall, I like the story. I thought it was cute. I thought like I like when the the endings wrap up and like they're a real ending.
Speaker: So we're going to get to the side stories. They're interesting. There's only two. However, they're both pretty long. I'm going to be honest. The first one, i just skimmed it because it is side story cliche that I hate.
Speaker: Can you guess what side story cliche it is? I can give a hint if you want a hint. yeah What's your hint? It's an AU. oh Never mind.
Speaker: ki we I was going to say pass. Pass? Okay. What is it? It's like an old timey AU. like Yeah. I know you. Not my thing anyways. I don't like the side stories where it's like, hey, we're just going to throw kind of the whole story in a really quick rushed thing and call it an AU.
Speaker: I don't like that. Like I said, I barely skimmed it. I won't talk about it too much. It looks like it was something like I did find the and ending interesting, but Looks like basically he's like an actor in a circus or a traveling show and she was like a royalty or something like that. They weren't supposed to be together. don't know. He locked himself away in the woods and while he was in heat, whatever, whatever. However, I did find, i only really read the ending. The ending was interesting because it actually, you can say it ties into the main story. So it ends with him in labor.
Speaker: um trying to give birth to these twins. I don't know what's going on They're telling each other that they don't love each other. He's saying he doesn't want babies anyway. The babies die.
Speaker: And then he's, yeah. And he's kind of saying like, well, they would have been trouble anyways. I just want to live. I don't know. Her mom's somehow involved too. And he dies too. So he and the babies all die.
Speaker: And she makes a wish that in every other life that they have, that if he's a dog, she wants to be a cat so that she'll avoid him. And she never wants to see him again because she never wants to cause him pain again.
Speaker: And it kind of goes through like different lives. And then it ends up in modern day and that he does find her again. So they're kind of suggesting maybe this maybe really happened.
Speaker: Like I said, I can't give you details. I i hate that kind of side story. Yeah. We get a second side story that I have super mixed feelings on.
Speaker: um Okay, i'll I'll say, so the way I like stories to go, I've probably talked about it before, I like when the actual story itself has a great ending, and then the side story just gives you that bonus material, you know, just your family being cute, whatever, no more plot.
Speaker: So we kind of get that in this one, however, and I have no notes on this, so sorry if I fuck it up, but i don't love, so it starts off with them being in the cute family, and something brings up a memory with Hyeon,
Speaker: So it basically goes back. So the first half of it goes back and pretty much tells the story from the beginning from his point of view. I mostly could have done without that.
Speaker: um We learned some more things. It is sad because he's like was really close to his parents. um So we kind of get more of him with his parents and how they supported him on his stupid crush on this older girl. and his dad went with him to like throw a coin in the fountain. However, when they found out like that she had a fiance, they are very much like, Oh, she wasn't the one, but you'll find the one and all of that.
Speaker: um we find out that like he, so he, you know, he got hit in the face with the ball and that was the last time she saw him. So he went home like upset, but, and then when he got home, his parents were like packing up to move and he didn't know they were moving. So he was super upset.
Speaker: So he like got a fever and passed out. They took him to the hospital. It turned out he was going to the heat for the first time. And so that's when they found out he was an Omega. Yeah. And so he was super happy. He's an Omega, but then leaving the hospital, um hi you know, his parents tell him like, okay, but we moved. So we have to go to our new house. It's far away.
Speaker: And then he actually finds out that Sia and Johan both. And I think we did know this at some point, they actually both went abroad to study and they both studied in the U S. So he finds out he's moving far away from her. She's going out of the country anyway. um He went shopping with his mom and his like the CEO of hit the company, you know, what becomes his company.
Speaker: And this so, you know, he's like 12, he's, he's walking around there being like, I'm an adult now I'm an Omega. He's all happy, but she sees him and she actually confronts him and she's like, Hey, like I, you know, I have a company. I do you want to be an actor. And he straight up goes, no, it walks away.
Speaker: and But she's like, okay, well take my card in case you didn't change your mind, whatever. And then, so then that later it when he finds out that Sia and Johan have gone to, are in Los Angeles and,
Speaker: He's kind of like, okay, well, if i become an actor, maybe I can go film there. Or at the very least, like she has to see me and she has to remember who I am. So he actually became an actor to get her attention basically. And so we find out ah when he's, so when he's 20, he finally gets a role in Hollywood and he's really excited and he gets on the plane to go.
Speaker: And that's when he gets word that his parents died. So he never went to LA. He went into a depression after his parents died. And that's kind of where our story led us. um So long story short, sad that is sad. it was, I guess, okay to get some of those details. It was really long. i really didn't need most of the details. um Yeah, I feel like there were like kind of a few kind of cute things in there or whatever, but I didn't need it. It was in the main story.
Speaker: it was, yeah, but that's not where the story ends. So it goes it goes straight on through. it goes right into him getting married. um i think it gives a little more of his point of view on some things.
Speaker: whatever, and it goes into them having the kids. And then it goes into the story that I want, even it's the same story. And the whole family goes on vacation together. And they go to, like, a resort.
Speaker: However, it's raining like hell. And it's really cute because we get the kids' personalities. Okay, I want to see if you can guess the kids' names. So they're twins. They have a boy and a girl.
Speaker: The parents' names are Hyeon and Sia. What are the kids' names? It's Is one gonna be like Shion? Shion, yeah.
Speaker: And then something that rhymes with Sia. Hia.
Speaker: The kids are... Sion and Hia.
Speaker: but they're fucking adorable. they very much theyve Their personalities are really opposite. So Hia, the little girl, like I said, she has her dad's face. So she's got big eyes. She's usually happy. She's always chill.
Speaker: um She just goes with the flow. She's got big dumb eyes. Doesn't look like she has a lot of brain cells. ah She's got her mom's dark hair. She's always chill. And then the brother, Sion, he's got his mom's grumpy eyes, but he is just drama. He's extreme in like all of his emotions. He's laughing and having the best time he's crying and complaining and he's loud and all of that they're super cute they're really upset that they're stuck inside the house or inside the resort whatever um they do eventually go into the pool because it's heated um even though it's raining and they're having fun in the pool he on's kind of confused that no one's there because like me it's just because it's raining someone one does show up and can you guess who shows up
Speaker: Is it the ex? It's the ex. The doctor. Okay. The ex. The ex. He shows up with his little boy who's now like more of a kid, less of a toddler. And the kid is still just absolutely obsessed with his uncle, Hian. And he runs straight to him.
Speaker: And then the baby boy, Sian, he gets really jealous and he actually hits the other kid because he doesn't like him hanging on his daddy. This little boy has big emotions. um But yeah, they all hang out. And then like later on like Sian's being really like jealous and stuff.
Speaker: Like he is. And then they all go back. And then the ex, Johan, he like insists on watching all of the kids and insists that those two go out on a date together. And they just go sit out like by the water. It's nighttime now, but like it's actually finally not raining and stuff. And then Hyeon actually like breaks down and starts crying.
Speaker: And Sia thinks it's because he's jealous of Johan. But thought this part was really kind of sad and sweet. He like tells her like, no, it's because I feel anxious. And nervous all the time. 100, like every single day, I feel so anxious because I just think that I have to spend one second away from my children and away from you. Like, I think something bad is going to happen.
Speaker: And it's kind of sad. Like he has this trauma about his parents and like, you know, it shows when he has to go work on a film and the kids are crying and they don't want him to leave and how like it actually breaks his heart. And he's like worried he's never going to see those kids again. And then he talks about like Sia goes off on like a business trip and when she's on a plane and all he can think about is like her plane crashing and stuff. um So she basically just tells him like, she's so sorry that he had these worries and she didn't know, but that like, they're going be okay because they have, you know, each other and she's got him and,
Speaker: you know, basically tells him everything's going to be fine. But she does say, but like, and so I guess he's been kind of avoiding letting people watch the kids and stuff. um The crazy part is her mother, who was like evil, has been like the best grandmother and stuff. So she was like, I do want to ask, you know, that we do let my grand my mom watch the kids more so that we can spend time together. And she like brings up that like, hey, we've, we did everything backwards. So we've never really had time to date. So I like, if we can date,
Speaker: And he did say yes to that. And like, oh, I want to date you for the rest of my life and all that. And yeah, they eventually go back and ah they do find out that actually, so they've, we find out that Sia rented the whole entire resort.
Speaker: So that's why no one else was there. And that the mother actually sent the ex to go so that he would watch the kids and try to give them a break. And he just always said, have we ever? Yeah.
Speaker: I was going to ask him I've ever met his ah husband. da never He's like, oh, he's going to come tomorrow. But then like he didn't. And then they like go to the airport and he says his husband's waiting somewhere. They never show his husband.
Speaker: Especially for how madly in love they are. Yeah, they're so in love. And I don't know why they never show the husband. like Even a hand would have been helpful or something. Something. i want to know what he looked like. i also, I don't think we saw any male alphas in this story. Like, I want to see what they look like.
Speaker: um except everyone I saw it was interesting because there really wasn't too much distinction between all of like the genders um especially like Sia her ex he was a little bit shorter than her and then her current husband he's like just slightly taller than her but they're all like really close in size and the beta was male he was quite a bit not he was a bit taller than everyone but not like he wasn't like massive or anything was interesting Yeah, so.
Speaker: Disappointed. Yeah, me too. i will look Okay, I'm getting invested in him now. I actually, I like the ex. I think he's a sweetheart. And I want to meet his husband. been His kid was really cute. um All their kids, I think it's cute. All their kids were close.
Speaker: When they're kids, not newborns. Yeah, I guess I should throw in that they did, when they went back to the room, um the kids were asleep. So they did have sex on the vacation. But, like, it felt like the all they talked about the whole time, they had sex on the couch because the kids were in the bed. And it felt like all they talked about was, like, we're going wake the kids up. We're going to wake the kids up.
Speaker: And then they talk about maybe making a third one, but not right now.
Speaker: Yeah, so that was one night only. Thoughts?
Speaker: I'm just upset we didn't meet the husband. That's it. That's what's going to... No, I was actually, by the end, especially because it was a side story. It's like, oh side story, that's a great time for us to finally see this husband. Oh, husband.
Speaker: Like, i don't know if they're like, don't want us to be like, oh, he chose him over Sia or something, but like. Yeah. Or like demanding like, oh, we need BL out of it now or something. I would have loved a BL side story out of it.
Speaker: Yeah. Yeah. Overall, that was more enjoyable than, I said, the queen. That wasn't hard. Lots of miscommunication. i That's like one of my, like, that's a trope I'm not the biggest fan of either. Yeah.
Speaker: Same here. Yeah, that's that was my biggest downfall for this one. It was just lack of communication. um Kind of was. I think I talked about this on the last episode. Like, there's so much buildup about how mysterious Heon is. And I'm like, whatever he did wrong is probably not as bad as we think it is.
Speaker: Yeah, it kind of wasn't like, yeah, it was bad. He lied. But like the reason was stupid. He wasn't, you know, part of something bigger or nefarious, which I knew it. I knew it would be something simple like that. And I'm going to say it right now, listening to this makes me realize how much I really hate that. Oh, we met once or like we met in the past as like babies. Yeah.
Speaker: Yeah. It's kind of was a lot of tropes I don't like. The whole thing was kind of tropes. So, but I did overall enjoy it. i eventually grew to like the characters.
Speaker: I felt it took until season two for them to actually have character for me, like on both of their parts. um So yeah, like I said, I liked it. I'll say like, yeah, it was fine. I enjoyed it enough, but it's not a favorite. It's not going on any lists.
Speaker: i We didn't get an actual beta bestie. Yeah, no no beta bestie. Yeah, because they mostly... Oh, you know what? I left out some interesting things, I guess. um In like when we found out more from the side story about what happened. So yeah, this apparently hanging out with someone or being around someone can actually impact what you become.
Speaker: So that's... Yeah, so the fact that Hyeon wanted to be an Omega, that's why every day he was hugging Sia, and he kept clinging to her physically, because he wanted that to make him an Omega. And apparently there's, like, actually, that that can be a thing.
Speaker: And so, like, when them having, like, the little kids kind of paired up together, there's, like, they probably do turn out that certain way.
Speaker: This Omega Wars is fucked. it like It's not going in our 102. No, no. This one, yeah. If if I see any of this stuff repeat, then I'll be like, hmm.
Speaker: But yeah, there was a lot of interesting stuff. I also even left out stuff about how the center, the genetic center, they like created ways that can improve your compatibility.
Speaker: um There was also, when Hian was a little boy, he mentioned there's like a juice you could drink that's going to like... make you more like so i feel like in this universe i feel like in most of the universes you're born a certain way you might not know what that is until it comes out but this one sounds like you present like doesn't develop actually until you present and that it's can be influenced whack yeah i kind of did like that part was getting all this different kind of weird lore and stuff um but yeah overall it was just
Speaker: was a kind of weak story. I would have liked more. At least it got better than our last female alpha, male omega.
Speaker: But not much better. Not too. Okay, I hated the other one. somewhat enjoyed this one, so I'm going to say this one is much better, but the bar was low. Give me a so ranking from 1 to 10. Ugh.

Speaker: It's a story. So it's not it. I guess it's not it. Yeah, that's fair. but it's not like, oh my God, this is not it It's like, oh, I guess that's not it. We could have given more points if we saw that alpha husband. I'm just saying. I think the alpha husband would have given more points. If I actually saw those babies come out of that b-hole, think that would have helped.
Speaker: It was interesting we said the epidural. I'm like, oh. Yeah, got an epidural. was That was interesting. Yeah, he was... um So apparently when he couldn't breathe, it was because of his, like, couldn tra contraptions. That's awful. work Oh. I'm so bad with babies. Because he's getting dilated. What's that word? Contraptions.
Speaker: contractions. His contractions were making it so he could agree. So. And they actually mentioned that he was barely dilated at that point. So his little Beagle was barely dilated. And so that's when they gave him that pectoral and he was fine.
Speaker: Until after. Then he was That'd be so uncomfortable with the little Beagle going. Right? I want to see Show me the Beagle. They're so close. But like I said, maybe that's why they had little long skinny turd babies.
