It is very easy to get caught up in events that make up our lives and almost forget that most of the difficulties we are faced with are only as stressful as we make them be.

Reasons Not to Take Life So Seriously [ARCHIVE]

I know I'm not that old, but with the standards of Hollywood and society, 25 is old enough. Here I'm talking about how many times over the years I was called older than I was because of the way I looked on social media and in real life.

This is How Society Portrays Age [ARCHIVE]

NYC, the place everyone wants to be in. Here are some of my honest thoughts. I'm talking about my experience with transportation, nightlife, and most importantly the lifestyle that everyone seems to have here.

Is New York City the place to be [ARCHIVE]

It's that wonderful time of the year. I mean it's getting there. This past weekend it was Turkey Day now we are going to have a countdown to Christmas then New Year and just like that 2020 will be over. Every year holidays bring some sort of stress and depression and this year it's way worse due to the pandemic. So in this episode, I wanted to open up to tell you guys that you are not alone, pretty much everyone is in the same boat. Let's clear our minds together.

How Holidays Affect Our Mental Health [ARCHIVE]

Burnout feels different for everyone so I thought I could share my experience of burnout as a creator.  I think sometimes we hit a hall without even realizing then start pondering what's really going on with us and why nothing doesn't feel the same..

What Burnout Feels Like

Yes, I said it I know. There are so many reasons why we romanticize certain things it could be a place, people list goes on. There was this trend on TikTok about how "You need to stop_____" fill in the blanks with some of the things you do that you know its not good for you and for your mental health. So I mentioned New York City and people came for me I mean they really came for me seriously.

Here's Why You Need To Stop Romanticizing Things [ARCHIVE]

Sometimes it feels like social media is our real life because it is so integrated with almost everything we do, but where do we draw the line and find our true selves?

Live In The Moment, Not On Social Media [ARCHIVE]

Traveling is fun and exciting, but it can also affect us severely both physically and mentally. I think we always have a certain expectation for our travels and some do deliver that and some don't, but what happens afterward. That's what I want to talk about in today's episode.

Post-Travel Blues: Coping with Mental Health Challenges After a Travel

I literally have been dying to talk about this for a hot minute since all I see nowadays on social media is everyone talking about how many times we need to be posting to get our point across or have more eyeballs on our posts, but is that doable? What happened to quality? Is posting 5-10 pieces of content a day possible while keeping the same quality? Where does the line end and when do we realize we are posting it for the sake of posting? Please subscribe and leave a review on audio platforms as well :)  Apple Podcasts: http://apple.co/2TF3VnS Spotify:  https://spoti.fi/2AfNQia Google Podcasts: https://bit.ly/3pmXw09 Amazon: https://amzn.to/2FKeu5X Follow the podcast: @wildandbasic on IG or "Wild & Basic Podcast" on YouTube

Posting Just For The Sake Of Posting [ARCHIVE]

In this episode, I'm talking about what is it like to be an ambivert. I think lots of time people think it's just 50/50 but it actually comes in waves. Some days or months even I feel extrovert and other days or months very much introvert. It truly is a journey and I thought it would be interesting to share.
