We dig into how beauty has been poisoning people for centuries, then bring it into the present with looksmaxxing, bone smashing, and the new horror of AI dysmorphia — patients bringing AI-edited selfies to plastic surgeons and asking to look like a face that was never real.

Then two films that put "beauty is terrifying" into practice:
