"The number one way to improve your marketing, to improve the way you actually show up is to continuously show up. And it requires that at the beginning. You're never going to get to your vision unless you start showing up."

" One of the most important things we can have that will support us in our writing is an endless thirst for curiosity. Reflection. I think the most powerful way to show up is to be endlessly like asking ourselves bigger questions. Not in a way to victimize ourselves, but to learn.

~ Rickilee Walls

Today on the podcast, we have my dear friend, copy mentor, and creative collaborator (I work with her as part of her agency team on special copy and graphic design projects inside her agency), and founder of Eloq Copywriting Agency - Rickilee Walls.

Rickilee is a herbalist turned avid creator and writer. Listen in to follow her journey of entrepreneurship and thought leadership.

She is an innovative marketing expert, a powerful storyteller, an avid adventurer, alongside her partner Scott Prowse and recently, a proud mama to the beautiful baby Tekarra Rose.  She lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

In this episode, we talk all about marketing, leadership, artistry in your self-expression. We explore how to identify your core message - on a macro and micro level. We ask thought provoking questions such as:

What does your brand stand for?

What do you stand for?

Cultivating a curiosity and reflection practice: Do you create time to reflect as a leader - quiet time as integral for your creativity to thrive without being plugged into the noise.

And identifying the golden thread between all your life experiences to carve a strong, powerful, and authentic personal brand that showcases who you are online and offline.

7. God-led Business Series - Day 1

“You don't necessarily master the wobble, you master YOUR energy around it. You move through it quicker each time.”

“Dear Coach, we're here to tell you that as service providers, we actually are part of the foundation of your business... We love what you do and you bring an important service to the world, and so do we.”

We are back with some fiery, real-talk, truth tea, whatever you want to call it — All nuggets of wisdom dropped on E6. of ElixSeer Radio 🎙

Today I want to introduce you to my dear friend, my biz bestie/hypewoman, and of course, ElixSeer Media Co's Operation Ninja. Say hello to the feisty, systems Queen, and badass entrepreneur, June Chang. [https://www.instagram.com/junejchang/]

June is a 2/4 manifesting generator in human design, a mama of 2 beautiful girls, and CEO of Leviosa Marketing [https://www.instagram.com/leviosamarketing/] (yes, leviosa inspired by Hermione Granger from Harry Potter). She believes in working your ASS (Ads, Systems, Strategy) off and living a life of time and financial freedom.

In this episode, we delve deep into the truths about what it takes to sustain, build, and scale a business:

- The power of company/ team/ client culture matters. Your people dynamics matter. Honor the human, and take radical ownership for who you are and how you show up and what you want from life.

- Transitioning from employee mindset to CEO mindset as a DFY Service Provider. What this looks like. How you can protect yourself and your business with clear communication, boundaries, and contracts. And yes, there's a walk away clause.

6. Shifting From Employee to CEO Mindset as a DFY Service Provider ft. June Chang

It’s been a while since I went live (2 years 😅), and approximately 5 months since I did a solo episode here on the podcast, so I went ALL out! ✌🏼

Tune in, let me know what most resonates, what your biggest life and business takeaway is!

⚡️ A word on 2022 and the dismantling (also talked about on episode 1 of the podcast - link in bio)

⚡️ The evolution of Warrior Life to ElixSeer - how it came about. What I/We as a company stand for.

⚡️ The return home to God over and over again.

⚡️ The cleansing of old templates, misalignment in life, self, business.

⚡️ What I've witnessed in the industry as a DFY provider and how we as ElixSeer will be paving our own way for this through radical candor, transparency, vulnerability. Owning your mastery and stepping out of the employee mindset and into CEO mode.

⚡️ Duality of holding loss and expansion in the same hour.

⚡️ God's grace through the deepest losses (navigating my miscarriage at the end of February 2023) and anchoring into peace and surrender - trusting that everything is happening in His plan. Allowing for that refinement. Returning to the original mission.

⚡️ Birthing @godledthemovement [https://www.instagram.com/godledthemovement/] - a thought leadership revolution for DFY providers (and mentors/ coaches).

⚡️ Allowing myself to release generational and lineage templates around boundaries, people pleasing, equity as a WOC and service provider.

⚡️ Stepping into your anointment and mantle. No longer hiding.

⚡️ How to work with me privately and ways to work with us as your Creative Team:
- VIP Copy Days and VIP Copy × Content Months
- Fullscale Creative Direction with me and our team of specialists
- Brand and Website Development
- Brand Expansions (photography, videography, and more)

⚡️ Stepping into your anointment and mantle. No longer hiding.

⚡️ Walking into the God-led doors opening for you - more speaking engagements

⚡️What's coming through ElixSeer
- November 2023 Brunch/ Open house (details TBA), 2024 Retreat and Conference.
- SANCTIFIED Mastermind.

5. Growth requires you to step into your anointment

"We are these innate, beautiful, infinite, all-knowing souls who are choosing to have a human experience at this time."

"The Divine Feminine has already risen. And she's calling out to the women, to rise in their power."

"The new paradigm of feminine leadership paired with human design will change the face of leadership forever. Because human design and gene keys helps us see ourselves and each other for the truth of who we are. So if you can imagine a stage full of women full of spotlights, every woman has a spotlight. We're all in our sovereignty, leading together, and simultaneously we have the humility and the humbleness to sit down in the front row and give that one woman the stage and her spotlight. And we listen and we learn and we celebrate and we love because the amount that we do that and be that and give that for that woman that returns to us, and then it gets to be our turn to do that. That is how I see. Feminine leadership and human design."

This week on the podcast, we have my dear friend, client, and revolutionary entrepreneur, Peta Bastian. She is the founder of The DIVA Revolution - a movement of fully expressed feminine leaders.

As a Mentor & Teacher, Peta is the creator of The DIVA Codes™ Certification, a practitioner training in Human Design & Gene Keys to refine your craft and deepen your client results.

Peta has been leading, training and coaching women worldwide on facilitating deep spaces of connection and change for over 8 years.

She is also the author of DIVA Leader By Design - Human Design for Feminine Leaders, which guides women to the power that is already inside them.

Own Your D.I.V.A Revolution with Gene Keys & Human Design ft. Peta Bastian

"We all have that power to be co-creators with the universe, with God, with Source, to create what it is that you want because you have a desire that's been given to you and therefore it can happen. And our heads and our minds get in the way of it 100% of the time."

" I look at the people pleasing as a root cause of burning out and hustling because we're like looking outside of ourselves. We're looking outside of ourselves to make that person happy, to do whatever that person says. And in doing that, we're giving up a little piece of our heart and soul every single time. And when you give up your soul so much, you lose it, and then you're just in having your midlife crisis moment, thinking, 'What the f? What the heck just happened here?'"

Today on the podcast, we have my dear friend, and soul-led entrepreneur, Chas Young. She is the founder of Soulfull - A brand, community, and podcast that is built on the foundation that life gets to be soulfull -- in business, in love, in every single thing you do. Chas is also lovingly known as the Anti-hustle queen, she is a loving mom, and avid board gamer. She is on a mission to help coaches & creatives grow $4K months w/social media, and implement sales + biz strategies w/out burning out.

In today's episode, you guessed it! We talk all about the anti-hustle. What it means, what it looks and feels like. We go there - with boundaries, with time management, goalsetting reframed to desires and intentions. Let this soulfull conversation set your soul on fire and truly we are 3 weeks into 2023, so it's your invitation to create a year that leaves you feeling turned tf on without burnout.
