Transcript

Mackenzie Forgacs: Welcome back to Making Waves, an NFL confidence pool podcast. I'm your host, Mac.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And it is a week three of the NFL 2025-2026 season. We are back. We are ready to go. we had We're back again, even though we returned two weeks ago.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We took a one-week hiatus, and now we're back again. And we are so back for week three. As you know, we said we'd be kind of in and out depending on types of activities going on in our lives, but we're here so that's really exciting and

Mackenzie Forgacs: oh, was it me? Was it me that was busy?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, yeah, it's interesting because one of us was like, yes, Thursday, great. And the other was like, yes, Thursday, great. And then one of us texted the other on Thursday was like, shoot, Thursday, not great.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I have something going on after school. I mean, after work, so.

Mackenzie Forgacs: he

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, I know. I liked your little intro. It's not cold yet, but you're ready for your your hot cocoa and marshmallows. You also have hot cocoa or just the marshmallows?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Just the marshmallows. Just the marshmallows. Okay. All right. Well, yes, we will definitely get into that of why Bob has a bag full of marshmallows in front of him that, uh, He's prepared to take a few bites out of.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We'll get into that a little bit later, but we're going kick it off and keep things going just the same way that we did week one, where Bob and I are going to talk first and foremost about the teams that we disagree on.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And then we'll quickly run through the rest where we talk about all the others. And I got to tell you, Bob, if you are not full yet, you will be from both the marshmallows and the nuggets that I have for our games that when we're talking about what we disagree on. So prepare yourself a little bit. I hope you're hungry.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, you got any dipping sauces over there, ketchup? I don't know, maybe I remember that one time you really enjoyed like super spicy sauces from like Buffalo Wild Wings. Got anything like that for my nugs?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay, maybe it will, maybe it will. Well, I'm excited. i don't know. We can go ahead and just get started unless you have anything else you wanted to chat about.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Let's jump off the boogie board, dive right in with the face-off.

Mackenzie Forgacs: but la la Alright, this week Bob and i have two games that we disagree on. So i will go ahead and kick it off and get us started first with the first game.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And then you will of course have your rebuttal. We each have one minute to discuss. our points, our talking points. And then from there, of course, we will go back and forth a little bit and figure out whose argument was better.

Mackenzie Forgacs: um Obviously, it will inevitably be mine, but yeah, I guess we'll see what happens.

Mackenzie Forgacs: So, First up in here, Bob, you can see my screen. I can't see yours because for whatever reason, you're like super choppy today. But if you can see my screen, I've got the timer for one minute.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And then as a reminder for all at one minute, this sound will alarm. And it will alert me to to know that my time is up. So also keep in mind, I'm doing all three of these things, talking, doing the boxing belt, and the timer. So if I go a split second over, Bob, don't don't hang me out to dry like you did last week, okay?

Mackenzie Forgacs: It was not 106. 101, 102 tops. And it's because I'm in the middle of a sentence. How am I supposed to see the thing and hit the boxing bell? Riddle me back.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay, Wave like a banshee when I get to 55. And if i if it gets to one minute, you can just yell,

Mackenzie Forgacs: All right, sounds good. Well, first game we have here is the Steelers at the Patriots. <unk> I personally went with the New England Patriots, and I'm going to tell you why right now.

Mackenzie Forgacs: First and foremost, Steelers defense, not worth the cost. They are the largest paid defense by more than $25 million. dollars Chew on those nugs.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And they have allowed 63 points in the past two weeks. I have my notes here, all caps, yoinks, not good. They should be known for their defense, Steelers, you know, Watt and everything like that, leading the defense.

Mackenzie Forgacs: That's typically what you think of when you think of Steelers defense. Not what I'm thinking about anymore, and I'm sorry, Aaron Rodgers getting older. He needs somebody on the other side of the ball to be able to defend them.

Mackenzie Forgacs: They've been giving up about 300 rushing yards so far over the course of the past two weeks. Not ideal from weeks one to two. They, uh, the Patriots have gotten a lot better in their run game.

Mackenzie Forgacs: So I think all that to say with 122 rushing yards last week and stepping up their game on the Patriots side of the ball, the run game is going to win it for the Patriots.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I got a little choked up. I looked down at one point and I saw it in reverse on the screen and it was like 50 seconds. And I was like, hold on, hold on.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Well, whose fault is that? ah Okay, okay, okay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: about I get, I'll give you an extra five seconds.

Mackenzie Forgacs: All right. So you've got the Steelers. Tell us why.

Mackenzie Forgacs: You have the Steelers at eight and I have the Patriots at four. Time starts now.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Steelers win the game. Okay. All right. Good points. Absolutely. i I agree. Obviously, the Steelers have had a little bit of a stiffer competition. I would say, though, to your first point, your supposed right hook, um just because, you know, the the listeners at home aren't able to see the notes we send back and forth.

Mackenzie Forgacs: There were like three question marks after you said Steelers eight. So clearly you're not that confident.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh, so you looked at my confidence points before you made your decisions. Interesting.

Mackenzie Forgacs: a

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, interesting.

Mackenzie Forgacs: i I'm actually standing, so.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay, so you had the right hook. I am curious your take on the talk about the the rushing, though, and if you have anything to say about that.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. So I guess in my opinion, with two game managers, because let's be honest, that's all Aaron Rodgers is anymore, and one stronger rushing team and one weaker defense, to me, that's a no-brainer, but...

Mackenzie Forgacs: Vrabel. Vrabel.

Mackenzie Forgacs: So you're not willing to budge on this one is what I'm hearing you say.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. I feel kind of the same.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh, boy. Okay. well Well, let's move on to the second game, and then maybe we'll come to a consensus naturally there. I wasn't. I was leaning against it.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I was resting. Resting my head, because golly, this is taking a bite out of my microphone. I was just, yeah, this is just really, really tiring me out, this back-and-forth nonsense. So, taking rest.

Mackenzie Forgacs: It's hard to compete with somebody who just like never concedes.

Mackenzie Forgacs: It's a great quality bod. It's persistence is what it is. ah so

Mackenzie Forgacs: ah Excuse you, but you are not a Lions fan, so you you do not have grit.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Sorry. It's tattooed across my back, actually.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Drive. Persistence.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah. All right. ah All right. Well, yeah, we'll we see what happens. Sometimes, naturally, as you said, they they shake themselves out. So next up, we have the game that we disagree on, the Cincinnati Bengals at Minnesota Vikings.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Bob, you're going to go ahead and kick us off here with the Bengals, and you only get a minute for this one, not 105. So... reel it in you started already

Mackenzie Forgacs: That was pretty good recovery. there's There's a lot of times where you're like, ah I've lost this much time.

Mackenzie Forgacs: You're just wasting seconds, my man.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Alright, now I'm going to tell you why I believe it should be the Vikings. As you mentioned, this is battle of backup quarterbacks, right? JJ McCarthy, he suffered a high ankle sprain. He's out for two to four weeks.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Joe Burrow, toe injury. He's expected to be out for like three months. The big key here, in my opinion my opinion, Jake Browning, he did come in, and he did lead the Bengals to a comeback victory.

Mackenzie Forgacs: He came in about halfway through the second quarter. Bengals were down 14-7. They ended up beating the Jags 31-27. Beating the Jags, don't know if that's like the biggest, ah, yes, we beat the Jags, but hey, that's okay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I will say, though, in that two and a half quarters, he threw three interceptions. Turnovers are the key to any game. In my opinion, this guy, he came in fresh. They didn't know what to expect.

Mackenzie Forgacs: It's a little bit easier to do well when you don't know what to expect. They now know what to expect. He clearly throws a lot of interceptions. Carson Wentz, on the other hand, he now is the new face that you don't know what to expect.

Mackenzie Forgacs: He's going to come in, guns a-blazing, Vikings going to win at home. Oh, baby. Yeah, baby. I got that in right under the buzzer.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Um, yeah at least 10. nice

Mackenzie Forgacs: I love that I have a text from you, or I have a chat from Bob. Five seconds left. That probably took you five seconds to type.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Get messed up. Oh my gosh. But anyway, that's, that's my hot drink.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I did not agree to that because I also would be willing to go bangles here.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I think what we should do to determine these 50 50s is to look at our past history of disagreements and how, how, uh, we shook out there.

Mackenzie Forgacs: So I don't know that off the top of my head, but after this, I think we can look at the ones we disagreed on in the past and then see who's overall leading and let that person always kind of have like a little bit of that edge.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I actually don't know. I swear. I actually don't know. I actually would guess it would be potentially you, mostly because you chose the Rams over the Texans in week one, but I don't know. Yeah. Just this year.

Mackenzie Forgacs: They're gonna be so curious.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Perfect. And moving forward, I'll keep it in my notes that I've got. I got a little notes app for all of our games. I'll keep it in there so that way that can always be that person, unless it's one of my four that I'm using against the bears, which I earned because the lions beat the bears.

Mackenzie Forgacs: That was actually this week that we beat the Bears. Oh, yeah, and then the Bears actually lost week one. So, um yeah, so it might actually, might actually be winning.

Mackenzie Forgacs: just because of your Just because of your bias on the Bears.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Shoot, we gotta go. ah Yes, okay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: It will be. I think you know it might even be 50-50, we'll see.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Fighting shape.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. Perfect. Well, that sounds good. Well, I feel good about that. We're going figure out how to determine that by looking at our current record. And with that, I think it's time to move on. Believe or not, only two out of the 16 games is what we disagreed on. So we're going to move on to all the rest.

Mackenzie Forgacs: But before we do, it is time for a quick word from our sponsors.

Mackenzie Forgacs: That was a very, that was such a great ad, by the way. I was dancing a little bit. that was a very um informational ad, if you will, with all the information at the about Walgreens and the pricing. So very good.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Like you.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Good. I'm so glad. I'm so glad for you.

Mackenzie Forgacs: also cannot wait. But that's going to be... At the very end, because that's going to be when there's a certain team that we discuss. So we'll get to that shortly. But hey, stick around, because at the very end, Bob's going to shove a bunch of marshmallows in his mouth.

Mackenzie Forgacs: You see what I did there? I'm keeping everybody on the line, you know, keeping those listeners all the way through for the stats.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Exactly. Great marketing. Great marketing. You would know. You would know. You've done a lot of business in your Yeah, yeah. Thank you. Thank you so much. ah All we are again recording on Thursday night, but before the Thursday night game. So tonight, in about 45 minutes, there's going to be a game that kicks off. It is the Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills. Bob and I both have this very high up for the Buffalo Bills, of course.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Bob had them 16. sixteen Mack had them at 14. And couple reasons being, one, it's in Buffalo. Two, the Dolphins kind of look like trash.

Mackenzie Forgacs: They haven't gotten much of a run game going at all, except for against the Steelers. And was that? No. Did they play the Steelers? actually don't even know.

Mackenzie Forgacs: um

Mackenzie Forgacs: What?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. Dang it. Dang it. Doggone it. Doggone it. That actually helps your case. Doggone it. a But yes, so all that to say, Miami's not looked good.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Buffalo's looked really, really good. As my co-host already alluded to, he believes they're going to be the Super Bowl bound team, which honestly, I think he's got a point after how they've been playing. So easy one here. Super high. Bills at a very high 14 16 range.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Love that. By a million. So next up, we have the Green Bay Packers at Cleveland Browns. Bob and I, we do have a ding, ding, ding here. We both chose the Packers at 15. Tell them why. Yes.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yes.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I love that. Couldn't agree more. It's unfortunate to see how well they're doing. I hope somebody knocks them down to their appropriate height, but I don't think it's going to be the Browns this weekend.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Next up, a surprise of the season, a Cinderella, a darling, if you will, Daniel Jones. I don't know where he has come from for the Indianapolis c Colts, but he's apparently been their savior. Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We both chose the Colts. You chose them 10. I chose them at 11. Oh, so close to the ding, ding, ding. And yes, Bob has something to say. can Can you please chime in?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Indiana Jones. I love that. I love that. That's good. Okay, well, Indiana Jones himself, he's coming in. He has moved. He's running from the boulders. He has stolen the diamonds or the gems and he set off all the traps, but you know what? He's escaping every single time.

Mackenzie Forgacs: He's been doing phenomena phenomenal job. Sorry, Eli, that you did not see this side of him when he was a giant, but it's been great for Colts fans to see. I think that's going to be a good one for them because Tennessee Titans, totally other end of the spectrum, not looking too good. Cam Ward is off to a rough start as a rookie quarterback. So,

Mackenzie Forgacs: Even though this is in Tennessee, Indianapolis, we'll roll out of there with the dub.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Who would have thunk it? Not I, that's for sure. Coco, well, moving Easy peasy game into a little bit of a harder game. We have the Los Angeles Rams at Philadelphia Eagles.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We did, of course, both choose the Eagles, and we did choose them both for, give me a

Mackenzie Forgacs: three. We both chose for three.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I think so, too. And I'll tell you what, I'll give you a little spoiler again. Stick em around till the end. There's a few more on here.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I agree.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Always. He's a maniac.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Love it. Yeah, I think that's going to be a good game for sure. And I concur.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Well said. Next up, we have the New York Jets Tampa Bay Bucs. And New York Jets actually, Justin Fields, your old boy, put on a bit of a show on this past Sunday. He was running all over the place against the Steelers defense, I believe.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Um, and yeah, I ended up losing still, but he was definitely putting on a bit of a, a bit of a run clinic the way he does where he scrambles around all that sort of fun stuff.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Either way though, i just don't think they have what it takes to close out games like that. I mean, clearly they ended up losing despite his, his, uh, hero, heroic, yes, heroic effort.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Um, Tampa Bay on the other hand, still got a lot of their core pieces, you know, Baker, Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, all their core that that allows them to just continue to succeed.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And if we're talking about, you know, somebody being crazy and tough and Justin Fields, Baker Mayfield's got him beat by a mile. So he's constantly running out there, slamming his head into things and his energy just has been great for Tampa Bay. So all that to say, it's in Tampa Bay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: You've got them for 14. I've got them for 12. I think we know we're going to have pretty high confidence in them going into this weekend.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We don't. Very good point.

Mackenzie Forgacs: ah Last week, did he not play the, did he play the Steelers?

Mackenzie Forgacs: He went crazy against, let me see, let me see. Yeah, the Steelers.

Mackenzie Forgacs: That's what I was thinking of. the weeks wrong, but I was thinking about his run against, his running ability against the Steelers, and of and one of us didn't.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Thank you for making my points for me.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh man, I love that. Thanks Bob. Appreciate that. um Next up, we have the Las Vegas Raiders against the Washington Commanders and we both have them

Mackenzie Forgacs: them pretty high. You have them at 12 and I have them 10. Tell the people why it's double digits, Bob, for the Commanders.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Raiders. While eating my mic.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. They see them rolling. They hate them. Perfecto. Next, we have the, what we have? The Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers. This is interdivisional game, but it really kind of leans one way versus the other.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We both have the Atlanta Falcons going into Charlotte about two hours from me. Coming into Charlotte, taking out the Carolina Panthers, a divisional rival.

Mackenzie Forgacs: and We have them pretty high. You have at nine. I'm at seven. I think, to your point, they did end up looking a little bit better. Your points earlier, they did end up looking a little bit better last week, the Falcons, that is.

Mackenzie Forgacs: um Carolina, on the other hand, I don't know. I'm waiting for them to bench Bryce Young again couple weeks in. It's just not working for them. They've got a new stud wide receiver. He's actually been doing well, and I have him on my fantasy team, so keep it up.

Mackenzie Forgacs: But they're having to pass all the time because they're always down. So, unfortunately, I just don't think that's sustainable. There's not a way to win a game. Falcons, I think, should have no problem as they start getting a little more comfortable in their offense behind Michael Penix Jr. So, all that say, Falcons should roll this weekend.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Caw-caw.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Ditto. We have, after that... One o'clock, the last one o'clock slate is the Houston Texans at the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: but but Get that W. Perfect. Yeah, you had them for six. I actually had them a lot lower. I had them for one just because they haven't been showing a lot of, they haven't been showing a lot the past few weeks, but I'm fine ah to meet in the middle there. I mean, Jax, I think they've done Okay. And they've got, they've had a good run game thus far with ETN and everything, but yeah, I think that's fairly close.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Um, next up again, again, another divisional rival, the very first game of the four o'clock slate is the Denver Broncos, who going to be honest, coming into the season, I was like, I think they're pretty good.

Mackenzie Forgacs: They got bone next. They're going to, they've got solid defense. I thought that the, the Broncos were going to be doing pretty solid. Uh, hasn't been as great as I had anticipated charges on the other hand.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Really showing a lot of flashes of what I think people expected of the past several years with Herbert and his ability. I think Harbaugh has really been able to kind of channel his ability and really just put him in a position where he can succeed. He's done a great job, obviously, taking out the Chiefs week one and winning again last weekend. So,

Mackenzie Forgacs: think he's going to continue to roll. The Chargers, it's again at home too. So I think that's really going to help him a lot You had them at seven and I have them at six. Oh, so stinking close.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Dang it. Gosh, dang it.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Next up, we have the New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks. And yeah.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yikes.

Mackenzie Forgacs: All right. I love it. Yeah, you had them at 11. I had them at 16. Here's a juicy nugget for you. And this is one i hope you're going to like because I'm not using it against you. I saw that the Saints quarterback, what's his name, Rittler or something like that, Rattler, he is in his career starts. So he's started eight games. He's lost all eight.

Mackenzie Forgacs: think he's going to be at nine after this weekend. Here we go. Yeah, dip that one in ranch, Lily. Yes, ranch or ketchup or hot sauce, whatever you want.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Ranch is good. Ranch is so good, despite what Lily says.

Mackenzie Forgacs: All right, I'm sorry i have this game. I'm not that sorry, though. It's the Dallas Cowboys at the Chicago Bears. I'm going to be gentle. We did both choose the Cowboys, me a little bit higher, who's surprised there.

Mackenzie Forgacs: You had them at four. You at least chose the Cowboys. I was proud of you there. I chose the Cowboys at eight. on Cowboys did just go have a freaking barn burner of a game this past weekend. It was crazy against the Giants.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Shouts out, Eli. I'm so sorry. I was watching the end of that game. I was really pulling for your boys. They ended up kicking like a 60-plus yard field goal to kick it into overtime. And then in overtime, ended up winning. It was back and forth the whole game. It was crazy. was wild.

Mackenzie Forgacs: They ended up pulling it out. um It was not – I wouldn't say the Cowboys are the best team in the NFL, but I think clearly, I mean, they put up so many points last week, and I think they're going to continue to just kind of live off of that high for a bit.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I know they're coming into Chicago, but unfortunately, I do think they beat your boys out this weekend.

Mackenzie Forgacs: At least six plus points.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay, well, I guess we'll see. We'll see. If you guys pull out a win against the Cowboys, then color me the queen of England. I don't know.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Color me the queen of England. Next up, we have the Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers. And quick question, Bob, do you know, is Brock Purdy, will he be back?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Or is he still... Still Mac Jones.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. Love to hear that. glad Glad he'll be coming back. Who knows about Christian McCaffrey, though? You never know.

Mackenzie Forgacs: april but Nick the first one to tell you. You never know.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Perfecto. And guess what? This is another ding, ding, ding. We both chose them at five. Let's go.

Mackenzie Forgacs: All right. That wraps it up for the four o'clock games. We're now going to move into the Sunday night game. Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. we have the We have the Kansas City Chiefs.

Mackenzie Forgacs: We have the New York Giants. Sorry, Eli, I'm bringing up that tough loss that they just had. Unfortunately, I think they're going to have another pretty tough loss this weekend. This is in New York.

Mackenzie Forgacs: This is a home field advantage for the Giants. But all that to say, I mean, Kansas City, granted, we have seen some flashes of not great from them. But we've seen a little bit of sparks as they had a really good matchup against the Eagles again this past week as well. So we've seen some sparks of the old team that we all know and some people love and some people really don't love.

Mackenzie Forgacs: So I think Kansas City is going to do a pretty good job. And we actually both chose this number intentionally for Taylor Swift. We both have a d ding, ding, ding of 13, which is Tay's favorite number. So obviously they're going to win.

Mackenzie Forgacs: No, she's listening. Of course she is.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I didn't have lunch next week.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Are you, are you in the wedding? I meant to ask.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh, nice. Oh, you're the officiant. Wow. Wow. That's exciting. Yeah. Listeners that don't know, Bob is basically the male equivalent of 27 dresses. He's in pretty much every wedding of every single person he knows. So,

Mackenzie Forgacs: it really comes as no surprise to me that Taylor would ask you to to officiate the day. so

Mackenzie Forgacs: we but We did. We did. That was very intentional.

Mackenzie Forgacs: All right. Here comes the next game. And we asked you to wait until the end. And now you waited until the end. We have the Detroit Lions at the Baltimore Ravens. Real quick, do you want to tell us? We did both be very honest, but going explain a little bit about why Bob's got marshmallows in front of him.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Well, real quick, do you want to Yeah, yeah, yeah. Real quick, do you want to tell him about why we chose the Ravens? And then we will we' get into the marshmallow game.

Mackenzie Forgacs: It is in Baltimore.

Mackenzie Forgacs: It's interesting. You were like, oh, I'm to be so quick, so quick. And then you just keep just driving and freaking knife into my boys' backs.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I agree. i actually have Ravens quite a bit higher than you in confidence level. Biggest reason being our defense is Swiss cheese. Our offense, we came back. We are back over 50 points last week.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Hell yeah. Hell yeah. But, um, But, oh, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. But, but our defense is Swiss cheese. So Ravens are going to eat that up. Lamar is going to for sure. So, but yeah, the reason, the reason I'm saying hell yeah for the Lions is because for those that did not know, the Lions and the Bears actually played this past weekend and it was so weird. It was almost like,

Mackenzie Forgacs: It's almost like Bob looked at the schedule and he realized the lines and the Bears were playing and he was like, oh, I've got a curriculum night tonight. Weird. I can't record the podcast. I don't know. i I looked up Daystar and they didn't have a curriculum night last night or last Thursday. so

Mackenzie Forgacs: But very, very respectfully, Bob did reach out and say, you know, we should do a bet. And so we did a bet.

Mackenzie Forgacs: And the loser between the Bears and the Lions had to play essentially a version of Chubby Bunny. So if you've never heard of Chubby Bunny, you're trying to put as many marshmallows in your mouth as you can.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Catch is, with every marshmallow Bob puts in his mouth, he has to give a compliment to the winning team, which, of course, was the Lions by a mile. um So we're going to see.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. We're going to see how many marshmallows Bob can fit into his mouth. And with each marshmallow in his mouth, he's going to give a compliment to the lions. So you want to kick us off, Bob?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, with each marshmallow in the mouth, you have to give a compliment.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I can, and these are pretty big marshmallows. Well, I guess they're fairly regular size, but they're not like mini mallows, you know?

Mackenzie Forgacs: I'm sure you went for the biggest jumbo pack you could find. You're like, oh, less, less, less compliments. Yeah, only $2.99, I hear, with the Walgreens card.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh my god, these are horrible compliments.

Mackenzie Forgacs: That's the compliment.

Mackenzie Forgacs: He's got three in his mouth. Real quick everybody. He's got three his mouth. It looks like two in one cheek. Okay, the fourth just went in. The fourth just went in, in the two in the other cheek. Okay.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Jake Bates, the cool the the kicker? Yeah, he does have pretty cool story. Okay, the fifth one?

Mackenzie Forgacs: He's struggling. Oh my god, don't throw up.

Mackenzie Forgacs: I couldn't see it. You were breaking up. You were breaking up, but I was, it sounded like you were about to throw up.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Oh,

Mackenzie Forgacs: okay. Okay. ah Oh my gosh. Ew. All right.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, it actually looked pretty hard. I mean, the minute the your first two that you put in and they were your both sides were just totally covered. So you got five total. Is that right? They were below average compliments, but um I'll take it.

Mackenzie Forgacs: What's that?

Mackenzie Forgacs: Yeah, would love I would love another compliment from you.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Wow.

Mackenzie Forgacs: That's fine.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Fair.

Mackenzie Forgacs: Okay. I hate them. yeah
