i saw a post on LinkedIn about a guy that says that if you're not if you're only growing by 10% a year, you're failing. It may not have had of been that bad.

you know, blonde, but he's like, you gotta, you should be doing 30% a year. Do you, when people say stuff like that, does that register on how difficult of a task that is and what you as an individual will have to sacrifice in order to achieve 30% year growth?
