Tomorrow I turn 21 years old so I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on my life as I enter adulthood. I can confidently say that I am the happiest, most confident, most healthy, most strong version of myself today. But it’s taken a whole lotta work, a whole lotta change, a whole lotta love, a whole lotta lessons learned, to get to this point. I thought it would be nice to reflect and share what I wish I could have known when I was younger, in the hopes of hopefully changing your lives in a beautiful way
