into our water distribution lines. I figured I should probably just do a quick introduction here. My name is Bob Baker. I am the owner and operator of Baker Plumbing, operating out of Calgary, Alberta. I have been running this company since 1996, I'm in my 30th year of at the helm of this.

plumbers. My dad and my grandfather were plumbers, hence The 1956, that's my grandpa started Baker Plumbing way back then.

So I have been involved in the trade for my entire life. My legitimate claim is I've been at it for about 45 years ah working in the trade. um What is this? What are we doing here? This is... this is banter with Baker. This is my gym. This is the COVID gym that we built over COVID. And in the last six months or so, we've turned this into a little podcast space. And this is aptly named My Thoughts, Not Yours. All of us look through the world through our own lenses and our own experiences.

And so what I say here is 100% my own opinion. I don't claim that it's 100% accurate, 100% right. But it's certainly my observations of what I see in this world.

My two sons work with me and we are, a again, my own myopic view, an incredibly successful plumbing company. We do very well. We are mostly in the commercial service space, hospitality space, and we do very well in those, um in that realm, if you will.
