He has done speeches at Perform Better seminars, the Stars on Ice Tour, national level rugby teams, and has worked with numerous dance studios, sports teams, fitness facilities, running clubs, and is also the consultant for the Miami Dolphins football team.

Dr. Scott and Michael talk all about what the concepts of PRI are. The Postural Restoration Institute or PRI, as they refer to it as, is this institute in thought process about how breathing affects our body's balance of position, and how these affect our anatomy, our neurology, our physiology. They discuss why our bodies aren't really built symmetrically and how this can affect us as as humans that need to do movement to survive. They go into some of these common asymmetrical patterns due to our breathing patterns, and how these can change us from just surviving and getting by, to becoming a thriving athlete. They mention why breathing should be a part of almost everyone's treatment approach, and why you should be integrating these into your movement prep or corrective exercises. They also touch on some of the things you can do to address some of these tendencies that many of us come across. Mike goes through a lot of information and may help you uncover some of the issues you might be dealing with, where rolling on a lacrosse ball might not be fixing that!
