The Essence of Communication and Understanding
00:00:00
Speaker
People need to stop giving the doctors entitlement to treat us like crap and talk down to us. We should also not talk to them. We all need to learn how to have communication and understand each other and find the best compromise or situation that works for us.
00:00:17
Speaker
But we know that's hard in this world and marriages and friendships and all of that stuff anyway. But once you learn it, it is a beautiful thing. And if two people can both have that understanding, it is a beautiful thing to be able to communicate and grow as a human being.
The Praise for Dr. Khan's Compassion
00:00:32
Speaker
Yeah, that's why I have a lesson in the transplant course on how to talk to your doctor.
00:00:37
Speaker
It's just really important to learn how to, and some doctors aren't going to be receptive, and then you have doctors like Dr. Khan, right? It's just so amazing and compassionate. I wish I would have gone to him. I wish I would have gone to him. Same here. I mean, I had a great doctor. She did amazing. My surgeon was amazing, Dr. E.B. What was her name? Yeah. E.B. Yeah. She was amazing.
00:00:59
Speaker
Still, you know, when you don't, Dr. Khan, because of our other friend that went to him, he did end up getting to be on our news interview with KVU and Jenny Lee. Jenny Lee did an amazing job investigative reporting. If you haven't watched it, KVU breast implant illness, put it in and Google and you're going to get to see it. You'll be very proud of her like we are.
00:01:20
Speaker
But yeah, Jenny Lee did an amazing job and Dr. Kahn was on there. The more I hear about him, how he treated and how I see his demeanor on these videos, you can tell he's not being fake. He's not trying too hard. He's not trying to create an image. He is being himself, which is a kind, compassionate, caring person.
00:01:39
Speaker
that wants to heal people. And that's what we need. If for some reason my mom decides, if we decide to get a relationship back and she decides to get these out, I'm going to Dr. Khan with her and she's going to Dr. Khan. I'm not, she's going to Dr. Khan. That's the one, that's my top pick right there.
00:01:59
Speaker
Plus, he's going to help us get this ICB11 code, and he's going to help us. I don't even know this man. Never talked to him. I just follow his thing, and I thought about him, and then I saw him on our interview. I didn't even give his name for the interview. So ladies, this is not a plug for Dr. Khan, but if you want my personal opinion, I can only sell what I believe in, and I'm going to tell him without being paid like others. So anyway, I'm selling Dr. Khan without being paid.
Mobilizing for Awareness: The March and Volunteers
00:02:23
Speaker
Well, the whole reason you did the interview was to bring awareness, which leads us to this march. The march was your idea. I'm a little hippy, just a little bit of hippy. Which is amazing.
00:02:41
Speaker
And then coming together with other women, other functional medicine and regular conventional doctors. Families are welcome, but it's just we're really working hard at getting these marks together so that we can bring awareness to them. I can't hear it by myself, ladies. I need a huge team.
00:03:02
Speaker
I need a huge team. So when God's telling you to help out, come on and help us out. Amen. Come help. I need a huge team. We have our small idea for this, and we have our huge idea. It would be amazing. Absolutely an amazing God-given miracle if we do the huge thing. But we want to at least do the march in Austin. But if we can get all the right teams together to do it in every capital, even over in Australia and Europe and all these different places, if we, hello, if we get
00:03:32
Speaker
these amazing like teams together everywhere, then I will be so shocked. But I am looking right now at an a massive amount of numbers showing up in Austin. And we're close to getting the exact date, but it will be March of twenty five. So everyone knows soon, very soon. Hopefully this next month we know the exact date that set in stone for here. And we want we would like our small goal is to the Austin March and being huge here.
00:03:59
Speaker
But our big goal is it being everywhere? But we can't do this all by ourselves and and we need you guys we need you ladies to start stepping up Helping us because we need a person in each capital of wherever it is. That's exactly right Yeah, we need in every every state, you know every country we need people to step up and if you if you want to Participate, you know, just go to our website our nonprofit website at integrative.
Embracing Self-Love and Authenticity
00:04:26
Speaker
Hope for healing org
00:04:28
Speaker
and there'll be the information on there. Yeah, you can click there and then you can contact us and Cecily said all this stuff. I am not the computer ladies guys. I am not that one, but Cecily's done a major job with the websites and all of the things. So she's got all that set up and the information. So please contact us because I want an overwhelming response. This has gone on for way too long since the eighties.
00:04:51
Speaker
And I'm tired of women dying to be fake. I am so tired of watching it and looking at it and them not understanding what they're doing to themselves. We have to, you know, if they make a choice once they've been given all of the stuff, then that's on them. But I want to help them to make the right choice and not do these things and to love their bodies the way they are and understand that like wasting your money and time on surgery and healing and all of this stuff and like,
00:05:21
Speaker
To be fake? What? To be fake? What we need is we need self-love classes growing up and teaching people that self-love, you don't have to be conceited about yourself, but self-love. Love yourself the way you are. Understand that what is inside and who you are and your character is way more important than anything.
00:05:42
Speaker
You know what? That's what we need to do. So anything, we probably have some classes on that. I think there is a group of ladies that is actually doing something similar. So I'm sure they'll pull you in too. Come out. Come out. I'll help you. So what would you tell women who are going to explant? What tips or advice would you give them who are in the process of explanting or wanting to explant?
00:06:06
Speaker
It is so hard when you're in that point. I'm going to tell you right now, you're not functioning just to even try to have all your brain things firing together to understand what you need to do and hearing what people are saying and letting it click and actually soak in is so hard.
Support and Resources for Explant Surgery
00:06:22
Speaker
So you definitely need to be in the groups. Of course, I'm going to promote your group, but there's other good groups out there. Find a group. God's going to give you that person like God gave me. We both, I got kicked out of the group that I met Cecily in, deleted and blocked, I think. Cecily, I think just eventually got out of the group, but we met in that group and for some reason we met on a post and then we took it to messenger
00:06:46
Speaker
And then we're still friends years later. And I didn't even get to meet her in person for three years, but it was really cool when we got to finally meet. But God gave me the one person that was going to guide me and be there for me and help me through it. You're going to find that person or you're going to find that group that can encourage you. Make sure you 100% like your doctor. Make sure you do. Make sure you've researched your doctor. If you're hearing anything negative about your doctor, you need to move away from everything negative.
00:07:14
Speaker
and you need to find the positive doctor that's going to treat you with respect and dignity. And also, I honestly would suggest Cecily's course because her X-Plant course is going to help you know if you would like to take a look at it, you can do the free X-Plant course and kind of see some things and see where she's going with it. But man, she's done everything to where she's basically at the doctor with you by giving you letters
00:07:41
Speaker
that spell out what you need to say to the doctor. So she's got letters and things that you need to say to the doctor. She tells you how to speak to your doctor. What else? You have the videos? I didn't go through this course. I was part of helping. I was the little guy. You were my inspiration because I didn't want anybody else to go through what you went through. Right, right, right.
00:08:01
Speaker
Right. So I know you have, do you want to run through it? I have audio book on there because sometimes when your brain's not working, you don't want to read a bunch of things. So I do have the audio book. Audio is my favorite because I'm not a reader. I'm a watcher and listener. There's a lot of resources and links, PDF documents that you can download and print up to take with you to your doctor.
00:08:30
Speaker
There's just a lot of research, nutrition plans, functional medicine, alternative protocols. What to eat, what not to eat. You also need to add that with your food allergy test because I know you'll probably get one of those, but you need to add that with your food allergy test too because there's some things I still couldn't eat even if it was something that I should eat.
00:08:52
Speaker
another part. All right. And I know that the X-Plant course does cost money, but the course, yeah.
00:09:01
Speaker
I just want to let, yeah, but a hundred percent of the proceeds are going to fund education. And then I also send out care packages. They are already funding because you've already sent out care packages. Yeah. Yeah. To help us with things that we need. All of us are broke. None of us can afford the surgery. Keep praying. That's another thing I say. Pray, man. Pray for all the help that you need and it's going to come.
00:09:27
Speaker
be patient, be patient. I am so sorry this is going to take so long, but look at me, I'm here and I feel
Patience and Healing in Community Support
00:09:33
Speaker
good. And yes, it's two years later and that's the worst thing to hear, but be patient, pray. And you know, here's the thing that my friend Chalo and Christian said to me, she had an injury and she said, you know, Chalo told me one day,
00:09:47
Speaker
You have so many spoons that you're going to use today, and sometimes you're just out of spoons. So if you only have a spoon to get up and go to the bathroom and maybe have one meal but lay in bed the rest of the day, that's okay. It sucks, but it's okay. Get up and do something. Get up and do one thing.
00:10:06
Speaker
Use the spoons you have and when you have no more spoons, go rest because that's what your body needs. This is, it's a nightmare. I'm going to, it's a nightmare. You're not going to want to hear a lot of this and ladies, it is a roller coaster. You go, oh, I'm feeling good. I'm better. I'm better. I'm healed. Oh, I'm whacked back down. I'm back down. What is going on? I thought I was going to get better. What is happening? You're going to do this.
00:10:26
Speaker
through the two years. You're going to do this as your body is working these detoxing, you know, is detoxing. It's it's working the system and working these toxins out of your system. It is a roller coaster. It doesn't all go at once. With my job, I know that exercise is important.
00:10:43
Speaker
It doesn't have to be vigorous, obviously mine was. Sweating is important. It's very, very important to sweat. Whether you need to go sit in an infrared sauna, make sure it's all healthy, infrared sauna, like all the things, but you have to sweat and you have to move. You have to get up your body. Force yourself. As much as you don't want to, it's going to help you. And you just have to force yourself to keep moving to that next point.
00:11:09
Speaker
I don't know. That's what I did and just keep having hope. Keep having hope because there is hope for healing and you will get to that point. You will get to that point if you just keep moving no matter how depressed you are. Just don't do anything about your depression. I mean, meaning the suicide stuff. Don't do it. Just keep moving. Just keep moving forward. You will get better. You will get better and you have other women to support you. Period. You have other women. You have other women to support you.
00:11:36
Speaker
Even if what they say, you're just like, I don't know if that made me feel better, but they said it. It actually does help you in the end. Heidi, thank you so much. I'm very blessed to have you and I'm keeping you for the rest of my life. Thank you, Heidi. I feel the same way.
00:11:56
Speaker
I love you. I love you too, girl. Thank you so much for being here and being willing to tell your story because I know it's just, it's so devastating. I'm sure it brings up some trauma, but thank you for sharing it. Not anymore. Ladies, share it.
00:12:11
Speaker
The more you talk about it, share it. I will share it as many times as I need to for as many women as going to help. And honestly, me doing my ad campaign was a huge healing process for me. I realized I was like, I'm venting. I was having so much fun doing out there playing the boob music and everything and being silly and having boobs on my bike.
00:12:27
Speaker
It was a healing process. Everything this March, this podcast, everything I'm doing as an advocate is also a healing process for me. So come on, ladies, join us. Join us with this. We need the mass number. I mean, there's hundreds of thousands of women going through this and we need to stop it or at least get people informed consent. So and an ICD-11 code so that we can make it easier for women to get diagnosed and actually find out what's going on with them.
00:12:51
Speaker
So come be an advocate. It's a healing process. I promise. I promise. Thank you so much, Heidi. I appreciate it. You're welcome. Thank you. And thank you everybody for being here and joining us today on this wonderful podcast. And everyone, remember, always remember that there is hope for healing. There is. God bless. You too.
