First off, the information I talk about in this podcast is for educational purposes only. I am not a doctor. I am a functional medicine practitioner and health educator with years of experience.
Division on Health Risks of Implants
00:00:27
Speaker
A very difficult topic has been on my mind the last couple of weeks. There is a division in the breast implant community. One side is determined to bring awareness of the complications of breast implants. The other side will not acknowledge that breast implants pose a health risk and that symptoms are psychosomatic. I believe finding a middle ground that both sides can agree on is the solution.
00:00:59
Speaker
I know many of you have been hurt. Each side has a different story to share. The path to a middle ground lies within the healing process.
Finding Common Ground
00:01:10
Speaker
Anger and hate can hold us back from getting the peace and strength that we all need.
Story of Forgiveness and Success
00:01:17
Speaker
A couple of weeks ago, I watched a movie called, I Could Only Imagine.
00:01:24
Speaker
It is based off a true story about a man who was physically, emotionally, and verbally abused by his father. His mother had left when he was very young, and he was alone in dealing with his father's terrible abuse.
00:01:41
Speaker
As he grew into a teen, he realized he had a talent for music and singing. His father was not supportive and even cynical. The young teen continued to keep a positive outlook as he grew into a man pursuing his dreams as a singer and songwriter. After several frustrating auditions, he went back home to confront his father and the trauma he had endured from the abuse.

Speaker
At first, the young man was very angry and hateful towards his father. He rejected any outreach or apology that his father offered. One day, he was connecting with his spirituality and found a phrase from his grandmother's notebook. I could only imagine. It was an impactful reminder that he could choose to create a different path.
00:02:42
Speaker
This was an extremely difficult choice for him, but he decided to reach out to his father, and they became the best of friends. He wrote a song using the phrase, I could only imagine, about his journey of forgiveness.
00:03:01
Speaker
He presented the song to the music community and was able to sing it himself during the 2002 Dove Awards. It became a great success and has been the best selling Christian single of all time. The influence this young man had on his father and people who listened to his song was remarkable.
Collaboration in Care
00:03:28
Speaker

00:03:49
Speaker
Integrative Hope for Healing is the path for reimagined breast implant illness care, opening the world to alternative medicine breast implant illness protocols so that those afflicted can take back their health.
Optimism for Future Research
00:04:06
Speaker
The research is going to come out. The awareness of breast implant illness is being shown.
00:04:13
Speaker
People will be unable to oppose the facts that are currently available and studies will be made public in the near future. This is inevitable. We can come together and set the example for those who do not believe in breast implant illness.
Personal Journey Beyond Anger
00:04:31
Speaker
Truth will endure. The choice is yours. It is not easy.
00:04:38
Speaker
I've spent many years being angry at those who have injured or turned their backs on me. I finally realized that connecting with a willing medical community can help us achieve our dreams and goals. Let that fuel your pain. Write your song of hope and imagine where you will be.
Upcoming Interview and Closing Remarks
00:05:02
Speaker
Next week, I will be interviewing Heidi Nicole as she tells her horrendous explant story. It is difficult to understand why we go through these things, but what matters the most is what we do with it. We can bridge the gap between patient and practitioner. Thank you for listening, and always remember, there is hope for healing.
