I am a serial podcast walker. Meaning when I walk - I am usually listening to podcasts. On occasion I’ll be listening to Beyoncè, (obviously) however this has me constantly holding in the urge to sing out loud and dance while I’m walking. This has resulted in a few embarrassing moments. I can’t help but walk/dance a little to the beat.

On the days I don’t want to concentrate on a podcast or put myself at risk of embarrassment with Beyoncè blessing my ears, I’ll listen to a walking meditation.

I don’t mean to toot my own horn, but I listen to my very own walking meditation - because I think it’s really powerful. (I feel awkward complimenting my own work, but it really does leave me feeling relaxed, powerful and inspired.)

This walking meditation is 1 of 13 which are available on my website to download. I won’t be sharing too many of these on the podcast, because a lot of my community have previously purchased these meditations, however I will be releasing some new ones here! Today's episode is a little different. It's actually a meditation and it's not your normal meditation. It's a walking meditation. So it's designed to do while you're out on a walk. And if you can't get out, you can always visualize walking your favorite path while you're sitting or lying down.

This is actually my favorite meditation I have ever recorded, which is why I'm choosing to share it on the podcast. I actually do this same meditation at least once a week. And now it will be really easily accessible for you as a podcast. It's a meditation for manifestation, positive energy, and gratitude. And I just feel like there is no better time to bring all of that goodness in than when you are out on a walk. So it is time to relax and enjoy.

And if any thoughts come in that make you feel anything other than relaxed, excited, motivated or hopeful, then just come back to my voice and do your best to release the thoughts that don't serve you. Breathing in the fresh air that you're walking in and releasing. Breathing it in, just take it in and release.

And release, feeling good. Trying to control the negative aspects, people, or situations in life by worrying or focusing on them, won't fix them or make them disappear. What you think about, you bring about. And what you focus on, grows. So choose to use your energy on the incredible uplifting and amazing things in your life.

Using your energy worrying or focusing on the negative not only takes away your peace at this present moment, but it also blocks your manifestations from materializing. Negative thoughts create negative feelings. Your feelings stem from your thoughts. Negative thoughts of fear, resentment, guilt,

or judgement about ourselves or other people, create the anxiety, limiting beliefs and anger that hold us back from living a happy life. The good news is, you are not attached to your thoughts. You are not attached to your limiting beliefs. I know sometimes those repetitious thoughts may seem like they are ingrained in your subconscious forever, but I can promise you, they are not.

You are able to release the negative and bring in the positive. Thought by thought, day by day. You are doing amazing. You are working on you right now, becoming a better version of yourself. Each small shift is a miracle. Each time you shift a negative thought to a positive thought, it's getting easier. Soon, you'll be able to do it without even thinking.

Maybe you're walking a familiar path or somewhere new. Wherever you are, take a deep breath in, breathe it all in. Really look around and release.

Look at the trees, the sky, the grass, the water, wherever you are, breathe in nature and fresh air. Imagine it filling up your mind and body. Moving your body while also treating your mind with a meditation is such a productive way to spend your time. This time is yours.

There is no pressure to be 100% positive all of the time. That's impossible. You don't need to put unrealistic expectations on yourself. But you can be happier than your last moment.
