  • Presence is imperative in making life-altering decisions; being in the moment allows for clarity and connection to one's true path.
  • Techniques like meditation and yoga serve as tools for personal development, but cognizance and adaptation are essential to prevent overreliance on any single practice.

Guest Introduction: Heather Ivany

00:00:40
Speaker
Bigger Talks, Bigger Talks.
00:00:42
Speaker
We're back again with another incredible episode.
00:00:45
Speaker
And I'm so excited to have this conversation, spiritual conversation with Ms.
00:00:50

Heather Ivany.
00:00:51
Speaker
She's a spiritual mentor, a yogi, and I will say she's a space holder for the Akasha Record, for people, for businesses, for life, for all the things in between.
00:01:03
Speaker
Heather, welcome to Bigger Talks Podcast.
00:01:05
Speaker
How are you today?
00:01:07
Speaker
Great.
00:01:07
Speaker
What a beautiful introduction, Eric.
00:01:10
Speaker
Honored to be in your presence and to be hanging out with your listeners today to see where the road takes us.
00:01:16
Speaker
Yeah.
00:01:17
Speaker
So let's get into it.

Navigating Chaos with Inner Tools

00:01:19
Speaker
I want to start with a quote I got off your website.
00:01:22
Speaker
And the quote goes, modern life is frantic and disjointed, but you don't have to be.
00:01:29
Speaker
What does that mean?
00:01:31
Speaker
You unpack that for us.
00:01:33
Speaker
Well, it's interesting.
00:01:35
Speaker
It depends on the day, right?
00:01:36
Speaker
When we unpack that.
00:01:39
Speaker
I think the biggest pull for me in answering that is that there's so much that pulls us into the periphery
00:01:48
Speaker
And when we can access a strong reservoir of tools within ourselves to remind ourselves and direct ourselves back towards the midline, then it's almost like we get to be the eye of the storm.
00:02:00
Speaker
There's a lot of frenetic energy and frantic energy that can be outside of us and even in close, but the eye of the storm is very quiet.
00:02:08
Speaker
It can be very balanced.
00:02:10
Speaker
It can be quite still and stable.
00:02:14
Speaker
And not that that's a hierarchy,
00:02:16
Speaker
over the loud, the intense, the busy, but it's just that we get choice, essentially.
00:02:23
Speaker
We don't have to be conditioned and pulled into the frenzy energy that we see every day.
00:02:29
Speaker
Yeah, choice is everything.
00:02:31
Speaker
I mean, we choose every thought, every moment.
00:02:34
Speaker
And I think sometimes unconscious mind chooses for us when we're not aware.

Heather's Spiritual Journey and Influences

00:02:40
Speaker
But from your perspective, how did you get into choosing your life as a spiritual mentor and becoming who you are today to help people evolve their soul and get to a higher level of that purpose while they're here in this lifetime?
00:02:54
Speaker
From a very sort of follow the breadcrumbs kind of direction, right?
00:02:58
Speaker
So there was no part of me in my early 20s and late teens that was thinking I would be sitting in my mid 40s as a spiritual mentor.
00:03:05
Speaker
And even sitting in the seat of that, I do have trepidation with even the labeling and the languaging of it.
00:03:12
Speaker
So I use it as a means for people to give reference and direction as to how to locate me.
00:03:17
Speaker
But it's definitely not what I want to be
00:03:19
Speaker
plugged into and contained into.
00:03:21
Speaker
But to answer it a little bit more concretely, I started off leaning into the spiritual realm quite young.
00:03:30
Speaker
I had a background of growing up in the church, the Catholic church, and although I enjoyed the
00:03:37
Speaker
non-physical invitation.
00:03:39
Speaker
I didn't like the context in which it was offered to me.
00:03:42
Speaker
I'm a very kinesthetic person.
00:03:44
Speaker
I experience a lot of essence and soul through movement.
00:03:49
Speaker
And so sitting in a church pew on a Sunday just was really hard for me to do.
00:03:53
Speaker
Walking all day, I would say movement is medicine, but I like that.
00:03:58
Speaker
It is.
00:03:58
Speaker
It's a great tagline to have for anything.
00:04:00
Speaker
And so as I got older into my teens, I started to have more pull into nature.
00:04:06
Speaker
I live in Canada.
00:04:07
Speaker
At the time, I was maybe three hours from the mountains.
00:04:10
Speaker
So I just dived there as often as I could.
00:04:13
Speaker
And anytime I could be hiking or snowboarding or playing and sitting and camping in nature, that's when I started to really feel like the hum and the draw.
00:04:22
Speaker
And then it kind of flowed into my mid-20s.

Transitioning to Yoga Teaching and Meditation

00:04:26
Speaker
I worked with a rappelling unit in a forest firefighting situation where I was oftentimes like the lone female with up to like 100 men on camp.
00:04:36
Speaker
Oh, really?
00:04:37
Speaker
I was heavily, heavily into the masculine.
00:04:40
Speaker
Layered on top, underneath that was just I had an upbringing with two older brothers.
00:04:44
Speaker
So there was a real drive to be comfortable in the masculine.
00:04:48
Speaker
But it was almost to a point where I could feel myself like the light dimming.
00:04:52
Speaker
So very spontaneously, I had a girlfriend give me a book on yoga that I took into the field with me.
00:04:59
Speaker
And I started to self-teach some yoga poses while we were just waiting for a smoke.
00:05:04
Speaker
And then the crew that I was working with, you get bored hanging around a machine 10 hours a day.
00:05:10
Speaker
So they're up for anything outside of, you know, after the couple hours of hacky sack that we'd be doing.
00:05:15
Speaker
So then I started teaching them and I really enjoyed it.
00:05:17
Speaker
And initially I went into it thinking that it was just a nice way to perhaps create a vocation in the form of the physical without deteriorating the joints and the muscles to the degree that some of the other physical experiences that I had, I could see happening if he stayed with it for super long.
00:05:34
Speaker
So, you know, this is back when like step aerobics was a big thing and I used to do a lot of step aerobics and- And that's what I was saying, just to give some context, what year was this for you because I feel like this is a turner pointing to you, who you are today.
00:05:46
Speaker
Yeah, so this would have been like early 2000s when I was doing the forest fire fretting.
00:05:51
Speaker
Yeah.
00:05:52
Speaker
And so then I leaned into the yoga teacher training.

Discovering and Teaching the Akashic Records

00:05:55
Speaker
And what I was really blown away with is I thought I was going in to learn the postures and the poses.
00:06:00
Speaker
But then I could really see that the previous experience that I had teaching and leading through
00:06:05
Speaker
coaching and working as like an outdoor leader that came in.
00:06:09
Speaker
I didn't even know this is how naive I was.
00:06:11
Speaker
I didn't even know that there was a link between meditation and yoga poses.
00:06:14
Speaker
So when we were doing meditation exercises, I already had my own practice of meditation, not knowing that the two were interconnected.
00:06:22
Speaker
So there's a lot of like puzzle pieces that started to click in where I was like, oh, all these things that I've been doing up until this point in life, they kind of all just hum and come together and
00:06:33
Speaker
create this very easy way for me to really feel like myself and offer in a way that previously I was used to teaching from a very extroverted part of myself.
00:06:43
Speaker
Anytime you're outdoor leading, there's a lot of that sort of, yeah, outdoor extroverted kind of essence that comes out.
00:06:50
Speaker
But then when I was going into the yogic,
00:06:52
Speaker
It required just a softer, more introverted, more feminine place to teach from.
00:06:56
Speaker
So that was my first introduction to kind of get into the subtle.
00:07:00
Speaker
And that kept me happy for a good 15, 20 years.
00:07:03
Speaker
I mean, I moved into marriage and children after that.
00:07:06
Speaker
And then
00:07:07
Speaker
When COVID kind of hit down hard, I'm fitness, my husband's aviation.
00:07:12
Speaker
So we both kind of got locked in and jobs were immediately removed.
00:07:18
Speaker
So it offered me a lot of opportunity to just have my own personal time.
00:07:22
Speaker
So I went into meditation.
00:07:24
Speaker
I was already hungry for something deeper than what like an hour yoga class can offer a student.
00:07:29
Speaker
And then I was also hungry to be able to tap into people that were interested in consciousness but not necessarily doing yoga.
00:07:37
Speaker
So all of the ways that I would take people deeper was through a teacher training or a retreat or afternoon workshop.
00:07:44
Speaker
And so I was looking for some way to kind of bring in the person that was interested but didn't necessarily do yoga.
00:07:50
Speaker
And then that's when the Akashic Records kind of came from behind.
00:07:54
Speaker
I wasn't super familiar with them.
00:07:56
Speaker
I had a meditation experience where the name of an individual that I knew from when I grew up came to mind kind of three nights in a row.
00:08:04
Speaker
And I hadn't talked to her in about 20 years, but I had run into her this summer before when I was visiting my parents.
00:08:11
Speaker
And she gave me her business card and I saw that it said Akashic readings.
00:08:14
Speaker
And I
00:08:15
Speaker
sort of thought in my mind, oh, I should book that.
00:08:17
Speaker
And then I forgot about it, put it in my wallet and left it.
00:08:19
Speaker
So it was a good seven or eight months later that in this time of having extra moments to meditate, her name came up three times in a row.
00:08:27
Speaker
I don't need much more than that.
00:08:29
Speaker
So then I just reached out and I was like, look,
00:08:31
Speaker
your name's coming up in my meditation.
00:08:33
Speaker
I'm not quite sure what it means, but I have a feeling you'll know how to take it from here.
00:08:38
Speaker
And then she replied back and she was like, let's do an Akashic reading.
00:08:42
Speaker
The cool thing about this is she says, that's actually how I advertise.
00:08:45
Speaker
I just put a petition out that my field can pull in the field of someone else that can benefit and resonate from what I have to offer.
00:08:54
Speaker
So that was cool.
00:08:55
Speaker
Just knowing that that was a form of advertising and marketing for business.
00:08:59
Speaker
And so I had a session with her.
00:09:01
Speaker
It was very easily revealed that I was working with the records subconsciously.
00:09:04
Speaker
And she was like, if you want to bring this into a more conscious practice, she'd offered to teach me how to read the records.
00:09:12
Speaker
And then just the teacher in me, as soon as I kind of learned how to do it, I'm a teacher of people, but I'm also a teacher of teachers.
00:09:18
Speaker
So it just was very quick once I went through her training and
00:09:22
Speaker
I had people kind of pinging on my shoulders saying, hey, can you teach me how to do this?
00:09:26
Speaker
And so it's unfolded from there quite easily, smoothly, naturally.
00:09:30
Speaker
It's a lot of fun.
00:09:32
Speaker
It sounds like you're a reader.
00:09:33
Speaker
Like you read the realm, you read the energy, you read the environment.
00:09:37
Speaker
You said, you know, at your young age, you grew up with two brothers, got you in the field, you invited the job you had, and then you had someone give you a book about yogi and yoga.
00:09:48
Speaker
That was a turn of point, but you just said you met someone else.
00:09:50
Speaker
who gave you an introduction to the Akasha record, which was a friend or associate.
00:09:56
Speaker
I'm just trying to bring up, I'm a big person of patterns, right?
00:09:59
Speaker
And so as I'm looking at your timeline for you, you're meeting people, women it seems in these cases, that are giving you something that's taking you to the next step.
00:10:09
Speaker
to the next thing in your life, your career.
00:10:12
Speaker
And I think if we can kind of just pull the carpet back just a little bit for the listeners to see how important it is to pay attention to those little subtle signs of life that brings more life, you were able to tap into that to create more life.
00:10:28
Speaker
Can you speak to that while those little things, synchronicities are so important for us?
00:10:32
Speaker
Well, most times we're missing it because you also spoke on being highly in the masculine and extroverted, right?
00:10:40
Speaker
And then you have to be in the feminine, the more avowant and more receiving, but then things coming together as one.
00:10:46
Speaker
You just kind of speak on like how you pay attention to the signs or the signals or the symbols

Presence and Authenticity in Spiritual Practices

00:10:51
Speaker
to make life decisions.
00:10:53
Speaker
When you 2020 hit and you and your husband had to make a decision, you listened.
00:10:57
Speaker
Yeah, yeah.
00:10:58
Speaker
Really cool reflection that you just gave back to me.
00:11:01
Speaker
I'm kind of just absorbing it and seeing it from the perspective that you just offered me.
00:11:06
Speaker
So I'm going to have a ripple effect of that afterwards, which is neat.
00:11:10
Speaker
Yeah.
00:11:10
Speaker
So I think part of what was in my favor is this is kind of the benefit, I think, of maybe being the youngest in the house.
00:11:18
Speaker
You get to sit back a little bit and see, okay, big brother did this, did not work out.
00:11:24
Speaker
Look at the trouble he got into.
00:11:25
Speaker
Look at how he got caught.
00:11:27
Speaker
Note to self, if I'm going to break the rules, don't do it the way he did it.
00:11:31
Speaker
And then I see other brother like, okay, like really towing the line, really doing the things the way they meant to be.
00:11:36
Speaker
But
00:11:37
Speaker
not complete because he's just denying his own essence to be able to shine.
00:11:41
Speaker
So I think a part of that is being the youngest.
00:11:44
Speaker
You just get to really observe a lot more because the bigger voices in the house, they get more attention.
00:11:51
Speaker
So I think that's a little bit to do with it.
00:11:53
Speaker
And then as I think what I knew before I understood what it was, was the power of presence.
00:12:00
Speaker
So, I mean, the version that I am now understands that the only place where life exists is in present moment.
00:12:09
Speaker
And the adrenals and the kidneys get exhausted when they are constantly asked to be the life force energy when we're not in present moment.
00:12:21
Speaker
And so that for me was kind of a little bit, I understood the nature of it without understanding the knowing of it.
00:12:29
Speaker
What do you call that?
00:12:31
Speaker
You're saying a great deal.
00:12:33
Speaker
You're saying the nature of it and knowing it, like how do you, is that intuition?
00:12:39
Speaker
Is that a download?
00:12:41
Speaker
What is that?
00:12:41
Speaker
I feel like that little hot space that you just acknowledged is so potent.
00:12:47
Speaker
So sometimes how I learn is that I will let the current take me.
00:12:53
Speaker
So like, I don't really know where I'm going, but it feels like it's on track.
00:13:00
Speaker
And then afterwards, in hindsight, when I get the opportunity, like the one we're having right now, I'm getting to look back at the timeline and see what happened.
00:13:09
Speaker
So for example, let's say at age 35, I got that information, like life force only exists in present moment.
00:13:16
Speaker
And as I'm digesting that through the intellectual mind and absorbing it, the nature of your being, so this is the part of you that knows without being taught.
00:13:29
Speaker
And we deny this so much.
00:13:31
Speaker
A beautiful metaphor of this is when a mother for the first time delivers and gives birth, her intellect has no idea what to do with that baby.
00:13:42
Speaker
But her nature knows.
00:13:46
Speaker
It's so good.
00:13:48
Speaker
Right?
00:13:50
Speaker
So her nature knows.
00:13:51
Speaker
And if you let your nature lead, it knows because it's tapping into a current that has been around before the mind.
00:14:03
Speaker
If you let your nature knows, it leads.
00:14:07
Speaker
This is fun.
00:14:08
Speaker
This is what I noticed in your Elizabeth Ralph conversation too.
00:14:10
Speaker
You have a way of popping certain things.
00:14:13
Speaker
Like if you want to talk about patterns, that's great.
00:14:15
Speaker
So then when I'm learning the intellect of that understanding of presence, then I can look back and be like, oh yeah, like those turns that I took that led me to getting that book from my friend.
00:14:28
Speaker
And then from there, I was like, oh, well, my body's a little bit like
00:14:33
Speaker
irritable from all the step aerobics I've done.
00:14:35
Speaker
I certainly can't do this for another decade.
00:14:38
Speaker
So what are my other options?
00:14:39
Speaker
Well, the yoga feels quite good.
00:14:41
Speaker
Then I go and I Google, this is before yoga was on every street corner, right?
00:14:46
Speaker
So this is like, I got into the teacher training just before it blew up.
00:14:51
Speaker
So when I was Googling in the Vancouver, Victoria area in BC, there was maybe five or six studios.
00:14:58
Speaker
It was not many at all.
00:15:00
Speaker
So then I was just feeling the websites when I was looking at it.
00:15:04
Speaker
And so the one website that I got the most comfortableness and welcoming and like, this is kind of it feeling, that's how I went with it.
00:15:11
Speaker
But when I'm learning in my 30s,
00:15:15
Speaker
the comprehension of presence, I can look back at my hindsight and be like, oh, the only reason why I had the awareness to take that turn was because I was in a moment of presence and able to see what was being offered.
00:15:29
Speaker
Wow.
00:15:31
Speaker
People, listen, please tune into that frequency.
00:15:34
Speaker
The only reason she was able to make that decision, that turning point was because she was in the nature of the moment, which was the presence to make a decision to move forward.
00:15:46
Speaker
And that's the thing that I feel like in the spiritual realm of the world, we don't know presence from that paradigm.
00:15:54
Speaker
We know it from be here now.
00:15:57
Speaker
Well, what does that look like being here now, right?
00:16:00
Speaker
And you're giving context and clues and ideology and a vision to how that book my friend gave me.
00:16:09
Speaker
Oh, I was on a website and I was feeling what it felt like for me to make a decision because I was present.
00:16:15
Speaker
And then you manifest the thing because you wasn't looking behind or ahead.
00:16:20
Speaker
You was like, how do I feel right now?
00:16:22
Speaker
As speaking, right?
00:16:24
Speaker
It feels great because I'm present.
00:16:26
Speaker
I'm not thinking about what's not happening.
00:16:28
Speaker
And so I think you have such a gift about knowing because we're taught to believe.
00:16:34
Speaker
And I feel like you teach yourself to know being present.
00:16:38
Speaker
Right.
00:16:38
Speaker
So let me expand on that because the one piece that I think is really important for people to understand is that how we've received that is not the same for everyone.
00:16:48
Speaker
And so a lot of the teaching that I offer when I do an Akashic training is the setup before the training even starts.
00:16:56
Speaker
So when people decide that they want to come in and do a training with me, before we even get to that point, I'm having a session with them one-on-one
00:17:05
Speaker
and we're identifying what their clear abilities are.
00:17:09
Speaker
And clear abilities are, it gets a little bit mystified, and it gets a little bit kind of put far reaching.
00:17:15
Speaker
But here's the thing, the shamans have always known that we experience life through the senses.
00:17:20
Speaker
So when you're in your 3D form, the senses are how you relate.
00:17:26
Speaker
And the
00:17:27
Speaker
To take it a step further, I believe a lot of individuals, a lot of souls incarnate just so that they can feel the senses.
00:17:36
Speaker
I want to smell that pizza from that vendor down the street.
00:17:39
Speaker
I want to taste that sushi that I've heard so much.
00:17:42
Speaker
I want to be able to see a sunset.
00:17:45
Speaker
I want to smell the petrichor.
00:17:47
Speaker
The senses are only available to us in this human form.
00:17:50
Speaker
We don't get it when we leave this body.
00:17:52
Speaker
We outsource how magnificent the non-physical realm is and we forget that, dude, there's like 8 billion people here.
00:18:02
Speaker
They're not all just here to create the change.
00:18:05
Speaker
That's great.
00:18:06
Speaker
Some of it's selfish.
00:18:07
Speaker
They want to experience contrast.
00:18:09
Speaker
They want to experience the senses.
00:18:11
Speaker
They want to experience time and space.
00:18:13
Speaker
They want to experience emotions.
00:18:17
Speaker
And they want to be able to make mistakes.
00:18:18
Speaker
They don't want to know.
00:18:20
Speaker
Because honestly, the all-knowing could get pretty boring after a while.
00:18:25
Speaker
You just helped me heal something.
00:18:26
Speaker
Wow.
00:18:28
Speaker
So to give you context on what you just said, I grew up wanting everything to be positive and great and feeling because I grew up in a negative environment, frequency, right?
00:18:37
Speaker
That I was afraid to make mistakes.
00:18:39
Speaker
I didn't want the contrast because I was too afraid what the outcome would be.
00:18:43
Speaker
But as I've gotten older, I allow myself to experience life in contrast to know that there's a deeper meaning and there's perspective.
00:18:52
Speaker
And then go back to what you say, you get to a point, you have all this information and it becomes boring because you're not allowing yourself to exist in whatever it is.
00:19:01
Speaker
And I think when we started the interview, we talked about chaos and I've learned in my discovery that we find peace in chaos.
00:19:09
Speaker
It'll find peace in peace.
00:19:12
Speaker
Right?
00:19:12
Speaker
Well, peace, another word for peace could be balance, right?
00:19:15
Speaker
Everyone's hunting for balance.
00:19:17
Speaker
And for me, balance is a resting place.
00:19:21
Speaker
If you hang out in balance for too long, life becomes boring, right?
00:19:26
Speaker
So you need the opposite ends of the spectrum to push the growth edges to show you the unknown, the pockets that want to be expanded into.
00:19:35
Speaker
So for me, balance is not a place that I'm trying to come into as a forever state.
00:19:40
Speaker
It's a place that I come back to, I reset, I rest.
00:19:43
Speaker
It's like, feels good.
00:19:46
Speaker
And then where's the next leap coming from?
00:19:49
Speaker
Which direction am I going?
00:19:51
Speaker
Stay even killing your whole Dharma experience of living.
00:19:55
Speaker
Like what is your technique of staying not balanced, but just, you know, not too high, not too low, but I'm here.
00:20:02
Speaker
What is it that you do?
00:20:03
Speaker
Because that's fascinating how you say you don't stay in balance.
00:20:05
Speaker
I've never heard that.
00:20:06
Speaker
I think that's great.
00:20:08
Speaker
But how do you get to that equilibrium of understanding that that's okay?
00:20:12
Speaker
Like, do you want actual, like, what's my, like, daily practices?
00:20:15
Speaker
Or do you want- Yeah, something that's tangible that people can relate to or connect to and say, hmm, because, like I said, for me growing up, the contrast where I was from was so common.
00:20:25
Speaker
But yet, you know, I've been on our sales list for 10 plus years.
00:20:27
Speaker
I have wealthy clients.
00:20:29
Speaker
And they live on, so I'm in the middle of two different perspectives, right?
00:20:33
Speaker
Where people are comfortable in contrast, most people are comfortable in the light.
00:20:37
Speaker
When they're dealing with contrast, it doesn't bother as much versus this side of the spectrum.
00:20:41
Speaker
But then I'm learning how to bridge the gap between both parties, just light and dark, day and night, feminine, masculine.
00:20:48
Speaker
But for you, how do you just deal with it all in such a unique way from your perspective?
00:20:54
Speaker
Toolkit, you know, I don't know, you said meditation, yoga, like the way you said, I've never heard it in that lens.

Balancing Spiritual Growth and Discomfort

00:21:01
Speaker
So it's important for people to hear more.
00:21:03
Speaker
So I think the old version of me used to be very stoic with my practices that I would do to raise my vibration.
00:21:14
Speaker
The new version of me gets more curious with what
00:21:17
Speaker
why do I have to raise my vibration so much?
00:21:20
Speaker
What's happening in my life that I have to have 16 practices a day just so I can feel like myself?
00:21:29
Speaker
And so that's part of it is like, let's get more curious because we're so fixated on the green smoothie, the workout, all the things that we're doing to help keep our vibration high.
00:21:40
Speaker
And very rarely are we looking at why the hell do we even have to raise our vibration?
00:21:45
Speaker
Yeah, and I'm guilty of that.
00:21:46
Speaker
I've done that for years.
00:21:47
Speaker
I'm just crossing that off, right?
00:21:50
Speaker
But then I realized recently, I'm glad that you said that, is that if I don't have something around my vibration or routine, my boundaries are so weak, I get distracted.
00:22:01
Speaker
And then I'm all over the place.
00:22:02
Speaker
I don't know if you want to call it spiritual bypass or disconnected, but I'm here, but I'm just scattered in my energy field.
00:22:11
Speaker
Right, right.
00:22:12
Speaker
Are you saying like the more things that you have going on, the more centered you can stay?
00:22:17
Speaker
Meaning like if I'm not centered, when I wake up, we'll start my day.
00:22:22
Speaker
The busyness of taking me out of myself, my most truest self, right?
00:22:26
Speaker
And I'll just be doing because I can or because I feel like I should versus like, hold on, let me check in with myself.
00:22:32
Speaker
Do I really want to do this?
00:22:35
Speaker
Or do I feel like I should because of my ego is taking over?
00:22:39
Speaker
I didn't connect with myself today to know what I should and shouldn't be doing.
00:22:43
Speaker
Like I know, but life is just happening.
00:22:45
Speaker
Emails, people call it.
00:22:47
Speaker
I haven't even prayed, meditated.
00:22:48
Speaker
I didn't work out.
00:22:50
Speaker
You know, I didn't make the bed.
00:22:51
Speaker
Like I'm just off.
00:22:52
Speaker
I'm not cleared in my energy field.
00:22:54
Speaker
I'm just taking on everything that's coming with no big boundaries to kind of separate them from what I want first, right?
00:23:02
Speaker
Okay, this is fun.
00:23:03
Speaker
There's so many pieces like still that we haven't tapped into from where we started.
00:23:08
Speaker
And then I love where this is going.
00:23:09
Speaker
So, I'm just going to keep rolling with it.
00:23:10
Speaker
Okay, so one thing that I want to say before I go further is one of the biggest things that has helped me because I live in this human existence, there is no hierarchy between the contrast.
00:23:24
Speaker
Good God.
00:23:25
Speaker
Get her on the stage, please.
00:23:27
Speaker
Listen to her.
00:23:29
Speaker
There's no hierarchy to the contrast.
00:23:32
Speaker
Where is this coming from?
00:23:34
Speaker
Right now?
00:23:35
Speaker
Like what?
00:23:36
Speaker
Where's the book?
00:23:37
Speaker
I need to read it.
00:23:38
Speaker
Damn.
00:23:39
Speaker
I'm sorry, but go ahead.
00:23:41
Speaker
Yeah.
00:23:41
Speaker
So your quiet is not better than your loud, right?
00:23:45
Speaker
Your busy is not less than your stillness.
00:23:49
Speaker
This is where like the mystics and the yogis and the priests, they've talked about this for years.
00:23:53
Speaker
It's the space of awakening comes from being able to hold the contrast between
00:24:00
Speaker
in a beautiful paradox without favoring one over the other.
00:24:04
Speaker
It's like the breath doesn't favor the inhale over the exhale.
00:24:09
Speaker
They're both equally necessary, right?
00:24:13
Speaker
So once that started to become part of my life, then my emotions were not addicted to being in the contrast that was preferable or not being in the contrast that was preferable.
00:24:30
Speaker
And this isn't to say that you become wishy-washy and you don't have integrity or morals, but you're able to be present in the sense of this is what's happening.
00:24:42
Speaker
And what does my meaning maker want to impose on that to make me think that it might be something that it's not?
00:24:49
Speaker
Okay.
00:24:50
Speaker
So for example, let's say I share an email with someone and it comes back to me and it is not received the way I wanted it to be received.
00:25:00
Speaker
The meaning maker in me is going to impose on that situation that that person's so-and-so or I'm so-and-so.
00:25:09
Speaker
I'm not clear.
00:25:10
Speaker
I'm not able to articulate myself.
00:25:13
Speaker
I'm not worthy.
00:25:14
Speaker
All the things that I could say to that.
00:25:16
Speaker
Or impose it in the opposite way as like, that person's so stressed out, they didn't even read my email before they replied to it.
00:25:24
Speaker
So I've just made meaning and pulled myself into an egoic state.
00:25:30
Speaker
That potentially has nothing to do with what went on there.
00:25:33
Speaker
Why do we do that?
00:25:35
Speaker
Because I think the mind works on patterns.
00:25:39
Speaker
And when a pattern works, it recapitulates it.
00:25:43
Speaker
It keeps it going.
00:25:44
Speaker
I don't know the science totally, but my intuition is there's more systems in the brain set up
00:25:50
Speaker
to identify with what we think is negative because it's a primitive way that we kept ourselves safe.
00:25:58
Speaker
Always looking for danger, risk, the things that can threaten the physical body.
00:26:05
Speaker
And so that just is continuing to play out today.
00:26:07
Speaker
Now,
00:26:08
Speaker
Don't quote me on that, but that's just my- I mean, that's really good.
00:26:11
Speaker
That happened earlier today.
00:26:13
Speaker
I DMed someone.
00:26:14
Speaker
You know, you can see it.
00:26:16
Speaker
People seen like 21 minutes ago.
00:26:19
Speaker
No response.
00:26:20
Speaker
So what did the brain do?
00:26:22
Speaker
I get right into this space.
00:26:24
Speaker
And did I say or did I just kept questioning, right?
00:26:28
Speaker
Curiosity is like your lifeline in life.
00:26:31
Speaker
The more you stay curious, the more choice you have.
00:26:34
Speaker
The more choice you have, the more alive you feel.
00:26:36
Speaker
The more alive you feel, the more sovereign you are.
00:26:38
Speaker
It just keeps going.
00:26:40
Speaker
Is that your thing?
00:26:41
Speaker
Is that yours that you coined that?
00:26:42
Speaker
That is really amazing.
00:26:44
Speaker
I just said that.
00:26:45
Speaker
Curiosity because that's been my whole life.
00:26:47
Speaker
This is how I got in this position I am today.
00:26:49
Speaker
I've been so curious about evolution and the soul and why am I here?
00:26:53
Speaker
Who is this person?
00:26:54
Speaker
And why do I talk like this?
00:26:55
Speaker
And why do I think?
00:26:57
Speaker
Where's my fears?
00:26:57
Speaker
But what you're doing that's different from, say, the person next to you, you have this capacity to zoom out, to widen the aperture just enough to make what it is that you're curious about not personal.
00:27:13
Speaker
And so when we're rubbing up too close, it's so personal, we can't be curious.
00:27:19
Speaker
So if I was in your records right now, this would probably be aligning with the purpose of your soul in this lifetime.
00:27:26
Speaker
This is a quality and an essence of your soul that came into this lifetime.
00:27:32
Speaker
And as a result, the more you tend to it,
00:27:36
Speaker
the more you get opportunities to grow and expand with the purpose of your soul because it's fluid.
00:27:41
Speaker
And then you feel more like yourself.
00:27:44
Speaker
And when we feel like ourself, we feel more aligned.
00:27:47
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:48
Speaker
Even when I got the email for you to be on the podcast, I was like, oh, this is perfect.
00:27:53
Speaker
I don't even have to look at her bio.
00:27:55
Speaker
Well, you know what was fun?
00:27:56
Speaker
Most interviews is like this dithering back and forth of like, how about this time?
00:28:02
Speaker
How about that time?
00:28:03
Speaker
I got a moment six weeks from now and I got this wicked email.
00:28:07
Speaker
I was like, can you do it in two days at 4 p.m.?
00:28:09
Speaker
I'm like, boom, we're on.
00:28:10
Speaker
Let's do it.
00:28:11
Speaker
Like, that was my thing that made me feel most excited was I was like, I like...
00:28:15
Speaker
Talk about the Akasha record.
00:28:16
Speaker
So the record I got a few months ago, I was told I already served my life purpose, that there's two paths that lead to one.
00:28:25
Speaker
One is when I'm in my head and my ego, it's hard, still going to get me where I'm going.
00:28:30
Speaker
Or there's another one when I'm in my heart and I'm in my spirit.
00:28:33
Speaker
It's easy and it's effortless.
00:28:36
Speaker
And I don't have to put in so much work.
00:28:39
Speaker
I put in enough work in this lifetime.
00:28:41
Speaker
I need to have fun and relax and rest, right?
00:28:46
Speaker
So let me loop back to that.
00:28:47
Speaker
I knew this was going to happen.
00:28:48
Speaker
So what you just described is when we're talking about our clairs, and I'm saying everyone experiences present moment in a different way, and you can also experience it in all ways at once.
00:28:59
Speaker
So here's what I mean.
00:29:01
Speaker
The part of you that's in your head is probably highly connected to what we call claircognizance.
00:29:06
Speaker
That's your inner knowing.
00:29:08
Speaker
So you can make decisions from your inner knowing, and it blends with your intellect.
00:29:13
Speaker
And this is how you can do life.
00:29:15
Speaker
And when you draw in clairsentient, which is feeling the sense of touch, which is translated into clairsentient, so feeling it kinesthetically in your heart space, now you have more lines connected to the field that you can get information from, right?
00:29:37
Speaker
And then the next person, they become present when it's like, oh my God, all of a sudden I'm seeing the color in the room.
00:29:44
Speaker
seeing this perhaps gentle hue that's around this person in the color yellow.
00:29:49
Speaker
I'm noticing that when someone suggests this offering to me, I get these like flashes of light and that's my yes.
00:29:57
Speaker
Yes.
00:29:58
Speaker
And then the other person might experience it through like a clear audio, which is your thought voice coming in is like, it sounds like a voice in your head, but it's very same sounding as your thought voice.
00:30:10
Speaker
So most people dismiss it.
00:30:12
Speaker
So when we're trying to be in the space of more presence, when we go back to the breadcrumbs,
00:30:18
Speaker
I received the book from my friends, so I was like, perfect, thanks for the gift.
00:30:22
Speaker
But then when I go to the website, I was feeling into which institution resonated with me, right?
00:30:29
Speaker
So there's ways that I'm using my Claire's in different ways in different present moments.
00:30:34
Speaker
So to the listener, it's really important that when we're talking about being present, it's not just a word that we say, it's a felt experience, right?
00:30:45
Speaker
And so are you feeling it through the knowing of pay attention, something is happening right now.
00:30:52
Speaker
Don't disengage, don't distract, don't pick up that phone in this moment.
00:30:58
Speaker
Or are we getting the felt sense of like, oh,
00:31:01
Speaker
This person feels so radiant and delicious.
00:31:04
Speaker
Like, I just want to get closer and hang out with you for a little while.
00:31:09
Speaker
Before the episode, I was throwing some breath work, some deep breath work.
00:31:12
Speaker
And as I was coming up, I just had a vision of you and myself giving you a big hug.
00:31:18
Speaker
And it was like, it gave me more confidence.
00:31:20
Speaker
to come have this conversation today.
00:31:22
Speaker
It's like, I already knew you.
00:31:23
Speaker
Our souls know each other or I don't know.
00:31:25
Speaker
Even when I was watching, I was like, this woman is powerful.
00:31:28
Speaker
More people need to know about her.
00:31:29
Speaker
Like the way you break down information with intuitive hits, you were saying something in a podcast with Guy.
00:31:36
Speaker
I think you were saying, yeah, but where did that come from?
00:31:39
Speaker
Because I always say, what does our thinking come from?
00:31:41
Speaker
Who gave you that thought?
00:31:43
Speaker
How did you just enter into my field?
00:31:45
Speaker
Is that what I thought?
00:31:46
Speaker
Is that someone else's?
00:31:47
Speaker
So for me, I already knew coming on today what it was going to be.
00:31:52
Speaker
I could feel it.
00:31:53
Speaker
It was like I had the vision and it was just like you'd flash and it was a quick hug and it was Spanish and it was just smiles, right?
00:32:00
Speaker
Like I can't explain it, but that's what I saw.
00:32:04
Speaker
And I get this way about a lot of things.
00:32:06
Speaker
I just don't speak on it enough because I make sense to the listener or the viewer.
00:32:10
Speaker
But for you, it was like whoever she is, she is chosen.
00:32:16
Speaker
There's no question marks when I'm listening.
00:32:17
Speaker
I'm like, damn.
00:32:19
Speaker
You know, more people need to hear her because it can help you maneuver through life because we all experience life differently.
00:32:26
Speaker
And I think you make people feel comfortable with whatever it is that they're experiencing.
00:32:31
Speaker
So let me piggyback on what you just said because this is what it gets super fun.
00:32:35
Speaker
Yeah.
00:32:36
Speaker
So before I came on the interview, what I always do before I have any interview or I meet with any client, I take five or 10 minutes, I close my eyes.
00:32:45
Speaker
And because I don't have your consent to open up your records, I open up the records of the interview that we're about to have.
00:32:54
Speaker
So keepers of the records, please open the records for Eric and myself in the interview that we're about to have.
00:33:00
Speaker
Create a safe and sacred space for our highest good and healing.
00:33:04
Speaker
The records are open, the records are open, the records are open.
00:33:07
Speaker
Then I start to feel your essence come in.
00:33:11
Speaker
And then I take a moment and I just ask,
00:33:14
Speaker
Any misalignments, anything that's between our souls that doesn't serve us in this moment, please erase them, transmute them, and bring us into the highest I am version that we want.
00:33:26
Speaker
And potentially, like, of course, that's the same moment when you're getting the hug.
00:33:32
Speaker
And so you and I didn't talk about it.
00:33:35
Speaker
I prayed too.
00:33:35
Speaker
I said the same thing.
00:33:37
Speaker
Allow our higher self, our super conscious to connect.
00:33:39
Speaker
And let me connect to the sole purpose that's in the life of the first soul.
00:33:43
Speaker
For the greater good of the people listening and watching it.
00:33:46
Speaker
Come through me.
00:33:46
Speaker
Let us speak.
00:33:47
Speaker
Let us connect.
00:33:48
Speaker
Let us dive in.
00:33:49
Speaker
Like literally.
00:33:50
Speaker
Because before I do my interviews, I want clients, it's intentional.
00:33:53
Speaker
I don't just show up this way.
00:33:54
Speaker
I had a mic before, a ring light, I didn't pray, I didn't done breastwork.
00:33:58
Speaker
It's a whole process, a metamorphosis before I even get to the hidden point, right?
00:34:02
Speaker
Before I get to, you know, plate.
00:34:05
Speaker
So then when we go back to the tools and techniques, that's one that I have in my day.
00:34:10
Speaker
I put space between the people that I meet.
00:34:14
Speaker
I don't go back to back.
00:34:16
Speaker
Number one, this body gets to move, gets to have a bile break, gets to eat.
00:34:20
Speaker
I'm not shoving something in my mouth before my next client.
00:34:23
Speaker
I'm tending to the sacredness of this physical form.
00:34:27
Speaker
And then I'm allowing the ripple effect of whatever exchange I just had to have time to kind of integrate and ripple.
00:34:37
Speaker
And then I pause that and then I'm like, okay, now where am I going next?
00:34:41
Speaker
And then I take a moment, just as you and I talked about, to lean into it.
00:34:45
Speaker
So my days are more meaningful, but less filled.
00:34:50
Speaker
Like rather than having four clients, I'll put three clients in so that I can get that space in between.
00:34:56
Speaker
It comes from a very deep respect, not just for the practice, but for the person.
00:35:03
Speaker
I honestly feel there's no greater agency that we can offer another than our presence.
00:35:08
Speaker
Like your full undivided attention.
00:35:10
Speaker
Think of a small child.
00:35:12
Speaker
If they're asking for something and the parent gets low and looks them in the eye and listens to what they have to say, chances are they're just going to ask for one cookie, not six.
00:35:24
Speaker
Yeah.
00:35:25
Speaker
Right?
00:35:25
Speaker
Because they just need that moment.
00:35:26
Speaker
Oh my God, I got it.
00:35:27
Speaker
I'm so filled up.
00:35:28
Speaker
And then off they go and they go do their thing.
00:35:30
Speaker
But when it's half-assed, and this is not to be judged, it just is because we're human.
00:35:36
Speaker
But when it's checking a text and answering, man, my kids know when I'm doing that and they hate it.
00:35:43
Speaker
And they know that I'm half in, half out.
00:35:45
Speaker
And they roll their eyes and they throw up their arms.
00:35:46
Speaker
Then I'm just like, oh my God, you're right.
00:35:48
Speaker
Put the phone down.
00:35:49
Speaker
What is it?
00:35:50
Speaker
Let's do it.
00:35:51
Speaker
What do you want to share with me?
00:35:52
Speaker
Let's talk.
00:35:53
Speaker
And so that agency is available to everyone.
00:35:57
Speaker
You don't have to have any education for that.
00:35:59
Speaker
And that's to me, when I think of the teachers that have had the most impact on me, it's the ones that know how to be present.
00:36:07
Speaker
Yeah.
00:36:07
Speaker
And really listening to the listeners.

Curiosity in Conversations

00:36:10
Speaker
First, it could be said something.
00:36:12
Speaker
You could miss everything they're saying because you're not listening to the listening.
00:36:16
Speaker
The ear behind the voice that the voice needs to hear to understand, to give it back so they can have finally all answers, right?
00:36:24
Speaker
If you're speaking to me and I'm speaking back to her in a way that makes sense for her to understand, to get whatever point across and to serve that sole purpose in that moment, here we are.
00:36:34
Speaker
So it is.
00:36:35
Speaker
Thank you for being present.
00:36:37
Speaker
When you're talking about like, let's get into the nuance behind it, what I'm noticing, and I'm doing it a lot today just because this is such a lively, thriving conversation, but listening without formulating your response while they're speaking.
00:36:52
Speaker
Like, how can I fully listen and just receive what it is that the person's saying while not at the same time just waiting for my turn so that I can give my reply?
00:37:05
Speaker
It's very nuanced, that little piece.
00:37:07
Speaker
And then there is a point that I just want to lean back into that we were talking about because it was tools for vibration.
00:37:15
Speaker
Like what are the tools that we can have to raise vibration?
00:37:18
Speaker
And not so much to share my tools, but to share something that I don't talk about it a lot.
00:37:24
Speaker
It's just an experience that I've had and I haven't actually heard it shared very much in spiritual communities, but I'm talking about it a little bit more lately.
00:37:32
Speaker
And so here we are.
00:37:35
Speaker
I allow myself opportunities to abandon practice for a couple of reasons.
00:37:40
Speaker
One, when we adhere to a particular technique, it's very easy to get addicted to the technique and assume that the technique is God rather than letting the technique be the door that lets you into the space of source consciousness, however you describe it.
00:38:00
Speaker
And so I watch even the Akashic Records.
00:38:03
Speaker
I don't, every time I meditate, open up the records because I'm aware of how I can start to make the records the pedestal rather than the space that happens when I open the records the pedestal.
00:38:19
Speaker
So when I abandon practice, it's for a couple of reasons.
00:38:23
Speaker
One, to see if the practice is actually working.
00:38:26
Speaker
So I don't recommend this for beginners.
00:38:28
Speaker
Beginners, you're just working with your consistency.
00:38:30
Speaker
Can you drink the green smoothie every single day and see what that feels, right?
00:38:34
Speaker
You're just trying to get your consistency.
00:38:36
Speaker
But for the veteran or the long-term practitioner, when you...
00:38:41
Speaker
abandon practice, you get to notice if is the technique actually working?
00:38:46
Speaker
Let's say I start meditating because I don't want to be impatient as much as I usually am.
00:38:53
Speaker
So I'm trying to work on my patience.
00:38:54
Speaker
So this is why I want to start meditating.
00:38:56
Speaker
Now, I could meditate for 20 years and not even notice if my patience is getting better.
00:39:02
Speaker
So the reason why I started isn't actually working.
00:39:05
Speaker
The meditation technique that I'm using, I'm just going through the motions.
00:39:09
Speaker
It's not actually working.
00:39:10
Speaker
And then what's really cool is then we get to a point in the practice where we're like, oh, it's working.
00:39:17
Speaker
And this is super fun.
00:39:18
Speaker
Like, let's say you're three years in.
00:39:19
Speaker
You're like, oh, my God, I've become so patient.
00:39:23
Speaker
I'm never going to give this up.
00:39:25
Speaker
And when we never give it up, then what happens is we assume that the meditation is creating the patience and
00:39:36
Speaker
Rather than allowing ourselves to consider the possibility that we are in a new structure, a new pattern, a new way of operating.
00:39:48
Speaker
And so even if I let go of this practice, I'm still going to remain a patient being because this is my new body.
00:39:56
Speaker
I'm no longer that old version of myself.
00:39:59
Speaker
And I think it's so deep, Ra, that you said that because when I don't go to bed on time, I'll write on the whiteboard before I go to bed and don't do the shower.
00:40:09
Speaker
And unconsciously or consciously, I think something's wrong.
00:40:14
Speaker
But maybe spirit is telling me you don't need it.
00:40:16
Speaker
I want you to trust what you've done.
00:40:18
Speaker
Trust the work.
00:40:20
Speaker
Right?
00:40:21
Speaker
Trust it.
00:40:21
Speaker
Right.
00:40:22
Speaker
I want to bring that into cryo.
00:40:23
Speaker
Right?
00:40:24
Speaker
So when you go to cryo and you want to listen, cryo healthcare, cryotherapy, so like negative 220, 200, 140, negative 240, you freeze your body for two minutes.
00:40:34
Speaker
It's cold, right?
00:40:35
Speaker
So what I discovered even in cryo, just like to go back to spiritual practices, abandon it.
00:40:40
Speaker
When I get out the chamber, my body goes into, but am I actually cold?
00:40:46
Speaker
Or am I telling myself I should be cold because it's cold?
00:40:50
Speaker
Right.
00:40:52
Speaker
I'm telling myself if I don't do the practice, nothing good is going to come out.
00:40:57
Speaker
It's like, no, that's false.
00:40:59
Speaker
You've done enough cryo sessions.
00:41:01
Speaker
You've done enough meditation and prayer before the day to know it will work if you let it instead of being addicted to the work.
00:41:10
Speaker
That makes sense.
00:41:11
Speaker
Totally makes sense.
00:41:12
Speaker
And to play devil's advocate, it can go the opposite.
00:41:14
Speaker
When like I had a student a couple of weeks ago, she was like, I'm so sorry.
00:41:18
Speaker
We've been traveling.
00:41:19
Speaker
We've been doing things.
00:41:20
Speaker
I've not done any of the practices or the things that we were working on together.
00:41:24
Speaker
She's like, I feel like I'm coming in as a failure.
00:41:26
Speaker
And I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:41:28
Speaker
How are you feeling in this moment?
00:41:30
Speaker
What are you noticing is happening alchemy wise in your system?
00:41:34
Speaker
Yeah.
00:41:35
Speaker
Because you're not practicing.
00:41:36
Speaker
She's like, well, I can't focus.
00:41:38
Speaker
I've got no time.
00:41:40
Speaker
She's listing all the things that she doesn't like.
00:41:41
Speaker
So, I'm like, so do you want to go back to practice?
00:41:44
Speaker
She's like, yeah.
00:41:45
Speaker
I'm like, perfect.
00:41:45
Speaker
Maybe that's why you left it.
00:41:48
Speaker
Just so that you can experience why you're so interested to learn.
00:41:55
Speaker
You can't.
00:41:57
Speaker
There is no hierarchy.
00:42:00
Speaker
You got a coin.
00:42:01
Speaker
Where's the book?
00:42:01
Speaker
Can we get the book?
00:42:02
Speaker
Hey, you know, where's the book?
00:42:05
Speaker
Oh, yeah.
00:42:06
Speaker
I didn't even get to some of the questions I really wanted.
00:42:09
Speaker
This was.
00:42:12
Speaker
But there is one question that I really want to ask, and I think I know you have the answer.
00:42:17
Speaker
How do we as people, as humans, as individuals can reconnect to who we really are, our authentic self, where we can feel complete and whole with no resistance in the most easiest way without feeling like we have to do so much?
00:42:39
Speaker
Well, I'm just going to flip it back on you.
00:42:41
Speaker
My motto is how easy can it be?
00:42:45
Speaker
So whenever I feel like I'm hard edging and pushing something uphill, I just pause and I'm like, clearly, I am not seeing the possibilities that are available.
00:42:58
Speaker
This is what you do great.
00:42:59
Speaker
You have this way of like sitting back and being curious and being like, is there another option here?
00:43:03
Speaker
Or what else is going on in the room?
00:43:06
Speaker
So a couple of years ago, I was doing a lot of work with a coach to just bust through some money beliefs that I have.
00:43:12
Speaker
And we were working on creating more income.
00:43:15
Speaker
And that was my motto was, this is not meant to be more work.
00:43:23
Speaker
So how easy could it be?
00:43:25
Speaker
So every time that I was trying to push a client to come in that wasn't ready, let them go, put my attention in another direction, who's next?
00:43:37
Speaker
How can I call them in?
00:43:39
Speaker
That's just what I play with is like the easefulness has to be the recognition that how easy can it be?
00:43:45
Speaker
And it doesn't mean that some things don't require grit and hard and for me uncomfortable are not the same thing.
00:43:53
Speaker
I can be incredibly uncomfortable moving into the unknown, playing with this new version of me that I want to bring online.
00:44:03
Speaker
But it does not have to be hard.
00:44:05
Speaker
It can be uncomfortable, but it doesn't have to be hard.
00:44:07
Speaker
And when I'm making it hard, where am I not letting support in?
00:44:12
Speaker
Where am I not letting other opinions come in to give me suggestions on how to do this in a better way?
00:44:18
Speaker
How am I hyper-individualizing it and making this all about me?
00:44:22
Speaker
How easy can it be?
00:44:23
Speaker
And then the other component that I would just add to that is just we are 100% human and 100% divine.
00:44:33
Speaker
I don't feel it's a 50-50, meaning we're here to have the whole human experience, all of it, and the whole divine experience.
00:44:45
Speaker
There's no hierarchy.
00:44:46
Speaker
No hierarchy.
00:44:48
Speaker
So when you're having a thing where it's like trying to be perfect, that's a very human part of ourself that gets to be there.
00:44:59
Speaker
And if it's overtaking,
00:45:02
Speaker
Where's your 100% divine that can come in at this moment?
00:45:06
Speaker
Bring in the divine because it's always in perfection.
00:45:10
Speaker
They'll probably change tomorrow.
00:45:11
Speaker
I'll probably have a different answer tomorrow.
00:45:12
Speaker
Yeah, I mean, that's what we're like.
00:45:13
Speaker
We're in the moment.
00:45:14
Speaker
We're present.
00:45:15
Speaker
So this was such a great conversation about so many things.
00:45:19
Speaker
But how can the listeners, viewers, people, the universe, because Akasha Record lady said she just puts the energy out and the right people connect.
00:45:28
Speaker
How can people connect with the soul of you to work with you to get more?
00:45:32
Speaker
information to improve that situation or just to go higher in their consciousness, their mind, their body, their soul.
00:45:39
Speaker
Where can we find you?
00:45:41
Speaker
Thanks.
00:45:41
Speaker
That's very sweeter.
00:45:43
Speaker
Yeah.
00:45:43
Speaker
Action's needed, right?
00:45:44
Speaker
If we just sit in the meditative space, in the formless space, we have to be able to pull it into action.
00:45:49
Speaker
So that the action for that is you can go over to my website.
00:45:53
Speaker
It's just my name, HeatherIvoney.com.
00:45:56
Speaker
And if you just want to experience more of me without any
00:46:00
Speaker
strings attached, then I have just a free program.
00:46:03
Speaker
It's the seven-day spiritual reset.
00:46:05
Speaker
And each day I'm just giving offerings on how to pull from the distraction of the periphery in towards the midline.
00:46:12
Speaker
And I also have a media tab on there that just gives you a bunch of free resources there.
00:46:16
Speaker
And then if you want to take a deeper dive, I have online self-study programs.

Role of Akashic Records in Personal Development

00:46:20
Speaker
And then my heartbeat is offering people connection with consciousness through the Akashic Records.
00:46:26
Speaker
And one-on-one mentorship are the two things that I love doing with people.
00:46:30
Speaker
Yeah, and before we get up, because we didn't speak on it, can you just give a brief synopsis of what the Akasha record is?
00:46:35
Speaker
Some people call it soul readings.
00:46:37
Speaker
What do you see it as?
00:46:39
Speaker
So I separate the two.
00:46:40
Speaker
So akasha is a Sanskrit word that directly translates into spirit or space, which I love because space takes us into the science side, which is the study of the quantum physics, right?
00:46:54
Speaker
Spirit's going to take you into the conscious realm, the spiritual realm.
00:46:57
Speaker
So if you're more atheist, think of Akashic record, the akasha as the quantum field.
00:47:02
Speaker
It's the study of everything, right?
00:47:04
Speaker
Space is everywhere.
00:47:05
Speaker
That's the akasha.
00:47:07
Speaker
And then spirit is everywhere, does not go anywhere.
00:47:11
Speaker
And so that is also the Akasha.
00:47:12
Speaker
And then someone's specific Akashic records is that your soul has a timeline of like, if you're open to it, all the past lives that you've had, the present moment you're in, and then the timeline of the potential future that you could be moving into.
00:47:28
Speaker
So if I'm dialing into someone's Akashic records, it's like dialing the radio frequency or the GPS signal that
00:47:36
Speaker
into your, think of it like your energetic or divine blueprint.
00:47:42
Speaker
And then when I'm in that space, I feel the essence of your field.
00:47:46
Speaker
So everyone's field feels a little bit different.
00:47:49
Speaker
So I describe that to them.
00:47:51
Speaker
And then it holds all that information of your soul's history.
00:47:54
Speaker
So we can go where the records take us and we can go where you want to go if you have specific questions.
00:48:00
Speaker
Most people come to me because they want to either align with their purpose or expand it and grow it in some way.
00:48:07
Speaker
And so I work very intimately with that, but I can pretty much go wherever someone wants to go.
00:48:11
Speaker
And you teach it as well, right?
00:48:12
Speaker
You teach people how to tap into the right- And teach people how to read it because my big thing is that I get real irritated with how spirituality and religion can be outsourced and it can become pretentious.
00:48:26
Speaker
This person's born with that skill and that person's not.
00:48:29
Speaker
It's like, dude, if you want to run a marathon, you got to train.
00:48:32
Speaker
And so if you want to be able to tap into your clear abilities, you got to work that muscle.
00:48:37
Speaker
And once the muscles worked and opened, then you can start to play with the field more intimately.
00:48:43
Speaker
And some people already have it open, but it's so undirected that it's almost inappropriate.
00:48:50
Speaker
You know, that's the individual that'll stop you at the grocery store and be like, I got a message for you.
00:48:55
Speaker
And it's just like, dude, I don't even know who you are.
00:48:57
Speaker
And you're telling me you got a message for me?
00:48:59
Speaker
Like, that's not appropriate.
00:49:00
Speaker
So I work with people that get a lot of signals, but they have nowhere to filter it into.
00:49:06
Speaker
So the Akashic Records is a way for them to work with it.
00:49:09
Speaker
Anything else you want to add?
00:49:10
Speaker
Can you give us some words of inspiration or something people could just focus on?
00:49:16
Speaker
And by the way, I feel like the energy in the universe is speeding up since 2024 has started.
00:49:21
Speaker
You could just like how to get people to just kind of ground themselves and energy and what they should just keep constant and consistent in their existence for weeks.
00:49:31
Speaker
I just think it really, for me, comes into those that want to expand.
00:49:37
Speaker
Okay, I'll just share a quick experience that I just had.
00:49:40
Speaker
I decided to do a medicinal journey a couple weeks ago.
00:49:44
Speaker
I don't ever do these.
00:49:46
Speaker
And so we were using shrooms as a medium.
00:49:50
Speaker
And my thing was, I've been kind of hit with working with some ascended masters.
00:49:55
Speaker
So how can I mentor with some ascended masters?
00:49:57
Speaker
So ascended masters are those that have had an earthly experience, that have deceased, and now they hold a very high space in the dimensional realm.
00:50:05
Speaker
So this would be like your Buddha, Jesus, Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Shakti, or Saraswati, like the Hindu, all the goddesses and whatnot.
00:50:15
Speaker
And I was going for the big...
00:50:17
Speaker
This is why I'm taking this vehicle because I want to go here.
00:50:21
Speaker
And what was so fascinating is it took me deep into the earth, into my human experience.
00:50:28
Speaker
And so I think that's a missing part is that
00:50:32
Speaker
You can go down to expand, you can get really rooted and really grounded and of this plane that we're living on, and you can go up and out.
00:50:44
Speaker
And there is not one that's better than the other.
00:50:46
Speaker
So if you're kind of scattered, you need more earth,
00:50:50
Speaker
And if you're overly practical and scheduled and following your to-do list, you need more sky.
00:50:56
Speaker
And just play the conduit between the two.
00:50:59
Speaker
It's really important to not favor one over the other because when I get heavily schooled in earth, it opens so much more up above.
00:51:08
Speaker
But not in like a negative, like going through hard stuff.
00:51:10
Speaker
Like my experience was I hold my kids at arm length with how I love them because it's overwhelming to me the degree of how much I love.
00:51:22
Speaker
And so that medicine took that arm's length out.
00:51:27
Speaker
And I had this incredibly powerful experience of just feeling the human love that I have for my kids.
00:51:35
Speaker
It was very emotional.
00:51:36
Speaker
It was very powerful.
00:51:37
Speaker
But the whole time I'm like, why are my kids coming in?
00:51:39
Speaker
Like, I'm trying to go here.
00:51:41
Speaker
And then I had to go.
00:51:42
Speaker
let it go.
00:51:43
Speaker
And it was like, because it wants to go in before it goes out and up.
00:51:48
Speaker
And so that's part of it, I think.
00:51:50
Speaker
Yes, we're speeding up, of course.
00:51:52
Speaker
This is why I get more therapists coming into the Akashic training, because they're aware that talk therapy is a slower form of healing.
00:52:01
Speaker
So they want to blend it with an energetic practice so that they can have better results with their clients.
00:52:06
Speaker
I agree with you, we're speeding up.
00:52:08
Speaker
And it doesn't mean that we lose our earth while we do that.
00:52:12
Speaker
Heather, thank you.
00:52:13
Speaker
You are phenomenal.
00:52:15
Speaker
This was amazing.
00:52:16
Speaker
People follow her, go to her website, www.heatherivany.com, correct?
00:52:22
Speaker
Yeah.
00:52:22
Speaker
Last name is I-V-A-N-Y.
00:52:24
Speaker
Yeah.
00:52:25
Speaker
So connect, share this episode.
00:52:28
Speaker
I'll put all her information in the show notes.
00:52:30
Speaker
