Transcript

Speaker: Welcome to the show.

Speaker: I'm Michelle Murad.

Speaker: We are live here in Brentwood Gardens.

Speaker: Today is August 17, 2023.

Speaker: We're so happy you're outside the studio here with me.

Speaker: Got Andy Walden manning the cameras and we've got the lovely Eric Bigger.

Speaker: Hey, Michelle, Michelle, Michelle.

Speaker: How are you?

Speaker: How's it going?

Speaker: I'm so good.

Speaker: For those of you that don't know Eric, Eric is from, I want to say you're from Baltimore, but then you made your way to The Bachelor, and then to a book author, and then you're a motivational speaker, and you're helping people left and right, and you're just an overall cool human.

Speaker: So I invited you on the show.

Speaker: Yes, yes.

Speaker: How are you, man?

Speaker: That's phenomenal.

Speaker: I'm happy to be here.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: It's a privilege to be in front of you again and talk life and all the things.

Speaker: And yeah, shout out to Andy.

Speaker: He's the man with the plan.

Speaker: I don't know if he has a plan to be honest, but he is the man with the plan.

Speaker: Speaking of plans, what's new in the world of Eric Bigger?

Speaker: I would say perspective.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: On just existing and being grateful for, you know, just existing in life, learning more about myself and life and just just existing is new.

Speaker: The perspective that I'm gaining from all 2023.

Speaker: All 2023.

Speaker: I said 2023 is all about authenticity.

Speaker: Not just like for me, but I think a lot of people like I feel like a lot of the masks are being like dropped and people are like really stepping into like their power and like really like they want change.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: The shadow is at the top.

Speaker: The shadow is at the top.

Speaker: Tell me what that means.

Speaker: That means the self that you've been suppressing or you've been putting down and you've been denying that you've been hiding.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Is it your face?

Speaker: Like, hey, remember me?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: You never wanted to be intimate with or build rapport with because you were so afraid.

Speaker: Because if you expose that side of yourself, you would think people wouldn't like you or love you or embrace you.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But now everything is coming to the surface for everybody.

Speaker: Which I believe is the year 2023 equals the seven year.

Speaker: Oh, what do we learn about seven?

Speaker: I know you're big on numerology, so tell me about seven.

Speaker: Yeah, so the seven vibration for the collective consciousness is like everything that's been beneath

Speaker: It's at the top, it's on the surface, right?

Speaker: Meaning like seven is a spiritual number, it's a psychic number, it's introspective, reflective.

Speaker: You have to really be in tune to kind of understand what's happening.

Speaker: And it can be very uncomfortable depending on who's embracing it, which this year we all have so many different contrasts going on in the world, within ourselves, life.

Speaker: And it's like you can't really BS yourself in a seven energy because it's like it's the truth.

Speaker: The seventh is a spiritual number.

Speaker: It is the truth.

Speaker: Wow.

Speaker: So it's all coming to the front like, hi, how are you?

Speaker: You can't hide anymore.

Speaker: No, I'm kidding.

Speaker: Everything is being reflected.

Speaker: It's like what?

Speaker: Oh, special spots are coming through Uber Eats.

Speaker: Thank you so much.

Speaker: What's your name?

Speaker: Let's get it.

Speaker: What's your name?

Speaker: Hector.

Speaker: Hector.

Speaker: You want to say hi to our viewers that are watching on Amazon?

Speaker: Get over here.

Speaker: Get over here.

Speaker: Yeah, say hi.

Speaker: Eric, Eric.

Speaker: Hey, what's up, buddy?

Speaker: How you doing?

Speaker: I'm great.

Speaker: How you feeling?

Speaker: How are you today?

Speaker: Fine.

Speaker: Thank you.

Speaker: Yeah, I think I have to give you a really busy.

Speaker: Oh, you need my pin.

Speaker: OK, I'm going to give you this.

Speaker: OK.

Speaker: Oh, yeah.

Speaker: So we're here.

Speaker: They need her pen.

Speaker: And we're just going to continue the episode.

Speaker: Hey, nice to meet you.

Speaker: Yes, yes.

Speaker: I appreciate it.

Speaker: Thank you, Uber Eats, for this awesome delivery.

Speaker: I appreciate you.

Speaker: See, the seventh energy.

Speaker: You can't hide what's going on.

Speaker: Even when you're on camera.

Speaker: The truth comes to the light.

Speaker: The truth comes to the light.

Speaker: I mean, so for the people that haven't seen you, I got the chance to interview on Good Day Live and know more about you.

Speaker: Talk to me about how you went from Baltimore to Bachelor to motivational speaker to like literally like just, you know, you're inspiring so many people.

Speaker: I saw on your Instagram feed that like somebody reached out to you.

Speaker: You're like, you're helping save lives.

Speaker: How do you go?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: How do you think you go from bachelor to like saving lives?

Speaker: Tell me, how does that work?

Speaker: It's the heart space.

Speaker: It's the heart space, right?

Speaker: I'm really in my heart, like really in the heart chakra.

Speaker: It's really my intuition since I've been a kid.

Speaker: I think the biggest weapon I've used or utilized in my life is my spiritual attunement to my intuition and really listening to it, following it more times than not.

Speaker: And just it's taking me places.

Speaker: It's taking me all over the world.

Speaker: It's put me on TV.

Speaker: It's allowed me to like,

Speaker: help myself heal, to help others heal, and be a present, be a role model, and be a thought leader in a space where I want change, I am change, I'm gonna bring the change, to seek change, instead of me wanting it and not being it.

Speaker: So, I'm so thankful, you know?

Speaker: Intuition is really how I got far in life and just really stand within, because that's where my power is.

Speaker: I feel like I have

Speaker: have to live in an unseen spiritual realm more than the material realm because that's what my power is.

Speaker: Everybody power might not be in the spiritual realm.

Speaker: Some people power is in the 3D, is in the flesh because that's part of their time here for their purpose.

Speaker: But for me, I got to be in a spiritual currency to kind of materialize the material world, if you get what I'm saying.

Speaker: I get it.

Speaker: I get it a lot.

Speaker: One thing that I take away from you interviewing you on Good Day Live was you're really like you just like love to learn and you love to read.

Speaker: Talk to some of our viewers that are watching.

Speaker: Like what are some of the books like if they're like straight on this new spiritual journey?

Speaker: What are really good books for people to read?

Speaker: I know a couple, but I want to hear from you.

Speaker: I would say.

Speaker: The really good book you should read is the first book that speaks to you.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Through your senses.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: So if you say, man, what book should I read?

Speaker: And you go online and look up self-help books or personal development, whatever books, that's the book you should read.

Speaker: But the general books that I think can help anyone and everyone, as of right now, because we're in the moment.

Speaker: We're in the moment.

Speaker: I'm reading Gary Zukav's new book, Universal Human.

Speaker: And when I tell you, it's the most...

Speaker: Thoughtful, detailed, very easy to understand book I've ever read to where I'm at in life.

Speaker: It makes sense.

Speaker: And his biggest thing is that we have to embrace our authentic power.

Speaker: Our authentic power comes from love and not fear.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: Our authentic power.

Speaker: Earlier you said fear is what?

Speaker: It's false evidence appearing real.

Speaker: Yeah, false evidence appearing real.

Speaker: Meaning like if I'm in a relationship and I'm loving someone, but I'm loving them from the lens of I don't want you to leave me.

Speaker: That's fear.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: That's not love.

Speaker: That's not faith.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And so what he's taught me in this book is that

Speaker: when you're going through life, we're always trying to control life so we can suppress and we can hide from the frightened parts of our personality.

Speaker: The parts of our personality that we don't like, i.e.

Speaker: the shadow side.

Speaker: I'd have to exist.

Speaker: It's like anything you don't build a relationship with.

Speaker: So imagine a person who doesn't go to the gym.

Speaker: They're not going to feel confident in the gym.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So should I build a relationship with my shadow self and like get to know why it's so dark over there?

Speaker: Yeah, you got to bring light to it because it's all your wholeness, right?

Speaker: Your holistic, wholeness being.

Speaker: Like if you just, if I'm just light all day, then I don't let the dark on the other side play, then who am I?

Speaker: I'm really like...

Speaker: a half person i'm not really bringing my full self to the page because i'm afraid that this is but actually the dark is what gets you to the light my pain my dark and light has actually brought me success because that's where all my trauma and pain came from to drive me to be better not because i was already in the positive in the light i'm successful no because i had pain i had trauma and i had these things that took place that i don't want to feel this way

Speaker: At dark, I'm going to get to the light.

Speaker: So you need the dark as anchored in some aspects, as leverage to kind of push you out into your power, your authentic power to say, you know what?

Speaker: I love myself no matter what's going on, no matter what I look like, no matter who I'm talking to, I love myself.

Speaker: But it's a hard journey when you only love yourself because the world tells you you got to have these things, you got to be in a relationship, you got to have kids, all these things that they tell us we have to embrace to order, not even to love ourselves, but the world to love us.

Speaker: yeah yeah but that's not real no that's not real uh i i want to know i want to go back yes you as a little guy uh growing up you had intuition what was your first like instance where you realized that there was something like telling you things they were like you're like yourself was like saying like eric actually maybe we should do this or eric let's go this way what was your first encounter of that

Speaker: my first big encounter was very subtle it's already subtle the subtle thing is always the big thing yeah yeah is my spirituality right i didn't grow up in a church i didn't go to bible study every weekend my mom dad no one was a dinkin or prophet or pastor they spoke the jesus christ in the bible but i remember at like 15 or 16. okay it's like a spirit came over me and like you should pray

Speaker: And I mean, I'm 15, 16.

Speaker: What were you doing?

Speaker: Were you playing basketball?

Speaker: Like what were you?

Speaker: Yeah, but like, but like, but I mean, this is before I go to bed at night.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: So I'm literally in the bed and something's telling me, I gotta pray.

Speaker: And I'm tired.

Speaker: I'm like, just, dear God, just please bless me.

Speaker: You know, whatever, whatever's in my mind.

Speaker: But it was like, I was moved to pray.

Speaker: It wasn't like nobody was telling me.

Speaker: No one showed me how to pray.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Interesting.

Speaker: And so as I've gotten older, I realized my prayer is my power.

Speaker: Wow.

Speaker: Because I built rapport with it, right?

Speaker: I was in a shadow where some people, most people I would say, 60%, I believe, their spiritual self is in that shadow.

Speaker: because they're not taught or ingrained to use that side because they don't understand it because maybe they don't have to.

Speaker: For me, I've realized that everything I've absolutely prayed for with real intentions has come to fruition.

Speaker: Wow.

Speaker: Has come to light.

Speaker: So I'm like, oh, wow.

Speaker: So I just need to be more intentional and not so general about my friends.

Speaker: So in the book, Universal Human, I'm going to get back to the book.

Speaker: Yes, this is Gary Sukhov, right?

Speaker: He did us, what is it?

Speaker: Seed of the soul?

Speaker: Seed of the soul.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: And so what he says is,

Speaker: prayer that's coming from fear, like if I'm praying because I eat something, praying because I'm in the gym, or like, he said, that's okay, but those things don't usually manifest because it has fear attached to it.

Speaker: But when you're praying from a loving vibration, even if those things are going on, it's more likely to happen because the energy of love is on it, and not fear, right?

Speaker: So, yeah, get the book Universal Hearing by Gary Zukoff.

Speaker: As a Man Thinketh by James Allen.

Speaker: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

Speaker: Yeah, gotta love that book.

Speaker: Self-Esteem Prophecy is a great one.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki.

Speaker: Oh, I never read that one.

Speaker: Oh, there's so many books.

Speaker: Is this all about who you want to be, what you want to become?

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: There's another book by, it's called The Mind Gym.

Speaker: I forgot the app.

Speaker: It talks about how to build the gym in your mind and how to build it up.

Speaker: But it uses athletics and sports to be the parable or the metaphor to the thing.

Speaker: So yeah, it's greed.

Speaker: They say knowledge is the precursor to experiences.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Knowledge is definitely power.

Speaker: Speaking of power.

Speaker: So, OK, so those that are watching, they can follow you on Instagram at Eric Bigger.

Speaker: Just Eric Bigger.

Speaker: Like, right.

Speaker: I saw in your stories you were I guess it was today or maybe yesterday about manifesting.

Speaker: Like, yeah, you saw today's today's eight.

Speaker: So today is August 17th.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So actually we back at the remember the eight eight portal.

Speaker: It's a number eight eight.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: Because one and seven is eight.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: And we're still August.

Speaker: Oh, we're still eight, eight.

Speaker: Oh, Robert.

Speaker: Robert's in the building.

Speaker: Robert.

Speaker: It's American season.

Speaker: Robert.

Speaker: What's up, baby?

Speaker: Ladies and gentlemen, Robert.

Speaker: Get over here.

Speaker: Get in, get in, get in.

Speaker: Robert, meet Eric.

Speaker: Eric, meet Robert.

Speaker: How are you today?

Speaker: I'm doing good.

Speaker: I'm doing real good.

Speaker: Eric keeps us safe here in Brentwood Gardens.

Speaker: We're live in Brentwood Gardens.

Speaker: If you're just tuning in, today is August 17, 2023.

Speaker: We got Robert, our favorite security guard, who is an incredible and incredible dancer.

Speaker: We're not going to make you dance right now.

Speaker: And Mr. Eric Bigger.

Speaker: So welcome to the show.

Speaker: I don't want to put you on the spot, but what's one good thing that happened today?

Speaker: What's one good thing that happened today?

Speaker: I got paid.

Speaker: See, what did I tell you?

Speaker: I just said today is an eighth day.

Speaker: It's a money day.

Speaker: Manifestation.

Speaker: Today's a money day?

Speaker: Yeah, because eight is the number of money.

Speaker: Eight is the number of money.

Speaker: People go look it up.

Speaker: The eight is an affinity symbol.

Speaker: Abundance.

Speaker: It's power.

Speaker: What are they doing?

Speaker: Eight is power.

Speaker: Well, if you notice, when everybody get their checks, right, you know, they're super, like, super happy until, like, the next day.

Speaker: Then, you know, that's when the bills show up.

Speaker: So, you know, it's just excitement for a few minutes.

Speaker: That's all, you know.

Speaker: We're always excited to have you here on this show, on the brand new show.

Speaker: So thank you so much, Robert.

Speaker: We're going to let you just enjoy the rest of your day.

Speaker: Your money day.

Speaker: Your money day.

Speaker: Yes, it's the eighth day.

Speaker: Apparently today is eight, too, as well.

Speaker: do the 17 one and seven is eight right so eight is a power number okay if you look at the number eight it's it represents money and wealth and rich that's the number i want to represent that number eight all the way yeah eight is the number so any day on the eighth day the 26th is 17th or the eighth you should be getting some money or asking for some money all right sounds like a winner sounds good to me now we go who knows i might eat some shrimp today or there we go

Speaker: Winner, winners.

Speaker: Drop the chicken dinner.

Speaker: Thank you, Robert.

Speaker: Thank you, Robert.

Speaker: We love Robert.

Speaker: Robert is an incredible dancer and just a wonderful person.

Speaker: Okay, let's get back to it.

Speaker: So we're talking about the 8th.

Speaker: Today is the 8th.

Speaker: We got the 8-8.

Speaker: Okay, go back.

Speaker: Yeah, so I was in my car today, and I was driving down, I think, Santa Monica, and someone was in the car, and they tag said, Manifest 8th.

Speaker: I saw that.

Speaker: So when you pay attention to the signs in your life,

Speaker: is telling you something so it's like what i got the universe said this is the day eric to manifest what you want okay and it usually is attached to money because that's what the eight is for abundance right eight is power eight represents power you know the infinity symbol yeah yeah so eight is just the money it's a money day power and abundance and manifestation so i'm all about man i mean you manifest a show yes everything in your life good or bad is a manifestation

Speaker: You know, I had to ask myself that the other day, like, what am I doing to add to the circumstances that have been presented themselves around me in my life?

Speaker: Like both, you know, I guess not good or bad, but like how I see it, it just is.

Speaker: And like, I just want to focus on the things that bring me more joy instead of more pain.

Speaker: But I know that the pain has brought me so much joy.

Speaker: Well, yeah.

Speaker: And the pain is also conditioned.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: You mean condition.

Speaker: Meaning like when we were raised and we grow up, there's certain things that happen in our life that become part of our normalcy.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So if those things are not happening consistently, subconsciously we'll make them happen.

Speaker: Thoughts, people, we're attracted people into our life.

Speaker: So what happens is we got to keep that pattern alive.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: As a child, that's what mom, dad or our environment told us this is life.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: You know, maybe your mom or dad, money doesn't grow on trees.

Speaker: Oh, yeah.

Speaker: All these things is like, it comes in faster than it goes.

Speaker: See how I changed it.

Speaker: Money goes, what is it?

Speaker: Money goes out faster than it comes in.

Speaker: But I said money comes in faster than it goes out because I've like reprogrammed.

Speaker: It's a paradigm that we hold onto these paradigms, especially the negative ones because they're so easy to hold on to.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So we keep the pattern aligned.

Speaker: So if you're in a relationship and something bad is not happening, that's what you're used to.

Speaker: You'll find a way unconsciously to find something bad.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: But you're not doing it consciously.

Speaker: Unconsciously you're doing it.

Speaker: It's like you're not even aware you're doing it.

Speaker: You'll pick a fight, you'll say something, you'll do something, right?

Speaker: Or, you know, for me, prime example, I'm gonna use myself.

Speaker: I'm so good at giving, my problem is receiving.

Speaker: So I'll try to find ways where I'm only giving.

Speaker: And then I won't allow myself to receive.

Speaker: So now I'm like, no, we're not doing it.

Speaker: You have to tap yourself and be like, okay, receiving most.

Speaker: Because I have information and I'm aware, I know like, no, I'm gonna receive.

Speaker: Like yesterday, was it yesterday or the day before?

Speaker: He's like, you wanna do my show?

Speaker: That's me receiving.

Speaker: Instead of me saying, no, I'm good, I have something going on.

Speaker: No, this is part of me receiving.

Speaker: It doesn't always have to be money.

Speaker: It's just to be, you want some water?

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Instead of me saying, no, I'm fine, I just have water.

Speaker: So just learning and knowing my patterns that are not good for me, but also programming them because that keeps my pattern in line.

Speaker: So I ask myself, if I couldn't help anybody, who am I?

Speaker: If I wasn't doing these things, who am I?

Speaker: Can I still be loved within myself?

Speaker: So yeah.

Speaker: So powerful.

Speaker: You're always bringing like so much knowledge and power.

Speaker: It's so exciting.

Speaker: Information.

Speaker: So think and grow rich.

Speaker: Napoleon Hill.

Speaker: We talked about Sukhov.

Speaker: As a man thinketh.

Speaker: The secret.

Speaker: The secret.

Speaker: Yes, we love the secret.

Speaker: Self-esteem prophecy.

Speaker: Self-esteem prophecy.

Speaker: What is the book that I read recently?

Speaker: I'm trying to think.

Speaker: It's interesting that you said there's a book that would speak to you.

Speaker: So as I was about to leave Maryland for LA, I remember going through the books and I was just like, what?

Speaker: I went through self-help.

Speaker: I was just called to go over there.

Speaker: And I went over there and I was by myself and I was like kind of looking around like, I hope nobody sees me.

Speaker: And then I saw this book and it was called The Success Principles by Jack Canfield who wrote Chicken Soup for the Soul.

Speaker: And I remember reading it and I was like, this makes so much sense.

Speaker: this makes so much sense.

Speaker: Like, I'm going to do this.

Speaker: Like, why am I like, cause you know, coming into entertainment, like I was always told it was going to be difficult.

Speaker: It was going to be hard.

Speaker: Like you're going to have all this stuff.

Speaker: And I was like, why do I have to think like that?

Speaker: Why don't I think it's going to be easy?

Speaker: Why don't I just create the life that I want?

Speaker: And so,

Speaker: And you are.

Speaker: And here we are.

Speaker: You're creating life.

Speaker: Creating life.

Speaker: This is a manifestation.

Speaker: This show.

Speaker: Manifestation.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: So, and the thing is, I think what happens is we're afraid of our power.

Speaker: We don't know we have this power.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: So, the world, the people who control the world keep us away from that.

Speaker: The way to keep a person away from their power is not to tell them about their real self.

Speaker: So, make them go learn things to help companies and businesses, but not help themselves.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Which I get, right?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But if you don't know yourself, how can you actually grow yourself?

Speaker: Ooh.

Speaker: You know?

Speaker: No, seriously.

Speaker: That's so good.

Speaker: If you don't know yourself, how can you grow yourself?

Speaker: That is...

Speaker: Can we get that on a shirt for you?

Speaker: Or like a mug?

Speaker: Andy Wallman I think could do something like that.

Speaker: Maybe that's so good.

Speaker: It's the truth.

Speaker: So I know myself.

Speaker: So there's things in my life that I know are the truth.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: What is that?

Speaker: What are the things that are true to you?

Speaker: Who is Eric Bigger?

Speaker: What my spirit says.

Speaker: I am the truth because I live in it every day.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Even if I don't like it.

Speaker: Give me an example.

Speaker: It could be like, I can get into spaces where

Speaker: I'm learning too much.

Speaker: It's like, what are you afraid of when you're not learning?

Speaker: Oh, interesting.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Do you like, do you feel like you have to constantly learn?

Speaker: Subconsciously.

Speaker: Oh, okay.

Speaker: Because it's part of the paradigm of I got to prove myself.

Speaker: You see what I'm saying?

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: But that's the truth.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: Instead of me acting like, oh, no, I'm this, no, I have ways that are unhealthy that don't really serve me well.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah.

Speaker: being so hard on myself when I don't accomplish something.

Speaker: Or I don't love myself the same if I'm not successful.

Speaker: So now I'm like, I'm surrendering to it all.

Speaker: I love myself no matter what's going on, no matter how I look, no matter where I'm at.

Speaker: I am phenomenal.

Speaker: I am the truth.

Speaker: I am a miracle.

Speaker: It's miracle season.

Speaker: Nothing can stop me but myself.

Speaker: And I just live in that vibration.

Speaker: So how do you make sure you stay in that vibration?

Speaker: Because I'll tell you, like, I was on my way here and like, I've got like a lot of thoughts going on.

Speaker: So much is going on.

Speaker: You know, a little bit of some of the stuff that's going on.

Speaker: I'm like, oh, as well, I am safe.

Speaker: Oh, as well, I am safe.

Speaker: And then like something will just like throw me off course or maybe it's on course.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: That's where my brain is.

Speaker: Because it's on course to take you off course.

Speaker: Because when Michelle is on course, she don't really know the course she can go to because it's so easy to get off course.

Speaker: So it's like this, right?

Speaker: It's hard to stay in the gym and work out.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: But it's so easy to lose it.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: It takes really will and skill to really build a business and make so much money, but so easy to get rid of it.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So it's so easy to be distracted.

Speaker: It's so easy not to be in a good mood when all these bad things are happening.

Speaker: It's true.

Speaker: But you've got to have extreme willpower.

Speaker: You've got to have extreme faith.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: And you've got to know.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Not believe.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: You've got to know what's true for your life.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: That's the difference.

Speaker: So good.

Speaker: Now I will believe is because your beliefs can change.

Speaker: I know what's true to my life is that I have a mission here on earth and I'm going to live it no matter what happens.

Speaker: What's that mission, Eric?

Speaker: What's that mission for those people evolve themselves through themselves and help the world heal through my presence in any capacity.

Speaker: TV, interviews, motivation, fitness, health and wellness, being silly.

Speaker: Hey guys, right?

Speaker: Whatever, whatever, whatever, you know, the creator, God, you know, just want me to be, that's how I'm gonna show up.

Speaker: But I'm coming my most truthful self.

Speaker: So it's gonna come through my vibration.

Speaker: You're gonna feel it.

Speaker: So do you journal like, what is a day in the life?

Speaker: I'm intentionally working on energy every day.

Speaker: Tell me what a day in the life of Eric looks like.

Speaker: I'm up at 4 or 5 a.m.

Speaker: every day.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Round of applause from Andy Wallman.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: What are you doing at five, four o'clock in the morning?

Speaker: Oh, I'm tapping to spirit, to self.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: You know, I'm reading.

Speaker: Yeah, I'm reading scripture.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: I'm praying.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I'm journaling.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: I'm reading out loud to myself.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: As soon as I wake up, I got this new mantra.

Speaker: As soon as I wake up, I just say something that's amazing.

Speaker: I'm phenomenal.

Speaker: Today's going to be great.

Speaker: I just tell myself that because my subconscious is still wide open.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: So whatever I put in there, it's going to really bleed.

Speaker: I love it.

Speaker: It's going to be a phenomenal day.

Speaker: And then I go to the gym.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I get 35 to 40 minutes.

Speaker: What time are we at?

Speaker: the gym what time are we at right now uh 5 35 45 okay lady six okay all right gym for 35 40 minutes okay when i come back that's what i'm doing my gratitude statement wow i'm so happy and grateful now that i'm this um then i'm i'm talking right to myself eric i'm proud of you eric i love you boom i do that and then uh awesome and then i do another gratitude that's like what are the little things i'm grateful for sunlight i'm grateful for prayer i'm grateful for michelle that's it for my

Speaker: Whatever comes to spirit, right?

Speaker: And then I write with my least dominant hand just to activate the other side of my brain.

Speaker: Oh, I remember you kind of saying, touching on this a little bit on Good Day Live.

Speaker: Or maybe like you didn't and I feel like you did.

Speaker: No, no, I did.

Speaker: But I have a book out on Amazon called Transformation, Change Your Mindset, Change Your Energy, Change Your Life.

Speaker: You can get that.

Speaker: right now and all the tools are in that book.

Speaker: So I'm constantly doing this and as I'm doing it I'm growing my spirit, growing myself, my awareness is heightened.

Speaker: I'm able to see the unseen because I'm actually building a relationship with my spiritual self.

Speaker: The self you can't see.

Speaker: It's more like what most men should focus on before they focus on the material and the physical is their spiritual self.

Speaker: 100%.

Speaker: That's the feminine side, right?

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: If we focus on that, the physical is really going to adapt to our spiritual.

Speaker: But we don't understand it.

Speaker: So we want to control the physical with our willpower and ego.

Speaker: Of course.

Speaker: And then when things go out, we fail every time.

Speaker: Okay, so, all right, so you're at the gym, you come back from the gym, we got a gratitude list for things that Spirit is saying to you.

Speaker: What happens after that?

Speaker: What is the rest of the day?

Speaker: What does food look like for Eric?

Speaker: I want to know the daily- I don't eat until probably between 11 and 1.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: So I'm intermittent fasting.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: I might have a few clients.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: I might h ave a few calls.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: might be traveling, like every day is different, but usually I believe, I'm sorry, like nine o'clock, nine between like nine and up, I'm even out the house with a client, I'm on a call, on a Zoom call, or I might be traveling.

Speaker: So every day is different, but the main thing is the first half of my day before I talk to touch anything in the universe.

Speaker: Because if I'm not right, nothing is right.

Speaker: I love that so much.

Speaker: Yeah, these are mine.

Speaker: It's Miracle Season.

Speaker: By the way, anybody, if you're watching, get your Miracle Season shirt on the website, itsmiracleseason.co.

Speaker: 50% off for everybody.

Speaker: Wait, wait, wait, wait.

Speaker: All year, for the rest of the year, the promo code is mseason because here's the thing.

Speaker: Miracle Season is more about the message.

Speaker: We have all colors.

Speaker: We have green.

Speaker: We have blue.

Speaker: We have gold.

Speaker: We have orange.

Speaker: Colors of the rainbow.

Speaker: Yeah, we have all the colors.

Speaker: That's awesome.

Speaker: So basically, I had to realize, like, the message is more important than what we're going to profit, right?

Speaker: Right, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: Because the profit is in the message when you're getting healed.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah.

Speaker: So if you see this, you're going to feel this.

Speaker: And when you feel this, you're going to know this.

Speaker: And when you know this, you're going to share this.

Speaker: And then the world is going to be in miracles.

Speaker: Are you going to do music?

Speaker: Do you do music?

Speaker: I feel like every time you talk, I feel like a song is going to come out.

Speaker: I guess.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: Maybe.

Speaker: Whatever the universe wants.

Speaker: Maybe next.

Speaker: Maybe next on the list.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: But you said this on, so I told you, like, I didn't watch The Bachelor.

Speaker: I'm not really a big fan.

Speaker: No offense.

Speaker: I think it's a great show.

Speaker: I think it's a great show.

Speaker: Shout out, shout out, shout out.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: But you were on stage, right?

Speaker: You're about to go on stage.

Speaker: You were third, second runner.

Speaker: I forget.

Speaker: Like, you were the second choice.

Speaker: I don't remember.

Speaker: You saw it at the beginning or the end of the show?

Speaker: The end of the show.

Speaker: When you said it's miracle season.

Speaker: Oh, no, I said it's the beginning of the show.

Speaker: That's why I keep trying to tell you this is a manifestation.

Speaker: I said this out of my mouth and it became a thing.

Speaker: Now it's a brand.

Speaker: Wait.

Speaker: You said at the beginning of the show of The Bachelor?

Speaker: So it was like a foreshadow of what was going to happen in that year, of that season.

Speaker: Wait, I can't believe it was the first episode that you were on.

Speaker: I asked for the final roles.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Four guys got selected.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: I was one of the four who was able to meet The Bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay at the time, for the first time before anybody else.

Speaker: So when I was in my trailer, it's miracle season.

Speaker: I channeled.

Speaker: How?

Speaker: Why did you channel it?

Speaker: It just came to you?

Speaker: It just came to me.

Speaker: What?

Speaker: It was so odd.

Speaker: And my producer at the time, Louie, shout out to Louie.

Speaker: Shout out, Louie.

Speaker: He was like, man, boy, I think you should say it.

Speaker: I'm like, really?

Speaker: He's like, man, you keep saying it.

Speaker: Sounds good to me.

Speaker: And you ever go and think about something that you want to say and then you say everything you wanted to say?

Speaker: Yeah, yeah.

Speaker: That's what happened to me.

Speaker: I hit a game-winning shot and it was a miracle season.

Speaker: But that was the spark of my journey of getting my miracle, falling in love for the first time on The Bachelorette.

Speaker: And that was the season.

Speaker: But here's the thing.

Speaker: Most people want their miracle, but they don't want the season.

Speaker: So in that season, I messed up my shoulder.

Speaker: I got into it with guys in the house.

Speaker: I got into it with the Bachelorette.

Speaker: I wanted to go home.

Speaker: I was in a lot of fear.

Speaker: I was stressed, anxious.

Speaker: It was tough.

Speaker: Yeah, filming all the time is a lot.

Speaker: But I went to six countries, fell in love, and my life changed.

Speaker: That's the miracle.

Speaker: So I did win my season.

Speaker: My miracle, I won my season.

Speaker: I didn't end up with the Bachelorette, but that was the miracle winning.

Speaker: You really fell in love.

Speaker: show it happened so it showed me that you open yourself up things can happen that's so beautiful but I think the I think the thing about falling in love with people miss is that in order to fall in love you have to follow with yourself

Speaker: in order to fall in love with someone else.

Speaker: That's true.

Speaker: So it opened me up to really see different sides of myself.

Speaker: Like, wow.

Speaker: And Louis at the time, we were in the alley, 2 a.m.

Speaker: in Europe.

Speaker: And he was like, I don't know.

Speaker: I was like, I said, what is this?

Speaker: Is this a movie?

Speaker: He's like, no, this is you.

Speaker: You did it.

Speaker: I'm like, he's like, we didn't think he would last this long.

Speaker: That's facts.

Speaker: So it was like, it was a tough experience.

Speaker: So that's why it's a miracle.

Speaker: Wow.

Speaker: Because it has so much contrast.

Speaker: Did you have a billboard that said it's a miracle season?

Speaker: Hey, hey, coming soon.

Speaker: You see that?

Speaker: She's speaking to existence.

Speaker: No, I thought you had it for The Bachelor.

Speaker: I thought I saw it.

Speaker: But that's what I'm trying to tell you.

Speaker: Chris Harrison at the time, who was a host, he was saying it.

Speaker: Everybody was saying it.

Speaker: Oh, and that's what it was.

Speaker: You know what it is?

Speaker: Someone took the name and made it a movie.

Speaker: Wait, really?

Speaker: They called it The Miracle Season.

Speaker: And listen, this is how- What's that about Martin Luther King?

Speaker: I think so.

Speaker: It was about volleyball.

Speaker: But here's the thing.

Speaker: This is how powerful the universe is and this is how great God is in my life.

Speaker: So I met someone at Soho two months ago and she showed me where my shirt.

Speaker: She's like, oh, by the way, that's my friend's show, this movie.

Speaker: He produced it.

Speaker: So I said, ask him where he got the name from.

Speaker: Hear this out.

Speaker: Where do you get the name from?

Speaker: So then she said, oh, the studio wanted him to change the name.

Speaker: He didn't like it.

Speaker: So clearly, someone took the name and made a show, made a movie out of it.

Speaker: But it's all good.

Speaker: That's how powerful it is.

Speaker: That's how I know it was bigger than me.

Speaker: It came to me.

Speaker: That's what I believe.

Speaker: I truly believe that ideas and thoughts and like these things float around the universe and they like land on someone who's ready to like receive it.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: And then you have to be like, okay, I'm going to like bring this to like, to like the, it's like a life of its own.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: And I'm just like, oh, this is a thing.

Speaker: It's like, okay.

Speaker: And then I looked it up, you know, cause if you look up numerology, I'm into numerology.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: If you have your name as a vibration.

Speaker: So it's miracle season equals 11 vibration, which is a master number.

Speaker: That's what that's teaching.

Speaker: like an intuition, right?

Speaker: And that's my life path number.

Speaker: I'm an 11.

Speaker: I don't even know what life path number I am, but I'll figure it out.

Speaker: I'll figure it out.

Speaker: As 11, you know, we are healers.

Speaker: We're here to illuminate the energy with information and power and whatever we have, but that's when that vibrates.

Speaker: Super cool.

Speaker: It's a healing name.

Speaker: It's a miracle season.

Speaker: It's a miracle season with Eric Bigger.

Speaker: I want to ask you fun questions.

Speaker: When you go to the movies, do you get popcorn or candy or neither?

Speaker: I'll get popcorn and candy.

Speaker: Oh, you get both?

Speaker: Yeah, of course.

Speaker: What kind of candy do you get?

Speaker: I gotta get gummy bags, the gold bag.

Speaker: Wait, what?

Speaker: Is it Harbro?

Speaker: Is it Harbro?

Speaker: Gummy bears.

Speaker: The gold bag.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: You ever had that before?

Speaker: I have, I think.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I think I have.

Speaker: It's all good.

Speaker: It's my favorite.

Speaker: It's more red vines or sour patch.

Speaker: I get the gummies.

Speaker: The gummies with the popcorn.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: Other question.

Speaker: Did you see the Barbie movie?

Speaker: I didn't.

Speaker: You didn't?

Speaker: Why not?

Speaker: I got some perspective on it.

Speaker: Well, you did.

Speaker: We're all Barbies in our own life.

Speaker: What does that mean to you?

Speaker: Whatever we think, we believe.

Speaker: It's true.

Speaker: It's manifestation.

Speaker: That's true.

Speaker: Whatever you think someone feels about you, that's what the truth is.

Speaker: So if you think someone doesn't like you, then that's your truth.

Speaker: You know, I read somewhere.

Speaker: It's, you know, it's A Course in Miracles.

Speaker: Have you read anything about that?

Speaker: No, I need to take it.

Speaker: Shout out to Marianne Wilson.

Speaker: Oh, Marianne Williamson.

Speaker: I love you.

Speaker: I'd love to have you on the show.

Speaker: You're an incredible, incredible human.

Speaker: Return to Love, I think, is one of her best books.

Speaker: Oh, my God.

Speaker: One of the best.

Speaker: It said somewhere in that book that what you think of someone else, they think of you.

Speaker: So the way you feel about somebody else, they most likely feel that way about you.

Speaker: So if you're feeling these anger, these feelings of, I can't stand that person, they're probably thinking that way about you.

Speaker: And it's like, why don't I love that person?

Speaker: Why am I not sending loving- Because that part of yourself you don't love.

Speaker: interesting that's why i said to fall in love you have to fall in love with yourself and all the bad stuff like that and the shadow stuff fall in love they fall in love on conditions of self only because i did it i love myself only if but do i love myself if i only don't probably not but now i get what i'm saying that's super deep that is super deep and it just came to me like i was like oh that that's when was this when did this come to you

Speaker: I mean, things come to me in a moment.

Speaker: I'm so present and I just feel like higher self just comes through me and I'm just in it.

Speaker: I'm the truth.

Speaker: I'm speaking it, right?

Speaker: I love that.

Speaker: But when I put it together in my mind, it makes so much sense.

Speaker: I've done so much work on myself.

Speaker: This year has been a lot of shadow for me.

Speaker: a lot of shadow work i think for a lot of people like like we were talking at the beginning of the show the shadow work stuff is like hitting you whether or not you want it to be like happening you're just like no i don't want to look there and it's like no hey i'm here this is

Speaker: You just punished me.

Speaker: I'm coming back to get you.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: And it's like, OK, all right, we're going to deal with this.

Speaker: We've got to deal with it now.

Speaker: Now or never.

Speaker: No, now.

Speaker: No, there's always time to deal with it.

Speaker: But last question for you, and then we'll wrap this up, this awesome interview up, and then you can plug away all the awesome things that are happening with you.

Speaker: When you were a little guy, like little, little in Baltimore, you

Speaker: where did you see your life going like what did you want to do what did you want to be what it like who inspired you and i guess who inspires you today i know that's a lot of questions in one no that's great i mean it's simple i wanted to be an nba player i wanted to be a basketball player i want to play basketball professionally so when that didn't happen i said i had to go pro in life i didn't go pro in bowl i'm gonna go pro in life and you know growing up my inspiration was man i

Speaker: Michael Jordan, Penny Hardaway, like basketball players, but outside of that, I didn't have anyone to look up to.

Speaker: Because the people I were looking up to, I was looking at things I shouldn't do that they were doing.

Speaker: But they were doing it for the right reasons.

Speaker: So I had compassion and grace for them in that, but I did the opposite of what I saw because what I saw was so much negativity, so much contrast for the right reasons, but it just didn't make sense for my spirit.

Speaker: And to this day, I look up to people like, you know, the Jay Shettys of the world.

Speaker: I actually met Jay Shetty in France.

Speaker: Yeah, it was in the south of France.

Speaker: Cans Lions, shout out to Influential and Ron Dieter, Chris Dieter.

Speaker: It's amazing.

Speaker: And then Tony Robbins.

Speaker: Tony Robbins is my guy.

Speaker: He's helped me get to this, because he's a Pisces.

Speaker: So I'm a Pisces.

Speaker: So I understand how we think.

Speaker: I understand how we sacrifice.

Speaker: I'm trying to understand Pisces.

Speaker: You guys are very emotional.

Speaker: Very emotional.

Speaker: And then what else?

Speaker: Very loving.

Speaker: Very loving.

Speaker: Very loving.

Speaker: But here's the thing.

Speaker: You got to know your moon sign.

Speaker: So I am emotional, but I can control my emotions.

Speaker: My moon sign is a Sagittarius.

Speaker: So my moon, the emotions are more like a Sag.

Speaker: That's where all the fire and the motivation comes from.

Speaker: Got it.

Speaker: And my rising sign is a Libra.

Speaker: So I come off more balanced and fair.

Speaker: Oh, Libra's very balanced.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So that's how I come off.

Speaker: So what Pisces should we be aware of that can't control their emotions?

Speaker: Well, there's a lot of people in all signs that can't control their emotions.

Speaker: That's true.

Speaker: That's true.

Speaker: Because the world in this program must not be high in our emotional EQ.

Speaker: I just think you got – just like I said, if you don't know yourself, you can't grow yourself.

Speaker: It doesn't matter what sign you are.

Speaker: I love it.

Speaker: I love that.

Speaker: If you don't know yourself, you can't grow yourself.

Speaker: Trademarked by Eric Bigger.

Speaker: Nobody else can take that.

Speaker: Then the TM after that.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: So you want to be a basketball player.

Speaker: You want to be pro ball, but you became pro in life, which is amazing and helping other people become professional in their own lives.

Speaker: And then you said Tony Robbins inspires you and Jay Shetty.

Speaker: Jay Shetty, Lewis Howes.

Speaker: I love his podcast.

Speaker: Oh, we love Lewis Howes.

Speaker: Dr. Michael Beckwith, you know.

Speaker: Yeah, Michael Beckwith.

Speaker: Just a lot of people that I've rubbed shoulders with now that I talk to and run into.

Speaker: And I get it.

Speaker: Like, you guys are just like me.

Speaker: I'm like you.

Speaker: It's like, I get it.

Speaker: But you only can get it if you're doing the work.

Speaker: So I've done more than enough work to kind of like, ah.

Speaker: I see.

Speaker: I like that.

Speaker: So timing is everything.

Speaker: I'm just grateful for, you know, people that's before me and the people coming up beneath me because, you know, I got nephews and nieces and even a young generation.

Speaker: I respect it all because you all can learn from someone.

Speaker: This is so true.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: And this is my final question.

Speaker: I promise this will be it.

Speaker: What would you say to seven-year-old Eric and 70-year-old Eric?

Speaker: 7 year old Eric Little Eric What are we saying to little Eric I would say listen young man No matter what's going on around you You're covered, you're safe And your life is going to be pretty awesome If you just trust yourself When you don't feel like yourself Love it He might not understand that But I think he'll be able to get it as he gets older I think I had a lot of fear as a kid Because things didn't make sense around me But they do now

Speaker: So seven year old me, proud of you brother.

Speaker: You did it.

Speaker: You did it.

Speaker: We did it.

Speaker: We changed the world.

Speaker: We changed the world, baby.

Speaker: We made the miracles happen in a lot of seasons.

Speaker: I'm proud of you.

Speaker: Give me a hug.

Speaker: Is he like flying on a private jet?

Speaker: What's he doing?

Speaker: I saw you just like having a conversation with like a private jet, 70 year old Eric.

Speaker: We flying on private jets.

Speaker: We traveling the world.

Speaker: We at that time, I'm a world leader.

Speaker: I'm changing the world for real.

Speaker: In a very authentic, positive, transformative way.

Speaker: You are already changing the world.
