I want this episode to empower you to step into your power! We are so powerful, but often we don't take advantage of this because we are fearing rejection, failure or judgement. However when we are living our truth and stepping into the version of ourselves who we were put on this Earth to be, everything begins to unfold.

This episode is an exciting one, because you can get started right now. You are able to step into the version of you that you want to be, right now. And what that does, is brings radical change! And it can be quite instant. When you step into your power, you're honouring yourself, and you allow the universe to step in and work alongside you, bringing your manifestations into reality.

I love chatting about this topic and how it benefits our overall happiness, but also our manifestations. So often we set ourselves up for a loss, when we strive for something externally to complete us. Or we have the mentality of 'I'll be happy when.' What about choosing to be happy now?

This episode can also help you identify what you should and shouldn't accept. This helps you step into your power and stand up for yourselves and others when you feel the need to. When you get clear on who you are, and what your core values and beliefs are, your decisions, words and actions will be aligned with this and will be effortlessly backed with courage.

Overcoming Fear to Embrace Power

And we have a choice to step into our power, but so often we don't because we are scared. We are scared of failure. We're scared of judgment. We're scared of rejection. And that's all just normal human behavior. But if we don't step into our power, we are not really like, I feel like we're not saying thank you or being completely grateful and honoring who we are.

by harnessing our full power. And when we do harness our full power, and you will have done it before, whether it's a day here or there, or whether it happens for weeks or months at a time, but it's where you just simply feel really powerful. You feel really you. You feel really aligned. Everything is flowing. Everything's working out.

Everything that you are kind of setting your mind to is just kind of unfolding in front of you. It's because you are living in your truth, in your power. And we have the ability to do that and it feels so damn good when we do.

You're not failing. You're not doing anything wrong if you are having these feelings or if you haven't felt in your power for even years. It's so normal.

What I've found is so many of us put our happiness on hold until we achieve something external. So a goal we've set, whether it's, you know, I will be happy when this person is the love of my life, or I will be confident when I weigh this much on the scales. I will be

are comfortable when I have this much in my bank account but what we're doing there is we're placing such a huge importance on external things that aren't necessarily in our control because if they are not a part of our divine path

we are not going to manifest those things. So if we have made a choice in our mind that I will only be happy, confident or comfortable when these things come into my life, we're kind of setting ourselves up for a loss there. And we know that when we are striving for something externally to complete us, that that is not really what we are meant to do.

What we are meant to do is we are meant to strive to complete ourselves internally. We are the only people, well that doesn't really make sense, we are the only person I should say who can complete ourselves. Like you can complete you, I can complete me and that again can be quite frustrating to hear because you may have tried for years and years to kind of be the one that completes yourself and to feel you know so authentically

you and feel really fulfilled just being you and you might not have got there yet but I promise that it is you that can do that and you are the only person that can do that but we do kind of put our happiness on hold thinking that we will become fulfilled when we achieve something and yes I love setting goals and I love achieving things and my gosh it feels so good when you get a manifestation or when you achieve a big goal

But it's not going to change like your overall happiness, if that makes sense. And you might be thinking, ah, yeah, Cleo, it will, because if I got the money, it would change my overall happiness. Or if I got, you know, the job or the person or whatever. But if currently right now you are not living in your power, if you are not completely happy within yourself,

don't think that that thing is going to bring you all of the happiness that you think that will kind of fulfill you and complete your life because there's so much more to it than that. We've got to be really careful

Goal Setting and Balance

right? When we set goals and manifestations really take a look at how you feel in between setting the goal and achieving the goal. If you are feeling inspired and excited and if you are enjoying the process then

Hurrah, I think that is incredible and I definitely have had goals where I felt that way but then I've had goals and manifestations where I felt the opposite where I've set a goal and I thought I'm gonna put so much on the back burner whether it's you know seeing friends or spending time with family like I'm making these sacrifices because this one thing I have made of such importance in my head is

thinking that it's going to completely like change everything. But if we are not living a balanced life, we are not balanced within ourselves. And when we're not balanced within ourselves, we're not living our truth. We're not stepping into our power. We are not acknowledging and honoring who we are, who we're meant to be, and who is most important to us. So really look at when you set a goal, how are you feeling? Because like I said, there's definitely been goals I've set where I have felt

Um, I guess really anxious, really that bad type of pressure, uh, rushed, impatient, all of those kind of negative emotions I have felt. And then when I have, usually when you feel like that, you won't actually achieve the goal. But let's say that you do achieve the goal because I have had times where I haven't enjoyed the process and I've achieved the goal.

but the goal has never tasted that good because like, you know, I didn't enjoy the process and it wasn't a goal that was in alignment with my authentic truth, I guess. So when I got the goal, I was like, oh, okay. And then I would just create a new one and start that cycle again. So I really do love that quote that's in between goals is this thing called life, which has to be lived and enjoyed. So we don't wanna just throw everything away

just to get this goal. Like there is so much more than that one goal and that one manifestation and you owe yourself more than that. Speaking of sacrifices, I have seen so many people sacrifice some really important things, people, circumstances, and even like own kind of feelings and values and beliefs in order to achieve something.

Aligning with True Path

I'm going to come out with a really great inner child meditation soon, which is super powerful, but really stepping back into the essence of who you are and who you want to be down to your core. So when you're setting these goals and these manifestations, is it in alignment with who you are and what sacrifices are you going to have to make in order to get this manifestation?

And there were so many reasons back then as to why it was not meant to be that I was ignoring because I was trying to prove to myself that it was meant to be because of my previous hard work. Let's think about the version of you that has everything that you want. So when I'm saying I want you to step into your power, I'm not saying go and be someone else, like manifest to be like someone else. I'm saying,

you need to step into the highest version of yourself that has everything that you could ever want. So for example, the version of you that has the money, the version of you that has the love of your life, that has the health, that has the cute puppy dog, that has the successful, beautiful and easy pregnancy, that has, you know, the friendships, like whatever it is that you want,

the version of you, so you're not changing yourself at all, but you can step into the version of you that has those things right now. So you don't necessarily want to focus on the things that you think would bring you fulfillment, for example. You want to focus on the feelings you would have if you had those things. What that does is allows the universe to bring to you

the things, the people, the circumstances and the opportunities that are in your right path, that are in alignment with who you are in your greatest power. So does that make sense? I'll kind of say it again in other words, just in case it doesn't make sense. So what I'm saying is you get to right now step into the version of you that you want to be. Don't look at someone else and think I want what they have and I want to be like them. So I'm going to step into that person over there. No.

Would you feel fulfilled? Would you feel abundant? Would you feel healthy? That's a hard one because if you're not feeling healthy, it's very hard to manifest health. But if you are, let's say, manifesting friendships, would you feel supported? So you want to tap into the feelings

that you would feel if you had those things. And what that does is you're actually surrendering because you're saying to the universe, okay, universe, these are all of the things that I want to bring into my physical reality, but I'm just going to focus on the feelings and allow you to decide.

What opportunities, people, circumstances are right for me and that will actually bring me that level of fulfillment, of happiness, of love. It's really exciting because you get to step into this person now. And again, you're not stepping into anyone else. You're stepping into the version of you that already has these things. So remember when we talked about the law of attraction in the step of believe.

We talk about acting as if. So acting as if you already have the thing that you want, but letting go of the thing and focusing on the feeling will allow that thing or something even better and more aligned to come into your life. So what are you waiting for? So what I would do is I would journal out some sacrifices that you are willing to make to become the version of you that has everything that you want.

Because, yeah, sometimes we do have to make little sacrifices here and there, and especially in relationships and friendships. It's about compromise, but this is all helping you put your balanced life into play. This is all helping you get really clear on what it is that you will and won't accept.

And sometimes you think, you know what, it's actually not worth sacrificing all that for this one goal that I think will bring me all of this fulfillment. But actually I know that the fulfillment is going to come from this way or that way.

Q&A: Manifesting Multiple Desires

So really look as well at how you are when you're setting your manifestations, how you're feeling in between setting the manifestation and getting the manifestation. Just kind of do a little reflective session, journaling session on how you are right now and how you want to be. So you want to be enjoying the process. You want to be letting go of the how and the what and the when and focusing on the feelings that you so deserve to feel.

I want to read out a question that I had from one of my community and I thought it was perfect in this episode to read it out. So she said I could say her name. So this is from Zoe. So she said, I was just wanting to ask, she's wanting to manifest a baby, but also some land, a few acres for her partner and her to finish building their tiny house.

and put on the land as an Airbnb. She also wants to manifest good health. She's not in bad health, but she does have a few aches and pains that cause anxiety and also more money. Zoe said, is this something that I can do all at once? And if so, do you have any tips? I'm not sure how to surrender when it comes to something like having a child. And also, do I need to be specific about boy or girl? Or can I just think baby or do I think boy?

And what I would say when you have so much that you want to manifest is simply to step into the version of you that has all of these things.

I don't know about the whole gender thing. I would say that's probably something to just leave up to the universe. I'm not too scientific with all of like how babies are made and how the sex is decided, but I'm going to say I'm going to leave that bit out of it because I think that's probably just up to what is meant for you. But let's say the other ones, like actually, you know, conceiving the baby, the money and the house, they're the three main things that you said that you wanted.

Maybe it is saying no to something at work that you know you are above or saying no to a social occasion that doesn't serve you.
