Well, I had three blades, okay, two are copper, copper Damascus. One is the gold Damascus, okay. The gold one etched, it was a little dark the first time, like the 15 and 20 was a little dark, but I thought I could shine it up.

The copper Damascus ones came out black. They were buffed, sanded. Everything was identical.

on his boat and we went, uh, salmon fishing, which was just, I mean, there's times where we get to do things and mean, doing cool things are always fun. Like fishing golf, you know, there's, there's a handful of things that like, that I, I truly enjoy doing and they bring me some kind of like, you know, and a little bit extra type of joy and peace and serenity and stuff like that.

And the very first time was, uh, probably the worst it ever was. It was cold. Um, but we were out on a boat again. um and it was really windy, but it wasn't really raining or anything, but we had sunshine for good part of the day.

Electroplating Success

So I did the, and I learned a few things. I did the electroplating of the maker's mark. um because I figured out the laser and, you know, did that. Lasered my Maker's Mark and then electro etched both gold for the gold one and the copper for the two copper ones.
