Negativity During Transformation

dive in Why is there so much grief, maybe even pain when you are stepping into and evolving and transforming into the version of yourself that you want to be, right?

It may not even make sense to you on a conscious level, like, right? I want to become this version of myself, right? right like You want to become that version of yourself, but for some reason, there's this pain, there's this ache, there's this grief of letting go of that past version of yourself, or maybe there's some negativity or guilt or hatred towards that past version of yourself.

So let's just start off with addressing this from a subconscious perspective, because your subconscious again is why you are the way you are, why you believe what you believe, why you feel what you believe. Your subconscious is the womb of creation.

So when you are transforming and becoming a different version of yourself, You have to make that transformation at the subconscious level to fully transform and become that version of yourself. Now, subconscious transformation doesn't happen overnight.

And subconscious transformation happens through transformation. your feelings, right? Just because you want something doesn't mean subconsciously that it's going to shift and change for you. To actually become that version of yourself, you need to feel the energy of that version of yourself. So if you're still feeling the remnants or the guilt or the self-loathing or the negativity of the past version of yourself, then subconsciously, that's what your subconscious understands that you can continue to hold on to.

Then subconsciously, that is what your subconscious will hold on Your subconscious does not know the difference between what is real and imagined. Your subconscious does not know the difference between what is good or what is labeled bad for you. Your subconscious just knows to create based on whatever you are feeling. So if you are feeling negativity, then your subconscious is going to create a version of yourself who is rooted in negativity.

If you are feeling positivity, if you are feeling high vibrational, if you are feeling connected to that version of yourself that you are transforming into and the energy and feelings of that version of yourself, then your subconscious will create more experiences that resemble that version of yourself. And so what we're essentially talking about here is shifting your emotional state.

Emotions and Subconscious Influence

So your subconscious is going to create your life around you and for you based on the emotions that you are feeling. So it does not always matter the thoughts you are thinking. You could think a positive thought, but if you don't believe it and you feel negative, then your subconscious is going to create based on the feeling, not the thought.

So that's why a lot of times affirmations don't work because you, for example, might say, i am a millionaire. I am becoming rich. But if you don't actually feel connected to that statement, if you don't actually feel that that statement is true for you and there is still self-doubt and there's still limitation, there's still this negative programming from your childhood around money, then your subconscious will create based on how you are feeling about the statement, not what the actual statement is. itself.

So when you are outgrowing a past version of yourself, if you are feeling negativity towards that past version of yourself, then you are going to create more negativity. You are going to create more sadness. You are going to create more anger. So you are creating, your subconscious is creating based on what you are feeling.

So the root, the deeper root of The transformation you want to make really starts in your subconscious mind and it starts by the way you feel, which is probably one of the hardest aspects of ourselves that we can try to take charge of.

right? Emotions are so fleeting. They come and they go so quickly. They're affected and triggered by experiences. a lot of times outside of ourselves, from other people, from past traumas that we've gone through, again, the triggers, they come and they go and they trigger deep emotional resonance. And so your work then becomes, as you are evolving into this next version of yourself, to master and slowly take charge of your emotional state.

Instead of allowing your emotions to have control over you, you begin this deeper process of having control over your emotions because you are creating your life and your life experiences based on the emotions that you are allowing yourself to feel So if you're wondering why, well, I'm making changes, I'm doing all the things I need to be doing to evolve into this next version of myself, but I still don't feel good. I still feel like I am partially that past version of myself, even though i am changing. It's because of the emotional resonance that you are carrying. about that ah version of yourself. So to really take charge of your subconscious, which is again, to take charge of your emotions, you have to go deeper and get your mindset and your emotional state under control. Now, how do we do this? One of the most effective ways to do this is going to be through subconscious activation by tapping into your subconscious every single day. Now, this does not mean that you need to do 30 minute meditation.

Five minutes every day is better than doing 30 minutes once a week. So this is a consistent short practice every day of you tapping into your subconscious. And you really only need five, 10 minutes because your subconscious is so powerful. Even by spending five minutes in your subconscious, it's like spending hours of doing personal development work in your daily life. Your subconscious is the most transformational tool that you have access to. And if you're not tapping into it, you are missing out on one of the greatest tools of your life. So how do we tap into the subconscious? Well,

Challenges of Accessing the Subconscious

it's not as easy as you may think because you are a human and you have a lot going on and you have a lot of outside external forces and distractions that are currently pulling you away from the deeper aspects of yourself.

So to go into the subconscious, you need to be in this deeply relaxed, transcendental state of relaxation. And so by utilizing the recordings that I have created for you in the notes below, it's going to support you and help you in going deeper into the subconscious. Now let's dive into the second piece of this.

Compassion for Past Selves

Why is there so much grief attached to letting go of your past self and becoming this new version of yourself that you actually want to let go of? Well, the reason why that is, is because a lot of times you are not giving yourself grace.

You are going about your transformation from this place of self-hatred. i need to change. I don't like that version of myself. Instead of looking at that past version of yourself, making peace with that past version of yourself and actually having some grace and understanding for what that past version of yourself went through.

So as you are evolving into this new version of yourself, you're making changes, you're transforming. It's Very important to honor that past version of yourself, to have grace, to have understanding, to have compassion, to actually make friends with the parts of yourself that in the past you have not enjoyed so much, that in the past have made you feel pain and suffering. making peace with those versions of yourself so that you can heal forward with peace in your heart.

Because if you are trying to transform without honoring and acknowledging and having some self-love and compassion towards what that past version of yourself went through, there's always going to be this element of self-hatred towards that version of yourself. I never want to go back there again. I hate that version of myself. And you cannot transform into a higher version of yourself by hating a past version of yourself.

We can transform into a higher, more elevated version of ourselves by having some compassion some grace and honoring that past version of yourself for what you went through, the lessons that you learned during that period of your life.

Really looking at it from a deeper, more grounded perspective instead of coming from a place of self-hate. So that is also an extremely big reason why there is so much grief and pain as you are transforming because you haven't made peace with your past. You haven't made peace with what you've been through. And if you haven't made peace with what you've been through, then you're always going to carry that element of, again, self-hatred, agony, anger, resentment, guilt about your past.

So to actually fully heal forward, it requires you to make peace with your past. It requires you to feel compassion towards that version of yourself and everything that you've gone through. And this is subconscious healing as well, because we just talked about how important your feelings are.

And so if your feelings are of negativity and self-hatred, then that's what you're feeding into your subconscious. And so from a conscious level, you need to start honoring and making peace with your past. What is the most effective way to make peace with a past version of yourself that you might not like or a past experience that you went through that was traumatic or painful?

It's taking

Using Past Pain for Growth

what you learned and using it as fuel for your future. That's right, using pain as fuel for the future. taking the lessons, thanking that experience, thanking that version of yourself for the lessons it brought you because you learned something. And if you don't know what you learned yet, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to take a look at, hey, this is what I learned.

This is an invaluable lesson that I would have never gotten had I not gone through this, or maybe this is who I met as a result, or this is where I ended up as a result, or this is the opportunity that I found. This is the healing that I found. i would never want to become this version of myself if I never went through XYZ. This is you finding the silver lining.

So cliche, I know, but it's it's finding that light in the darkness. What can you take from it? There is an element of light in every dark experience that you go through.

no matter how painful. There's always something that you can take from it. Even the most painful of painful experiences, you can look at it and say, hey, i wouldn't be where I am today without that experience. Hey, i wouldn't have made this transformation about myself if I never went through that. So this is you taking a deeper look at your experiences and and not labeling them as bad.

actually labeling them as transformational, as a catalyst of change in your life, as a stepping stone on your path, as a necessary part of your journey.

So it's shifting your perspective and the way you look at yourself, the way you look at that past version of yourself, the way you look at that past experience that you don't like so much.

And so this is the pathway to eliminating the heaviness and the grief around transformation and actually moving into your transformation, feeling lighthearted, feeling grounded, feeling peaceful, feeling grateful, feeling proud of where you've been and excited for where you're going.

It's subconsciously allowing yourself to become that version of yourself that you want to be, which to recap, requires you to feel the energy and emotions of that version of yourself you want to become and having grace and gratitude for what you've been through.

That is the formula for true and lasting transformation without all the grief, without all the pain, without all the gripping and hardship around letting go It's allowing yourself to subconsciously become that version of yourself that you are wanting to transform into while having this deep grace, grounded gratitude pride where you've been. so it's feeling the energy of the future while for where you've been. having this deep, deep compassion and forgiveness around your past.
