All right, welcome back. In this episode, we are diving into how to rewire and reprogram your mind for success. So in the next 10 minutes or so, you will know exactly what you need to do to wire are your subconscious mind for the success that you are looking to accomplish and achieve. in your life, in your business, in your reality right now. My name is Gianna Badeau. All right, let's dive into it. How to or program your mind for success, which means how to, again, program your subconscious mind for the success that you want to accomplish. Now, to kick things off, it's very important to note that the reason why you're currently not achieving whatever it is that you want to achieve is because your subconscious mind doesn't feel safe with you having it.

Now, what exactly does this mean? Well, your subconscious mind has one job and it is to keep you safe at all times. So if for some reason the success you want does not feel safe, does not feel possible for you, your subconscious mind is going to work very, very hard to keep you safe. And the way your subconscious mind keeps you safe is through self-sabotage. So this is why no matter what you do, what you try, you end up stuck in the same outcome because your subconscious is self-sabotaging you.

Now, why would your subconscious mind just self-sabotage you? Well, it's likely due to belief systems that are deeply ingrained and rooted in your subconscious around what you unconsciously believe is safe and possible for you. These belief systems were given to you when you were a child, most likely, which means this is deep, deep, hardwired programming into your subconscious. Now your subconscious is responsible for holding all of your emotions, all of your memories, all of the belief systems that have been deeply ingrained in you from childhood on.

Impact of Subconscious Beliefs on Reality

And your subconscious is responsible for 95% of everything that you say and do in your life, which means your subconscious mind runs your whole entire reality. This is the part of you that is responsible for everything that you just do unconsciously, that you don't think about doing. You just do it. you don't Again, you don't think about it. It just unconsciously comes out of your mouth. it's just an unconscious action that you take or a behavior that you have, you don't actually consciously think it through. You're just doing it. And the reason why you're unconsciously just saying it or doing it, even though you might not want to say or do these things is because they are patterns. They are subconscious patterns that again, have been hardwired

into your subconscious. And because your subconscious is the blueprint of you and everything you do, what is wired into your subconscious is what you end up seeing in your outer world, in your reality. So what you see in your outer reality is a direct reflection of what is wired in your subconscious, in your inner reality.

So to shift and change your outer reality, you have to rewire your inner world, rewire your inner reality, rewire that coding, that programming that has shaped you into believing what you currently believe about success.

And now these aren't the beliefs you have on a conscious level. To be clear, these are the unconscious belief systems that you have, which means these are the belief systems that you don't even realize are getting in the way and running your reality.

Now on a conscious level, you may believe that it is possible for you to make X amount of money. It is possible for you to write that book, to start that podcast, to start that business, to sign X amount of clients. You may believe that that is all possible for you on a conscious level, but your subconscious mind may have a different belief system.

Your subconscious mind may believe, for example, that it's not safe for you to have a lot of money. It's not safe for you to have a lot of money because maybe you saw a parent growing up that had a lot of money and was irresponsible with it and lost it all. And so now you equate money with insecurity, with scarcity, with a lack of safety and stability in your life. There's a story behind every belief system that is running your reality. There's a memory behind behind every belief system that is running your reality. So your work isn't around changing your conscious beliefs through affirmations and thinking positive. Yes, that is all good and well and very important, but the real work around becoming more successful, again, it's not affirmations. It's not positive thinking. It's not hard work and hustling.

Yes. Again, I'll repeat all very important key components. But the deeper work and the actual work, the most important work is changing and wiring your unconscious belief systems to believe, know, and trust that what you want to accomplish is safe possible for you That's right. Your subconscious needs to feel that whatever it is you want is safe and possible for you.

So how do we do this? How to rewire and reprogram these deep, deep rooted belief systems that have been ingrained in you for years, maybe for even your entire life.

Techniques for Accessing and Rewiring the Subconscious

Well, this is how we rewire the subconscious. You have to access the subconscious, which again is a very deep, elusive place. How do we describe the subconscious? Well, you have this conscious mind, your conscious level mind, the mind that you are listening to this in right now, the mind you are thinking with throughout your day, the decisions that you consciously choose to make are of the conscious mind.

But underneath the surface, you have a subconscious mind that is running everything in your life, like I mentioned. And to access the subconscious, it's not as easy as you may think. It's not something you just can close your eyes and tap into. Why is this? Well, because your mind is busy.

You have monkey mind. You're constantly thinking. You constantly have more things to do. There's constant energy and attention going into so many different things to do as in distractions around you. So to tap into the subconscious,

An extremely important part of this process is unlayering and removing the distractions that are currently getting in the way of you being able to access this deeper part of you, which is the essence of you. It's the real you. It's your beliefs. It's your blueprint of you.

And when you are able to actually access this part of you, not only can you gain awareness around what is actually running your life, learning about yourself in a deeper way, gaining this deeper self-awareness that you're able to wake up to and learn.

But more importantly, you get to rewire it, you get to reset, you get to choose a new reality, you get to insert a new belief system that actually reflects the reality that you want to be creating, that actually reflects the success that you want to have.

Because right now, if you're not achieving what you want and you don't feel anywhere near close to it, or you keep taking two steps forward and one step back, it's likely because of your programming. It's not because you don't know how to work hard. It's not because you're not worthy of the success that you want to achieve. It's not because it's not possible.

It's because you don't actually believe it's possible. It's because your subconscious does not feel safe with you having it. Okay. So to rewire and reprogram your subconscious, we have to access the subconscious, which again, as I mentioned, is not something you can just close your eyes and do in your normal active waking state because of all of the to-dos and distractions that are currently being thrown at you.

To access your subconscious, the best and most effective way to do this is through hypnosis. Hypnosis is an incredible tool. It's not like what you've probably seen on magic shows or TV or the way it's been portrayed, by Hollywood in movies. I see it all the time when I'm watching movies where they use hypnosis. That is not what hypnosis is. It makes me so angry when I see it come up in like television or movies and i'm like, wait, that's not what we actually do. That's not how it works.

Hypnosis is an incredible tool, which is essentially just a deep relaxation. It's you progressively relaxing yourself down into a deeper space within yourself where you can see yourself more clearly. You're not asleep. You're actually awake. You're more awake to yourself. than you've ever been. You're able to see the programming that's been making you believe you're not worthy of success. It's not possible for you and it's not safe for you. And when you know what those belief systems are that are blocking you and stopping you from achieving what you want, that's when you can actually change them and rewire them.

Because right now you don't even know what those belief systems are. So where do you even begin to shift and rewire them if you don't know what they are? You have to drop into the subconscious to learn the memories, to learn the programming, to learn the belief systems that have shaped you and made you believe that what you want isn't possible for you so that you can start to believe differently. You can start to think differently. You can start to feel differently about what you are going after and feel that it is safe and possible for you.

It is the most effective mindset work that I have ever done in my life. Life-changing. I have used hypnosis and hypnotherapy on so many different areas of my life and I've worked with hundreds of clients that I have supported through life-changing transformation that they have done years and years of coaching prior and could not change. And in just a few sessions with hypnotherapy, you're able to shift and change very quickly.

There is actually science on this. If you go do some research, there is studies and science. I actually have this study on my website, giannabodeau.com under the about hypnotherapy page, which shows how much more effective and faster hypnotherapy works compared to talk therapy and traditional psychotherapy.

Because when you're in traditional talk therapy, psychotherapy and coaching, you're just talking about the problem and which is great. You're processing it. You're working through new solutions.

I find coaching very valuable and I have done many years of therapy in my life. However, after a point talking about the same things over and over again, doesn't get you as deep as you need to go to actually rewire at the deeper level. And just to really allow you to see how this difference works, when you are in coaching and talk therapy, you are using your conscious mind, which only equates to 5% of the decisions and actions that you're taking every day. In hypnotherapy, we are directly working with the subconscious mind, which is responsible for 95% of everything that you're saying and doing every day.

So that's why it works so much faster because we're working directly with the source of why you are the way you are and why you feel the way you feel. and then we're rewiring it very, very quickly.

So I've used the two words, hypnosis and hypnotherapy throughout this episode. So I think it's important to share the difference. So hypnosis is a process that you do on your own. Self-hypnosis is the best way to describe it, where you are listening to an audio recording and you press play and you are guided through the process through an audio that is prerecorded. Now on my rewired meditations, there are different topics for different things that you go through. For example, increasing your productivity, removing money mindset blocks, healing your inner child, increasing your focus, your motivation, your drive, improving self-love, self-trust, connecting to your higher self. There's over 50 different topics on there. I could spend the whole rest of this episode listing the topics, but you're better off just checking it out for yourself. Again, you can grab access below. Hypnotherapy is a little bit different. So hypnotherapy is a one-on-one guided experience where you are having a guided conversation with the hypnotherapist who is an expert in the subconscious mind, having this guided conversation with your eyes closed.

so you're able to just lay back, relax, and have this beautiful healing experience with your eyes closed where you're looking within. So instead of talking out loud and thinking, you're taking a break from all of that because you do enough thinking every day and you're looking within. You're understanding the memories that have shaped you into who you are today, that have made you believe what you believe. And then you get to choose like, Hey, do I want to keep this programming?

Do I want this memory to actually shape what I'm doing today? Is it actually serving me? You get to actually make a conscious decision about this. Do I want to keep this programming? Is it serving me? Is it not?

And if it's not serving you, we could do some deeper healing work around it, healing that inner part of you. if it's an inner child part of you or whatever type of part of you it is that needs this healing, we can do some healing work around it and then insert new programming into your subconscious that actually reflects the success that you want to be experiencing. in your life right now. And this is the power of the work that we get to do. It's a beautiful guided conversation with your eyes closed. That is the key. Your subconscious mind needs to know it is safe for you to succeed. It is possible for you to succeed, which means shedding all those belief systems that currently are making you unconsciously believe that it's not safe for you, that are causing you to unconsciously self-sabotage. So once you get all of that out of the way, then your mind is wired for the success that you want to accomplish.
