A tired runner shared photos of his meals with me in order to solve his fatigue and the feeling that he can't finish every third day. I asked him what he thought it might be.

However, I was intrigued by another thing. Not his problem and how to solve it, but the variety of responses in the comments. That's why I want to point out our preconceived notions about diet and how our thinking is misguided.

*In the episode I mentioned that lay public can be 50% off with their caloric estimation of meals and professionals up to 20% off. After double checking, I found it is 30% for the lay public and 20% for the professionals.
