Katie Higgins: Because... It is... it You know, getting getting video that looks good on all platforms. is exhausting is exhausting, which then it brings me to like, I hold.
Katie Higgins: that We do this for fun. But okay, here's what Emily asked me today. Do we have... Are we putting this on YouTube? And I said, oh. I love this so you guys can see us.
Katie Higgins: Yeah. I think... I think the podcast platforms have also... have now done this thing like I got a notification from Apple the other day that was like you can now watch video on Apple podcast and I was like no I'm not I do this in the car mostly like i'm not gonna watch video when I'm listening, but like.
Katie Higgins: other ones I will watch but I watch on YouTube. I don't listen or watch podcasts. podcasts but that but yet she hosts three of them just two Oh.
Katie Higgins: it Well, I suppose okay occasional little mini sessions Zach and I do. Oh, okay. Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha. Easy does it. Yes. but um yeah i don't i think there's just always already so much noise in my brain You got stuff to say.
Katie Higgins: I do. Yeah. Which brings us to... um So when I'm... Editing. Everybody can see how much I fuss with my hair. if we but Today?
Katie Higgins: I... I washed my hair and fixed my hair yesterday, which means usually I should be able to go to like solid days without having to wash it again. Today, it's like an oil. I feel like I'm in and like a grease trap. And I'm like, what?
Katie Higgins: Happened. ah Well, I think anymore. Mine is always like that. And I don't know if that's, is that perimenopause? probably wearing her lovely little head probably but and i just told you this i switched dry shampoos this is not an ad although if they would like to listen we're open to whatever um k18 came out with a dry shampoo. It is spendy.
Katie Higgins: They do have a travel size to test it out. Oh, okay. Yeah. Test it out. I... I'm obsessed. As a dark haired girly, it doesn't give me that white cast. Okay. But does it rub off on your clothes? No, and I don't feel like it makes my hair feel gritty.
Katie Higgins: like you know sometimes it um Like you can feel the powderiness. Yes. And then as a Texan girl. great volume. and we'll Okay. It gives.
Katie Higgins: Cool. Okay. So. um if you were looking Because the dry shampoo you are using is not cutting it. And you are a lady of a certain age dealing.
Katie Higgins: with this nonsense. Well, I will say you brought me... um your niece had said her favorite um dry shampoo was this one she'd gotten in Paris and you you brought that to me and and I do like you like that one But it's better than mine.
Katie Higgins: I don't remember. oh that's okay it's better than my other ones but i'm very intrigued because i think it's just a difficult thing. Yeah. like a dry shampoo, especially when you're a brunette. Yes, yeah But I'm obsessed right now. It's my current favorite thing. Okay.
Katie Higgins: You look so, I'm like, I look like I'm like. Where's your hat? Oh, I do love my hat. You were going to win your hat. You know what? I need my hat. You're right. There's something about the way I'm sitting that I'm like, what is wrong with me today? Like why? I'm leaning in for our listeners. Is that okay? Maybe. Okay. Look, that's giving you all kinds of shit. Like I know I need some angles because I was just, um, I have, uh, I look now. Hold on. Let me put my hair back.
Katie Higgins: Okay. So... quick little uh before we because i want to hear all about la yes that's my main thing that i want to hear and then we have got the lindsey clancy trial the hearing yesterday so worked out really well actually that we didn't record yesterday because oh my gosh you would have been on tinder hooks the whole time Uh, uh -huh.
Katie Higgins: Yeah. So this is great. um But I want to hear all about l LA and then. the Lindsay Clancy trials, clearly. the hot topic yes which that that sounded weird the hot topic did you ever watch the view Back in the day.
Katie Higgins: way it's still on like when barbara walters was on i i liked it when it first came out But I do think it's like, okay, it's time for the show to be over. It really is. It is. but but also more power to you. Do whatever you want. Do what makes you happy.
Katie Higgins: um But that hot topic thing made me think yes of that. ah Yeah, I was going to wear this. I'm obsessed with my new hat. Well, so we had talked about Emily in Paris last week, right? Yes. So I did finish. I finished the season that is the season before the last season.
Katie Higgins: Because they're about to release the final season. The penultimate season. I'm always. cultured. when I'm with you. I know that from F1, it is the penultimate lap. It is the lap before the final lap. The lap before the final lap. Most people think it's the last one, but actually penultimate.
Katie Higgins: the lap before the last so the season before the last season so currently penultimate You just watched, however, season... six i guess they're coming out with season seven i think it's gonna be season seven is the last season so now season six once they release season seven is now the penultimate okay in fact the more you know the more you know the vocabulary history yeah all that uh that that movie was good The Brad Pitt one? Yeah.
Katie Higgins: Oh, yeah, it was. susan I mean, but I love Brad Pitt. Right. like yeah no so um Okay, so. She, her fashion so good. And.
Katie Higgins: it you know it got to me got me thinking like okay i i i want to wear boots or at least i want to try to see am i we because we we like you can buy a boot yes like you can buy a boot you can But we also talked about hats. like you know, like.
Katie Higgins: Like when i when we first met. I'm going to try the hat on. It's shockingly adorable. No. Yes. You look like a mushroom. No!
Katie Higgins: do Do more of a... um like a middle. With your bank. Yeah Now it looks like a lampshade. I think part of it is haircut.
Katie Higgins: Okay. Yeah. Right. I think that's part of it. And also, i I am in that i'm that day like where I need a hat because I feel like my hair is so greasy. I think it was because it was like rainy and humid today. Yeah. It's just going to get worse. It just, yeah.
Katie Higgins: But I... I so like okay I have not bought any boots. that i'm i so i'm not i haven't done that yet but i did buy you aware Like a 39 or a 9.
Katie Higgins: or an eight and a half i'm trying to think maybe you should just first come to my house and try some boots okay Because what size are you? eight and a half usually oh i could probably like Do that because I want some nines in there. I want, because I, I, I now I do feel, I know I can wear a hat.
Katie Higgins: I wear regular hats and I love weird hats now. and like i want a pillbox hat i want a like i I should send you this one gal I follow on TikTok. She just got a couple of the cutest hats and from oh you know i don't like the she I know, but maybe you could find a different... true
Katie Higgins: um vendor interesting but like where it's not breaking the bank for right so that i could play around yes you know this is also one of those areas where i feel like i contradict myself i don't like the shein and the temu and all of that But listen, I'm still fine with the Amazon.
Katie Higgins: which it's all probably the same. no all They have small businesses on Amazon. Yeah, and I don't know how Timu works. I will say. I do. Or Timu. You do like Timu. I do, but I use it for like craft supplies. oh See, in and in my head that's a different. Right? I don't know why, but in my head that's different. That giant pasta that I'm turning into a disco ball. Yes. You know, like.
Katie Higgins: So now it's becoming this whole disco stage and I can get. disco balls and giant inflatable balls. for like three dollars oh i'm like i'm only gonna use it once oh wait i need these I'll buy the inflatable balls for me when you're done.
Katie Higgins: because i'll i just string i know from i know they're some of them are massive oh I'm very excited. I need to actually pull the trigger on them. So fun. But for party supplies, I do like a Teemu moment.
Katie Higgins: Okay, okay. Alright. Listen. I'll meet you there. okay oh so that's it i'm wearing my hat i have not tried boots yet but we'll get there we'll get okay L .A. Okay.
Katie Higgins: Beverly Hills. Um. I had a good time. Okay. But i think there were some moments that definitely were gaffable to be sure so i well i wore this dress on the flight and because i figured oh it's going to travel great right and i needed to sort out my shoe situation so i because i was influenced we talked about this uh the high heel flip -flop the
Katie Higgins: you know, 20 years ago when it first came out, nobody knew how to wear them. Exactly. And now they are a go -to staple for me. They are back. And yeah, you've been wearing them a lot. Well, they're dead. to now they're yep they um that trade you part that goes in between the toes Ouch.
Katie Higgins: pops off oh no on both of them. As I am deplaning. and going on you know the thing that comes out the jetway bridge jet bridge thing So I am stepping off the plane and onto that after a few drinks. Cause that's a long flight to LA. It is. And we, we got to sit in the Southwest business class.
Katie Higgins: Fun fact, did you know if you sit in those? you get free drinks and you get special snacks. You do get the special snacks. You can only choose one. Special snack, right. But most people don't know. You drink for free. that sees You want to know what's so funny? is I literally came home the other day because when I fly with my mom And my mom books it. and All that.
Katie Higgins: it's always because she needs the extra leg room she likes to and she does like to feel special on a plane as we all do and so I do and so I got off the plane and we she and i weren't sitting together because i was sitting with my son michael and i was like mom They didn't charge me for drinks. And she was like, oh, that's so cool.
Katie Higgins: and No. Okay. So you're in the extra leg room. the business class Okay. Yeah. a or priority or a list for one of that whatever right call you're in like the extra leg room area Yes. And so, so I'm stepping off the plane. Justin's booking it, man. He's already, he thinks he's got another connection. Okay. He's gone. Okay.
Katie Higgins: Also, I'm not picking my nose. My nose itches like the outside of my nose. That's okay. but We won't post it. Okay. Yeah, that's true. And then we can just maybe put a sticker over your face. Yeah. Every time you scratch. I love it. i love it um So I wipe out.
Katie Higgins: and just like we could buy you some shoes like they don't sell shoes at the airport okay i didn't really you wiped out like fell down just about yeah oh no So then I have to like just carry my shoes and I'm walking now barefoot Gross. Right.
Katie Higgins: having some big feelings about it. Yeah. But I have the big idea. I'm going to put socks over my shoes to keep them on my feet. This is the picture I saw. So this is the picture you saw. And it was like Dodgers socks. I know. I had to go buy some socks. This is great. And she goes, oh, they're going to get ruined. I said, it's okay. I'm an Astros fan. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're, like, just stretching it. I mean, I don't really watch sports, but... we really don't the one of us does yeah this is this is um ingenuity yes
Katie Higgins: so if this ever happens to you just buy socks put them over your shoes and your shoes will stay on your feet So I feel like this is an important thing for people to know. i'm I'm so... She sent me this photo and I was crying and I'm like, well, you look great in the dress and the Dodger blue socks kind of match. It worked. It worked. It totally worked. I.
Katie Higgins: i thought it was I thought it was fantastic. So I'm in baggage claim. And this woman comes up. She looks at me. She goes, are you wearing socks? Oh. And I was like, no, yours would happen. Yeah. And then she was like, you're the smartest person alive. Uh -huh. Uh -huh. Take your, take your. Yeah.
Katie Higgins: So. We go, we get snacks for the Uber ride to the hotel. Okay. As we are leaving the 7 -Eleven in baggage claim, who do I run into? Belle France, the artist we were going to see. Oh, it wasn't like a backstage situation. This was at the airport. This is a chance encounter.
Katie Higgins: Thankfully, I switched into real shoes. but Okay. um But ran into her. There was an audible gasp from me. And I said, oh oh my God. We're going to see you tomorrow. night Okay. i'm ah Okay. Because.
Katie Higgins: We may have already said this. You originally went to Florida to see her. Yes. She opened for Willie Nelson in February. Okay. Yeah. And then now you went to see her here. And so now we've gone on to the West Coast. And so like you really, you're real you are a fan. I am a fan. I love it. So she opened for a girl named Carly Pierce. Yes.
Katie Higgins: Didn't know a single song Okay. All right. I know, Belle. And I adore her. And she does, she has the most phenomenal voice. it's Okay. I need to, I, I listened to her the first time you went. Cause I was like, wait, she's like traveling for this. Like, this is so cool. So now I need to listen again and like really. Like...
Katie Higgins: hone in yes yes um she releases a gospel album in november which i know i don't strike you as somebody that would probably listen to a gospel album and more on that later but A country gospel album. I can live. for.
Katie Higgins: There is nothing better. i can i can I can totally meet you there. like the old school uh -huh hymnal gospel albums oh yeah and so in it In this album, she actually goes to Elvis Presley's church in Mississippi. They play on the piano that has been there forever. So like the patina on the sound of this piano is ridiculous. like And it's all songs like.
Katie Higgins: You will be back like. six years old have an iced tea after like sunday service kind of like it's one of those just yeah total sensory reactions.
Katie Higgins: That's amazing. So, okay. So we ran into her at the airport. So much better than how I had pictured this. Oh, yeah. So much better. yeah And just darling. Okay. And I will say, Justin goes, why didn't you ask her for a photo? Well.
Katie Higgins: Because she'd been traveling. She didn't even, she didn't have a lick of makeup on. Okay. Yeah. come like If somebody came up to me ah and was like, hey, let's take a quick photo. I'm like. I do not have my face. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Like I'm not going to do that to somebody who's trying to make it in the industry. Like if she chooses to post something.
Katie Higgins: on her own accounts with no hair no makeup that's that's her choice yeah yeah i don't want to like Invade. yeah That's so thoughtful. So we go, we check into the hotel. Lovely hotel. Okay. um And.
Katie Higgins: We, uh... we we we we Walked around Beverly Hills. Okay. I'm not knocking Beverly Hills. I just don't think it's for us.
Katie Higgins: Yeah. This does not surprise me actually. It's... not for us we also i mean we did zero sightseeing We had talked about, like, do we go out to Venice Beach and watch the skateboarders? Do we go up to, is it Griffiths? observatory to watch the sunset like We had stuff on the list, but when it came down to it, it was, you want to just go have a drink somewhere? Yes. That's the answer.
Katie Higgins: So we walked around a fair amount, not our space. uh justin ended up having to door dash me a swimsuit because i forgot to pack one fun fact if you ever need a swimsuit on a vacation target doordash will deliver um One time.
Katie Higgins: We were at a thing. Julie didn't bring heels. You can also door dash GSW. Like. um Things you didn't need know didn't know you needed to know. Yes. You just door dash that stuff.
Katie Higgins: You're good. It was a life. changer. Right? I know. You pay a little extra, but okay. Yeah. Sunday morning, we woke up. We put on our swimsuits. We laid out by the pool all afternoon. Because the show didn't start until like 7.
Katie Higgins: We went out for... And the weather. is so good sam was level hot Oh, okay. And. What? In LA? It was. Oh.
Katie Higgins: It was a little hot and humid, but I mean, I'm so sad for you. I had a delicious. drink a, what was it called? A fuego. already i'm happy something i love it Well, it wasn't. Oh! It wasn't.
Katie Higgins: It was Reposado. Quantro. and coconut milk. Oh, how refreshing. Like coconut milk. from like the can. Okay. It's a little bit. heavier and Like you're like, oh, this tastes like coconut. Uh -huh.
Katie Higgins: um With a Tahin Wren. so like there was this nice heat to it oh it was delightful okay okay so so a reposada tequila Then the Quantro. Quantro. and coconut either milk or cream i can't remember which okay with a tahini rim on ice Oh?
Katie Higgins: delightful. Oh, i I may have to recreate that. It was so good. Oh my God. Fantastic. Wow. So we get ready. so many things already no in this story. I know! Okay! Okay. We make it to the troubadour. We rode in our very first Waymo.
Katie Higgins: What is that? It's the robot taxis. There's no people in it. Stop it. So I, well, and we watched them all weekend driving all over. Oh, I could sit and watch that for hours. ah And so I told Jess, he goes, I think we should do it. And I said, I'm going to tell you right now, we're going to take the big van Waymo. Okay. Don't put me in a little car.
Katie Higgins: if i'm putting my life in a robot's hands i want you want to be the big one I want some space. Okay. Okay. um So we took the Waymo van. uh if you are southern and you know this about yourself that the minute you get into an uber or a taxi is you have to have a quick little chat oh with your driver hundred percent You don't know what to do with that anxious energy now. I'm here to tell you. Because now there's no one to talk to. There's nobody there. Surely there's a video.
Katie Higgins: There is, it was a safety briefing that I was talking over, which then gave just an anxiety. Oh no. Because there's no like doorknobs. Like, and so you have to actually like rip the headlight in case of an emergency.
Katie Higgins: I am... fascinated rip the headliner out and there's these latches you have to pull these first and these first and meanwhile i'm like talking over it this sounds like a disney attraction oh it basically is for like us millennials uh -huh Get in this robot van.
Katie Higgins: So I. ah I... It was very stressful. We're not even to the concert yet. oh This is great. So we get there and we figure out that Waymo had a hard time because there was valet up ahead and it didn't know if he could pull into valet and there were people. it yeah It was a lot for Waymo. But we got out. okay And it was at the Troubadour.
Katie Higgins: Okay. Which is it in Beverly Hills, right? It's right at the edge of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Okay. So it's like right on this main street, I guess, which.
Katie Higgins: On this side of the street, it's West Hollywood. This side of the street, it's Beverly Hills. Okay. Okay. Okay. it has been around we we come to find out i think since the 50s oh this is a massive Big deal. for artists to come perform at. Oh, okay. It would be kind of like the equivalent to playing at the Opry. Okay. so I was going to say Grand Ole Opry maybe is what the vibe I'm getting. So I find out.
Katie Higgins: that night. This is where Elton John did his u .s debut whoa ronstadt like merle haggard's been like everybody who's anybody has played here has played there okay okay so We're in there. We're having a grand old time.
Katie Higgins: ah Bell comes out. Does an amazing set. Does she recognize you? She did. I'm so happy. when i When I posted the videos on my stories the next day, she messaged me from my stories and said, I saw you. you out there thank you so much i keep making faces and realizing i have to like add some some vocal to this because like if you're what because if you're watching our youtube channel that we haven't set up yet

Katie Higgins: You gotta. Okay. Interesting. I. I don't recognize music the way you do because you are. Musical.
Katie Higgins: does that make sense like i don't know i'm not gonna notice things that you probably notice i think this is to a degree it you you would be impressed well that oh Yeah, I think. From what I'm hearing, like, and because I do have ah a soft spot in my heart or a happy spot in my heart or whatever for, like, old country. Yeah. I think I will love it. So I'm really excited. She, phenomenal voice. Belle France. Okay.

Katie Higgins: Years ago. I don't know. It was somebody like Tim McGraw. If it wasn't Tim McGraw, it was somebody of that. Alan Jackson or something like that. I thought it was Tim McGraw. Oh, oh. oh and never mind i can't remember but he was on he was i don't i don't know but i just but i'm like wow like the way you're talking like i'm like i'm like this is so cool she so i don't know if you follow um There's an Emily Ann Sasser is her name.
Katie Higgins: She just got nominated for a CMA for like. newcomer. Okay. critics musical critics are saying she might be the next. Dolly Parton.
Katie Higgins: Like, whoa, kind of thing. She has that kind of. Um, persona and and and way in which she sings that you're just like This is her. Wow. Right. And then you've got Belle France where I'm like, this is your next Patsy or your next. Oh, kind of more soulful. Like but that, that country, but soulful. yeah Like, okay.
Katie Higgins: So, um, Oh, I'm so excited. I'm really going to download this for next weekend. I guess in a few days we leave for San Antonio. Okay. And who? Stephen Wilson Jr. Excuse me. Katie Higgins: And he goes, we're here to see Belle. I said, oh my God, that's amazing. So we kind of laugh it off. We go to the bathroom and get our spots at the bar, get a beer. And he they come over and they chat with us for a little bit. They said, where did you fly in from?
Katie Higgins: I said, Houston. mm -hmm And he goes, Um, Houston. Do you know a band called Of king and country? Kings of country? Oh, king and country. King and country?
Katie Higgins: Okay, I do know who that is, yeah. I am familiar with it only because I've seen young people I know. On social media. ta thatgar They were at a concert. At a concert. Christmas time? Katie Higgins: i'm I'm there in the moment with you now. Okay. So he tells us that he is a movie producer and we're like, I don't know what that means. like I guess I'm impressed. yeah I'm an amateur podcaster. yay i think i know i told him I told him I was a philanthropist because I'm like, I don't know what else to explain what I do i you we they do. What is it that... What do I do? No, but there is a name for what you do. And I...
Katie Higgins: Professional busybody. No. um So, but I went with philanthropist. I think that does describe you. Richmond's Girl. You call me if you need me. That does describe you.
Katie Higgins: No matter how far. yeah um So... We say, well, what kind of movie? He's like, you know. Yeah. Tell me all the things. So he just did a movie a couple of years ago with Woody Harrelson. Okay. I was like, oh, that's like a real person. Yeah. ah But he is he just finished wrapping. It will come out in November. It's called Drummer Boy.

Katie Higgins: Okay. And so he has. gone and done this and wow. almost immediately after quitting his job. breaks his hand is unable to use it for eight months and has to completely relearn a new way to play guitar.
Katie Higgins: Because he's unable to use it in the way in which he would like he would like because it's broken yeah and he just quit his job for this right Oh, wow. Great.
Katie Higgins: So... uh he's fairly new okay out but his version of stand by me is really phenomenal it's kind of this gritty raw a little bit like outlaw country kind of vibe um So that's this weekend. I forget where we're going. San Antonio, right? Well, it's right outside. Helotes. Helotes.

Katie Higgins: all of that oh um the one thing that i do want to do next time i go is there's a gondola it will take you from the bottom of palm springs up to the mountains but you're like pack a coat basically Because it gets cold.

Katie Higgins: And I will say actually, so then I did watch, they finally did an extended version, a 28 minute of the 60 minutes that they posted on YouTube. And. Um.
Katie Higgins: Patrick talks about how he has he did EMDR therapy. which I am in EMGR therapy right now. It's for... Trauma. So I was like, okay. I can meet you there.
Katie Higgins: Again, I'm thinking that I can meet you there. But then I was also thinking of our conversation. That was on the episode five podcast. And I was like, okay, so then, but like. EMDR.
Katie Higgins: Trauma therapy? yeah I don't know what trauma he's referring to. You know what I mean? like already I mean, losing his wife and children. Yeah, which but apparently losing his wife doesn't seem to be that big of a...
Katie Higgins: Deal! And because one of the things I saw. about i'm getting fidgety i understand um One of the things that I saw a TikTok about or whatever about that interview that really helped me kind of settle some feelings was.
Katie Higgins: Like I want. to know Like that part where and then now and now I am like a little bit more like especially after yesterday straight Like... I was very touched by the like.
Katie Higgins: Has she ever asked you for forgiveness? No, but I gave it to her. I was very touched by that. And then now I'm like. How about Did you ask her? Did you say sorry to her?
Katie Higgins: At all? You know? like ah which you may have said that last week but then so this one person whatever i was watching was like I get it that quote -unquote allegedly She killed your kids.
Katie Higgins: But that is still a marriage. And if you're acknowledging that she got sick. For sickness and in health. And you married and loved this woman for a time.
Katie Higgins: i don't remember exactly how long they were married six years was something like that they got They got a lot of kids for six years. Okay, whatever. Anyways, yeah. um
Katie Higgins: You mean to tell me... You... Saw this girl on the ground. She goes to the hospital. You don't really talk to her again. Except for maybe once or twice when she comes out of the coma.
Katie Higgins: Like... Nothing? I think... She died that day for him. I think she did. I think she did. You know. And... Now after... hearing
Katie Higgins: yesterday what happened with writing within the hearing so give us a a snapshot of what happened Because okay i I am a TikTok juror, but I am not on the legal team. Well, I got to be honest. I felt like I was on the legal team when it was. the actual trial. I was watching it live every day. I did not watch it live yesterday. I cannot believe this. I'm ashamed to admit it that I forgot.
Katie Higgins: And then as soon as I realized it was the 29th, I thought, you know what? This is not good. It's a hearing. It's not going to be super long. So I'm just going to wait and watch. the ah watch the replays and the updates. Okay, so Reddington. So because... From what I understand.
Katie Higgins: because he at the beginning of this whole deal made a motion for a bifurcation or a bifurcated trial so that's a two different tried for two. So one would be tried for, did she do this?
Katie Higgins: And the other one would be tried for, was she mentally? Aware. aware The one we saw, basically. And that's what Reddington wanted. was two trials.
Katie Higgins: And Judge Sullivan. did not grant it. So there was the one trial. So. If I understand the legal... stuff.
Katie Higgins: correctly. Because he originally asked for that bifurcated trial, he now has the grounds. See, he's so smart. He's so smart. He is moving so many steps ahead of everybody else. I think so. Because I, and I told you this already, I did get a little. Like.
Katie Higgins: I got my paintings in a water a little bit. when i saw a lot of people being like oh my god we did this and i was like okay listen Do I think? the country's
Katie Higgins: connection to this woman. made a difference and is going to i do i i legitimately do think it's going to be something that changes even a little bit in our country i do i do think this will then change something in our country.
Katie Higgins: We can already see andrea yates versus lindsey clancy we can already see there has been a change right Um. But... Like, but to say that TikTok did all, I'm like, no, listen. But I think maybe though. Reddington knew what he was doing. He knew what he was doing from day one, asking for the bifurcated case. Because I felt like it took a few weeks before it really picked up a lot of traction.

That have come through and they've reached out to Reddington being like, hey. If it's helpful at all, I would like to speak to you about... about these medications, about you know body temp about okay okay so i think there is some of that however you're right i do you're right from day one has been playing checkers i think so i think he's been playing he's playing chess i think he was
Katie Higgins: purposefully planting. these little things and he's been in the business long enough that he knew he was planting it hey these this is a not cut and dry case and i need to make sure to put these pieces in before my guess is too that well i mean he has said he had no clue what the reaction he He knew there'd be a reaction, but he didn't know.
Katie Higgins: He could have never imagined the reaction. that we are having. So, you know what? I wonder if he... If he knew a little bit that, okay, fine. If I drop some...

Katie Higgins: because he had done that earlier. He had grounds. than to say, the The government didn't even didn't even prove she did it. Right.
Katie Higgins: So now... We got a new they've got new thing on us. Because they never sequestered the jury. that that was an issue i think he brought up and and i think i think they're pushing real hard back on that because of like the sanctity of the jury or whatever well because But. They should have been. They should have. This high profile. Well, and they should have been. And I don't know. Maybe it's like. they didn't think it was going to be high profile. And then it really did become such.
Katie Higgins: I don't know. Well, can't you then say, well, we're going to sequester you now? on now that From now on, you're sequestered. I don't know I know. Interesting. Interesting. We need, i this is when, like, can we phone a friend? What lawyers do we know? who in Massachusetts.
