Baker Plbg: oh there we go listen There's no hate here. I do understand fully. The tone. that I present in. I get it. I've run my own business for 30 years I'm the father of five kids.
Baker Plbg: Like. I have to say things. succinctly with some authority behind it. ah uh and and To be perfectly honest honest to with you, that tone and presentation has it served me incredibly well.
Baker Plbg: It has made me... successful in the in the trade world. and with the people that I associate with on a daily basis. so I do. I do understand how.
Baker Plbg: it comes across i've listened to myself and been like Oh. Oh.
Baker Plbg: That's that people are gonna take that the wrong way So, i my... Intentions are sincere. And I, there's no bigger advocate for the trades than me. And that it's a big.
Baker Plbg: bright. Bold. place. And there's lots of avenues to be successful. But my contention is, is that. You really... have to win the quote unquote lottery in order to be an influencer. that's getting $100 ,000 a year in advantage.
Baker Plbg: uh, um from the manufacturers of these products. That is not. the norm. And I think you guys know that if you're in that sphere.
Baker Plbg: If they're flying you out to Germany. for uh you know ah A week trip. and all expenses paid i mean Good for you.
Baker Plbg: Good for you. I think that's... ah I hope you realize how unique that position is. My... Again. Position is is there is a far More.
Baker Plbg: Deliberate? intentional um
Baker Plbg: Purposeful. How many different ways can I say that? um path. Two. be financially successful. to be successful in the trade and that is by working on your business working within your backyard, within your sphere of actual influence where you can show up at people's houses or people's places of business and make a difference.
Baker Plbg: That's what I'm proposing. That's where I think the. biggest opportunities are. where you're most likely to be successful. And. I think if we...
Baker Plbg: Um, You know, you... There are lots of charlatans on here that purport to be something that they are not. And everybody knows who my beefs are with and why.
Baker Plbg: And I'm not here to resurrect those. They are what they are and they will be what they're going to be. Bye. And there are legitimate. individuals.
Baker Plbg: that. uh represent the trade fantastically, that do well, that are compensated as i as they should be. um But. Most of the people that I know that have sort of Sort of.
Baker Plbg: touched flown close to the sun. if you will. end up getting burnt and realize, realize... That what I'm preaching, the pulpit that I'm preaching from.
Baker Plbg: is V. best chance they have of being successful. And that's what I'm here for. I could teach you. I can't teach you.
Baker Plbg: If I could teach you how to be incredibly successful in social media, I would. But that is not. I have not. Knocked one out of the park, although I would dare say that as for someone that is The villain.
Baker Plbg: The bad guy. um I am quite well known in most of the circles. Not to say I don't get anything out of it financially because I don't need to get anything out of it financially because I have built my empire.
Baker Plbg: so that it is a so Almost. self -perpetuating engine that never stops. And that... It takes time and effort.
Baker Plbg: and focus. and determination. And all those big words. in order to to Make that a reality in your life And I think it's doable and more doable than it's ever been because the the the competition is...
Baker Plbg: sparse and thin and spread out. And if you can focus on that. it will change your life, your family's life. all that And that's what I'm here for. is to...
Baker Plbg: Uh, share some of my successes. some of the things that work for me. and some of the things the mistakes that i've made and if i can help you avoid some of those mistakes then... uh I'm here for it all day long.
Baker Plbg: um you will Make no mistake, you will make your own mistakes. you will have your own quote -unquote crisis of faith within the trade world.
Baker Plbg: as you navigate. of the thousand pitfalls that are out there. So. um I am. always open for a real meaningful discussion with real sincere people.
Baker Plbg: and And I... and mature enough to understand that my take. He's not the only one. It is certainly the lens that I see the world and the thing that's worked for me, but that doesn't mean that it it's that's I am the only one that matters. I am not suggesting that.
