David Isaacs: hello everyone August 23rd, 2020. 6 at time of recording. Joined by Brian. our friend. My colleague.

David Isaacs: Gentlemen. and scholar. What else, Brian?

The Big Dog: Uh, You know, I appreciate that. and so normally nor Normally I am. You know, when I'm in my manic. mode i call myself a dirt bag and all that so i appreciate all the compliments really working on that but hey um Appreciate you, my friend. How are you doing after your ah your friend's passing? and And all of that, if you're willing to talk about that.

David Isaacs: Good. surprisingly.

David Isaacs: Yeah, I didn't know if it was experience. and having dealt with it before. Or what? but uh Yeah, we have the... They have the funeral on Wednesday. and A lot of people showed up visitation funeral burial All that.

David Isaacs: um So... Yeah.

David Isaacs: Some... Some feelings and tears. um but otherwise good. few of us are get together this afternoon. to do something.

David Isaacs: So they go. you know continuing to be continue to be doing some stuff together. so Obviously it's going to change a little bit because he won't be around anymore. but the the basis of you know still finding time to get together and do things, I think.

David Isaacs: isn't ever going to be gone. um which is nice. But yeah, I think. ah you know calling and talking to friends and everyone's kind of you know at their own stage of grief some people that are angry some people are sad and sad.

David Isaacs: you really feel for Wonderful. friend of mine that kind of helped with I love the arrangements and things. Um... Kind of help out the family and uh doing that so Hats off to him.

David Isaacs: Those get service and...

The Big Dog: No.

David Isaacs: Yeah, a lot of people showed up. so I think you can... fur.

David Isaacs: For not being a... Agreed. time for anyone. um yeah definitely like A lot of people showing up, paying respects and that. so it was uh That was nice to see I mean, it was very loved by family and friends. and yeah a lot of people were there to give their respects which was very nice

The Big Dog: Yeah. That's amazing. I'm glad I had a huge turnout and, you know, the person touched... so many lives, you know, you never. you know, obviously you're friends and you only see kind of like a. or family, you know, you only see. small aspect of of who they are but you know and events like that you know it's fortunate that it comes to that sometimes but at least they um It seemed like they were well -loved and you know they were a great person. yeah And like you said, you're going to...

The Big Dog: Get together with your friends maybe do some sort of outing or whatever and you know kind of in a way They'll still kind of live. you know live on in your memories so um you know Maybe.

The Big Dog: use this opportunity if you've You know? caught up with old friends to um you know meet meet up with them in the future. and you know keep that going too that would be great Um...

The Big Dog: Kind of way to heal in of itself, I guess But i'm glad glad to hear you're doing better.

David Isaacs: Yeah. Yeah, trying to find... some time to A certain thing can feel. And um... Try to get that understanding as to...

David Isaacs: how I'm feeling. Amen. kind of putting things off am i Um,

David Isaacs: Yeah, I don't know. Just... Doing the things that I should be doing, but that's a very loaded question, right? So.

The Big Dog: Right, right

David Isaacs: I guess you never really truly know. Bye. In any case. um Yeah, I just got this and talking to the therapists And. you know kind of going through that and that's kind of where i It got down to...

David Isaacs: Right. really just more so about balance. and Trying to... and life kind of pushes you in one direction. Um, whether negative or positive.

David Isaacs: Well I guess. Most of the time it's gonna be more into the negative uh try to do things that Kind of help you get that balance back. And it takes time and it takes patience. but Yeah, we're the last. few days been Feeling pretty good about.

David Isaacs: yeah know Getting stuff done around the house and being productive. Um, So. I typically get this you know from time to time. trying to get More into...

David Isaacs: um Having that. you know, just be a common occurrence instead of you know once in a while have the motivation to Do some stuff um Bye.

David Isaacs: Yeah, I think. a at least for me. What I've talked about before with work, it's a little bit easier to have. stuff to do. um you're on a schedule you're on deadlines you have you know can put effort and focus on one specific thing but in life it's a lot different You know, there's no.

David Isaacs: deadlines for Well, I guess sometimes there is. Like, oh, I got to get my laundry done before I have to go into the office tomorrow. or dry cleaning before a funeral or a wedding or something.

David Isaacs: um But another. cases it's real just the I guess having more. Respect for yourself. Love for yourself. to take care of some things. and really seeing you know the positive benefits to taking care of some stuff.

David Isaacs: And just being aware of that. End. Yeah. we've spoken about it. Quietly. over time, but... I think it has. Helped me But just something that I have to kind of.

David Isaacs: hold on to because it's you know, been happening like that for. however many years. and uh Yeah, just trying to get on a a good schedule, good pace of... you know trying to get some stuff taken care of and Not every day is gonna be easy.

David Isaacs: but I think the more that we push through some of the hard days. um It makes things easier. Just kind of the same thing with exercise, you know, when you get more fit and you can take on more. and um Kind of the same with you know.

David Isaacs: mentally, physically. chores, work. Um, emotions in that. It's really just feeling like you're on the right path. Push on. Yeah, I'm trying to work more towards feeling that way.

The Big Dog: Yeah, I mean there's no written paths. Uh... you know, on how to. improve yourself or you know they're it The path is different for everyone. and Certainly.

The Big Dog: Uh... the the burden of trying to better yourself feels uh you know can feel more intense especially when you've suffered such a loss so um really puts into you know, perspective of you know Sometimes these things may not seem so hard. Um,

The Big Dog: after kind of this loss, so. yeah just by using that kind of Easier said than done, but you know trying to put yourself in a one step at a time and and accomplishing one goal and you know building from that so you know again, you know, exercise and. even You know, even if it's simple as making your bed every day you know it's it's going to improve your mental health though

The Big Dog: whole lot and help out and those situations like you're you know or an experience of grief or you know For me, for a while, it's been depression. but you i've So... you know for me personally lately it's been um you know, just Trying to make sure that my um my mind has been right. um you know i've and taking more supplements like i feel like i'm I felt like I was just more forgetful and certain things and you know like re

The Big Dog: retreading just conversations that i forgot like my ADHD is really aged. adhd -ing right now so um you know just Trying to think make sure to take the extra steps of doing things.

The Big Dog: While I have the motivation to do it, even if I don't feel like doing it like, you know washing an extra dish You know, I spent all the time folding on my clothes I still find and find my habit of just kind of throwing them on the floor and putting them in pile and say I'll deal with them later well that's one of the reasons why I needed to change because it became like a mountain at one point so spending some time today after this. or...

The Big Dog: recording here to just go upstairs and fold that after like i shower and everything because i did just I did go on a 30 minute walk. you know and normally i do like i do like five minutes and then turn around right like i've kind of built up to going walking 30 minutes and back so it was i guess really more of like an hour -long walk but you know just uh slowly But surely.

The Big Dog: being more consistent. um Well, and

The Big Dog: not trying to take medication it's not um to that point like a ssri or you know something to help with like the actual focus Although I think SSRI is antidepressant. I'll look that up in a second. ADHD meds, I'm trying to take like ashwagandha. I've been taking ashwagandha for about a month now. I'm finally kind of starting to feel the effects. I feel a little bit more focused. You know, um I've been taking L -theanine for a while, so I kind of mix with that. um just adding in um

The Big Dog: magnesium glycinate so helps with Better sleep. So I'm just really trying to give my brain As much. focus as i can and i've you know just over the last month i've just felt way more productive like i felt like focused at work and focused on completing things like less um you know quote unquote of the lazy habits of of adhd so um Yeah.

The Big Dog: I have a pretty crazy week coming up. My mother -in -law is getting released from the hospital, so we kind of have to plan for that. to you know pick her up kind of coordinate that my son is starting school he's got a couple half days a couple full days and he's off for like four days so you know kind of Things are kind of all...

The Big Dog: important things are all coming at the same time so um you know just trying to come up with a plan stay focused and you know As chaotic as my life can be, I'm just...

The Big Dog: you know if things are coming up i'm trying not to overreact to them And even later today. trying to take my son to the zoo because it's you know kind of our last summer event that we can really afford to do.

The Big Dog: um you know and Right now. it feels all slightly overwhelming but i think once i get through a couple of them i'll feel a lot better You know, and just putting all my and time and energy into one task at a time. One, you know, focus, not trying to think about the other things. But, you know, my...

The Big Dog: unfortunately, because... Uh, Tried to apply a twist us to this whole mother -in -law and Son. kindergarten day she's going to miss his first day of kindergarten Um, you know, and she's just very sad about that. Us as a family is very sad, but obviously thanks to technology, we have things like. FaceTime, you know, obviously we can take photos and send them videos.

The Big Dog: Uh, not obviously not the same thing as being in real life and it's still really Sucks, but you know we make the best of that situation so Um, Oh, that's all going on because...

The Big Dog: You know, my mother was not. sometimes always I had great success with her, great luck with her health. You know, she's had a rare form of pneumonia. She was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and like 10 years ago. So it's all kind of just bring back feelings for my wife. And I'm trying to help her navigate while also trying to entertain her son, our young son, who doesn't really understand kind of what what's going on. You know, he had to go visit Gigi. and

The Big Dog: The Hobbitle, as he calls it. so There's... a We had to take the alligator up, so the elevator up to her floor. Um, You know, and then there's also the overwhelming sense that like, you know, I'm worried about my son because he still has delays and we're on a wait list to get him tested for, you know.

The Big Dog: Get a brain scan to figure out. you know what's causing some of his delays. um You know, I'm worried about him not. fitting in right away I'm you know I'm worried about all these things but like I can't really control those so they're kind of out of my focus so you know a lot of things for me to be stressed about but i'm doing my best to kind of just handle them as they come up and not you know explode as I normally do. So that's been kind of my task. that I've been

The Big Dog: dealing with and trying to do my best to mitigate. here really since our last recording

The Big Dog: So I'll kind of write on the same boat there with you, David. I mean, sort of. different paths but you know kind of uh Kind of trying to navigate some stressful or sad times.

David Isaacs: Yeah.

David Isaacs: Yeah, life getting in the way of... certain things or have any pivot. and um the more that you have to deal with

David Isaacs: trying to... capture everything and still kind of moving in the right direction oh i'm feeling like you're slipping up in like one specific area but Yeah.

David Isaacs: i mean anyone that's listening and i'm sure we've gone over it a lot that it's just tough Different. individual journey for everyone. so you not only have your individual journey but you know what works best for you It's very individualized.

David Isaacs: trying out different things, experimenting. trying to work within your locus of control. In. what you can accomplish. um what you can achieve, some some of your thoughts, some of your feelings that you can work on.

David Isaacs: um And... Yeah. It's good to hear that. you know She's getting out. You're playing it around loud. Amen. and the hopefully with your son.

David Isaacs: They can... Maybe figure something out. to have a better idea of Kind of how to. move forward. That would be great.

The Big Dog: Yeah. yeah for sure She's also got to get... set up um she's The one thing that's skinny is that she's had like... Just very odd kind of kidney function. Um, She has a ton of kidney stones, but none of them have tried to pass.

The Big Dog: um which has caused her urine to be kind of almost acidic like her ph level um so they're kind of checking her They've been checking her. so They checked her esophagus.

The Big Dog: Um, like they They put like the dye or whatever down there. So that caused, you know. stomach issues just in and of itself because Obviously, it's black dye with a sensitive stomach, so... um They've been giving her...

The Big Dog: uh tpn which i don't remember what the exact acronym is but it's essentially just a bag of nutrients that's poured into like um An IV. I don't. i she has to have like a port put in so basically it's just like kind of Uh...

The Big Dog: can swap them out but yeah she's getting essential nutrients they're actually just like kind of giving her whatever she wants to eat because she's essentially just All right.

The Big Dog: gained weight or hasn't gained weight just actually lost weight because food moves through her body so quickly because she has a uh duodenal switch which they shrunk her so this was surgery at 25 26 years ago i think they shrunk her stomach in half and then they also took out part of her small intestine so food and nutrients just go through pests their body just doesn't absorb it Um...

The Big Dog: so that's just kind of caused all sorts of different issues and then she's also had physical issues that have kind of contributed and you know are obviously source and you know we're talking about surgery in the next couple weeks so you know if there any thoughts and prayers and all that to our our family but Just trying and to navigate that and...

The Big Dog: you know Not pretend like everything's not normal, but also not try and let it affect me um You know, it's...

The Big Dog: Weird time, you know, just trying to support my my wife because her and her dad have to run a business now. and they're They're down. owner slash, you know, just another body and with some of her kids going back to school you know again she's kind of just on her her true full time so they're kind of short -staffed in this moment and

The Big Dog: you know trying to find somebody to fit their time slots it is difficult so you know it's just uh All that for them. Um, you know, I, I have the normal nine to five, if you will. I don't own a business. I don't know all the stresses, only what I can witness from them doing it.

The Big Dog: But you know, it's... It's the opportunity, more opportunity for me to step up and, you know, be there for my son, you know, our elementary schools. you know literally three blocks over so i can actually just walk down or...

The Big Dog: you know perk it my in -laws which is like another black and then you know walk the rest away and pick him up so I'm actually looking forward to it. It's, you know, it's a good, good opportunity for me just to be I feel like I'm...

The Big Dog: you know, doing better. and um Just. Just kind of stepping up, I guess, in a way. so Um, just trying to look at at things positively in that. negative aspects of you know. things I've already visited in therapy and I've rehashed on this podcast several times. So, you know, just focusing on on the future and what I can control and what I can control is, you know, helping with pickups and. I'm just taking care of my son after school. so

David Isaacs: That's a good way to look at things. kind of put it in perspective. Yeah, I mean it is difficult to say Not try to let it affect you.

David Isaacs: Not saying. You do it, but I definitely do it. Oh. saying it. and kind of dealing with it instead of... you know just kind of uh putting it off.

David Isaacs: and uh Yeah. how you're feeling or the stress or Whenever that. and kind of come with it. Um, Yeah, I mean it's definitely difficult. It's not really, um...

David Isaacs: any of the hard times I feel like they're difficult because you know, someone you love is... going through something. Um... but also that you have to pick up the slack so it kind of hits you twice.

David Isaacs: Right.

The Big Dog: Yep.

David Isaacs: that's really equal parts of heart. equal parts as hard but yeah can definitely We're on you.

David Isaacs: sounds like you're doing pretty well and in a good headspace so i'm glad to hear that especially given the circumstances which I'm Not glad to hear it.

The Big Dog: Yeah, I have um... you know also been where we talk about a lot of just self -care, you know. way spending more time with. my wife you know it's been the last few months where i just have where we've kind of gone our you know when my son goes to bed we've kind of gone our separate ways you know it's mostly just been on me um of like not want to watch something new or something different you know i kind of just i've been stuck in my way so she suggests something that i didn't feel like you know i'll

The Big Dog: I'll go play video games you know but um To kind of unpack that, you know, for myself, it's. you know time I have, you know,

The Big Dog: solving problem if it's a game or you know Finally, I was able to play magic the gathering which uh you know there's been a Pretty huge hobby staple in my life for since I was 13. I'm 37, so I'll go on almost 25. Actually, it'll be 25 years because I started playing when 7th Edition came out, which was a core set, 2001, when they used to have CD -ROMs on how to teach you how to play.

The Big Dog: Um... I'm actually getting some friends together on the September 19th. My wife's cafe to have. Commander like afternoon. We're doing like a pilot look, so looking forward to that. um I'm just kind of, you know. Sick.

The Big Dog: To get back to the... or to add to you know kind of giving my brain a workout different type of workout you know strategy to having fun. Um...

The Big Dog: Just goofing off, you know and problem solving, trying how to navigate three other players and and win or just. At the very least, have have fun doing it. um you know video games kind of the same thing um it's not to the point where i'm You know, there's been a lot of co -op games. I think those are starting to make a somewhat of a resurgence. and My friend have been playing, but we... you know he's been mixing in like you know battlefield six they just came out with like the new season Um,

The Big Dog: you know ready or not which that game gives me, I think, actual PTSD. um and i never never will say that cop's job is easy that's for sure even if it's just uh uh arcade simulator at best but um so yeah i'm just trying to also just challenge myself and i think that's why um you know i've been able to keep my lows higher and my highs, you know, kind of keep.

The Big Dog: those going like you know my my wavelength mood of i would say normally it's not like one straight line it's for me it feels like it's just like a Wavelength like it's higher and lower depending on your perspective so um Just trying to really tighten that, plus I have a...

The Big Dog: you know, huge project that's coming to a close here in October. so um Yeah, I'm just... been project managing that. part -time while also completing you know, Project Sub. Really just trying to give.

The Big Dog: my brain like arrest when it needs it but also challenging it when it needs it so you know. But that's you know that's been my goal. i i i think i've finally kind of worked on myself throughout the brain fog but it's just like certain things that maybe if i'm not fully paying attention i'll just forget and you know it can be frustrating for if i'm talking to somebody and i told them something i would do it if i just kind of uh -huh i'm just going through my phone and you know. it.

The Big Dog: we're off to i'm off to the next thought um really just trying to Stay locked in. and Um... you know. not get overly stressed or be too distant, be more present.

David Isaacs: Yeah. I think. I want to start trying to... you know stay away from my phone a little bit more.

David Isaacs: just even at work like waiting on something to update that'll take a couple minutes i'll pick my phone up Go and do the next thing and pick my phone up Word. yeah i mean out with friends or texting or something i mean there's certain things like I need a response on.

David Isaacs: or certain text that I need to send. um So not exactly that, but... Yeah, other times just kind of... Trying to find ways to keep myself occupied even if I'm doing something that should be keeping me occupied. I think that's really the big the big issue for a lot of people. and maybe not exactly an addiction but if you're doing something that you know you should be experiencing you should be having fun with um out with friends or doing something.

David Isaacs: Um, to not allow yourself to kind of get distracted from the experience that you should be having with something that might be a little bit more stimulating. Um,

David Isaacs: is at least for me a stimulation for you know being on your phone like looking at stuff that really doesn't matter. um can be Yeah, adds up over time.

The Big Dog: Right.

David Isaacs: And. You can't really like... you know feel what's going on Even yesterday. Some of the stuff that I was doing, taking care of, you know, I made some pickles, cut off some more of the cucumbers off the vine in the garden, watered the garden.

David Isaacs: um I did some... some cleanup and stuff around the house and it really didn't even take that much time Um, but you feel a lot better about it. Whereas typically, you know, just.

David Isaacs: laying on the couch or laying around. scrolling on your phone. Time seems to go by a lot quicker. and uh start to get that feeling of dread. especially on Sundays. it's Like, oh, I got to work tomorrow. and i I didn't finish all the stuff.

The Big Dog: Yeah.

David Isaacs: um Really haven't that yet. idea in mind and thought of. Not only am I going to go do this, but... While doing it, I'm gonna... you know Maybe. Keep my phone in the car.

David Isaacs: something. All right. Maybe not even your phone but... you know, other things kind of. know thoughts that keep you away from experience and Yeah.

David Isaacs: Yes. one of the things that... kind of talk to my therapist about of you know kind of the feeling of putting things off. and some more of the uh drive for the stimulation that I've had.

David Isaacs: uh which really affects me in terms of like sleep quality, at least, I guess, sleep hygiene. You're going to bed at a good time. and Kind of. um you know lowering myself into sleep rather than just thinking all right i'm laying in bed i can just scroll on my phone until i get tired Um,

David Isaacs: See, I mean, it can be detrimental. too. a lot of different areas and a lot of different avenues and kind of pull us away from. you know the The feeling of having that experience. that um maybe some people don't get to have.

David Isaacs: Or... um Yeah. Kind of. cuts us away from some of that gratitude. sympathy empathy from for or from other people.

David Isaacs: Sorry if that makes sense.

The Big Dog: Yeah. No, yeah, no. that's No it totally does. um Yeah. i've um, I don't have... As far as like.

The Big Dog: falling asleep you know, at a certain time of our. After checking my phone, I don't. I think I've ever really had a really good rule for that. There are times where I i do generally feel tired and I'll go to bed at like.

The Big Dog: you know, eight or nine o 'clock. Pretty early for even for me and I'll end up just... kind of having that like you said kind of like that negative thought of oh i've got work tomorrow i've got to accomplish this or that or you know, I kind of feel like a good day. And then, you know, that keeps me awake. or just having thoughts about like whatever and so to start scrolling through you know. threads or Instagram. you know some addicting social media app.

The Big Dog: And. Yeah, just... Uh... it's you know and then i look up and it's like 11 30 my wife's starting to head up so i She's like, oh, I thought you went in to bed. I was like, yeah, I couldn't fall asleep or I'll wake up in the middle of the night and...

The Big Dog: to go to the bathroom and can't really Um... Can't really fall asleep from that. So i'll scroll through my phone and, you know. I go to bed at like...

The Big Dog: Or wake up at 1 30. Sometimes there's times where I don't fall paint. all right isn't that able to fall asleep back at five it's not very often but you know it's happens enough or it's frequent enough that's annoying and i'm just tired and you know and then that strings into things that I you know more coffee, more caffeine. uh You know?

The Big Dog: can't really account for there's only so much health and eating and all that stuff can do and as far as ah you know trimming down the anxiety and the paranoia right so but then i'm like So having all that and.

The Big Dog: but Yeah, it's... ah

The Big Dog: i'm still haven't really found anything as far as success for that so um you know if you Find things that... uh have worked for you uh let me know because i'm always willing to take that even i might get to the point where i just have to like lock put my phone in like a time block or something until it's you know next morning, Mike. I don't think it's I'm that bad, but it might get to that point.

David Isaacs: Yeah, I've tried a few different things. um But... Yeah, I mean, it's really your... Kind of policing yourself. And you can put... you know time lock on your phone or something but You can put in a passcode to... override it.

The Big Dog: Yeah, right

David Isaacs: Um, But... uh in the past i mean it's kind of helped or at least just kind of been a reminder Some of the times. um you know fine if i'm watching something or scrolling up my phone or watching like youtube or something on my phone like there's not It doesn't show you what time it is.

David Isaacs: you know

The Big Dog: Right.

David Isaacs: It's a... kind of like a casino in that way so you like click out and see oh wow it's already 9 30 or something Bye. Yeah, I think just... trying to start with like a routine like maybe that time block something it could be a good reminder Um,

David Isaacs: And then also thinking about like. you know. what you wish you could do before bed. um For me, it was like journaling, meditating, reading. um Some things that can be mindful. and that are also less stimulating um but for the first like 15 minutes like you're kind of your brain's fighting against you It's like, come on, Brian, we could be playing video games right now. What are we doing here?

The Big Dog: Right.

David Isaacs: go ahead as you go on and i mean it becomes 14 minutes 13 minutes 12 minutes down the line until you know you just get so attuned. going to bed at that specific time.

David Isaacs: but again that's locus of control and what's outside of it is If you have to stay up late for... you know work related purposes or if you're like your son's sick or Wow. you know whatever else where life gets in the way we're just gonna have to stay up but um And then also the weekends. The weekends were like the biggest. uh detriment to me trying to get.

David Isaacs: you know, a good habit of doing these things. Um,

The Big Dog: Yeah.

David Isaacs: But... Um. Again with time and like when you get up, it's not only like before you go to bed It's like oh wow, I was able to fall asleep earlier on.

David Isaacs: but when you get up in the morning like that feeling and saying to yourself, I do feel more rested. I do feel more prepared to tech. uh tackle the day i do feel Like. you know something comes up out of nowhere that i have the energy to be able to handle it and the mentality to be able to.

David Isaacs: you know keep within myself to take care of you know, whatever's going to happen today.

The Big Dog: Yeah.

David Isaacs: Oh.

The Big Dog: Yeah.

David Isaacs: And that's a big part of it too. But yeah, really just, I think, defining that first step. And... Trying to take that first small step. And maybe if it is... You don't want to alarm her. some for some sort of like um No internet mode or something on your phone after a certain time And when that happens, you know.

David Isaacs: what What would you think to do instead?

David Isaacs: or even in your mind it's like if we didn't have video games, computer. Phone TV. Yeah. what else would you be doing?

The Big Dog: Right, yeah. it Yeah. Those are all great. Um, I don't know what I would Always different scenario, but...

The Big Dog: Yeah, I... ah really haven't thought much about it and i really should so um

The Big Dog: Yeah.

The Big Dog: But yeah, I think that's ah and that's about all that I had. You know? Do you have anything else that you want to talk about?

David Isaacs: No um Not at the moment. Yeah, I hope it... I hope you find something. something to start with.

David Isaacs: Um... The whole sleep thing. And. yeah i hope it uh you can continue on with it.

The Big Dog: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I think. I think for the most part I'm good. It's just really those. these days i'm just really feeling restless that i'll have to figure something out and you know just uh it was one more thing for me to improve on so but uh

David Isaacs: yeah Yeah, they might. magnesium glycinate you're taking should be helpful. you take it like closer to Night time.

The Big Dog: Yeah, yeah

David Isaacs: alright Thank you everyone. We've made it this far. Thanks for your support.

The Big Dog: Yeah, we appreciate it as always.
