Session Kickoff

Speaker
I see that comment. OG spelled out. Cast ahead. Chris Stone is in the house. I love it. I love it. I love it. Look, let me give DJ air horns for everybody who's here. And then I'm going to remind you of what we're going be talking about tonight.

AI Updates & Livestream Value

00:00:39
Speaker
Look. if If you haven't heard somebody, just one person talking about AI in the last week, because it seems like it's every day, there's something new coming out, right?
00:00:50
Speaker
um The reason why I want to talk about it is in this context. I'm talking about how you can get the most mileage out of every stream. Because here's the thing. You're already putting this time and attention into creating something amazing, right?
00:01:04
Speaker
If you're like me, you're putting time and attention and effort into creating a production when it comes to your live streams. And so what we want to do is we want to make sure that we're getting all the mileage, all the juice out of the orange, right? We're squeezing it all.
00:01:20
Speaker
And so using AI helps you to be able to

AI for Productivity

00:01:23
Speaker
do this. Now, I've been doing this for a minute. for longer than a minute. And what I have realized is that having the ability to be able to use tools to cut down on the time, gosh, it's like it allows you to multiply yourself.
00:01:40
Speaker
I have always wanted to multiply myself. I don't know about you, but especially for you, those of you who are moms, wives juggling, even if you're not, if you're a son, a husband, anybody who's juggling everything, all the things, because I know I am.
00:01:59
Speaker
We need time. And I have always dreamed of being able to multiply myself and to be everywhere all at once.

Encouraging Participation

00:02:06
Speaker
But there I think AI has gotten as close as it's going to get for us to be able to do that. Right. And so the tools that I use now have really cut down on time. And I'm going to share with you kind of what it used to be versus what it is now based on on the different tools that I'll show you. OK, I've got three in particular that we're going to cover.
00:02:27
Speaker
But we are going to be talking about AI tools. So that's today's boss topic. And if you are ready, we're going to dive right on in here. And I will get into point number one. And by the way, let me say this for those of you who don't know, because I see some new people in the house. So welcome.
00:02:47
Speaker
And if you didn't already put hashtag newbie, go ahead and type that into the comments because we want to acknowledge you.

Engagement Strategies

00:02:52
Speaker
i am here live. It is Thursday. And what I like to do is to take questions.
00:02:59
Speaker
I love to see your comments in the chat. I love to see your interaction and and that you're participating. And number one, I love to see that you're getting something out of this. So if that's you, don't be surprised if I pop your name up on screen because I love to do that.
00:03:15
Speaker
I do see someone here from Malaysia. So I want to acknowledge you and thank you for coming all the way. Look, I'm in Texas. My boss asked me to do a live stream on YouTube. Okay, let's go. Let's go.
00:03:29
Speaker
Look, I'm going to share some things with you, but you don't necessarily have to do it exactly like I do. Okay. um Chris said, I can't multiply myself. The world That's probably true. We can only take one of you right now.

Getting Started with Content Creation

00:03:45
Speaker
But Ali, Alia, no, Ali Abdullah. I think that's how we're going to pronounce your name. And hopefully I am respectful of your name. um Just know this.
00:03:56
Speaker
Start simple. You don't have to have all the fun and flashy things you see me doing, but just show up. Just try. Hugs to you as well. Quilts and chocolates.
00:04:07
Speaker
Love it. Love it. Love it. OK, we're going to dive in and I'm going to give you point number one here. um One of the things that I'm going to do besides sharing the tip is I'm also going to pull up a couple of different um platforms.
00:04:22
Speaker
So we're just going to have some fun. We might run a little bit longer than we normally do because this is like my happy place. I'm a geek at heart and I always love, I'm just like in love with different apps and software. So some of you know, I had the app therapy club podcast.
00:04:41
Speaker
Let's do this. Here's number one. So AI hack number one. in order for you to really get the leverage that you need to out of your live streams, this is the tip find the best moments. So I'm going to explain that. And then I'm going to share a screen share of a couple of different tools that will help you do this. But the key point that I want you to get from this, when I say find the best moment, what does that mean?
00:05:10
Speaker
First of all, I want you to know why these tips even matter. Um,
00:05:18
Speaker
When you are creating content, and I've already kind of said this a little bit, when you're creating content, first of all, today, in today's time, there's a lot of stuff out there.
00:05:29
Speaker
So for in order for you to stand out, you need to make sure that it is quality material. Like you've put some effort in and people need to be able to see that when they come to consume that content. Otherwise, you're in a crowd and a sea of sameness, as I know my friend, my girl, Stephanie Garcia says. Yeah.
00:05:47
Speaker
And so we want to stand out with our content and we want it to be something of value. So when you're thinking about finding the best moments, that means that you've taken the time more than likely, especially if you're in any of my courses or programs,
00:06:03
Speaker
You're taking the time and you're being intentional about putting together what you're going to talk about your program, your script, the way and what you're going to deliver content is going to help you to set up yourself for success.
00:06:20
Speaker
So you get a chance to find the best moments because you've created, you've planted good seeds by creating this script where you're going to have, as RK3 said the other night when I was on his show, he has sound bites written into his notes.
00:06:38
Speaker
So these are specific things that he wants to make sure, specific points he wants to make sure he says. For me, as you see, when I pop things up on screen, there are certain key message points I want to make sure I get across, right?
00:06:51
Speaker
And that way, it's going to give me more of a likelihood of being able to, on the back end, find the best moments, right? So if I've already created this script, and typically for me, if you have paid attention to any of my scripts or any of my live streams, you'll see that it's usually going to have the intro. It's going have the main count content and then it's going to have the outro and possibly a call to action. Right.
00:07:20
Speaker
So in the main content, what I'm looking at is I'm making sure that there is value And there are valuable bullet points and messaging that I can pull out into other smaller bites later.
00:07:35
Speaker
Okay. So the first thing to think about when you are trying to find the best moments is that you need to create a situation where you're goingnna have best moments. Okay.
00:07:47
Speaker
Yes. And look, okay. So I love this, what we're popping in here. Let's see what we got in here. Um, Yeah, Nazneen. Yes, I use AI to generate script ideas for podcasts and so do i But even more than that, what I want you to do is you're generating that script and see, I start from what's in here and then I leverage AI to help fill in some spaces and to help me improve and enhance what I already know about my topic.
00:08:19
Speaker
And I'm ensuring that I'm going to have those key moments.

Tools for Editing & Clipping

00:08:23
Speaker
Now, One of the tools that I use to find those key moments, that's what I want to pull up for you right now. So give me two seconds and I'm going to get this up for you because there are tools that can help you do this. Now, let me give you the before and give you the present. So previously, before I started using AI proficiently, before it was really kind of a thing like before 2023,
00:08:47
Speaker
What I was doing is I would use different tools to go and manually find those best moments. So that could mean that you would have your live stream recording, you pull it up and you literally are sitting there and you're listening you're like, oh, okay, that one.
00:09:08
Speaker
But now we've got tools that allow us to quickly be able to find the parts that we need to find. So I'm going to give you two right now that I use pretty significantly.
00:09:20
Speaker
And the first one I'm going to pull up is Riverside FM. Now I'm going to pull this up and I'm going to show you the back end of my Riverside. So after I get done, with my videos. And I know a lot of people use Riverside more for recording their podcast and for, you know, having guests on and those types of things and even live streaming because they do that now.
00:09:42
Speaker
But my primary purpose for using Riverside, which has been just such a blessing and a gift for me, is that I can literally go into my videos. I'm going to pull up one real quick here.
00:09:55
Speaker
can go inside the video And I can click on edit and similar to Descript, which a lot of you use Descript right now, but similar to Descript, you have the capability of being able to go in here and to clip out certain parts. And so for me, what I tend to do is I will clip out parts within the the stream that I've done, such as the intro, the such as the engagement and, you know, some of the conversations, I'm not clipping it all out because some of that really makes for good content, the back and forth, right?
00:10:31
Speaker
um If you know, which of you all use, if you use Descript, pop Descript into the comments. If you use Riverside, pop that in there. If you use something else to help you find the best moments, put a tool that you use.
00:10:45
Speaker
But I love that I am able to be able to go in here and simply edit by clicking and dragging across different words and removing scenes and all of that.
00:10:58
Speaker
Additionally, i can go over here and add a new intro and outro, which is one of the things I do to prepare for my audio podcast. Yeah. Right. You can add new B-roll if you wanted to add B-roll, which is basically images or video clips that you're going to add to complement the content that you're sharing.
00:11:18
Speaker
I can even add other can add music if I wanted to do that. So I can do all these different things here inside of the back end of Riverside to find the best moments.
00:11:31
Speaker
Now, it' this is not necessarily on autopilot, but let me show you what it is. is that they also give you the ability to be able to find or not find, but they create short clips.
00:11:43
Speaker
So many of you use Opus. I do too. I use Opus. I use Minvo Pro. And I also have a friend named Chris Stone. who has helped me to create amazing clips from my different longer form videos, right?
00:12:01
Speaker
But if I want to do this in an automated fashion, I can easily do it by using any

Content Creation with Cast Magic

00:12:05
Speaker
of these tools. And so this is finding relevant statements that can work. It's given me the ability to actually be able to create these clips and to brand them a certain way. Or there's all kinds of stuff I can do with them. So similar to um apps like Minvo Pro, et cetera, you're able to then be able to you're able to create these additional pieces of content that are leveraging your original effort.
00:12:34
Speaker
Because you took all that time to put together that 45-minute live stream, your long-form content. So now I can go in here and find those best moments. Now, another way to find best moments that I love, so this is Riverside that I'm showing you here.
00:12:49
Speaker
But another way is I use a tool called Cast Magic. Now, Cast Magic is one of my all-time favorite tools. I literally use this thing every day, multiple times a day.
00:13:02
Speaker
And I will make sure that I share the links with you all, too. So don't worry about that. I'll make sure I get those to you. And I'll share my personal affiliate links. Because some of them will come with discount codes for you as well.
00:13:15
Speaker
Riverside in particular has a 15% discount. So I'll make sure I pop those up. um This particular one, Cast Magic, let me share. First of all, let me just tell y'all, I don't live with, i I don't know what I would do at this point without Cast Magic because it is so stinking good.
00:13:34
Speaker
So I'm going to show you a little bit of what it can do. But when we talk about finding best moments, what we're looking at is for AI to be able to go through the transcript because that's what it's doing. It's going through the transcript of what we're saying.
00:13:50
Speaker
And it is finding points within that transcript that could make great sound bites. They could be standalone messages, which again goes back to what I shared with you earlier, which is there's still a human element because my human element will not go away.
00:14:08
Speaker
Meaning that at the very beginning, when I'm first sitting down and I'm deciding what my script is going to be, I'm thinking through what are the things that I want to make sure I include?
00:14:19
Speaker
What am I going to incorporate into this stream to ensure that there are content heavy and valuable messages that somebody could walk away with? If they never bought a program with me, if they never watched another live stream with me, but they're able to take away these sound bites.
00:14:37
Speaker
Because I don't know about you, but if anybody, if you ever have been at a Sam's Club or a Costco or any of those type of places, back in the day, pre-2020 especially...
00:14:50
Speaker
They used to have people that would stand in the aisles and they hold those little platters up and they'd have a little taster, like a little teaser bite. And after you try the little teaser bite of food, you're like, oh, let me go get the big bag. And you head off down the aisle and go open the the you know case and get a big bag of whatever that little bitty thing just like exploded in your mouth. Like this is just so great.
00:15:15
Speaker
You had to go and get this big bag and take it home because it was so good. Your clips, your repurposed content is pretty much like that. Your repurposed content now has become a way to give people a teaser bite of your long form, your long form videos.
00:15:35
Speaker
Okay. So you've got to think through, like, what do I want people to take away? So you start that even before you ever go on stream. But afterwards, if you go to an app like this,
00:15:49
Speaker
Y'all, this will save you some time. This is like gold because inside of Cast Magic, what you're able to do is when you upload your video. Now, they used to have the capability of being able to pull it directly from YouTube.
00:16:02
Speaker
But YouTube has made some changes that have created some issues there. It's it's not a big deal. Because what you're going to do is you're going to upload your video into the space, right? And I'm not, I'm actually going to do a whole video on how to use Cast Magic because I keep having people ask me how I'm using it. And I am definitely using it to the fullest.
00:16:21
Speaker
So I will just say this. The most important thing I want you to take away tonight when I talk about finding your best moments is what it does is it transcribes your video for you.
00:16:33
Speaker
And what it will then do if you click on create content is then you can create, you can have built in prompts. Okay. So custom prompts or prompts that they have that they've already created for you.
00:16:47
Speaker
And you can create this library based on the type of content that's in each of your workspaces. So for instance, this is my video podcast workspace. And in that workspace, there are specific types of content that I want created from the transcript.
00:17:04
Speaker
I want social media posts. So I want ideas for my social media. I want, let's see what else we got in here, short video clips and reels.
00:17:14
Speaker
Now, and I want not just the reels from this clip, but also ideas on how I can create new versions of content based on what I've already said. So I can get on my phone and here's a short ah video message that I can create that is a standalone message.
00:17:34
Speaker
Additionally, checklists, blog posts, LinkedIn newsletter captions. So I create all kinds of different messages. content simply from the video I've already published and promoted, right?
00:17:48
Speaker
Now this becomes additional content to fill up my library so that I never run out of content. This is how so many people keep saying, Tanya, I see you everywhere.
00:17:59
Speaker
How am I seeing you everywhere? It's because I'm leveraging tools like this. So Cast Magic has been such a gift because it really does give me the ability to be able to create whatever I want.
00:18:10
Speaker
So you saw the prompts here. Let me show you an idea of what the prompts look like because I didn't show that really fast here. So let's see I'm gonna pull up one.
00:18:21
Speaker
um I've started doing Substack lately. And so actually just within the past week or so, i began to create different workflows for my Substack. And one of the workflows entailed me creating um a newsletter and all these other things. Right.
00:18:37
Speaker
So I have a headliner that is a post when I'm doing a note about the video that I posted in Substack. And so I wrote a very short prompt and said, hey, this is what I need you to do. I need you to describe in two sentences what the content is about. Make the tone business casual and easygoing.
00:18:54
Speaker
I can go further and, you know, get into more details. But I just did this pretty quickly earlier today. ah Make viewers feel curious enough to click the link to watch the episode. Keep it in first person as though I'm explaining it. And then right here, I can incorporate a content sample.
00:19:10
Speaker
Let me see if I can give you one that has an actual content sample. I think this one might. Let's double check that. Yeah. So your content sample that you're putting in here is basically, I've already written out a template in the way that I like the template or that I like the content to be produced.
00:19:29
Speaker
And so I've given it the instructions and then I've given it a sample of how I want it to look on the other end when it produces it. And then I've saved that custom prompt and I've used it across different workspaces in my Cast Magic.
00:19:43
Speaker
So then Whenever a new transcript is pulled in, whenever I've uploaded a new recording, what can happen or what will happen is it will automagically
00:19:57
Speaker
produce these different versions of content based on the prompts that I have. I don't have to go back in here and keep creating a new prompt every single time. It's just done. It's like ready to go.
00:20:08
Speaker
So this is what I'm talking about when I say a time saver.

Transforming Livestreams into Blogs

00:20:12
Speaker
So it's finding those best moments because I have created this content. I've structured it in such a way that it's going to give value.
00:20:21
Speaker
And now this machine, this bot, this AI is doing the work that I would have been doing manually on my own to find the best moments. If that was helpful at all, I definitely want you to pop something into the comments like, let me know if you are using this or any other tool. Also share your tools that you love for finding the best moment in your lives and in your videos, even if they're produced videos where you're recording in advance.
00:20:51
Speaker
I'm going to pop up a couple of comments here. I see my friend Bortone. Lou Bortone uses Descript. Yes, he does. He does it so well. I love it.
00:21:02
Speaker
um Samples. Yeah. ah So I can put samples of how I want to produce it because maybe you have a specific way of doing things. And you want your AI to deliver in that way.
00:21:17
Speaker
And I've gotten pretty good about a couple of different things when it comes to AI. One is creating custom GPTs to save me time, which we won't get into tonight. But the second is to also create these templates to ensure that they're going to come out and ah because I know some level of copy and all those things as I've been doing this for a minute, right before AI came on the scene, there's certain ways that I like for content to be structured.
00:21:45
Speaker
And I definitely wanted to incorporate my personality and tone and all of that. And to a point, you can do that in AI. You can teach it and train it how to speak in your voice. But I also am just very particular. Yeah.
00:21:58
Speaker
Some would say um a type A personality. I don't know. But I think having the ability to be able to leverage tools like AI will allow you to be whatever personality you are at its best.
00:22:11
Speaker
And so it helps to enhance what I already do. All right. She said you are minimizing. Hold on. Let me pop this in here. Quilts and chocolates. You are minimizing my messy mess.
00:22:28
Speaker
Well, I hope so. i hope I hope that this will save you time, too. That is exactly the point is I want to make sure that I'm giving you some tips that will help you with that. So are we ready for point number two?
00:22:40
Speaker
All right. Point number two. Here's our AI hack to. The other thing, so the first thing I shared with you is that I want you to look at it to save your best moments, okay, to find your best moments.
00:22:55
Speaker
The second thing here is that we're going to. Turn your live stream into other content, meaning that you're going to convert it into multiple forms of content.
00:23:07
Speaker
Now, if I were to, which I will, if I were to go through all of the different types of content that I create, y'all, I'm telling you, you would be completely and utterly amazed at what I have created from almost every webinar, workshop, video, live stream, you name it, interviews.
00:23:28
Speaker
Anything that I create. Anything where I am speaking about topics that are relevant to my business and my niche today, I can pull that together and create an abundance of content.
00:23:44
Speaker
Keynote speaking. ah podcast interview preparation, you name it, we can turn it into a whole bunch of things. But for tonight, what I'm going to talk a little bit about is the idea that you can turn this stuff into blogs. You can turn it into emails. You can turn it into captions for your social media. So you saw some of that already. And I'm going to show you again.
00:24:08
Speaker
You saw some of that me doing that here inside of this app, right? So Cast Magic absolutely will allow you to create these different forms of content.
00:24:21
Speaker
But then you also have the ability to use other tools such as I'm going to show you one that I use that I absolutely love. And I got it on a lifetime deal. And no, they don't have it anymore. Y'all sorry.
00:24:38
Speaker
um This is called video to blog. Now, there are other tools out there. I think there's one called Blogify.com. There's a number of different ones, y'all, that are out out there. But this is one that I am a huge fan of, and I love it because it allows me to convert my already created live stream into other types of content. So I can create it.
00:25:03
Speaker
Not only can I create another blog or a blog or an article in the structure that I like, but it also takes My thumbnail, it takes my YouTube video and embeds it if I wanted to do that. It also takes clips, images from the video itself and turns them into images that I can use.

Automating Content Workflows with AI

00:25:25
Speaker
So look how it's picking up different points. And again, this goes back to number one, where I was saying, find the best moments. So it's doing things like finding some of the best moments. If I had key themes or bullets, it's not always the most attractive face. You know how they do these thumbnails. But...
00:25:45
Speaker
But it will find, it will give you options. It will give you ideas for what to use as an image. If you don't want to use the images from your own screen, you can also choose to do um AI.
00:26:00
Speaker
So it can also pull in AI images. But this has been... Another life saver and a time saver, because additionally with this one, I have the ability to actually be able to create an automation where every single time if I chose to use my credits this way, I could connect this to my stream like a boss TV channel on YouTube.
00:26:22
Speaker
And what it would do is then automatically every time I put together a stream, it's going to create that post for me. So literally after I'm done with the stream, I come over here and I'm able to pull that post and to leverage it in other ways.
00:26:38
Speaker
So when I tell you that AI has really just created an abundance of tools and opportunities for us to work, even if you're a solopreneur, so you're a solo service provider like I am, we get to look and act differently.
00:26:55
Speaker
As if we are in a complete team because we can create. And I actually have done that, too, which I won't talk about too much tonight. But I've created AI agents for every part of my workflow for all of my SOPs.
00:27:09
Speaker
When I tell y'all like it's one of my favorite things to do is SOPs. One of my most popular. Y'all are not going to believe this. I'm just going to say it, though. One of my most popular videos on my channel right now It's so old, but it's about standard operating procedures because I come from a systems background. So I love systems and I love that we're able to shortcut things by using systems in addition to our passion and what we love to talk about.
00:27:40
Speaker
So this tool is called Video to Blog and I love it. So. Lou said wicked smart in his Boston accent, his very Boston accent.
00:27:53
Speaker
All right. So that's tip number two. Tip number two is to turn your stream into other content. So blogs and like I said, a whole abundance of other things. In fact, what I'm going to be doing in the month of March, and I'll start promoting this in about another week or two, we're going to have a brand new class. So we've been doing some three day challenges and it's been so much fun.
00:28:16
Speaker
I love doing this. I love teaching. But we're going to do a three day challenge called the live stream multiplier method. And right now it's on my programs page, but we don't have our landing page up yet. So what I'm going to encourage you to do if you aren't already on my list is to make sure.
00:28:34
Speaker
Make sure that you get over here. And that you get on our subscriber list so that you never miss a thing. So that you know when we get ready to go live with the challenge. Because what it's going to teach you is my full process on how to repurpose.
00:28:51
Speaker
Now, there's another tool that I need to mention that I almost forgot to say something about. When we talk about turning your live stream into other content. um Actually, I can talk about it in hack number three.
00:29:05
Speaker
How about we do that? All right. And I love you. and i love that you love my challenges, Therese.

Repurposing Content Across Platforms

00:29:13
Speaker
Invite Sacred Home TV.
00:29:15
Speaker
Yes. So I can't wait because this one's going to be so much fun because really repurposing is one of my favorite things to do. I'm going to share one of my early, early, early in the game tools that has also morphed over time.
00:29:31
Speaker
And he's a dear friend of mine named Hany Mura. And Hany has a tool called repurpose.io. So I'm going to pop that up because I think it's a good blend between hack number two and hack number three.
00:29:46
Speaker
um In his tool, let's pull this up real quick here. He uses something or he's created this repurpose.io. Now, what I used to use with Hanny was I used to take my blog post and automatically convert them into a podcast, an audio podcast. So my blog post used to be on WordPress.
00:30:07
Speaker
Those would be converted with a tool that he created. And he just kept going and growing and creating new things. And so repurpose.io became became a it it just blew up for him because it gave him the ability to be able to give people a platform to convert their ah YouTube videos into TikToks.
00:30:29
Speaker
I mean, he's got all kinds of different workflows and things that are in here. When I tell you, you can do just about anything in this this app. So a lot of workflows that are available for you, whether you're a small business, a content creator, you're doing e-commerce, you're Definitely go and check that out. So look, repurpose TikTok videos, Instagram reels, you name it, Zoom recordings.
00:30:51
Speaker
And um it's pretty simple to do He also has templates that are available. I'm not currently a customer, so I'll be transparent only because I've got other things that I'm using right now that work well.
00:31:06
Speaker
But I believe this could be one for you if you're looking for a simple way versus some of the more difficult and complex ways. Yeah. that I have created automations because ah additionally, besides some of the things that I'm sharing with you, also use tools like Zapier and one called Integrately to set up full out automations to tie everything together from my video content to my courses, to my CRM, like everything flies in formation. Everything is in a flow.
00:31:40
Speaker
And so I sit down and I map these things out and think about what's the customer experience that I want to provide and how should that look from step A all the way to step E all the way to step Z. Right. Like what what is it that I need to be thinking about and how do I make those connections?
00:31:59
Speaker
Right. But that's not for everyone. So I do think repurpose could be a really good way to simplify being able to create these flows. um If you're simply repurposing your audio or video content um and it allows you to schedule those out, too, which leads me to step three.
00:32:17
Speaker
So hack number three, let's pop this up real quick here. And that is. I want you to think about how you can use AI to automate posting everywhere. and I'm going to share the tools that I use for that.
00:32:31
Speaker
But you can automate your posting everywhere instead of worrying about having to manually take what you now have created. You now have the opportunity to use tools like Zapier, et cetera. But I'm going to give you some that are even more simple than that. um The two specific ones i will use, I will share with you.
00:32:50
Speaker
I'm going to share Menvo Pro. I'm going to share them. Now, I'm going to be honest with you and say every now and then I have some glitches. But lately, it they've gotten so much better.
00:33:02
Speaker
And it's so easy for me to use them to create social clips. But they're very similar to Opus. So if you already have Opus clips, you don't necessarily need to also have Menvo. They do a lot of the same things, just differently.
00:33:18
Speaker
But I will share something with you in a minute that I think is a game changer. So, yes, I got Andy O'Brien in the house. Look, Andy, Andy's going to be coming on our show. I just we just need to pinpoint the date. And it's all on me because I've been running.
00:33:32
Speaker
But second quarter, we're going to start bringing on guests again, y'all. And Andy is a genius when it comes to a i So is Lou and a couple of other people that I've seen in here as well. And so I want to thank you for stopping in.
00:33:46
Speaker
Yeah, these tools, I'm sure you could add to the list. right And Susan, who I just met, Suzanne Fru, she is also amazing.
00:33:57
Speaker
So I'm definitely going to be connecting with her as well in some masterminds and some other things, because I'm telling you this stuff, there is room for everyone. There is room for you, even if you are just getting started, to understand how to leverage AI in different ways. I'm using it primarily for video workflows and for video podcasts.
00:34:23
Speaker
You may be using it in a different way, but I'm all about simplicity and efficiency And I'm able to kind of speak to you about that from my personal niche.
00:34:34
Speaker
Whereas Andy can talk about it. He's got some a group called The Humanizers. He and Denise Wakeman. And then lou also talks about it from the standpoint of different tools. Like he talks about Notebook LM, which we won't get all into that tonight. But there are so many different tools.
00:34:53
Speaker
If you just spend the time to find what works for you, you can really save a bunch of time and you don't have to buy subscriptions for all these things. Okay.
00:35:04
Speaker
Cause many of them are free. Much of this stuff is free. So let's go back to point number three, automate your posting everywhere. And here's what I want to say about that. When you're automating your posting everywhere. So I'm going to pull up and Pull this up. So this is Minvo Pro, right? And in Minvo, one of the things that I like about Minvo, which I don't yet see on Opus, when I pull videos into Minvo Pro, I can go in here and rename because
00:35:36
Speaker
Some of these funky names just don't make

Content Scheduling & Quality

00:35:38
Speaker
any sense. So I can go in here and I can say, hey, this one is episode or season six, episode 002 or whatever that might be and update With Opus, you still don't have the ability to be able to do that.
00:35:52
Speaker
At least not when I looked about a week ago, it still hadn't been the case. But that helps me to better organize this content. And that's really important because I'm going to be coming in here. I'm going to create these social clips. And so I'll give you an example of what this looks like. Right.
00:36:09
Speaker
So what is done is it's finding the best moments. But my point for hack number three was what it was about scheduling. Right. So I'm going to.
00:36:21
Speaker
okay hold up. I wasn't looking for that one. I want to find one that's already been done. Let's see. How about this? There we go. OK, so I can create a template in here that then is used over and over again so that I have the same um branding across my different clips.
00:36:43
Speaker
I can add music. I can remove silences. um i can enhance the audio on these clips. I can add a B-roll. There's all kinds of things that I can do.
00:36:54
Speaker
And you can do this, like I said, with Opus as well. But here's where I wanted you to really see the power. So after you've done all the editing that you're going to do, you then now have this social calendar, which Opus and other similar apps like Video AI have these too.
00:37:13
Speaker
So the social calendar, what this does, let me share with you how this frees up time, y'all. OK, because I was looking at hiring a new team member and I was kind of like.
00:37:26
Speaker
Yeah, i don't want you to have to, because of where you are, I don't want you to have to download my video to your system and then upload it and then edit it and then upload it back to my social media scheduler. Like I didn't want them to have to do all of that. So instead, what I was teaching them to do is to come into Minvo.com.
00:37:47
Speaker
Make sure, double check the edits that have been made. Pick out, you know, several of the different clips that was that were created. Because you can get like 28 plus clips just from one video.
00:37:59
Speaker
My videos tend to be longer. So that's, it gives it more content to clip from. But then they were able to come in here and simply go into this space and say, hey, out I'm ready to go ahead and schedule.
00:38:13
Speaker
So if I, for instance, went here and I said, OK, I want to schedule this clip. What I'm going to do is I'm going to export it and I've got options to automatically schedule this right by posting it to social so I can say, hey, I'm ready.
00:38:31
Speaker
I've done all my, you know, edits that I want to make. And now what I'm going to do is I'm going to post this to Facebook. I'm going post this to YouTube. I'm going to post this to LinkedIn or wherever it's going to go. Right.
00:38:44
Speaker
And then I'm going to have AI write a caption for me so I don't have to sit there thinking about it. And I don't have to go to chat GPT to do it. For me, I'm usually going to put it in a professional tone, but you can choose a tone.
00:38:58
Speaker
And then. All I've got to do is just tell it to go ahead and put it on the schedule.
00:39:05
Speaker
So I literally could have somebody just schedule a clip every day. and that's one of the things that I've been working on is putting this into my workflow so that a clip every day or multiple clips, if you want to do that and just, you know, put content out there all day long with your video clips.
00:39:24
Speaker
um And that is simple to do because I'm just using AI within this tool to do it. Yes, I know. Right. I see the comment.
00:39:35
Speaker
Yes, Lou, that calendar is directly inside of Memo. If you go to social, you will see it. It sure is. So you don't have to go anywhere else. You can literally clip and then schedule.
00:39:48
Speaker
And it is super easy to do. Yeah, Andy, right? Okay. So what I have done is gone all in on figuring out how do how do I take my live stream and multiply that and leverage and get the most, the maximum optimization out of every single piece of content that I create.
00:40:10
Speaker
And the ways that I'm doing this include a couple of things. One, remember the human mindset. Thought. So thinking through the process in the script first, like what are the components? Where do I want to have breaking points?
00:40:25
Speaker
Where do I want to cut things off? So that as I'm creating that script, even though it's not like a full out script that I'm reading, it's bulleted points. Right. So that I know here's different sections that I know I'm going to want to take out.
00:40:39
Speaker
These are things that I want to keep. Here's how I'm going to add value. So thinking through that first. The next thing is identifying the right tools and finding the best moments.
00:40:51
Speaker
So let me go through this because didn't I just put these all up? Let me see. I think I have a recap slide. Yeah. Finding the best moments. Next, you're going to be converting them to other formats. So converting every piece of the best moments, right, into other formats, whether it's the entire video that becomes a blog or maybe a portion of the video that turns into a LinkedIn newsletter or an article on Substack like I'm doing now or whatever it is that you choose
00:41:23
Speaker
to be, right? Then you're going to find a way to automate posting. And there are tools besides the ones that I've been sharing with y'all. There are so many tools out here that can do this stuff that it is, i mean, you literally have no excuse anymore to not be able to create content. We can do it.
00:41:46
Speaker
But what I want you to do is really focus on is really focus on quality,
00:41:55
Speaker
And if you've put the effort and the time into spending, having purpose and having intention, I'm trying to be careful how I say this. right I don't want to say don't put crap out into the world, but I'm go ahead and say that.
00:42:10
Speaker
There's enough. Junk. There's so much information overload. People are constantly putting out stuff just to say they put it out there. You have an opportunity to stand out and to show up in an excellent way.
00:42:27
Speaker
We talk about this a lot, don't we? Because I know that you can do better. So quality, when you focus on putting out quality content, when you focus on giving your best and your all in that main core piece of content, whether it be that you're writing a newsletter, right?
00:42:46
Speaker
Or that you're doing a live stream like me or that you're creating something else. Whatever you're creating, you do it with excellence because then from that main thing, from that core content,
00:42:57
Speaker
You now have an opportunity to be able to touch people in a lot of different ways because you started with excellence and now all the little baby pieces that are out in the world are also excellent too.
00:43:12
Speaker
I mean, do y'all hear what I'm saying? i hope that this is... I don't see any questions, but if you do have questions, pop them into the chat. If somehow you walk, you're walking away this evening with at least one idea that you hadn't thought about before, even if it's a tool or it's a concept, put a heart emoji into the chat.
00:43:35
Speaker
Just a heart. I want to see a heart. Let me know if this is resonating because I want to make sure that anytime I'm putting this stuff together, that it's something that's going to drive you to take a different action than maybe you thought about taking before now.
00:43:52
Speaker
That I feel is my gift and my purpose. So I want to make sure that you're getting the message. It's not just about, hey, let me go use another AI tool because it's fun. It's how can I really start with excellence And share that and make an impact in different places because people consume your information differently.
00:44:17
Speaker
Right. So they may see your tick tock. They may see your reel. They might see your sub stack article. They might hear you on a podcast anywhere. They're hearing you or seeing you or consuming your content.
00:44:32
Speaker
They should be getting an idea that's helping them to make a change, a small transformation or big tree transformation. Doesn't matter. But something is triggering that says, yeah, OK, I see new possibilities.
00:44:48
Speaker
And we have an opportunity to make that happen through what we do on our live streams. If we plan and if we use the tools. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the hearts. I'm seeing some come through so that that helps me to know that I'm making a breakthrough.
00:45:07
Speaker
All right, y'all. I'm pop this up one more time. And this was our recap. Find the moments.
00:45:17
Speaker
Convert. And when I say moments, I mean the best moments in your content. Use AI to do that if you can. Convert to other formats using AI.
00:45:29
Speaker
And then automate your posting process so that you can get this stuff out into the world. There's so many different ways that we can do this. Yes, I love it.

Promoting Livestream Multiplication Class

00:45:41
Speaker
What did she say?
00:45:43
Speaker
We hear your guidance and we ain't getting left again. No, you are not quilts and chocolates.
00:45:50
Speaker
I'm not going to let you be left behind. Thank you for the hearts, everybody. Talk virtual. What's up in the house? I love it. I love it. Okay. So that's what we got.
00:46:02
Speaker
If you haven't already subscribed, please make sure that you do. You can get notifications first about our class because we're going to be doing a class on how to multiply.
00:46:14
Speaker
It's called the live stream multiplier method. And I'm super excited and thrilled about being able to share it with you because it's going to be in a class, a three day challenge structure. And um we have fun.
00:46:27
Speaker
We have a good time, but we learn at the same time, too. And by the end, there is actionable like you've taken action. Because I don't want to let you feel left behind like chocolate and quilts said.

Audience Interaction & Wrap-up

00:46:42
Speaker
Quilts and chocolates. Dan, Tana, what's up? Yes, I am here. I'm in the house.
00:46:52
Speaker
Good to see you, sir. All righty, folks. We're about to wrap this thing up. Look, I love talking to you and I could do it all night, but you know, we all have, we need to get a little rest.
00:47:08
Speaker
And we need to go and research some of these things that we talked about looking at. So let me make sure I get those. I'm going to pull those up for y'all. And I will make sure that I pop into the comments with links to all of them. So the ones that we mentioned, we talked about Riverside FM.
00:47:28
Speaker
We talked about Repurpose. We talked about Cast Magic, which is one of my faves. And then we also talked about Menvo Pro. If there's anything I left off, oh, video to blog was another one I showed you.
00:47:43
Speaker
if there's anything I left off or you have a question about another tool or you're seeking solutions and you need help and guidance so that you can optimize the content you're putting out there into the world, reach out, DM send me an email, do whatever you need to do to get in touch. And let's talk about your business and how we can make sure that you're simplifying and optimizing.
00:48:08
Speaker
And definitely Get on my list so that you can make sure you know about our next challenge because that's going to be coming up soon. Within the next week or so, i just have a little bit of travel I need to do but I'll be getting out information about the landing page and how to get access.
00:48:22
Speaker
And it's best to get access now because I'm doing beta versions of these challenges, meaning it's the early bird. So early bird pricing is in effect. So get on in now because I want to see you and I want to work with you.
00:48:39
Speaker
Okay. ah Alrighty, folks. Thank you for coming. Let me take a look real quick and make sure. ah you got a question about Taja. I got questions coming in, so I do want to take those before we go.
00:48:51
Speaker
um Let's do this. I'm going to pop it on over here into the question and answer queue. So first of all, Quilts and Chocolate says, I was so shy. I didn't listen to you, but now I am less shy.
00:49:03
Speaker
you know what? You always just make me smile. You really do. I just love it. Let me see if I can find There

Sustainability of AI Tools

00:49:12
Speaker
we go. I'm going to pull up some hearts for you.
00:49:16
Speaker
That was my hype. I meant to do this one.
00:49:21
Speaker
Thank you. You just made my day. David Hunt. So here's a couple of questions I'm going to answer. um Question about Taja. David, go ahead and pop your question in there.
00:49:33
Speaker
I want to know what's your question because I see you got one, but I don't see the actual question. I do use Taja in my flow ah for a very specific reason, but I'm more than happy to answer.
00:49:46
Speaker
And then if I need to do a whole show, because I'm going to do a show on Cast Magic, but if I need to do one on Taja, I can do that too and show you how I do, how I use that. um Content fries, talk virtual. Let me be real with you. And I'm go just go ahead and put it out here because I've told them directly as well.
00:50:04
Speaker
Content fries started out really great. They were one of the early ones that I really was into as it related to creating um fries or clips from long form content.
00:50:19
Speaker
And somehow they just went downhill. So they were sold to someone else. And usually that's that's not always going to bear. It's not going to bode well all the time. But once they were sold to someone else, the customer service stopped um the ability to even use the app. And I have two licenses at top tier level and I can't use them.
00:50:40
Speaker
because they just stopped working and stopped answering questions. And so they do not produce content in the way that like Memvo Pro, if I were giving you advice on the ones to use for short video clipping, I would say um Descript is definitely in there. So Lou Bortone can talk about that all day long.
00:50:59
Speaker
I don't you really use Descript because I have Riverside and it's similar. um But I would say Opus Clip, I would say Minvo Pro, and I would say a close third would probably be Video a i v i d y o AI, dot AI.
00:51:15
Speaker
That one is good. It's just not, if i were prioritizing, I would say Opus first and then Minvo. Yeah.
00:51:27
Speaker
So. Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. Yeah. Content fries. I tried. And every now and then I'll go back in there because I do have lifetime deals.
00:51:38
Speaker
um I'll go back in there and I'll be disappointed again. So it's a no. um Let's see what else we got. How does Taja work in the flow?
00:51:48
Speaker
Okay. So I can show you, let me pull up my Taja real quick and I won't spend too long on it, David, but I will tell you how I'm using it because Taja does work into my flow as well. So here's, this is typically what I'm going to do after.
00:52:04
Speaker
and I have a, i have a checklist, right? So in my ClickUp account, I have a whole checklist that is, um much of it is automated,
00:52:15
Speaker
But there are still some things that I'm looking for to ensure that I'm getting the maximum out of my content. This is what I'll be covering when I do that class on live stream multiplier method. But here's the way that I typically will use it. So when I go into my Taja account after the video is done, what I'll do is add the link from YouTube.
00:52:38
Speaker
Now, originally, when I first used this, David, what was happening is because live streams aren't automatically processed in full HD for a good 24 hours or so, at least mine weren't being processed. I think some other people, too.
00:52:54
Speaker
but Oh, let me switch cameras again. I'm not sure what just happened there. All right. Uh.
00:53:05
Speaker
Hmm. Let me do something really fast for y'all. Hold on one second.
00:53:19
Speaker
is going on here im
00:53:28
Speaker
All right. Let's see if that fixed it. I'm not sure if it did or did not, but there we go. Okay, I got figure out what's going on there. There might be a capture card issue.
00:53:39
Speaker
So, Taja, here's what you're doing. You're basically going to pop the link to your video in there, and you're going to click on start. What I will do for sake of time is I will go ahead and just say I've got a bunch of these already in here.
00:53:53
Speaker
And what you're going to do is you're going to take a look at the video. Once it's been processed and it's giving you new ideas for titles and description, but it's also breaking down your chapters for you.
00:54:10
Speaker
So when I am actually repurposing. This is one of the steps, the early steps after I'm done with the video is I'm going to go into Taja and see, hey, did it give me some other suggestions and what kind of tags?
00:54:25
Speaker
do Do I like the tags that they're suggesting? Do I like the chapters? This is just an easy way to then take this information and plug it into your YouTube episode. So I can go back to my YouTube channel and now because that was a live stream, I'm I'm now able to just go in there and copy and paste these chapters.
00:54:45
Speaker
The difference between this being a live stream versus a produced video that it was prerecorded is that when you have a prerecorded video, you can do all this up front. When you're doing on a live stream, you can't because you unless you just have somehow properly timed everything you're saying.
00:55:02
Speaker
in a table of contents, which I am not that sharp, but I do love the ability to be able to get these chapters and get some potential keywords and all of that stuff that are related and to get better ideas for titles in case I want to change the title.
00:55:19
Speaker
Additionally, another thing you can do is if you would like to leverage video or thumbnails, video thumbnails from your content. You can generate a video thumbnail from what you've created.
00:55:31
Speaker
And so you can use AI to do that, or you can use images. It can take expressions, facial expressions that you've made during your video and pop those in. Oh my, they they've done even better.
00:55:46
Speaker
So look at this one. This is beautiful. how they've created this thumbnail, which I can then go and edit. Now, specifically, you're noticing that there's diversity in my thumb.
00:55:59
Speaker
That's because I talked to Ibrahim, the founder, and I said, i want some thumbnails that look like me in your app. So on my account, give me some thumbnails that look like me. And he was able to accommodate that very easily, which I love.
00:56:18
Speaker
And so look at this. I mean, this i I don't even know if I would mess with this one. This is beautiful. He's getting better and better. We'll have to talk. He also has content calendar and some other things in here that I haven't played with because usually I use the tools that i already mentioned. But yeah, the point is look at ways that you can leverage tools and apps that you already have.
00:56:44
Speaker
So that you can be efficient and that you're not all over the place with all these subscriptions. Because trust, if you're paying for a bunch, if you're paying for 10 different apps and they all cost $10 a piece, that starts to add up.

It adds up. So instead of doing that, we're going to maximize and optimize the, make the best use of the resources we have. But I love, look, I've been known as a walking Google since the early 2000s, y'all.
00:57:15

So I have always enjoyed software and apps. And literally, if you do have a question about which app should I use for this, please just feel free to reach out. If I need to, I will do a new video on that tool if I'm using it. And I do not do reviews and refer you to tools that I don't believe in. If I can't put my name behind it I'm not going to put it out there.
00:57:42
Speaker
I mean, that's facts. Everybody who knows me knows this. So the tools that I'm sharing with you tonight, I'm sharing because I use them. I'm sharing because I do believe that they work in certain situations, but not everything is for everybody.
00:57:58
Speaker
I love Taja for certain things, certain reasons. And so what I just showed you is the purpose that I use it for. But there are other people that use it for even more like they use it because it actually can do social clips as well.
00:58:14
Speaker
that apparently now you can put into a content calendar. That's new since I've been using this. I hadn't seen that before. I also use it because it will automatically analyze my channel and my videos and send me emails even like a week or so after the videos are done and say, hey, here's some ideas on videos in your channel that you can re-optimize.
00:58:38
Speaker
That's gold. Like I'm not manually having to do that. It's sending me ideas of things I need to go back and look at because, hey, there could be some opportunities here.
00:58:49
Speaker
This and vidIQ are the two that I use primarily for that purpose.
00:58:57
Speaker
OK, I see that note. I love me an LTD note. no Yep. The thing about LTDs, so with content fries, right? The thing about LTDs is that we have to be careful.
00:59:12
Speaker
And you know, I'm getting into a whole different ballgame with this conversation. so I'm getting ready to shut it down. But I will say this. This is part of what I was sharing on App Therapy Club, my podcast, my other podcast, and why I had to pause things for a little bit, because I think there was a rush of lifetime deals last year towards the second Actually, third and fourth quarter, I started seeing a rash of them that just were going out of business that weren't sustainable.
00:59:43
Speaker
Part of the reason is because they did not plan effectively to have a way to generate monthly recurring income, monthly recurring revenue, m MRR. You've got to put that in place. So if you have a lifetime deal, you can't live off a lifetime deals because a person buys that once and they're like, oh, I got it for life.
01:00:03
Speaker
That's what we thought. But then when it disappears or the business goes under, you don't have it. So some of the tools I'm going to share with you, like I did tonight, almost all of those tools now have a monthly recurring revenue.
01:00:16
Speaker
They may have started as a lifetime deal, but they had a plan for transitioning. And I like that. And I'm looking for that if I'm looking at tools because I want you to be sustainable. I want to help you to win so that we all win so that I can keep using your tool.
01:00:32
Speaker
And I want other people to benefit from the tool too. But sometimes that does not happen. So we then need to look at ways to invest in longer term tools, even if they're subscription, because again, we still want them to succeed and we want to be able to continue to use them.
01:00:50
Speaker
So, Sites like or platforms like Riverside is one of those

examples. It's a great and excellent tool, but it um it's not a lifetime, but it's worth the cost because of all the things that it can do.
01:01:05
Speaker
It's allowing you to live stream. It's allowing you to publish to your podcast. It's allowing you to edit like you could in Descript. It's allowing you to make short clips if you want to use those.
01:01:16
Speaker
It gives you a lot of opportunities for the price that you're paying. So the get you you get what you pay for saying it can matter. It can really matter.
01:01:28
Speaker
I know talk virtual. I know Erica. She says she's sad about sessions. That was a perfect example of one of the ones that went out of business last year. and again, i was one of those people that went top tier. Like I knew that that was going to be a successful product.
01:01:44
Speaker
That platform was amazing. But if a company does not have a solid business plan that's going to direct them from, hey, here's how I'm moving from a lifetime to this is how I'm going to generate, ah so how I'm going to stay sustainable with a monthly income, with an ongoing recurring revenue, if they don't have that plan or their plan is faulty, then we all lose.
01:02:14
Speaker
So, yeah, I was very disappointed with that one. But anyway, thank y'all for indulging and for hanging out with me because I needed a little bit of hangout time. i don't know if y'all needed that, but I definitely. Yeah, this is fun. This is a good place.
