Speaker: Hey there, I'm Tanya. I wanted to take a moment to tell you why I believe so deeply in live streaming. I'd been coaching for about 14, maybe 15 years.
Speaker: And at the time, I was noticing a big drop in organic reach on platforms where I built some real traction. Facebook, Twitter, you name it. Everything started to nosedive.
Speaker: That's when I made the decision to try something new, live streaming. I knew social platforms were prioritizing it. And honestly, I knew I needed to do something dramatic to keep moving forward.
Speaker: What made this even more personal was around that same time, my husband had just started chemotherapy for colon cancer. And I found myself at a crossroads. Do I press pause on my business and focus solely on my corporate job?
Speaker: Or do I show up boldly and try to do something different? I chose live streaming and I committed to go live once a week for a whole entire year. That decision changed everything. It gave me visibility. It helped me connect with people in real meaningful ways.
Speaker: Even as an introvert, it let me repurpose content so I could stay present without having to be everywhere all the time. It opened doors to speaking gigs, partnerships, and big stages.
Speaker: And honestly, it helped me model courage for my two daughters. It helped me grow personally and professionally. And that's why I teach live streaming now, because it's not just about the views, it's about building community, creating leverage, telling stories, and showing up with purpose.
