I want you to imagine that you are standing under a waterfall of gorgeous white light. It is clearing and cleansing you. Feel this magical light as it washes away stagnant energy, thoughts from your day, limiting beliefs. Anything you want to release just allow this magical white light to do so.

You start to feel a shift coming. In this beautiful light calmly begins flowing in slow circles around you. As it does, the waterfall surroundings begin to morph into your happy place.

As the glowing light begins to fade, it becomes clear to you where you are. Somewhere you feel safe, around and breathe it in. Really feel and see yourself there.

Connecting with Your Younger Self

As you look into the distance, you see a silhouette. And as you walk slowly, closer and closer, you realize that this silhouette, which is glowing in a beautiful white light, similar to the light that brought you to your happy place, is you. It's a younger version of you.
