In this episode, I share my express relaxation meditation. This is 1 of 18 meditations you can find on passaroundthesmile.com to download.

In episode 7, I shared my walking meditation for positive energy, manifestation and gratitude. This episode has tripled the amount of listens on my other episodes, which tells me you love it and are repeating it! This makes me so happy!

I wrote and recorded this relaxation meditation as express, as it's a nice length to pop on during busy and stressful times - which is when we most need a relaxation meditation! There are elements in this meditation which can also help you release and surrender, so it’s a great meditation to do when actively manifesting or working toward something.

That tells me that you guys are loving it and you're repeating it and it just makes me so happy. So this particular meditation is a relaxation meditation and it's an express meditation which means it's quicker. So it's just under seven minutes which kind of gives you no excuse not to do it. We can all find seven minutes here and there and of course when you want to do a relaxation meditation it probably means that you are stressed or you're busy, you're running from here to there

Seven minutes can be achievable. And I know you might be thinking, no, seven minutes is not achievable for me. You know, you might be a busy mum or working two jobs or whatever it is, but promise yourself seven minutes out of your day to do this meditation because it has the power to change your whole day, your week, your month.

There are elements in this meditation of surrender, which will really help you release and let go if you're working towards something or manifesting something. But it's a really beautiful meditation. Get yourself into a comfortable seated or lying position. You are entering a magical meditation which will help you feel relaxed, calm and at peace with yourself and what is happening around you. Close your eyes and start to focus on your breaths in and out.

in and out. Listen to my voice and allow your muscles to relax. You are right where you need to be. Feel your body relax deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper.

Allow your mind to just drift away, further and further, more relaxed each time you take a breath in and out, in and out. Imagine yourself floating in the water.

You are effortlessly floating on your back in the calmest, bluest of waters. The waves are just little ripples. You feel little splashes against your body and your face. You are flowing back and forth, back and forth. Breathe in the clean sea air.
