What's the haps on the house? Guy, ease that speech. This the molten hour where we talk about our drink and tell you what we think every other week. And if we get drunk, well, we might slur our speech. Got the gift of ab, the friends who wish you had. Join us for a drink. Join us for a laugh. Time is never wasted. Wait, you're getting wasted. The molten hour here. People, people taking places. People, people taking places.

Welcome to the Monting Hour.

Rib Cooking Adventures

00:00:34
Speaker
I am one of your hosts, Tony Golic, joined always with Brandon Winninger. Hi, Brandon. How are you? I'm good. Good. Good. It was an overall great day. Some ribs and some cheese. Yeah, thanks for sending me those pictures. Dick.
00:00:54
Speaker
Yeah, it was kind of, it wasn't on, oh dude, oh, here's the funny thing. So those ribs that I, so I put out ribs last night or, you know, yesterday and I was like, all right, I'm going to smoke originally I was going to do three slabs of ribs because I'm stupid. It's not stupid. It's never stupid to cook more ribs. I'm out of ribs. I'm waiting for the Memorial Day sales. And then this morning I pulled them out of the fridge and I was getting them ready.
00:01:23
Speaker
And I opened one, I was like, this is great. And then I opened another one and it smelled fucking horrid. I should have known off the bat because it was like brown. Like the meat was like brown. And I was like, so and I had actually googled it and I was actually was green. It was kind of greenish. And I was like, what is it if you're like ribs are green and like, oh, that could happen if this is.
00:01:48
Speaker
But nothing saying that, oh, it's probably bad. And I was like, whatever. So I opened it up, and I fucking smelt it. And I was like, whoa, tossed it. Opened up the next one. Ooh, tossed it. Oh, shit.
00:02:02
Speaker
Becca and her mom came in and they're like, what's going on? They were asking me and I was like, I just tossed literally two slabs of ribs because they were fucking rancid. And Becca's mom's like, maybe you just needed to rinse them off. And I'm like, no amount of rinsing would have made these any better.
00:02:22
Speaker
And then I was like, and Beck is like, just do one slap. I'm like, fuck are you on? I'm like, there's like four adults. I'm like, I'm like, I'm not doing one. I was like, I gotta get another. So I ran downstairs, grabbed another one. Do you wait real quick, real quick. Did you really say, what the fuck are you on? No. But I went and I thought, I thought another one really quick. And then, um,
00:02:47
Speaker
Yeah, it ended up working out. And I used, there's the kinder, like the black cherry something seasoning. I put that on there. And then, so I had changed my, because like this morning when we woke up, like I've been up since like four o'clock in the morning. Cool. That's the time I walked to bed last night. Yeah. Like I woke up super early and I couldn't fall back asleep. And then I was talking to Becca and she was like,
00:03:13
Speaker
When are you going to make those ribs? And I was like, well, forget. My plan originally was for dinner. And she's like, oh, so can they be ready by the time my sister leaves? Because her sister had to go to the airport. And I was like, they take six hours if I do them the way I wanted to do them. And she's like, oh. And she never mind. So then I woke up at like, I got up and I went downstairs and I put them in at like 9 o'clock. And I did like a hot and fast.
00:03:40
Speaker
Just did them really quick. Really? I pulled them and then I wrapped them in butcher paper, threw them on the grill. And dude, they turned out fantastic. They were fall off the boat and everything. I was like, I'm going to do it this way from now on. I'm like, I'm going to do it six hours. They looked really good. Yeah. Turned out all right.
00:03:59
Speaker
Yeah. The only time I did, I did the three, two, one method. So it's only really, I've only done like five hours. Yeah. Yeah. With the rest time. Yeah. Probably about six, but it's been a while since I've done that. Yeah. How was that? How was that? How was it seasoning? Oh, fucking advantage. Dude, that shit is fantastic. I used it once prior, I think on wings and wings. It was really good. And then I was like, I was trying to figure out, I'm like,
00:04:27
Speaker
here, I'm stupid. Like, that's stupid. I just like, I don't know how much ridiculous amount of seasoning that I have in my cabinet. So I saw that I'm gonna do that. And then I was trying to figure out what I was gonna do. I did smoked cream cheese. And Becca was like, Becca was like, I really like the sweet one. So I did one with the cinnamon toast crunch seasoning. Oh, yeah. And then she was like, I was like, I gotta do like a savory one.
00:04:54
Speaker
And I was like, I can't, I don't want to use the same thing. So then I found.
00:04:58
Speaker
somebody for Christmas, like the last couple of years had gotten me like a pack of seasonings. And one was there was like a specific rib rub in there. And I was like, well, I'm going to use that shit. So I did the rib rub on there and I did that turned out really good. Sounds good. And I made some baked beans and I did. I put that rib rub in the baked beans and I put some Kentucky bourbon barbecue sauce in the baked beans and some mustard because I doctor it up. Yeah.
00:05:28
Speaker
Really fucking good. Great. I'm on my way to get the leftovers. There are some leftovers. Oh, good to know. That was a way for me to find out. Oh, anyways. Hey, buddy. We did a beer thing.

Beer Tasting: Drecker's Strawberry Milkshake and Cushy Series

00:05:40
Speaker
We should probably talk about the beer now after I just ranted. Here's here's Brandon's recap of rib recap. Brandon's rib recap. Yeah, we we we got the chance to do so. By the way, what are you drinking right now? You got anything? I am drinking.
00:06:00
Speaker
Uh, Dreckers, there will be PRRT. PRRT. Yeah. Yeah. What kind of beer is it? It is a strawberry milkshake beer. Oh, strawberry milkshake like IPA. I would just say strawberry milkshake.
00:06:20
Speaker
I think it's probably supposed to be on the IPA line. If you remember, we brought this. I brought one of these to Pat's house for the beer share there. And I had a little bit of it there and I was like, this is really fucking good. So I thought I would drink it. So it's funny on the back of it, it says gimmicks, strawberry, vanilla ice cream, vanilla beans and sea salt.
00:06:44
Speaker
and then attention contains a significant amount of fruit, please keep cold at all times. Somebody's worried about reformatation. We don't want the can exploding. How's it tasting?
00:06:58
Speaker
Oh, it's fantastic. It's very like you can't see it here. I think you get to see kind of see the. It's funny, because if you look, it's layered like here and then it gets clear. No, no, it's clear at the top and then it's just cloudy and like bunch of shit at the bottom. Oh, nice. Swirled around every now and then.
00:07:23
Speaker
Oh yeah, I just got to see that. I wasn't able to really tell. It's kind of like a foggy video between us right now. Good man. How do you rank that one? Give this thing a solid four. Nice.
00:07:38
Speaker
like it's like I'm not I don't seek out milkshake beers at all ever I think it's a small group of people in the world that actually do and they're all psychopaths no I'm joking I'm just not yeah yeah I mean there's a
00:07:54
Speaker
Actually, I don't know if there's a time or a place for milkshake beers. All I know is that I've had them before. Yeah, they're okay. There's been some, there's some better than others. No, and this one is not, this one is not bad at all. It's actually quite tasty. I do enjoy it. I would drink this again. Yeah. Well, I'm drinking a familiar beer. We don't even need to rank it because we know how I feel about all these. I'm drinking cushy berry from all the Irving. I had one in my refrigerator.
00:08:20
Speaker
leftover from the Meals on Wheels Chicago on tap. Matthew, uh, gifted me that some Beezer and some Della and I think two Beezers is what I got. So I, uh, speaking of cushy, so I've got that cushy blood orange on tap and I gave some to like my mother-in-law this morning. They were up, like they were doing stuff while I was cooking. And then I came in and it was like 10 30. And I was like, anyone want a beer Moza? And they're like, what? I'm like, I've got a beer that,
00:08:49
Speaker
kind of tastes like a mimosa and they're like, okay. So I poured them each, my sister-in-law, my mother-in-law and my wife gave them all a pint and her mother was like, this is fantastic. I was like, it is? That's a great way to start the day. Cause dude, like again, like we both said it, like there's never been a beer in the cushy series that's been like undrinkable. Yeah. I haven't had one that I've disliked. I'm looking forward for the blueberry one to come back.
00:09:19
Speaker
I, you know, and it's like part of me, like, I don't hate the fact that we love those beers, but it's just so funny and ironic that like, you know, we're such good friends with Matthew and all the folks that told our, like, I mean, I guess, I guess it doesn't suck that they make great beer.
00:09:38
Speaker
No, it doesn't. It just does kind of seem a little seem out. Look at this. Oh, yeah. Now you got all the. Yeah, you got all the the bottom stuff. So all the fruit that's settled, you probably should have rolled the can a little bit before you opened it.
00:09:50
Speaker
No, that takes me a test. Now that it's all concentrated.

Illinois Craft Beer Week Highlights

00:09:57
Speaker
Um, speaking of beers, we, uh, last week, last Friday, a couple of days ago, two days ago, to be exact when we're recording this, we had the chance to go to the kickoff of Illinois craft beer week 2024, which is beer under glass at union station. Uh, a great event. If you listen to.
00:10:16
Speaker
A few episodes back, we had Ray Stout of the Illinois Craft Beer Guild come and talk about it and talk about it. It's his real name. Yeah, it is his real name. Very cool. Very cool. Talk about the event in Illinois Craft Beer Week. And we had a great time and Brandon and I learned something about ourselves. We learned that, number one, maybe I should have eaten more than just yogurt that day with some granola. Number two, maybe we're also getting to a point where
00:10:47
Speaker
A bunch of beer tasters just takes us down a lot faster than it used to. Yeah. It wasn't a bad thing, though. We were we were there for a good two, two hours, two hours out of the four so that we had access to, which was great. And I was going to say, it's not like we went crazy and drink a bunch of stuff, but it was like we sampled here and there and then a lot of good beers. Yeah, then like there's people that go to beer fest that need to try every single beer.
00:11:15
Speaker
I would love to be one of those people. Yeah, I mean, I feel like some 42 years old. Yeah, exactly. Sometimes there's different or there's different festivals where that is more of my goal is to try as many not as many as like, oh, I'm because, you know, getting fucked up. But like Great American Beer Fest, that's a great example of
00:11:38
Speaker
a festival where I do want to try a whole bunch of beers because there's a whole bunch of breweries I've never had before. There's like a thousand breweries there. Yeah, and there's a bunch of beers that I've never had before or may never have again.
00:11:49
Speaker
And if I have one that's really good, at least I can seek it out. But as usual, the festival was awesome. The weather ended up being phenomenal, getting there and coming back. We went there with our good friend, Chuck, former Howard Brewing. And that was a lot of fun hanging out with him on the train and at the festival. He's a fun guy to hang out with. Ran into Afro Beer Chick.
00:12:17
Speaker
Gave me shit the entire day or the entire night, the two hours there. So that's cool. Thanks, Yolanda. But yeah, like we ran some other friends there as well. Tried a bunch of random beers. Brandon, off the top of your head, I'm gonna put you on the spot here. Any beers that were memorable that kind of stand out right here, right now? I can't, it's blowing my mind. I can't remember the brewery, but I know like at the fest they were right next to Haymarket.
00:12:46
Speaker
Yes. Right to the left of them. God, I can't remember. I may have taken a picture. I'll have to go look back. But they had a key lime beer that was really, dude, it blew me away how much it tastes like a key lime pie. And I really enjoyed it. And I was happy that I tried that. I'm trying to think if there was some other notable ones. Oh, Rabid, actually, it was funny because I had ran into Ray and we were chatting.
00:13:17
Speaker
And I was like, what do you guys got? What'd you guys bring? And she straight out told me, she goes, we threw our hazy dick onto the table, and you need to go try it. So when I went up there, I was talking to the server, and I was like, hey, I was just talking to Ray. She goes, oh, I get it. You know Ray. Blah, blah, blah. I'm like, no, no, no. I'm like, Ray told me he threw a hazy dick on the table, and I need to try it. She goes, so what do you want to try?
00:13:45
Speaker
What's your hazy dick on the table? Excuse me. We're losing Brandon. She gave me a really nice hazy IPA. I'll have to go back and look at the name. A really nice hazy dick. Yeah. And it was actually fantastic. And she said that was like a world they hadn't gone into and didn't want to go into, but they decided to try it. And it turned out really well. Side note.
00:14:13
Speaker
Ray does a lot of roller derby stuff, which is awesome. And then side note to Tony, they have their, this summer, every summer they do their Feast of the Goat Queen. Yes.
00:14:30
Speaker
Um, I think we should have them on to talk about that. Sounds like a great idea. I think we should do that. And maybe we should go there and talk to them. Yeah. Yeah. And actually go and not do it over zoom. And it'd be episode 50. Now it's only been like 70 episodes since they were last. They're supposed to be the first episode. I did. I didn't mention it to her, but I, I think that would be awesome if we went and talked about. Yeah. Sorry. Sorry. Go ahead.
00:14:55
Speaker
I was gonna say, so yeah, those were like my two standouts was like that key line by and that, that Hazy APA were pretty good. My, uh, it's funny, my two standouts, this is, this is so, it feels so like, all right. The first one that I really liked was from Guinness.
00:15:18
Speaker
Yeah, I think you that's I don't know what you were doing Oh you were may have talked talking to somebody else or you were catching up to us or whatever, but that's where I got my Sweet Guinness patch. I'm gonna find something to put this on Fuck
00:15:32
Speaker
You got to look for the swag at the tables. They had a fantastic cream ale that I really, really liked. Cream ales, I think, are super tasty. And I really want to go to the Guinness spot here. Yeah, me too. I can't believe we haven't been there yet. We passed by it on the train. I know. You saw it. And then the other beer was, and I don't remember the name, but it is from older names.
00:15:59
Speaker
They had a beer-laged beer on tap that I really, really liked. I was tempted to go and have another one, to be honest, and I'm glad I didn't. I don't know why you didn't go over there, man. What are you doing? What are you doing with your life over at this festival? Walking around. We also had some good bourbon from Whistle Pig that was very tasty.
00:16:22
Speaker
Yeah, they did. They added a distillery option into the room where they also have food. Yes, they can purchase but they had Yeah, Whistle pick was there and there was another one. There was I think actually a couple other ones that were there. We didn't able would maybe one heads up there. We ended up like we hit that room like quickly. We were in and out.
00:16:45
Speaker
And it's not that we didn't want to stay there and hang out, but we were like mingling with people. So yeah, the whistle pig was fantastic. I thought that was a great addition.
00:16:57
Speaker
not that like, not like you go to a beer fest and you're like, Oh, I need something harder to drink, but, um, and they weren't doing like huge pours. They had these super awesome, like those tiny little, you, you loved them too. Those tiny little thimbles of like, like pinky thimbles. Yeah. Uh, whiskey. And it was like just the perfect, like,
00:17:17
Speaker
way to taste the bourbon. Yeah, it was great. Like not needing more than that. I mean, I could have drank more than that. I would I should have gone over to Maplewood to see what they have, because I like what Maplewood distills what they have in their spirits. Yeah, I mean, I'm trying to think of what I've had. I think I've had their bourbon. I may have had their gin. I don't know. I think I bought it for your wife one time. You did. But I'm not mistaken. I think that bottle is finally gone. It's finally gone.
00:17:47
Speaker
Yeah, but yeah, I mean, Maplewood is another one that in most of the things they do, like I've never had something where I'm just like, I gotta hate Maplewood. Yeah, they do everything really well, so. Yeah, I love all of Maplewood's beers. In case anybody misses it and they T-vote it, or needs their DVR.
00:18:09
Speaker
The Vegas Knights have officially been eliminated from the first round of the playoffs. Thank God. Get out of here. The Dallas Stars are moving on.
00:18:19
Speaker
Another beer that I had, I've never heard of this brewery. I believe it's pronounced Kinslogger, K-I-N-S-L-A-H-G-E-R. That sounds like a proper way. They had a really good Dunkle Weiss that I really liked. That was really, really tasty. So I did, while we did sample, you know, some beers that we knew and like, you know, we stopped over by, saw Joe crushed by Giants, Dry Hop Corridor. I think it was just crushed by Giants and Dry Hop that were there. I could be wrong.
00:18:44
Speaker
But got to try or I had their disco grandpa that I also had at Chicago on tap. Meals on wheels. So that was good. Goose Island also had a experimental like tap room only thing that they brought there. That was a saison that was aged in wine barrels. And that was also very tasty. OK. That was when you were on the phone, Brandon, you had to step away. So. Oh, yeah.
00:19:12
Speaker
Um, but yeah, so, I mean, again, the, it was from what we were told, like the ticket sales were great. Um, a lot of, uh, there was a lot of space, like I'm glad the amount of time that we spent there because we did get to try some beers. Um, obviously, uh, but try a good number of beers, I felt at least.
00:19:33
Speaker
and also get to see people and be able to hop on the train in a timely manner and still making home, you know, before sunset, which is great and still, you know, enjoy the weather and everything that's in Chicago. And now it's the start of Illinois Craft Beat, so it's official. Illinois Craft Beat Week has started. Yeah, so I will correct myself. I think the brewery that was next to Haymarket might have been Hailstorm. Yes, it was Hailstorm. It was Hailstorm.
00:20:03
Speaker
So they were the ones that had the key lime pie beer, and it was fantastic. So shout out to them. Yeah, I wish I would have tried that. It sounded good. Oh yeah, that's right. I tried a pale ale from Haymarket. That was also very tasty. You did. So did I. That was awesome.
00:20:20
Speaker
Yeah, it seems weird because again, it's still so early in the year, but early in the summer. But like such a great event to like kind of kick everything off and, you know, get everyone excited. I did not. I told myself I was going to do it and I didn't and I kicked myself.
00:20:41
Speaker
I took my father-in-law and my son yesterday. We went to Hubbard's cave for dinner. Nice. And I was like, I'm going to ask him for a passport and I forgot to ask.

Dining Experiences and Future Plans

00:20:53
Speaker
What was it? I don't know if they actually had them, but like, yeah, I was like. You know who probably does? Older Vig. Yeah, but I completely forgot to ask and I was like, but we went yesterday and, um,
00:21:10
Speaker
We sat outside and literally like, so they're, they have a parking lot and then usually adjacent to them, like on the other side of the building, you can park there, but they were having their parking lot, like, uh, repaved. So you had to park, you had to park like two blocks down in this like massive parking lot, which is fine. But like we were sitting there and it started getting really gray and really windy. Yeah. Yeah.
00:21:39
Speaker
Greg Greg's got his pilot app that he opens up and like was looking at the weather. He's like, you could see the front coming in and he was like, all right, it's going to be here in like 10 minutes or whatever. It was a little less than that. And we saw that, like, come on in and we just finished our food and we're like, all right, let's go. We ran literally a second. We got in the car and closed the door. It started raining. I was like, yeah, man, just in time. It was it was quite the site that storm when it came sweeping in.
00:22:07
Speaker
We had windows open and able to have it open for a little bit and then had to quickly close as the rain started coming in. Yeah. But yeah, that's funny. I still need to get out to Howard's cave. Let's go some food. Their food's fantastic.
00:22:26
Speaker
So I recommended to my father that that's steak chimichurri sandwich. So he had that. I've had that like twice, like the last two times. That sounds delicious. That sounds really good. So he had that and he loved it. And he had their triple or their triple. And I had a double IPA. And then I for the first time, I did their pork belly burnt ends. Oh, man, how are those? Those were fantastic. That sounds really oh, yeah, that sounds so good.
00:22:55
Speaker
Yeah, so food out there is like really stellar and we've ordered, like we've actually ordered delivery from there too. Um, Beck has had the lobster roll and things like that. Like good food, good food, good place to go. So. Well, I will need to do that very soon. Add it to the list.
00:23:15
Speaker
To my very long list, I saw a TikTok say about someone talking about the brat stuff and I'm like, I've not even been to the brat stuff ever. And how am I like not ever been to the brat stuff ever in my life? I don't think I ever have either. How many times I probably passed it. And I'm like, yeah. Yeah, we should we should definitely do that because I do need to get up to Wisconsin sometime soon. I would like to buy some summer beers. You got beers. Yes, exactly. And you know what? But there's like an arcade there at the brat stuff, man. We got to go. Really?
00:23:45
Speaker
Yeah, I'll see if I can find the video. I'll send it to you. Interesting. I did not know that. That's good to know. Yeah, it's pretty red. But yeah, man, overall, I just very I feel very happy and very fortunate that we get a chance to go to Illinois or use beer under glass each year.

Reflections and Gratitude

00:24:08
Speaker
It's so much fun. And thank you, Ray and Julie for helping us achieve that goal.
00:24:15
Speaker
And it's always great to see everybody that we know and that we've met along the way or have known beforehand. It's like, you know, like we said, it's a great way to start off summer here in Chicago and the weather has been very much getting closer to like summer time, spring time weather here. So that was just a very, very good, very cool event. And I'm looking forward to other things that are going on this week. I'm gonna have to check some things out, start looking at who's got what.
00:24:41
Speaker
Yeah, that's my bad. I have not looked too deep into who's doing what for Chicago Craft Beer Week, and I definitely need to. Yeah, I don't know. The only thing I know is I have a dinner reservation for Thursday. I've taken the family to community. I'll be there, man. Thank you so much for including me. Yeah. I thought we would do that. That would be fun.
00:25:11
Speaker
Good idea. I haven't been to community in forever. Yeah, it's such a great spot. Yeah, that's a real good food there. But like 100%, if you want to join us, I think we know. No, no, that's OK. Thank you so much. I will see you guys on Wednesday. We have an extra seat now in our reservations. Oh, yeah. Yeah, well, because I forgot that Kim
00:25:34
Speaker
Was leaving, uh, because, uh, like in my head, I made the reservation thing of like all the people that were going to be there, but yeah, she's going to be honest. So, you know, Hey man, I'll check my calendar and I'll let you know. I am for sure coming by on Wednesday to celebrate, uh, your son's birthday with you guys. You might be the only one because my siblings just have not answered me. I'm like, Hey man, I'll be there for sure. And do you see what I sent you the picture of what I got him? Yeah, I did. You think you like those? Yeah. It's Ghostbusters.
00:26:03
Speaker
So his aunt got him a proton blaster. It's so cool. And it's literally been nonstop to the point this morning, it was like six in the morning and he was like, I'm laying in bed and he's like, dad, dad, which is fucking mind blowing because he never yells my name in the morning. It's always mom. And then I was getting out of bed and he's like, mom. And I'm like, dude, I'm coming. I'm like, what's up? He gets up and he's like,
00:26:32
Speaker
The sun's out. And his proton blaster was on his dresser and he goes, he grabs, he goes, gotta get the ghost. Dude, I'm like, dude, it's six in the morning. Put it away. The day just started. You got plenty of time to bust some ghosts. So he like ran into our bedroom and like, Becca was still in bed. He hopped in bed with her and he was like, powering it up and like,
00:26:57
Speaker
So then I got back in bed and he was like sitting there just like playing with it, trying to shoot stuff. I'm like, dude, come on. And he's like, I want to go downstairs. I'm like, you can go downstairs, but you cannot do that because people are sleeping downstairs. And he's like, I don't want to go downstairs. I guess we're going to hang out in the basement proton pack all over the place, kid. Yeah. Well, he doesn't have the package. He's got the. Well, you know what I mean? The one the gun.
00:27:23

I remember when I was a kid, I had one. It was, so it wasn't the actual like, you know, wasn't the full proton pack and nor was it the actual blaster, but it was, I have to find you to put like, you get to put different slides in there and it would like basically project different like ghosts. I remember that. I mean, I never had that, but I definitely know what you're talking about. It's funny because so when we got back from Benjamin's party, like he was opening gifts and stuff like that on Saturday.

And then that's what, uh, his aunt got him and he opened it and he was like, run around. I took a picture of him and I sent it to Trevor. I was like, we got another one in training. He goes, dude, anytime you want me to come over with my suit on, just let me know. I'm like, Oh man, dude, come over now. Oh man. Benjamin would love that. He came in full, full, uh, Ghostbusters gear. That's great. That's super cool. Yeah, that's awesome.

Well, I'm looking forward to that. Well, yeah, man, like I said, it was a good, good event. I was very happy that we did it. I'm looking forward to all the other stuff this week. We'll see what's up. Maybe we'll post some things. We'll see what's going on. Indeed. All right. Well, if you got anything else you want to say about the festival? Just again, great fest and shout out to JP Graziano's for their subs. Yeah.

Those were fantastic. That's funny because I didn't know the eggplant one that you got. I wasn't a fan of that. But I understand why it's there. Again, I just saw a TikTok where someone was like, we're going to go to all the best sandwich places in Chicago. And we got to start at David Graziano's. And I was like, oh, interesting. And you just say that now.

Oh yeah. There we go. That's why I'm putting it all together. Yeah. Those sandwiches were fantastic. Good food. Good times. Um, all right, man. Well, I know it's a short one this week, but it's, uh, we're going to wrap it up. Cause I don't know. I don't have any more beers. This is it. What a better episode next week. And I promise everybody now this one isn't good. It'll be longer. I'm really messing this up. I got to just, you know, end this right now, Brandon. I love everybody. Let me too, bud. Let's see everybody next week.
