But it's an easy drinking one. like I feel like if you get into like triple IPA, ah even if it's hazy, there's an astringency that comes from the high alcohol. Yeah. And then trying to balance that with the hops.

um they i mean yes it's been a while since we've been on and the fact that we're going with an old irving beer also feels you know like i bought i bought this beer on my own today from beer on the wall this was not a plug from old irving at all they're still not a yeah sponsor uh we just love the beers that they make and you know Galaxy and Citra are two... Citra is hop that I love, and Galaxy is right there.

Those are all very... unique but also similar hops that i feel like go well with ipas and hazy ipas and so yeah it's it's this is this is a very easy drinking beer it's super smooth it's almost as silky on the palate going down Yeah, I'd agree. If I'm not mistaken, it's Rye. wine type beer with blackberries and they both did it different ways because Old Irving is now in the neighborhood of the Fulton Goose Island yep location.

So they're neighbors and they decided to do a collaboration and now the Fulton, well, they're not on Fulton, Old Irving. They're right over there. But that new production facility is now eventually as Trevor had said maybe it might turn into a tab room at some point but right now it's just for production they get more beer out which is I think a great idea but that beer is also out right now At the time of this recording, I think there might I know that Old Irving has some of their own versions of it left. Yeah.

I feel like, especially for a high ABV, I can't stress this enough, it's very drinkable. Oh, yeah. and It's very good. it's It's very smooth. I didn't even know was that high ABV. Yeah, I don't know.

No, it's really good. And and and like like I said, like Triple Beezer, to me, there's a little bit of astringency to it, maybe little sharpness to it that could that I have had where it's mellowed out. But this for a 10% hazy triple IPA is fantastic.
