So i wonder if it would thin it out because of it being fermented. I don't know. But the but the honey is present when you drink. Yeah, you can taste it. can taste it. So I feel like maybe they ferment with it and then they add a little extra.

post-fermentation i don't know but this it's missing that which again this is not traditional hop slam it's tropical hop slam so i feel like maybe they just went for the same grain bill the same kind of lagering time and you know fermenting well yeah well yeah fermenting time and then like hopping schedule um And added some new hops in there. Because ah it it tastes, like i said, it tastes like a thinner hop slam with like a little bit of a different hop profile.

Who cares at this Well... this is one of my favorites also because the story owe and the story's on the can. you want me to read it or do you want to say it? It's a quick synopsis. Basically, for all the sours you need fruit, and even what I've been going through recently, fruit can get really effing expensive, and they didn't have enough of just the cherry.

And so, they blended in some cranberry, some cherry, some apple, and you have their only sour that has a blend of the three fruits. And to me, this is my favorite. Like, the complexity in this one is just... No, it's just... This is just really well fucking done It's really good because I still get i still get a little bit of that Wisconsin-Belgian red that I like from it.

there it's Floral fruity. Yeah, yeah. You get a lot of the floral hoppiness in the nose, but the body is just... the the The taste is just super, super clean. It's delicious. um Yeah.

How many dragonflies would you give this, Brandon? Oh, I'm like 4.5. Yeah. I'm, I'm, I'm there with you. This is, this is fantastic. This is a really, really good beer. Glad we're ending on such a high note. There weren't, we started off a little rough with the hop slam, the tropical hop slam, but you know, again, don't hate that beer. Just it, it just failed to impress. Don't call it hop slam. Yeah. It could have just been an Imperial tropical IPA from Bell's.
