So I feel like maybe they ferment with it and then they add a little extra.

post-fermentation i don't know but this it's missing that which again this is not traditional hop slam it's tropical hop slam so i feel like maybe they just went for the same grain bill the same kind of lagering time and you know fermenting well yeah well yeah fermenting time and then like hopping schedule um And added some new hops in there. Because ah it it tastes, like i said, it tastes like a thinner hop slam with like a little bit of a different hop profile.

Basically, for all the sours you need fruit, and even what I've been going through recently, fruit can get really effing expensive, and they didn't have enough of just the cherry.

And so, they blended in some cranberry, some cherry, some apple, and you have their only sour that has a blend of the three fruits. And to me, this is my favorite. Like, the complexity in this one is just... No, it's just... I wish that they had a description on the website because this is a phenomenal beer. I'm like... I would like this to be a year-round beer, Hat Faker. Yeah. i I really, really enjoy this.

Because this is like a step above like a lager. You know, you go into ale category. But this is like... clean it's not overly bitter you've got the hop characteristics that are there but they don't provide the bitterness yeah so yeah it's not like overly bitter it's just a very slight bitterness and then you get that floral fruitiness as well yeah super well done super well done that's people that's how people describe me as well yeah yeah like a steak super floral and fruity

How many dragonflies would you give this, Brandon? Oh, I'm like 4.5. Yeah. I'm, I'm, I'm there with you. This is, this is fantastic. This is a really, really good beer. Glad we're ending on such a high note. There weren't, we started off a little rough with the hop slam, the tropical hop slam, but you know, again, don't hate that beer. Just it, it just failed to impress. Don't call it hop slam. Yeah. It could have just been an Imperial tropical IPA from Bell's.

Um, i was i just I was super pumped that they were doing something different with Hopslam. Agreed. It just wasn't what I expected. Again, everybody out there should try it. It's it's worth a try. it's definitely It's definitely a good beer, but it just wasn't what I thought it was going to be yeah and Everything else that Matthew brought was very good and these other beers.
